We wrote that President Trump’s main enemy would be Big Media, not the vegetable Biden, and we were right. But most important in our analysis was this: “We’ll add another worry at this point. And that is that the truth from President Trump will be so shocking and so difficult to believe that many will not think it is possible. Big Media has kept most of the Joe Biden facts hidden from the public that many Americans have never heard the truth about Biden before.”
That last bit in bold is the key. President Trump’s job was to present the truth Big Media kept hidden from the American public to the American voter. Some think that President Trump was too aggressive and helped veggie Biden to avoid answering questions but Veggie Biden was going to follow instructions from his masters no matter what. Some suffer from esprit de l’escalier and wish President Trump had said what they wanted to hear the way they wanted to hear it. But understand this, the job was to get information to the public that Big Media wants to keep hidden.
Look to the date. Today is the last day of September – which is the last day of the third quarter. Tomorrow is the first day of October and the first day of the fourth quarter. Connect President Trump’s debate performance with those dates and you will see why President Trump won big. The economic numbers released today already have the markets up because they demonstrate that President Trump is entirely correct about the “V” shaped recovery.

Veggie Biden performed his assigned duties as best he could. Mostly, the Veg “talked” to the camera and addressed the viewers directly. Veggie was so weak however that the repeated stunt failed to capture attention especially as President Trump dominated at all times. Veggie Biden looked frail and the viewers either consciously or sub-consciously knew it.
Veggie Biden also had on a nice tie. His eyes are still vacant and squinty but his tie was nice. The freshly shaved and preserved Veggie set off the nice tie. The mortician did a good job.
Today, Veggie Biden goes full malarkey tour and returns to his golden yesteryears with a whistle stop tour on a train. Next up we presume he will discover the telegraph and do interviews via Western Union.
President Trump will continue to lead the nation in the 21st century. Tonight a rally in Minnesota and while there a talk about law and order for the voters that have suffered so much with Antifa violence that Veggie Biden does not see.
Update: This convention is quite spectacular. Our expectations were that it would be a bore and useless. This is well produced and crafted. The speakers are not only attacking but defending. Melania’s speech took all the Trump manners that offend some people and turned those manners into solid reasons why PDT is the man for the job. That PDT might be crude and too tough is now explained to the public as someone who fights with all he has for the American public.
The live appearances are infinitely better than the prefabricated rubbish from the Dims.
As to Melania’s outfit: it is a smackdown of Moochelle Obama. The color of outfits are the same. Melania’s outfit is a ready for combat look contrary to Moochelle’s loutish look fit for a cocktail waitress. Note also the waistline. Melania is able to wear a belt around her waist that emphasizes her figure. Moochelle couldn’t wear that belt around her ankles, let alone the waist. On substance, Melania slapped down attacks and chose to demonstrate a unity message.

Instead of using the Dim convention to not only attack President Trump but also to insulate themselves from the carpet bombing attacks to come by the genius President Trump and his campaign, Ca-Ca-Mala and Sloppy chose to ignore reality. President Trump will now schlong reality onto the dunce duo. Yup, the Trump convention is on.
President Trump and Vice President Pence are already voted on as the nominees on the first day of the RNC convention. Now the attacks can begin. The attacks will be based on the Obama Dimocrat totalitarian left violent attacks against America in Dimocrat controlled cities.
In sum the President Trump campaign will be “LAW AND ORDER”. The choice for American voters will be a President Trump who makes promises and keeps promises versus a lawless and corrupt Biden/Harris.

The rule of law, and order, extends to illegal immigration. Enforce the law to create and maintain order. On every issue, even the economy, the rule of law, the maintenance of order are essential to economic strength and growth.
Law and Order as a campaign message for President Trump is obvious. The dumb Dims know it but can’t do anything about that message because if Ca-Ca-Mala Harris and Sloppy Joe demand Law and Order alongside President Trump the totalitarian left burning cities will turn against the duo of death. Trump Trails Biden, but Polls Show the President Has Some Strengths
Trump’s image has improved among white voters, and Republicans are growing more interested in the election [snip]
An improved image among white voters: Among white voters, Mr. Trump lags behind his 2016 vote share as recorded by exit polls. But in a sign of improvement, white voters in the most recent Journal/NBC News survey were divided almost equally between positive and negative views of the president. Four years ago, by contrast, negative views significantly outweighed positive ones among white voters, 54% to 35%.
“Trump improved his image among whites by about 20 points in the last four years,” said Micah Roberts, a Republican pollster who works on the Journal/NBC News survey with Democrat Jeff Horwitt. “That’s very important because they are more than 70% of the electorate.”
Holding steady with Hispanics: Mr. Trump trails his 2016 support levels among many groups, polling finds. Among Hispanic voters, by contrast, he appears to have maintained or even improved his standing.
Some 31% of the nation’s largest ethnic or racial minority group say they will back the president, a slightly higher share than the 28% who voted for him in 2016, according to exit polls.
Hispanic voters aren’t a unified bloc, and their partisan profile varies by state. But Mr. Trump could make gains in Florida, Arizona and several other battleground states if he cuts into Democratic margins among Hispanic voters.
Rising interest among Republicans: Intensity and anger can drive turnout, and Democrats sought to use their convention last week to unify voters who dislike Mr. Trump’s combative style.
But Mr. Trump has also boosted Republican intensity. This week’s convention has the potential to raise it further.
Interest in the election has risen among Republicans in the past month and now matches Democratic interest. Some 85% of Republicans rate themselves as highly interested in the election, compared with 83% of Democrats.
Some 27% of voters say they would be optimistic and confident if Mr. Trump were elected, compared with 14% who said so in 2016. By contrast, 19% of voters said before the Democratic convention that they would be optimistic about Mr. Biden’s election.
Up-for-grabs voters lean Republican: The Journal/NBC News survey in July looked at voters who haven’t ruled out either candidate and are “in play” in November. These voters as a group have characteristics that suggest they are open to Mr. Trump and his party.
Some 22% have a positive image of Mr. Trump, while only 11% have a positive image of Mr. Biden, the July poll found. They prefer a candidate who will confront the Washington establishment, a hallmark of Mr. Trump’s pitch to voters, over one who makes an appeal based on competence and compassion, key themes during the Democratic convention. In addition, these voters want Republicans to lead the next Congress rather than Democrats, 42% to 25%.
Trump leads in the economic argument: Polls have consistently turned up voters who say Mr. Trump has done a good job handling the economy but won’t commit to re-electing him. In August, 48% said he was the candidate best able to deal with the economy, 10 percentage points more than said so of Mr. Biden, and yet more people said they would vote for the Democrat.
Mr. Trump is sure to use the convention week to argue that voters who think he can revive the economy should send him back to the White House.
“Mr. Trump is still favored on the economy, and that’s the top issue people are using to decide their vote,” said Mr. Roberts, the Republican pollster.

Biden leads President Donald Trump by just four points nationally — 50 percent to 46 percent — and by even less across 15 battleground states that will determine who wins the electoral college. In those 15 states — Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin — the new CNN poll has Biden leading by just one percent, with Biden at 49 and Trump at 48.
The top line national number of a four-point race represents a double-digit shift in Trump’s direction from CNN’s last national poll in early June. “The movement in the poll among voters nationwide since June is concentrated among men (they split about evenly in June, but now 56% back Trump, 40% Biden), those between the ages of 35 and 64 (they tilt toward Trump now, but were Biden-leaning in June) and independents (in June, Biden held a 52% to 41% lead, but now it’s a near even 46% Biden to 45% Trump divide),” Agiesta wrote. “Trump has also solidified his partisans since June. While 8% of Republicans or Republican-leaning independents in June said they would back Biden, that figure now stands at just 4%. And the President has boosted his backing among conservatives from 76% to 85%.”
The poll was conducted from August 12 to August 15, meaning that it was done entirely in the wake of the announcement from Biden that Harris would be his running mate. Agiesta wrote that Americans have just a “narrowly positive” view of Harris, with 41 percent saying they view her favorably and 38 percent unfavorably — not a great boost to the Biden ticket as the first week a vice presidential nominee comes out of the gate, they usually do better than they will as the campaign progresses.
CNN divides the sample size into three separate categories: simply American adults, registered voters, and registered voters in battleground states. The margin of error increases the more specific the sample set gets.

Tensions linger between the camps with the VP determined to prove the naysayers wrong after Obama backed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as his successor in 2016, Politico states.
While the former President has publicly backed Biden – albeit late in the day – he is said to be warning his inner circle that he may not be fit for office.
‘Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f**k things up,’ Obama has cautioned, according to one Democrat who spoke to Politico.

Thermidor is here. So we took some time to conduct our own surveys. We’ve traveled to swing districts in swing states to assess what polls cannot. What better way to celebrate Thermidor?
Thermidor, is here. We discussed Thermidor back in June of 2015 in an article entitled The Taliban Left, ObamaCare, Citizens United, The Confederate Flag, And The Rebel Yell. As you can tell from the title of that article, we wrote about events of this year back in 2015 with a particular degree of precision. So nothing that has transpired this year has either surprised us nor particularly interested us.
Go read the 2015 article to understand the events of 2020. For those too lazy or two broken by the summer heat we will merely point out that Thermidor is the eleventh month of the French revolutionary calendar and the dates for that month are July 19 to August 17.
It was during Thermidor that the “reaction” came on July 27, 1794. The “Thermidorian Reaction” led to the death of the revolutionaries, such as Robespierre, that had just recently marched through the streets in victory as they purged society of priests, politicians, organizations, institutions, and anything and everything they detested of the old order – which was plenty.
With the French Thermidorian Reaction and the Reign of Terror in mind we set off to look for America.
Only one thing surprised us and only one thing shocked us. First however, what didn’t surprise. In the Pennsylvania mountains we noticed the love of President Trump. On one hillside a homemade monument of massive rocks spelled out “T R U M P” along the highway. Trump/Pence flags flew over the very large tribute to the President.
In another swing state in an affluent upper class white suburb we saw quite a few signs in support of the Reign of White Liberal Terror which exploits Blacks. In these swing affluent upper class white suburbs plenty, not a great many but plenty enough to notice, of Biden signs. This was worrisome.
A bit of examination however allayed those worries. As we found out from residents of these areas in 2016 there were quite a few Hillary signs as well.
What we discovered was that the Trump signs came out closer to the election in 2016. This year there is fear of being doxxed or attacked so it will be interesting to survey these areas again closer to the election when the Trump campaign distributes its lawn signs.
As we wrote, it was difficult to engage people about anything “political”. The Trump haters were happy to let loose their hatred but the more reticent voters had to be stealthily wooed into conversation. Once in conversation however the frustrations of silence could be discerned and slowly, once safely engaged, the anger against the Reign of Terror by liberals, the weariness of CoronaVirus lockdowns, and the riots, slowly rose.
Then came the shock. We spoke with liberals.
Those we managed to gain the trust of were full of suppressed anger and angst. They never liked Trump. They never cared for President Trump. Yet they found the Trump haters and the Reign of Terror liberals so full of hate and demands that the dislike of President Trump paled in comparison.
These once advocates of the politics of joy are angry at the demands of the rabid totalitarian left. They are torn between the hatred of the anti-Trump Reign of Terror and the classic liberal ideals of free speech and genuine tolerance for different viewpoints. From these the melancholy was like an old song from previous eras of strife.
Why were we shocked? Because we are pretty sure these genuine liberals are not only disgusted by the current Reign of Terror but that they will not vote for Biden.
Then came the surprise. Blacks.
We simply don’t believe any of the polls. We particularly don’t believe that many Blacks will vote for President Trump. But now….
We noticed an older black man watching a TV program on his phone. What was he watching? Fox News.
In a taxi, a black driver. On the radio that Sunday a Black pastor conducting a church service. The sermon? An acknowledgment that racism is a problem but the real problem, according to the Black pastor (as the taxi driver nodded in agreement) was Blacks killing Blacks. The Black pastor angry at how Black Lives Matter says nothing about Black on Black crime. Black on Black murder.
We were surprised. We’ve seen this repeatedly but we simply can’t believe that Blacks might really vote in large numbers for President Trump. Latinos we met were too numerous in support of President Trump to doubt genuine support for President Trump and possible votes for Trump. But Blacks???
We ended our 2015 article with a song that ironically might become the theme song for Blacks in 2020.
Yeah, it really could happen. We’re shocked and surprised. Despite the hysterics and the weak there is hope that the Reign of Terror will bring on the reaction. It is hard to believe but history tells us of the reactions during Thermidor and how the guillotine eventually comes for those that once cheered its invention and use. Yeah, it really could happen.

First, let’s mock the anti-Trump suppression polls. In 2016 we were able to see clearly the election victory of President Trump because we know how to read polls. For instance, we get a lot of calls from pollsters. But we don’t answer them. Why? Because we are not sure if these are legitimate polling operations or people/organizations pretending to be polling organizations.
Lots of Americans think like we do. Often pollsters explain these are “shy Trump voters”. All too often however Americans who support President Trump keep quiet and will do a “white riot” in November. These Americans aren’t “shy”, they are smart.
Many supporters of President Trump will avoid a public fight with neighbors, family, or “friends”. They won’t proclaim support for President Trump because they know they and their families will be subject to attack. Smart supporters of President Trump see the madness in the streets and say to themselves “I better keep quiet in public and vote for President Trump in November. I don’t want to be bloodied by thugs for my political views and I don’t want family members to be used the same way General Flynn’s son was used as a cudgel against General Flynn.”
The smart “shy” President Trump supporter can’t trust Big Media or be sure pollsters won’t share personal views with Antifa or other Obama Dimocrat organizations. Smart President Trump supporters also know that many pollsters are paid for by Obama Dimocrats so the information gathered could be used to hurt respondents. So “shush”.
Some supporters of President Trump keep quiet and husband their anger for the battle to come. They are the smart ones. Some supporters of President Trump think if they keep quiet and don’t tell the truth about the thug George Floyd then the leftist Obama Dimocrats will calm down and become reasonable. But the left will never be reasonable because they see the reelection of President Trump coming in November and everything they do is designed to stop the inevitable.
NYPD lieutenant apologizes for kneeling alongside George Floyd protesters
A Manhattan NYPD lieutenant sent an email to his fellow officers apologizing for kneeling alongside George Floyd protesters late last month — telling them that “the cop in me wants to kick my own ass.”
In a June 3 email obtained by The Post Thursday, Lt. Robert Cattani of the Midtown South Precinct said he regrets his “horrible decision to give into a crowd of protesters’ demands” and kneel at Foley Square in Lower Manhattan, with several other cops.
“The conditions prior to the decision to take a knee were very difficult as we were put center stage with the entire crowd chanting,” Cattani wrote. “I know I made the wrong decision. We didn’t know how the protesters would have reacted if we didn’t and were attempting to reduce any extra violence.” [snip]
“I thought maybe that one protester/rioters who saw it would later think twice about fighting or hurting a cop,” Cattani wrote. “I was wrong. At least that [sic] what I told myself when we made that bad decision. I know that it was wrong and something I will be shamed and humiliated about for the rest of my life.”
Lt. Robert Cattani learned in most humiliating fashion that appeasement never works. Indeed, appeasement is an appetizer, as the world once learned in the 1930s but has in this new century forgotten.

Decades ago gay black writer James Baldwin wrote two essays under the name “The Fire Next Time”. As usual it was a race-baiting diatribe attacking religion as practiced by blacks and urged the institutional black church to stoke anger and rage instead of spiritual development. Baldwin, as most race-baiters do, wanted new thinking about race and change but as usual did not want to discuss the reality of black life.
The reality of black life is that there are a large proportion of criminals who are black and even the sainted George Floyd was a thug. The DailyMail wrote all about Saint Floyd. Sticking guns on women, five years in jail, another stint in jail, another stint in jail, another stint in jail. American Big Media won’t write about Saint Floyd in the same way American Big Media “whitewashed” the truth about Big Mike of Ferguson and Trayvon Martin of Florida.
Black thugs target the black community. Don’t expect this truth to be discussed at the funeral of Saint Floyd. White Liberals don’t give a damn about this truth. White Liberals don’t mind a “Purge” of black neighborhoods as long as White Liberals can return to their safe, well policed enclaves where there are no blacks. Remember when last week Black Lives Matter marched freely through Los Angeles? They were stopped when the march started going towards Beverly Hills where the rich White Liberal movie stars live. The police also had to take action to protect The Grove shopping mall because that is where rich white liberals congregate. “Hey black people, you may riot and burn only in your neighborhoods but don’t threaten the rich white liberals.”
Now to the interesting part: THE WHITE RIOT.
In the past, when students rioted against the Vietnam war, or when blacks rioted instead of peacefully protested, the white riot followed. The White Riot is what white people do. The White Riot takes place at the voting booth and mostly in “swing” states that determine elections. Decent white people don’t much care for marching in streets or protesting because they are too busy with family and work – they elect officials to do the job instead.
The White Riot is already here. When a suburban woman sees cops kneeling or stores looted or homes burned – the reaction is to stay quiet, sometimes even to mumble some sort of agreement. But deep inside there is rage and anger at the failure of leadership when elected officials bow down or lay prostrate before thugs such as Black Lives Matter. So normal white people stay quiet and calm then they riot at the ballot box in November. That’s what is going to happen – with a twist – this November.
The twist to the White Riot in November is this: a whole lot of the White Riot will be composed of black people.
Black people are the most vulnerable to crime. White people distant from the Obama Dimocrat cities – the ones that determine election winners – see the crime and understand that the fire next time is coming for them. So the normal whites that President Trump and the GOP need to take over the House of Representatives are ready to riot – aided by many blacks who want to be able to call the police when trouble arrives.
Neither normal white people nor normal black people want to DEFUND THE POLICE.

You should think about what your symptoms or issues are, research as best you can, look at the possible therapies, then consult an “expert”. But in the end you should make the decision which hopefully is well informed and not based on fear.
The “experts”? Some are fools, some are full of themselves and think they have the answers, some are smart and know they don’t have all the answers, and the smartest rely on the information from the person with the problem and tailor their response to the input received. A doctor should trust the patient and then the patient may trust the doctor. “Trust, but verify”is not only good advice in politics. “Trust, but verify” is smart generally.
Consider the CoronaVirus hysteria. Some “experts” are to be trusted, some “experts” are to be ignored, some “experts” are to be consulted but not obeyed, and some “experts” make fools of themselves so obviously they resemble most the court jester entertaining the king.

The coronavirus may not be as deadly as original estimates predicted, according to a new study published on Monday.
The study, published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases medical journal, says previous estimates were too high because they were based on the case fatality rate (CFR) and didn’t account for undiagnosed cases.
The study estimates that the mortality rate of the coronavirus is actually .66 percent.
Earlier this month, Dr. Anthony Fauci estimated that the mortality rate of the coronavirus was about 2 percent. “If you look at the cases that have come to the attention of the medical authorities in China, and you just do the math, the math is about 2%.” The World Health Organization estimated a 3.4 percent mortality rate. President Trump endured a lot of criticism for saying that he had a “hunch” that the WHO’s estimate was too high.
“Well, I think the 3.4 percent is really a false number. Now, and this is just my hunch, and — but based on a lot of conversations with a lot of people that do this. Because a lot people will have this and it’s very mild. They’ll get better very rapidly. They don’t even see a doctor. They don’t even call a doctor,” Trump said. “I think that that number is very high. I think the number, personally, I would say the number is way under 1 percent.”
That would make Trump’s “hunch” correct.

The idea of the Easter open for business timetable was aspirational, inspirational, and practical. Because the Obama Dimocrats wanted the inefficient state bureaucracies to distribute the check payments the timetable had to be delayed. Originally President Trump wanted Easter as a time of resurrection to be an inspiration. At the same time President Trump wanted the financial checks to arrive in mailboxes in order to boost the economy with a bang.
With the passage of the Obama Dimocrat demand that checks be sent by state bureaucracies there was additional time. At the point the President allowed the timetable to move to a later day.
At some point the country will reopen to business. At the same time trillions of dollars from the legislation President Trump signed will pour into the economy as people purchase needed supplies or pay off bills. There will be a virtuous circle of spending and a flood of money into the economy. The goal is to end the economic paralysis with a dynamic bang.
At the same time the President can let the “experts” play with themselves. The Obama Dimocrats already want to investigate President Trump yet again. The goal supposedly will be to uncover how President Trump ignored Fauci and the “expert” cohort. As if.

“I don’t even know that that was the best public health policy. Young people then quarantined with older people, [it] was probably not the best public health strategy,” he said. “The younger people could have been exposing the older people to an infection.”
Cuomo’s office said the governor was referencing a study by a Yale professor, who wrote a column that appeared in the opinion section of the New York Times last week.
They pointed The Post to nearly identical comments Cuomo made about the topic during a press conference Monday, when he explicitly named the piece’s author, Dr. David Katz.
“There’s a theory of risk stratification that Dr. Katz who’s at Yale University is working on, which is actually very interesting to me,” Cuomo told reporters then. “Isolate people but really isolate the vulnerable people. Don’t isolate everyone because some people, most people, are not vulnerable to it.”
He added: “And if you isolate all people, you may be actually exposing the more vulnerable people by bringing in a person who is healthier and stronger and who may have been exposed to the virus, right.”

The letter also instructs pharmacists to ignore physician orders for this medication. Due to the debate over a pharmacist’s right to refuse to fill medications that go against their religious beliefs, this could place pharmacists in the unprecedented position of being told that they must fill prescriptions that violate their “conscience (religious belief)” but must not fill prescriptions to treat COVID-19.
Even worse, the letter indicates health care providers are “required to report” their fellow physicians who are prescribing these medications. This draconian measure carries ominous Gestapo-like overtones of neighbor reporting neighbor to “authorities.” [snip]
What makes this directive more of a head-scratcher is that the same day the state issued its threatening nastygram to Michigan’s health care providers, Whitmer’s counterpart in New York started clinical trials of the very same drugs. [snip]
The implications of Whitmer and her administration’s knee-jerk scare tactics should terrify all Michigan residents. Not only is our state’s top leader threatening the selfless health care workers who are on the frontline trying to save lives, but she’s denying possible life-saving medications to actual COVID-19 victims.
The swamp plague intends to deny President Trump re-election even if that means killing off pesky voters who support President Trump – which increasingly is a bigger and bigger slice of the electoral pie.
Thing is, countries can’t idle their economies and borrow forever. They simply can’t afford to. At some point — as Donald Trump argued this week — the cure risks becoming worse than the disease. At least in economic terms.

And we’ve seen it in the midst of a global pandemic, the seriousness of which the president at first dismissed, then grudgingly conceded, and now seems eager to deny once again, this time in the name of “restarting the economy.”
Over and over again, those who report on and analyze politics at close range have documented the president’s lies, exposed his schemes to enrich himself, taken note of his errors and their consequences, and highlighted his incompetence and cruelty — and at every step of the way they have assumed this would make a political difference. But it hasn’t.
