And The Supreme Court Nominee Is… Amy Coney Barrett

Obama Dimocrats are rationally lunatic. They have gone crazy because all the crazy glue in the world won’t glue together their “hope and change” delusions and they know it. President President Trump is in charge. The only question that remains is who will be the chess piece President Trump puts on the chessboard.

In typical fashion, Politico sketches out the issues as to whom President Trump should nominate for the Supreme Court but only in the most lurid and stupid ways:

The imperative is to do anything possible to win the election, and Barbara Lagoa would be an undeniable boon, they say: a Florida-based, Cuban-American jurist from a must-win state, who might also help the president in Hispanic-heavy Arizona and Nevada.

The other, led by White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, consists of religious and movement conservatives. They want a can’t-miss pick — someone who carries the lowest possible risk of becoming the next John Roberts or, worse, David Souter. The obvious choice to them is Amy Coney Barrett, an acolyte of former Justice Antonin Scalia who’s been groomed for decades to ascend to the high court and is seen as having the inside track. [snip]

But by bypassing Lagoa, political operatives say the president would forgo an opportunity to bolster his chances in Florida.

“Both would be great picks and would energize the Republican base. But with Lagoa, there is likely an immediate, tangible impact on a critical swing state in Florida,” said Phil Cox, the former executive director of the Republican Governors Association.

Some Trump political advisers argue it would be risky for Democrats to go after Lagoa given their prior vote for her as well as her ethnic background. They also express concern about Barrett’s writings before she became a judge indicating she opposes Roe v. Wade and the Affordable Care Act. Polls show both those issues are important to suburban women, who have broken hard against the president.

The decision the President must make is fairly simple. Go with Barrett who is a tried and true conservative that won’t become another Roberts type Justice and betray the conservative movement or go with a superlative political pick (the other women up for consideration are also conservatives who would politically assist the President in their respective home states) who pretty much assures a big election victory.

What everyone needs to remember is that (1) the perfect Barrett is irrelevant if President Trump is not reelected, and (2) the politically perfect Lagoa could turn the victory sour if years later she betrays conservatives. So who to choose?

Barrett is very impressive and she will help significantly with Catholic voters who inhabit key states such as Pennsylvania and Michigan. Lagoa is impressive and she will help dramatically in Florida and other important states with Latino populations. Which one of these would you choose?

If Lagoa is as conservative as many say she is a perfect choice because she would not be a John Roberts type Quisling and it would be too much fun to watch Obama Dimocrats attack a Latina woman from Florida especially as Slow Joe Biden is already in hot sauce with Latinos! Some Republicans say exactly that:

Top Florida Republicans close to the president — including Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sens. Marco Rubio and Rick Scott, and Rep. Matt Gaetz — have spread the word that Lagoa would be at least as good a justice as Barrett but would bring more political advantages.

The Trump campaign is also trying to make up lost ground in Arizona and pick up steam in Nevada, both states with large Latino electorates that advisers think would look favorably upon a Latina nominee. Another theory: picking a Latina could also allay concerns of white moderate voters put off by Trump’s harsh and sometimes racist rhetoric toward Hispanics.

Lagoda helps in Florida and with Latinos. Barrett helps with Catholics in plenty of states too.

The main point, one missed by those who advocate for one or the other, is that the reelection of President Trump is what most matters.

President Trump has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to Supreme Court nominees. And hey, Sotomayor has diabetes and you know how Chinese Coronavirus afflicts those with diabetes especially hard – so both women might get to the high court sooner than anyone expects. We’re not wishing anyone ill, but… reality is a hard mistress.

President Trump, Don’t Listen To Tucker Carlson Or Sean Hannity

Tucker Carlson is a smart guy who belongs to the Anne Coulter school of hysterics. Tucker and Coulter are constantly in the whine cellar shouting idiocies such as “If President Trump does not do _________ he will lose.” Then Trump wins having ignored the idiot advice from Tucker Coulter. Sean Hannity is just a weakling who constantly spills whine about his mother being a prison guard and how he studies martial arts as he wears pins from the F.B.I. and other corrupt forces of the Deep State. Hannity does not want to fight however.

With Coulter the issue is illegal immigration and if President Trump does not obey Coulter on immediately doing everything she wants the way she wants it then “President Trump will lose.” Coulter’s sole variant is how she constantly openly attacks President Trump and declares she won’t vote for him.

Tucker Carlson recently hosted a dishonest discussion with Jeff Sessions and bemoaned the fact that Jeff Sessions was so good on immigration issues but people were disloyal to him. Dishonestly left unmentioned was the fact that it is President Trump leading the charge against Jeff Sessions because Jeff Sessions abandoned his position as Attorney General and let the Deep State run rampant to attack President Trump for years at the DOJ and FBI:

“Alabama needs to send a very strong voice to Washington,” Sessions added. “We need to send somebody who can stand up and take the heat, who is not afraid, and I’ve done that. They don’t have anything on me. I’m not worried about him one bit, and that even includes my friends in the Republican conference, and we need to fight. This country is at risk. Law enforcement, as you just talked about, is one of the worst situations ever. It cannot be that we allow law enforcement to be denigrated the way it is today.”

Tucker Carlson was very dishonest in his interview with Jeff Sessions. Unmentioned was how Sessions alongside Conservative Treehouse loon Sundunce and the Q-Anon filth declared “Trust Sessions”. These liars called President Trump a liar that was immersed in a plot alongside Jeff Sessions and that it was all a pretend game to somehow net a bunch of Deep State conspirators. Now that President Trump is in direct and strong opposition to Sessions’ Senate primary hopes the Q-Anon filth continue to propagandize that President Trump is still working with Jeff Sessions.

Jeff Sessions is right about one thing: “We need to send somebody who can stand up and take the heat, who is not afraid…” When Jeff Sessions had the opportunity to “stand up and take the heat” Jeff Sessions faded from the heat and stood down. Dishonestly, Tucker Carlson did not mention any of these facts to his audience. Tucker Carlson did not mention that it is President Trump and supporters of President Trump who want to remove Jeff Sessions.

Sean Hannity is a different sort. He brags about how tough he is but then he excuses the FBI and other malefactors. Hannity wears pins of these corrupt organizations to display solidarity with them. Hannity’s argument is that the leadership of these corrupt organizations are the problem but that otherwise everyone else is a-ok. But Hannity provides no proof of this silly contention.

If Hannity was correct and the agents of the FBI and other corrupt organizations are good, that the problem is only the leadership, then where is the proof?? If Hannity was or is correct, dozens or even hundreds, thousands, of FBI agents would have taken action against the corrupt leadership. But no agents stood up and denounced Comey or Sessions or the “lovers”. Where were the good guys Hannity? Where?

Our biggest beef with Sean Hannity, boy weakling, is how thoroughly weak he is. How weak is Sean Hannity? Via NPR, let’s look at a major story of this week and how the totalitarian left strongly exercises power:

#Goyaway: Calls To Boycott Goya Foods After CEO Praises President Trump

Twitter users are calling for a boycott of Goya Foods, a brand most known for its Hispanic-staple food offerings, after the CEO of the company lavished praise on President Trump during a Thursday visit to the White House.

Robert Unanue, chief executive of the family-owned operation since 2004, said the country was “blessed” to have Trump at the helm, during remarks following a roundtable with Hispanic business and political leaders from across the country.

“We’re all truly blessed at the same time to have a leader like President Trump, who is a builder,” Unanue said during the Rose Garden speech.

“We have an incredible builder. And we pray. We pray for our leadership, our president, and we pray for our country — that we will continue to prosper and to grow.”

Unanue also announced a plan, along with some partners, to donate 1 million cans of Goya chickpeas and 1 million pounds of food to food banks.

The left constantly targets Sean Hannity with boycotts. Sean Hannity is personally afraid of boycotts. That must be why Sean Hannity tells his viewers he does not support boycotts. How deep is the stupid with this position? The left targets businesses but Trump supporters are told boycotts are bad. Here’s a clue for Sean Hannity: Trump supporters should boycott as many companies as possible when those companies support the totalitarian left.

What should Trump supporters do? First, get out of the whine cellar. Stop whining. Stop pouring whine. Do.

When you see something on Big Media that angers you, throw a dollar in a Trump jar. Instead of moping and grousing and whining – donate. You might bankrupt yourself if you donate every time Big Media lies, but commit to donate as much as you can periodically to the President Trump campaign. Don’t give to anyone else. President Trump is what matters and all candidates will win or lose depending on how big President Trump wins. Don’t whine.

Boycott. If you hate this website, boycott us. If the NFL playing the “black national anthem” alongside the Star Spangled Banner except that the scum millionaires “take a knee” when the national anthem is played and that angers you – DON’T WHINE – BOYCOTT.

If you watch NFL games but are angry at the NFL for its insults against President Trump, Trump supporters, America, freedom and liberty, THEN YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

If you have to buy from totalitarian leftists like Amazon do what the leftists do when they buy “carbon waivers” for the fake climate change crazy – donate to the President Trump campaign as an amends.

Above all, don’t whine. President Trump fights and it is important to fight alongside him.

President Trump and President Trump supporters should take what Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity prescribe with cartons full of salt. Their interests are in ratings and hysteria that drives ratings.

President Trump knows that he is doing. The Tucker Coulter and Sean Insanities scream and shout but President Trump knows this election once again is like none other. Ordinarily a campaign starts with soft biographies of the candidate, moves on to vicious attacks against the opponent, then in the final week or two moves back to soft, glossy, sweetness about the candidate just before the election. This election year however will be a hate-fest against President Trump and we trust his instincts on when to do what.

Reject Ann Coulterism and weakness from the likes of Hannity (Steve Hilton is beyond idiot and should go back to socialist Britain with his stupidities). Lou Dobbs of Fox Business and One America News know what they are talking about.

This election year is a fight. The best fighter is President Trump.

After CoronaVirus, MAGAA: The V Shaped Recovery Is Already Here

The DemPanic (anagram for pandemic) is here. It’s staring everyone in the face. Big Media tries to ignore it. But the V shaped recovery is already here. And remember, June is about to begin so this V shaped recovery has and is taking place during the second quarter. The third quarter of the year which begins in July, when hot sunny weather will kill Chinese CoronaVirus, will be a lollapalooza of a quarter.

The fourth quarter which begins in October, will be full of economic good news. One month into the fourth quarter is when the elections will take place. The best economic good news ever for America, President Trump and the GOP will arrive one month before the elections when the economic numbers are released.

Let’s simply point out the obvious. Let’s look at the numbers. Chinese CoronaVirus started hurting the American economy around February/March. The stock market dropped dramatically. The stock market is a leading indicator of economic activity. When the market dropped dramatically the American economy and world economies collapsed.

The world economies collapsed alongside the American economy.

Fortunately, President Trump put policies in place which made the American economy the strongest ever. So the American economy collapsed but it was from a position of strength.

Now we see the V shaped recovery. Can you see it? Big Media is trying to ignore the V shaped recovery. Financial networks declare the V shaped recovery with a question mark and wonder if it will every come. But the V shaped recovery is already here. Want proof? Look at the numbers.

The stock market was over 29,000 when it collapsed. Then the stock market collapsed into the 18000 range. Now, in late May of the second quarter with June still to come as the last month of the second quarter, the stock market is above 25,000. Draw that as a graph.

Up 29. Down to 18. Back up to 25. That’s a V shape.

But starting around April 15, when economic reopening started to spread but the overall numbers still looked grim, Furman noticed some data that pointed to the kind of recovery that economists often see after a hurricane or industrywide catastrophe like the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

Consumption and hiring started to tick up “in gross terms, not in net terms,” Furman said, describing the phenomenon as a “partial rebound.” The bounce back “can be very very fast, because people go back to their original job, they get called back from furlough, you put the lights back on in your business. Given how many people were furloughed and how many businesses were closed you can get a big jump out of that. It will look like a V.”

Reports “Birx said ‘there is nothing from the CDC that I can trust‘ in a White House coronavirus task force meeting” are but part of the truth oozing out into the political mainstream. As Springtime bursts forth throughout the land the Truth is equally bursting out all over the place. This is especially true as it applies to General Flynn.

According to the reports, “Birx and others reportedly feared that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was using inflated data on coronavirus death and case rates.” The “CDC’s statistics on mortality rate and case counts were inflated by up to 25%”. These discussions are being used to attack Birx but all they manage to do is finally open up the debate as to the real numbers regarding Chinese CoronaVirus.

Even at the leftist Atlantic the debate is opening up as to the economic lockdown perpetrated on the nation:

This is not a straightforward battle between a pro-human and a pro-economy camp.

The columnist Amy Z. Quinn says the Trump administration is “choosing money over lives.” In a CNN news analysis, Daniel Burke offers this characterization of America’s choice: “Should we reopen the economy to help the majority or protect the lives of the vulnerable?”

Denunciations of that sort cast the lockdown debate as a straightforward battle between a pro-human and a pro-economy camp. But the actual trade-offs are not straightforward. Set aside “flattening the curve,” which will continue to make sense. Are ongoing, onerous shutdowns warranted beyond what is necessary to avoid overwhelming ambulances, hospitals, and morgues? Ongoing closures and supply-chain interruptions in wealthier countries could have catastrophic ripple effects, Michael T. Klare warns in The Nation, highlighting the possibility that global starvation could soar. “Even where supply chains remain intact, many poor countries lack the funds to pay for imported food,” he explained. “A prolonged depression will stunt lives as surely as any viral epidemic, and its toll will not be confined to the elderly,” Heather Mac Donald argues at Spectator USA. “The shuttering of auto manufacturing plants led to an 85 percent increase in opioid overdose deaths in the surrounding counties over seven years, according to a recent study.” [snip]

At Arc Digital, Esther O’Reilly asks, “Why should we assume that a crashing economy would leave the healthcare system standing?” Fleshing out the matter, she writes, “You can’t keep the hospital lights on without keeping on the lights of the economic sectors undergirding it. Yes, our doctors and nurses are running out of masks and gloves, which is a serious problem. It would also be a serious problem if we lost the means and the manpower to make more, or if the hospitals ran out of cash on hand to buy more beds, ventilators, etc. And there’s the rub. We are being told we can’t fight the virus without pausing the economy, yet we can’t fight the virus without the economy.”

School closures may do long-term damage, as well. A recent study in The Lancet concluded that “the evidence for the effectiveness of school closures and other school social distancing measures comes almost entirely from influenza outbreaks,” and that the effectiveness of school measures in a coronavirus outbreak is uncertain. Another article in The Lancet noted that “education is one of the strongest predictors of the health and the wealth of a country’s future workers, and the impact of long-term school closure on educational outcomes, future earnings, the health of young people, and future national productivity has not been quantified.” A given closure could add months to the lives of some and subtract from the lives of others.

The general point is that minimizing the number of COVID-19 deaths today or a month from now or six months from now may or may not minimize the human costs of the pandemic when the full spectrum of human consequences is considered. The last global depression created conditions for a catastrophic world war that killed roughly 75 to 80 million people. Is that a possibility? The downside risks and costs of every approach are real, frightening, and depressing, no matter how little one thinks of reopening now.

The Atlantic article restates President Trump’s warning about the cure being worse than the disease.

The worst disease, the worst infection, which afflicts the nation however is not Chinese CoronaVirus. The nation is under attack by the Deep State corruptions and their attempt to steal this entire nation for themselves leaving the governed with no consent – which is a revolutionary insurrectionist moment.

Since the beginning of the coup we have been calling it in our tags as “ObamaGate”. As Barack Obama slithered out of the White House he attempted to destroy the American system just as Obama tried to destroy the American way of life since inception.

Richard Nixon was a leftist who pretended to be from the right, and in comparison to Barack Obama the president who was forced from office for his “White House horrors” was a saint.

The crimes committed by Barack Obama, James Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Yates, Lynch, the entire Obama administration are too long to catalog this May day. There is a much more important assessment to make.

Why, as Tucker Carlson has asked, did the Republicans in congress not defend President Trump and stop the attempted coup? Matt Gaetz provides some answers, bravely enough on the increasingly unwatchable Sean Hannity ego show:

Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz on Friday slammed what he called a “failure of our Republican leadership” in the Russia collusion investigation, also singling out former South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy for his claims that the F.B.I. behaved appropriately in its early investigations of the alleged plot. [snip]

Appearing on the show shortly after Gowdy, Gaetz sarcastically referred to “Trey Gowdy’s exquisite questions in 2017 to these corrupt officials.”

“Why was it then that in late May of 2018 that Trey Gowdy went on Martha MacCallum’s show and said that the F.B.I. did exactly what all of our fellow Americans would have wanted them to do and it had nothing to do with Donald Trump?” Gaetz said. 

“Both of those things have now been proven to be not true and it seems that Gowdy’s brilliant lawyering back in 2017 that we’re only able to see now proves those two statements untrue,” he added. 

Gaetz last night posted to his Twitter account the 2018 remarks to which he was referring, in which Gowdy claimed that the F.B.I. in the course of the investigation “did exactly what [Americans] would want them to do when they got the information they got, and that it has nothing to do with Donald Trump.” 

“Given all we’ve learned, this is hard to understand,” Gaetz remarked on the video. 

On Hannity, Gaetz also criticized Republican leadership for allegedly hamstringing G.O.P. efforts to supervise the investigation. 

“Unfortunately when [Rep. Devin] Nunes and [Rep. Mark] Meadows and [Rep. Jim] Jordan and I wanted subpoena power it was Paul Ryan and Trey Gowdy that wouldn’t give us that subpoena power. Democrats sent out hundreds of subpoenas,” he said. 

“When he had control and could have run this to ground in 2017, we didn’t send out one single subpoena, not one,” he said, calling that decision “a failure of our Republican leadership.”

Hannity can’t wait to rush Gaetz off as Hannity blames “mistakes” not calculation for why Republicans did nothing to stop the attempted coup against President Trump. Perhaps Hannity is afraid that Gaetz will mention the fact that Paul Ryan is in the Board of Directors of Fox News? Perhaps Hannity did not want to have Trey Gowdy attacked as he is paid by Fox News to bloviate? Both? Worse?

As Tucker Carlson notes above, Republicans controlled both houses of congress when the Russia nonsense began. Republicans knew the lies of the investigators against Trump from the outset. Yet, the GOP congress did not do their job and protect the country.

On two big recent issues the American people have been lied to by their leaders. The big lie of Russian collusion was designed by Obama Dimocrats to remove the President the American people elected. Both Obama Dimocrats and the RINO GOP leadership did nothing to protect the will of the people. On the Chinese CoronaVirus the lies have been massive and continue to be massive.

Lindsey Graham talks a lot and will have more useless hearings next week. Gowdy will collect paychecks. McConnell functions when it is something he himself wants but does nothing to move the country forward or protect the citizens and our democracy. When President Trump is reelected this November he will remember.

The Beginning Of The Beginning

The first three years of President Donald J. Trump are but a prelude seemingly from a grand Wagnerian opera. We are about to begin the beginning of the beginning.

Brexit took three years from vote to implementation that will take another year to be finalized. It is now beginning the dissolution of the European Union travesty. Impeachment, like Brexit, took three years for Obama Dims to implement. But this Wednesday impeachment ends and we will be at the beginning of the beginning.

But why Wednesday? Why is the final impeachment vote Wednesday? Wouldn’t it have been better, much more satisfying for the final impeachment vote to be taken before Tuesday and President Trump’s State of the Union speech before congress, the world, the American voter?

Well, of course we would have loved to have the impeachment vote with a grand victory for President Trump before Tuesday. The notion of President Trump braying of his INNOCENCE after a Senate acquittal at the State of the Union speech before tens of millions or hundreds of millions as Nancy Pelousy stood helplessly behind him in more ways than one on the congressional stage is one which makes us chortle and screech in a most undignified and unnatural manner. The notion of such a spectacle in front of Adam Schifty and the rest of the totalitarian left makes us dizzily spin in delight. But that is not to be. Damn, even our notion of an Impeachment that lasted until July 16 of the Dim convention in Milwaukee won’t happen.

So why Wednesday as the day of the final impeachment vote that exonerates the great President Trump? Look to the calendar. Sunday, President Trump does the pre-Superbowl interview with Sean Hannity which will be viewed by millions and President Trump can chortle of his pending victory all he wants. Monday, mandatory attendance for all senators as impeachment formalities continue with more blathering – even as Iowa voting begins the first election votes which will end in the general election vote on November 3. Tuesday, non-mandatory attendance in the Senate and later on the State of the Union speech by President Trump. Wednesday, the great Trump acquittal vote in the senate.

See that bit about Iowa on Monday? As has been discussed in the comments, Bernie Sanders is the most hurt by the impeachment calendar. Joe Biden has been the one hurt the most by impeachment as Widow Hunter and the Biden family scandals have come to the fore. But Bernie Sanders is the one hurt the most by the calendar because Bernie can’t campaign in Iowa even as his campaign surges. Bernie has had to spend lots of money in Iowa to make up for his lack of campaigning and that will hurt him later in the campaign season.

Cryin’ Chuck Schemer wants to hurt Bernie badly. So Cryin’ Chuck has demanded the above calendar. Cryin’ Chuck figures he can hurt Bernie by keeping him away from Iowa with the impeachment calendar. But why would Mitch McConnell and President Trump tolerate this anti-Bernie tactic?

The real question should be ‘why wouldn’t Mitch McConnell and President Trump tolerate this anti-Bernie tactic?’ McConnell and POTUS Trump understand that the Bernie Bros see clearly how the Obama Dims are trying to undermine Bernie. If Bernie loses Iowa by a few points the Bernie Bros will point to Cryin’ Chuck’s plots for the loss.

President Trump doesn’t need to fight the Bernie Bros and Cryin’ Chuck. Those two should be left alone to fight each other.

The Bernie Bros and Bernie can see the maneuvering to destroy Bernie Sanders. Already Mike Bloomberg has spent hundreds of millions and that has led to a change in the debate rules to accommodate Bloomberg and welcome him to the debates. Bloomberg has bought himself a debate ticket by big donations to the Dim establishment. $800,000 to the DNC gets you want you want.

Bernie and the Bros are also aware of the attempt to steal the nomination at the convention with a rule change that would allow the “superdelegates” to vote on the first ballot thereby killing off Bernie and the Bros. The rules against superdelegates voting on the first ballot came about in order to appease Bernie and the Bros after the nomination theft in 2016. Now that Bernie is poised to win, the rule could revert to ‘steal the nomination’ mode. Poor Bernie and the Bros.

Watching the coming battle between Bernie and the Dim establishment is President Trump, laughing. The equation is ‘help Cryin’ Chuck now by keeping Bernie away from Iowa and then remind the Bernie Bros of the election theft later’. Impeachment has been an ocean of bonuses for President Trump. It’s the beginning of the beginning.

Impeachment has gravely wounded Biden and threatens a future war between Bernie and the Dim establishment. More importantly, impeachment has helped President Trump smoke out the anti-Trump forces that surround him. John Bolton has been completely exposed for the neo-con traitor he is. John Kelly, the former Trump chief of staff, likewise exposed as a traitor. The Vindman’s, the Ciaramella’s, etc. have been exposed as the treacherous snakes they have always been. Lots of traitors have been smoked out and exposed and soon those they conspired with will be exposed as well. Finally, President Trump will have a team he can trust (think of how Barr replaced Jeff Sessions and that is the model).

But career civil servants, including some of the administration’s current and former top national security officials, have denounced those efforts in interviews with The Daily Beast, claiming it undermines the well-established interagency process—one that’s meant to act as a safeguard against dangerous ideas and policies moving forward.

In short, the Swamp is terrified. The NeverTrump establishment is aware that things are going in the wrong direction. The leftist Guardian states ‘We can lose this election’: what top Democrats fear could go wrong in 2020.

Political Trumps Legal: The Davos Impeachment

We want the impeachment circus to last until July. July 16 to be precise. We likely won’t get what we want. But wouldn’t it be fun if the final vote on impeachment comes on the last day of the Obama Dimocrat convention?More fun if on July 13, the first day of the Obama Dimocrat convention, Joe Biden is forced to testify about the corruption of his family. Widow Hunter Biden testify on July 15 would be so much fun. Then after months of the nation forced to hear and see Adam Schiff we would all get to see President Trump entirely exonerated by the U.S. Senate on July 16 and no one would watch the Obama Dimocrat convention. Ahhh.

That’s what we would like to see. The Trump hating Obama Dims are like alcoholics and/or drug addicts who need their impeachment fix and we prescribe all the impeachment alcohol and drugs they want until they are found dead from overdose. That simple formulation is something Washington lawyers don’t understand. We’ll make our formulation simpler and repeat what we always write in these matters: The Political Trumps the Legal.

Lawyers in school are trained to think a certain way. That is what law school teaches. It is not so much how to research law precedents or civil procedure that law schools teach. Law schools teach potential lawyers how to think a certain way. That’s why smart political campaigns use lawyers sparingly. Campaigns should use lawyers to check on legal requirements for candidates and for ballot access legal issues and such, but that is it. Lots of news from the courts. But as we so frequently declare, THE POLITICAL TRUMPS THE LEGAL. What matters in politics is the court of public opinion. What is playing out today is the game plan of the Deep State which has been aided and abetted by pretend Trump supporters such as Conservative Treehouse and Q-Anon.

The game plan by the Deep State all along has been to wait until just before the elections to pounce. Today was the day for moves in court to break those that helped President Trump get elected. The next move is to file charges against the President or a report to congress so that the Obama Dimocrats will take control in November.

We wrote that before the 2018 elections. All has been proven true. And yet, some still refuse to learn what is obvious. The same strategy is at play by Obama Dimocrats for 2020 – that is what the phony impeachment of President Trump is all about.

The Political Trumps the Legal. Does anyone really think that the more time Americans spend watching, or avoiding, Adam Schiff and the impeachers the stronger their case becomes? On the contrary, the more Americans watch or hear about Adam Schiff and the impeachers the more loathing and disgust they will feel against Adam Schiff and the impeachers. Logic dictates that the strategy of the Trump advocates and lawyers would be to provide as much time for Adam Schiff to make a spectacle of himself. Does anyone think that the hours spent on the first day of impeachment watching Adam Schiff and the impeachers like Nadler has hurt President Trump?

President Trump continues to schlong the Obama Dims. President Trump is smart. His defenders are not so smart. These defenders want President Trump to avoid Twitter and all forms of communication while the “professionals” defend Trump. Fools. We often hear the stupid refrain from idiots like Dagen McDowell on Fox Business News state inanities like “Trump is his own worst enemy” every time President Trump Tweets what they consider something provocative.

We are not saying that we are for all the Trump haters to be put on display during the impeachment show. But even if they were does anyone think that hearing more from those clowns like Hill and Vindman will make the case against Trump stronger especially in light that they will be cross examined by lawyers who have been well trained in the lawyerly arts of cross examination?

We are not saying that we are all for nonstop impeachment proceedings for months on end. A little adjournment respite might be considered. Still, nonstop impeachment proceedings would not be bad for President Trump either. Picture the months of February, March, April, May, added to the first weeks of July and the last weeks of January all filled with a nonstop impeachment show – ask yourself what would happen.

What would happen to ratings and Big Media profits? Months of Adam Schiff impeachers and Americans would refuse to turn on TV sets or watch any social media. Months of Adam Schiff on TV would be like eating regurgitated vomit then vomiting the regurgitated vomit to eat it only to vomit, eat it, regurgitate, vomit, eat vomit, eat vomit, eat vomit, eat vomit…. Give ’em what they want, vomit then the vomit of vomit then the vomit of the vomit of the vomit….

Give Obama Dimocrats what they want. That is a great curse from God. Let America see and hear the Obama Dimocrats like Adam Schiff for 12 hours a day for days on end. Tie up the Obama Dimocrats in the Senate so they cannot campaign for months. Force Obama Dimocrats to be in the U.S. Senate testifying during their great spectacle convention. Ram impeachment down their throats.

Teacher Trump ThanksGiving Triumphs

Only President Trump could turn a traditional turkey pardon ceremony foolishness into a political event in the manner of a great teacher. It’s time to give thanks to the Almighty for raising a Gideon at this time in our history who has taught GOP cowards how to fight for America.

The twin turkey pardons of “Bread” and “Butter” featured a Trumpian twist about the foolishness of impeachment and the non-Bombshells. President Trump observed that both “Bread” and “Butter” were reared to withstand “any condition”.

President Trump then comically announced that both “Bread” and “Butter” had been subpoenaed by Adam Schiff to appear at Schiff’s basement on Wednesday.

President Trump continued the comic routine by saying the Democrats have accused him of being “too soft on turkey”. Unlike “previous witnesses” mocked the President, “you and I have actually met” the President told “Bread” and “Butter”.

Immediately, President Trump cooed that the pardon of the turkeys would be popular with Big Media because turkeys are related to vultures. Ouch! Big Media as vultures!

This is how President Trump teaches. The lesson? How to fight.

President Trump is slowly but steadily teaching elected Republicans how to fight. Those laggards are not the brightest so it has taken them a long time to learn the lessons President Trump teaches. But last week the GOP stood united with President Trump and the GOP fought.

Great Trump Xmas Gifts: Gov’t Shutdown, Syria Pullout, Mattis Resigns

The difficulty of the past few weeks has been figuring out which of the many President Trump Christmas gifts to the American people is the best. This week featured the announcement of American troops leaving Syria (a Trump campaign promise). That Syria (and Afghanistan draw-down) announcement prompted the honorable General “Maddog” Mattis to announce his departure as Secretary of Defense. Then on Thursday, President Trump proved the detractors wrong once again as he pulled the rug out from under clearly shocked Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer. The Syria announcement in particular is an excellent example of the stupidity of President Trump’s policy opponents. The “partial” government shutdown is an excellent example of how to fight the Swamp.

Syria:

The opponents of President Trump’s announcement that he will remove American troops from Syria proved they are numb-skulls. Consider their reasons. Lindsey Graham and the delusional Marco Rubio (who for some reason believes he is a foreign policy expert) denounced the announcement and made all sorts of proclamations about the disasters to come due to the pull-out decision. Senator Graham summarized the case for those against President Trump’s Syria decision:

“When Obama pulled out of Iraq we knew exactly what was going to happen. The military told President Obama, if you leave now, the radicals that are still around are going to regenerate. And all the people who helped us in Iraq, a lot of them died. The same thing is going to happen in Syria,” Graham said. “Good luck getting somebody to help us fight this war in the future, Iran is going to be really happy, and ISIS is going to get a shot in the arm, and Turkey is licking their chops.”

Senator Graham and the Syria Stay cohort are flat out stupid on this matter. First of all President Trump is not Barack Obama. When Barack Obama cut and ran from military commitments it led to disasters because America’s enemies saw in full display the weakness of Barack Obama. America’s enemies loved weak Barack Obama because Barack Obama weakened America and strengthened America’s enemies. In contrast President Trump’s decision to get out of Syria is a sign of strength.

Recall, President Trump campaigned against ceaseless American military adventures and interventions world-wide, specifically in Syria and President Trump continues to keep his promises. Most importantly however, President Trump is making a very wise decision on Syria because President Trump will target the real enemy, which is not Syria nor ISIS. It is on this point that Senators Graham and Rubio and the other opponents of this decision on Syria prove they are particularly dumb. That’s because – THE REAL ENEMY IS IRAN.

President Trump is not about to pour endless resources and decades more of war in Syria and the middle east which weaken America by draining its economy and military strength. That’s because in the middle east THE REAL ENEMY IS IRAN. Cut off the head of Iran and the Persian Empire of Terror and the dreams of hegemonic power in the middle east against America is over.

At this point in American history the dumbest of the dumb understand that the Iraq invasion by President Bush was a massive mistake precisely because the attack against Iraq was a huge gift to Iran. Iraq was an opponent of Iran. Iraq was a minor player in the region. Iran was the great threat against America and Iran was growing stronger and stronger. The Bush invasion of Iraq helped Iran enormously. The Bush invasion of Iraq weakened America, drained American resources, was a lunatic dream of the neo-cons who wanted to impose American democracy on a culture and society not interested in democracy because the tribal allegiances mattered more to them.

At this point in American history it is also very clear to even the dumbest of the dumb that Barack Obama, Obama Dimocrats, and Republicans such as Corker gave billions to Iran, helped Iran enormously, lied to Americans about their policy which was to deliberately help Iran in a delusional quest to help Iran transition to an American friend. President Trump has ended all that Obama nonsense and is targeting Iran with crippling sanctions as well as helping Israel/Saudi Arabia and other states such as Egypt in the region to target Iran militarily and politically.

When Lindsey Graham and the rest of the numb-skulls declare “Iran is going to be really happy” regarding President Trump’s decision – that is sheer stupidity. If anything Iran understands that President Trump is marshaling resources to continue to cage Iran because President Trump understands that THE REAL ENEMY IS IRAN.

THE REAL ENEMY IS IRAN. President Trump understands this. President Trump targets Iran. Lindsey and Marco are too dumb to see how smart President Trump is.

Mattis:

The resignation of General Mattis as Secretary of Defense was a reaction to the announcement by President Trump of the Syria pull-out and a coming draw-down of troops from Afghanistan. We admire and respect General Mattis but we are glad to see him and his many allies who think like him, leave.

General Mattis accomplished the job President Trump wanted him to perform. The military is now funded well and that is due in some large part to the respect General Mattis garnered from congress. General Mattis re-equipped much of the American military and also brought a sense of order. Having done his job General Mattis leaves over policy disputes with the President.

President Trump is systematically removing officials who disagree with his long declared policy positions. This is good. General Kelly will soon leave as White House Chief of Staff. Mattis is leaving. Secretaries of the various armed forces are also leaving. Their allies are also leaving. They are leaving because they have to various degrees done the job President Trump wanted them to do. Now it is time to restructure the various departments to do the jobs President Trump wants from them.

The Mattis resignation is less to do with General Mattis and more to do with the next phase of President Trump’s presidency. A great deal was accomplished in the first two years and now President Trump is ready to move to the next phase. This is all good. Big Media will proclaim it all to be “chaos” as Big Media has proclaimed from the beginning. But we see the order of the great vortex Trump who manages so well with his center of the wheel management style.

SHUTDOWN

A great tip for those who wish to analyze the political world is to turn off the volume when political figures speak. For example, watch Paul Ryan/Nancy Pelosi/Chuck Schumer on Thursday as they reacted to President Trump’s announcement that he would not sign a funding bill to keep the government open during the next few weeks unless money ($5 billion) for a WALL was provided. Paul Ryan’s blue eyes turned brown, Nancy Pelosi was discombobulated more than usual, Chuck Schumer was on the verge of tears, again. There was no attitude by any of these clowns of “great, now we can beat Trump because he has made a grave mistake and we are going to win”. The reactions were more like “who pulled the rug out from under us????? and how do we get our balance so we don’t come crashing down???”

Then came the vote at the House of Representatives which gave President Trump a victory, contra Nancy Pelosi’s dire forecasts about the impossibility of such a task getting accomplished. All the bravado came from the White House with President Trump and all the signs of defeat came from the Obama Dimocrats and their ally Paul Ryan.

Why was President Trump smiling and so happy? It is doubtful that the Senate will pass the House bill. It is likely there will be a partial shutdown of the government in time for Christmas. So why is this good news for President Trump??? Look to history for the answer and recall President Bill Clinton versus Newt Gingrich.

In 1994 Newt Gingrich Republicans won an historic victory when after 40 years they finally won the House of Representatives. The presumption was that President Bill Clinton was set back on his heels as he conceded repeatedly to the House Republicans on fight after fight. Then President Bill Clinton yanked the chain:

As the clocks struck midnight on Nov. 14, 1995, so began the longest federal government shutdown in U.S. history. For 21 days — from Nov. 14-19 and again from Dec. 16, 1995-Jan. 6, 1996 — nonessential government employees stayed home while their leaders fought to pass a federal budget. The shutdown was sparked when an agreement between President Bill Clinton and the Republican-controlled Congress (led by then Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich) could not be reached by Sept. 30, the expiration date of the previous year’s budget. In the end, the shutdown, which cost the government $800 million in losses for salaries paid to furloughed employees, was settled when Clinton submitted a budget that proposed to eliminate the federal deficit in seven years.

That showdown was the beginning of the end for Newt Gingrich. President Trump is planning the same for Nancy Pelosi.

Imagine what will happen if there is a partial government shutdown. Christmas week it won’t matter. Few normal Americans will notice anything has changed. The following week, on January 3rd, Nancy Pelosi presumably becomes Speaker of the House.

Pelosi will not be able to compromise with President Trump because the lunatic left won’t allow her. If Pelosi compromises to end the shutdown then she will not become Speaker of the House. The entire nation will see that Pelosi won’t compromise because all she offers is “resistance”. In other words, the moment the Obama Dimocrats take power in the House, total war will be the order of the day. President Trump will appeal to the nation to protect the borders. Nancy Pelosi will argue against national security.

Add to the mix that the only reason why Obama Dimocrats won the elections for the House of Representatives is because so many of them assured their districts they are “moderates” not leftist loons. How will these Representatives vote as counter-proposals emerge? How will the Obama Dimocrats in the U.S. Senate vote? Into this genuine chaos the Obama Dimocrats will fall as the master of the vortex laughs at their haplessness.

As long as the Republicans in the Senate stand with President Trump, President Trump wins. It won’t really matter what happens with the shutdown, because this is a war for the hearts and minds of the American public in the states that elected President Trump in 2016. Do Americans want national security or an endless stream of caravans loaded with an endless stream of illegal immigrants who owe loyalty to the nations they flee and deep down despise America.



Allegedly Republican analysts, as dumb as Graham and Rubio on Syria, recently ramped up attacks against President Trump. As they did when President Trump was about to sign TPP, the Paris Climate Accords before that, the DACA sell-out too, all the times these clowns proclaim President Trump will sell his voters out – they are proven wrong wrong wrong. Our advice to Americans is “Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth.” This Christmas, President Trump is giving us some great gifts. Unwrap and enjoy.

Florida Recount Law, Court Rulings, Senator Rubio, Scott, DeSantis, And Corrupt Brenda Snipes

Lil Marco is fast becoming a grown up. We saw that transformation happen to Lindsey Graham too during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. Consider these two as beneficiaries of a spinal infusion courtesy of President Donald J. Trump. For Senator Marco Rubio the growth of stature and spine is due to the Obama Dimocrat corruptions in Florida, specifically Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Senator Rubio appears to be onto something that even our lamebrained courts are waking up to:

A Broward judge ordered the county’s elections chief to turn over to Gov. Rick Scott’s campaign for the U.S. Senate an accounting of how many ballots were cast countywide, broken down by category, by 7 p.m. Friday.

Circuit Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips also held that Brenda Snipes, Broward’s supervisor of elections, was in violation of Florida public records laws for not fulfilling the records request by Scott’s campaign.

She ordered Snipes to turn over the number of all ballots cast in the midterm election, including absentee, early voting and those cast on Election Day. She also ordered her to provide the number of ballots still to be counted.

The information Scott’s campaign sought in a lawsuit against Snipes “should be a matter of record at this time and immediately available,” the judge said.

Ordinarily we would be worried [N.B.: The GOP will control the U.S. Senate no matter the Florida and Georgia outcome even before the Mississippi runoff election provides the GOP a hold on that senate seat] as we post update upon update to document the felonies in Florida and elsewhere . This time we are at battle stations but fairly sanguine that it will all work out. Why? Because if President Trump can transplant a backbone into Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham what miracles cannot President Trump ask the Almighty to fulfill?

Update: Useless Jeff Sessions has resigned at the request of President Donald J. Trump. Those such as Conservative Treehouse, Ann Coulter, Bill Mitchell, and assorted losers, hardest hit. We demanded Jeff Sessions resign a long time ago, but Conservative Treehouse, Q-Anon and the Q-tards, defended Jeff Sessions with the nonsense that President Trump secretly supported Jeff Sessions.

We’ve been proven correct. One day after the election and Jeff Sessions “the cleaning woman that refused to clean” is gone. Q-Tards and Conservative Treehouse defended Sessions and attacked anyone who dared question “Trust Jeff Sessions”. Jeff Sessions is now gone. A new acting AG will get work done – Matthew G. Once again Barack Obama proved he is the kiss of death. There was no blue wave as Big Media and Obama Dimocrats forecast for a year and a half. President Trump won big. Here’s how: President Trump won the U.S. Senate this year; President Trump won the U.S. Senate in 2020 as well; President Trump won even more potential appointments on the Supreme Court and President Trump won the Judicial branch of government from district courts to appellate courts as the Senate has a solid majority (especially after the Mississippi runoff which the GOP will win) to approve any nomination President Trump makes to the high court or the lower courts.



Obama Dimocrats thought they could recapture the U.S. Senate in 2018 but they failed. The back-up plan was to win three seats and the U.S. Senate in 2020 but now even if they win those three seats in 2020 President Trump gets to keep the U.S. Senate. That means that the leftists on the Supreme Court can’t resign or die until 2022 at the earliest if they want to deny President Trump the opportunity to replace them – and this knowing that every big decision they will likely lose.

President Trump also gets every appointment he makes to the federal government. The Senate will approve his nominees. President Trump can ignore Sasse, Collins, Murkowski, and Romney (ugh – there’s one we wouldn’t have minded losing). United teams win and now President Trump has strong supporters in the U.S. Senate instead of backstabbers like Corker and Flake (McCain was already gone and Ben Sasse will be primaried out in 2020).

Even when he loses he wins. President Trump did lose – President Trump lost that dead weight that hung around his neck called Paul Ryan – good riddance. President Trump will also lose that useless Jeff Sessions and every other appointment that is not performing with high energy. President Trump will also get rid of the Mueller investigation once Sessions and Rosenstein are gone.

Real losses for President Trump? Yeah, it is sad to see the still fighting Governor Scott Walker lose. Kris Kobach also lost his bid for governor but now President Trump wins on this one because President Trump can hire Kobach to run a department such as Homeland Security to replace the current low energy secretary. Bonus – in the important states of Florida and Ohio President Trump will have GOP governors to help him in 2020.

Yeah it was sad to see some losses. For us the loss in the senate seat from Ohio was a tough blow. Heller in Nevada used to be a NeverTrumper until recently so no tears from us. We’ll take the trade for getting rid of McCaskill, (probably) Tester, DonNelly. And we get McSally, Blackburn, and Hyde-Smith too.

After 40 GOP resignations in the House it was going to be difficult to maintain the House majority. We thought it was possible and even likely. But alas that was not to be. The Obama Dimocrats however barely gained a majority. That bare majority leads to problems for Pelosi immediately and in 2020:

The following newly elected Democrats have specifically committed to voting against Pelosi for speaker on the floor, meaning Democrats will need to win more seats than this to offset these members’ votes.

Oppose Pelosi but floor position unclear

Some incoming Democrats have called for new leadership without specifying an exact position on Pelosi.

That’s the target list for the GOP in 2020. If they vote for Pelosi, they will lose in 2020.

What is needed now is a fighter in the House of Representatives. RINO Ryan is gone or soon will be gone. RINO Ryan should be sent packing immediately and Jim Jordan should become the leader of the GOP in the House. Jordan has already announced he is running.

“In 2016, the American people elected Republicans to come here and change this town. I think the president is doing just that, but I don’t think they see the same intensity from folks in Congress, folks in the House of Representatives,” he continued.
