Trump September Victories And Glory

President Trump already won the arguments on which Dims have fought against him. That much is obvious although too many are focused on silly stories, such as inconsequential books, to see the strategic victories and their long lasting consequences. Sloppy Sleepy Joe has surrendered to all Trump arguments as have the Dims and Big Media – though none of them will admit it. The entire world too has surrendered to Trump.

This past September 11 commemorations of the evil attack against America by Muslim terrorists framed a big announcement by President Trump. The Muslim terrorists and their state sponsors see clearly what American Big Media will refuse to see or acknowledge.

The big announcement by President Trump is one of a series of major Victories by the super genius. We’ll never see his like again in the White House because President Trump is a grade A super genius.

So let’s explain and prove our above assertions.

First, the clod called Joe Biden. On every single issue Joe Biden gives credit to the old saying “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”. On every issue Joe Biden has surrendered to President Trump.

It is not only Joe Biden who has surrendered to President Trump. The entire Obama Dimocrat Party won’t defend their positions nor battle President Trump. No, the Obama Dimocrats have surrendered. Once upon a time the Obama Dimocrats defended their pro-China policies. Once upon a time Obama Dimocrats defended their trade policies especially those that gifted China with trillions of dollars in trade concessions and obsequiousness.

Once upon a time Obama Dimocrats cried out in fury “defund the police” but now even race hustler Al Sharpton proclaims “defund the police” is an invention of “latte liberals”. The Obama Dimocrats have surrendered to President Trump on every issue.

Chinese CoronaVirus? Obama Dimocrats like Sloppy Joe make recommendations which are wholly taken from President Trump. Ban fracking? Surrender on that issue as Biden lies with denials that he ever declared his support to ban fracking. Street violence? Obama Dimocrats such as Joe Biden denounce the very street violence they once defended with revolutionary zealousness. On every issue Joe Biden and the Obama Dimocrats have surrendered to President Trump.

Why have Joe Biden and the Obama Dimocrats surrendered to President Trump? Because they know the public is on the side of President Trump though few will openly risk the danger of free speech in support of President Trump.

Only on taxes do Obama Dimocrat persist with their crackpot theories and proposals. But that will soon change. Soon the Obama Dimocrats will declare that their tax increases will only be for the rich – then they will define “the rich” according to the reaction of the voting public. The meaning of “the rich” will be “the other guy/gal, not you”.

On not a single issue does Sleepy Sloppy Joe Biden challenge supergenius President Donald J. Trump.

What about the world surrender? This past week little Palau agreed to host American military forces. Little Palau goes up against Big China’s Communist dictators because Little Palau and the entire region know that President Trump is the present and the future.

President Trump had already forced Europe to surrender on the issue of tech giant Huawei. Europe denounced President Trump but eventually the Brits fell into line, then the French, then the rest of Europe.

What does the Palau agreement to host American forces mean? It means that President Trump is continuing to surround Communist China in the same way America led the world to surround Communist Soviet Russia during the Cold War.

In the same way, President Trump has performed a supergenius move in the Middle East. Earlier President Trump moved the American embassy to Jerusalem. That move when announced prompted many losers to declare the region would explode in violence. Instead, President Trump moved the American embassy and the only explosive sound was the thunderous applause.

President Trump took away the so-called Palestinian heckler’s veto. President Trump accomplished this by first cutting the Palestinian terrorist government from the $750 million the United States donated ever year. This sent a signal to those in the region that President Trump meant what he said and said what he meant.

In the past month President Trump announced the United Arab Emirates and Israel joined in a peace treaty. There will be a glorious signing ceremony in the White House on September 15. Soon after President Trump announced an agreement between the warring Serbs and Kosovo. Simultaneosly, Kosovo moved its embassy to Jerusalem as well. Then on September 11 President Trump announced Bahrain would also align itself with Israel.

The ultimate humiliation for the so-called Palestinians arrived when the Arab League rejected the request to condemn the UAE for their peace agreement with Israel.

Why is this all happening? This is all happening because President Trump is also isolating Iran in the same way the United States isolated the Soviet Union during the Cold War.

President Trump convinced the Middle East countries that they must all united against Iran. To that end, the oil rich states have begun to seek peace with Israel so that they may all take a united stand against Iran. Soon Saudi Arabia and Oman will join the coalition led by President Trump.

All the countries President Trump has organized alongside the United States and Israel understand that Joe Biden and Barack Obama gave billions of dollars to Iran as well as diplomatic cover and prestige. The entire Middle East and all the players which rely on oil understand the smart Trump strategy and they are prepared to support President Trump and reject Joe Biden.

Against China, against Iran, against Obama/Biden the world is united to support President Donald J. Trump.

  1. Lots of travel JtJames. We’re going to do our own research not trust any reports from anyone. Soon we might have to start paying rent in Pennsylvania because we’re spending so much time doing research.

  2. very curious about how NJ is going to go, I’m hearing rumblings, not sure but it might be close, one of my BFF’s who spent a small fortune to attend obamas inauguration in 2008 is voting trump along with the whole family, her brother is a cop, she whispered under her breath we’re just not telling anyone. the recent boating event for trump in wildwood nj was an eye opener and my FB feed is telling. any thoughts?

  3. also the housing market is insane, every single house around me is sold in days, I’m 15 minutes from the shit hole NYC… one of my nurse friends but a bid in on a house she didn’t get it went for $50,000 over asking price, I feel bad, her husband is a cop they had to cancel their wedding and now can’t get a house without selling their souls.

  7. Yes Admin, you have to do your own research these days. And I have been on the line doing homeland defense from the deployment of high power antennas as “small” cell towers into our communities in close proximity to the public.

One of these is currently installed, less the meter for the power supply, a half mile from my home. it has been done without proper permits and is in violation of multiple FCC rules. The City has voided the permit application in hopes of being able to deny responsibility for it. However, that will only cause a cluster mess with the state and federal laws. I have gone ahead and did what my City failed to do and filed the complaint with the FCC. The FCC is now having to hire staff to process such complaints as mine that are coming in from across the country.

And so there is a battle for the soul of the internet that will be decided in the USSC as Title I or Title II that will decide if wireless technology is deployed as a utility or used to serve us as wanted. In the meantime those who do not go to war, permit by permit, to defend the homeland will likely be over-run and fried.

The game is on as Telecom has been relieved of liability by the Federal Government, such as for vaccines, and the Federal Government, as the FCC, has created rules that they have not been enforcing, to prevent the most serious harm, to deflect the liability to the State and City. Then the States who have foolishly accepted this liability, have transferred it to the Cities that are ill equipped to handle it and are left holding the bag for the public.

In response to the complaints to the FCC I have filed about the facilities my City has, in fact, been permitting, they have decided to advise other Citizens with complaints, to file them with the FCC.

If there was no so much harm, one could have great fun with the absurdities.

  8. Splendid analysis admin.

    1. Trump wins on the arguments–which have produced consensus favoring the country over deep the deep state, on a wide range of issues.

    2. Trump wins on the results–from the destruction of ISIS, to the negotiation of favorable treaties, to control of our borders, to the encirclement of China and Iran, etc etc etc

    3. Trump wins as a candidate–and that will be evident to all those with eyes to see and ears to hear after the first debate, and notwithstanding efforts by Wallace and the rest of big media to take him down, which have failed consistently, which is why they are now engaging in a pattern and practice of one phony scandal a day etc.

In sum, Trump wins —assuming a fair election.

All evidence to date indicates that the democrats have no intention of conducting a fair election. However, that is no reason for those who favor Trump to get discouraged. On the contrary, it is reason for them to double down, to ensure that the victory is so overwhelming that the orchestrated efforts by Soros and his fellow dims will be impossible to pull off.

That may require the invocation of the Insurrection Act post election to deal with the violence the dims have planned tto intimidate the public and to influence public officials. It will most definitely require legal interventions in states where Soros appointed Secretaries of State fail to certify election results prior to the cut off for the Electors to meet, to throw the election into the House of Representatives. It may require the repudiation of Judges who make themselves parties to such a scam. And it may require the American People taking to the streets to resist the stealing of this election and the imposition of the tyranny that would follow if they are successful–which is Dan Bongino’s theory.

Nevertheless, if you weigh all the facts, the odds-makers in Las Vegas, who are betting Trump will win will be proven right–and notwithstanding the political polling which is essentially workless.

  9. Welcome back administrator. Hope you are enjoying your time on the road which surely is better than being stuck in the house most of the time like many .

  10. Winning!! 😀

Once again, Sleepy Joe told the press they could go home at 9 A.M. Meanwhile, your Favorite President, me, will go to Reno, Nevada tonight, three stops in Las Vegas tomorrow, with California and Arizona on schedule Monday. Don’t worry, we won’t be taking off Tuesday, either!

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September

  11. The President made these remarks when Air Force One landed at the Reno airport means that they had to drive to Minden-Tahoe airport, which was built for smaller, non-commercial size planes:

  12. Watched the Trump rally in Miden, NV.

Trump said he is absolutely outraged at Biden’s latest ad showing Trump standing on the graves of fallen soldiers while the voiceover intones that Trump called them “suckers and losers”.

Trump said that the only upside to the ad is that he no longer feels any compulsion to be nice, or even civil, to Biden. The gloves are coming off.

This is good news. My only fear about the debates was that Trump was going to go easy on Biden.

That fear is gone. Trump is going to go VICIOUS.

Like a pit bull, he’s gonna sink his teeth into Biden’s neck, and shake him like a rag doll.

And I am going to enjoy every second of it.

  13. Unfortunately you can’t be too mean to the frail and disabled

It will backfire as the American people don’t like it

Biden can do and say ANYTHING and it’s never challenged…

Even when he says 170 MILLION Americans have died from the China virus

I wonder if that was before, or after we were massaging the hair on his legs?

    Asking for a friend

  14. So far, there has been very little commentary by Dobbs, Fitton and others about the latest revelations insofar as they bear on the integrity and courage of Bill Barr. He is pressing Durham to issue an INTERIM REPORT on the Russia plot against Trump prior to the election so the American voters can issue their own verdict on the dimocrats, deep state and President Trump on November 3. And in so doing, he has incurred the wrath of the left wing lawyers and former Obama justice department attorney/hacks claiming that this is wrong and politically motivated, despite the fact that they took the opposite position with respect to Mueller. The following article by the best blogger at Red State summarizes the situation well, and validates my sixth sense that Barr is a great man. Shorn of the details which you can read for yourself in the link below, if you are so inclined. It is the conclusion that should interest you:
    ——-
Whether the left-wing liberal legal eagles like it or not, there are millions of Trump supporters who WANT to know what Durham is doing, and who want to know that potentially criminal matters uncovered by the IG investigations are being pursued and that offenders are going to be prosecuted just like any other citizen would be in the same circumstances.

More significantly, the subject of the investigation is official misconduct of government actors — from working FBI agents and line DOJ attorneys right up to the Obama Administration Attorney General and FBI Director.

No serious case can be made that these are not matters of grave public concern. If the Russia investigation was an orchestrated farce from the very start — and later pursued by the SCO for the purpose of obstructing the duly elected President of the United States in the performance of his duties in that office, the public should know before the next election if the party seeking to regain the White House was functionally responsible for such obstructive behaviors.

Declaring that Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and other Anti-Trump partisans should enjoy the same confidentiality protections as private citizens, under circumstances where their actions were that of public officials wielding the authority of the federal government, is simply idiotic. As the saying goes, “the Constitution is not a suicide pact.” The Trump Administration is not
required to sit quietly and suffer through a second election while the gears of the Democrat party and federal bureaucratic resistance do all they can to undermine and defeat the Administration.

The opposition partisans are ALL writing books with their narratives. It will be interesting to see how well those narratives hold up under the revelations that a Durham report might bring.

This is truly one exceptional instance where “sunshine is the best disinfectant.” Let the sun shine on all the evidence that Durham has unearthed, and let the Court of Public opinion render a verdict at the ballot box in November.

The fear driving the Democrat partisans wringing their hands over a possible Durham report is that Trump will win re-election, and then the “dogs of war” are really going to come after the malefactors.

Why should President Trump be forgiving in a second term?

They know he won’t be, and William Barr has pledged that nothing like what happened in 2016 should ever happen to a Presidential candidate again.

  15. The Democratic Party should be designated as a Terrorists organization!

Los Angeles Deputies Shot During Ambush Attack – Biden Supporters Cheer “We Hope They Die” Outside Hospital…

Political violence continues to escalate as two Los Angeles deputies were ambushed in their vehicle by a gunman. The shooter casually walked up to the police car and opened fire hitting both officers in the head. The critically wounded deputies graduated from the academy 14 months ago.

Far-left Joe Biden supporters quickly assembled at the hospital chanting “we hope they die” as the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s office asks them to stop blocking the emergency entrance. President Trump and AG Bill Barr sent tweets about the incident earlier this morning.

    It won’t backfire.

The American people don’t want a frail, disabled, demented, LYING piece of shit running their country.

No matter how sorry they might feel for him.

  17. Remember how everyone told Trump, “Oh, you can’t be too tough on Hillary. The women voters won’t like it.”

    How’d that one turn out?

  18. Gonz, I was a little too young to experience the race riots/ civil unrest of the 60’s, but the killing/shootings of police, looting, destroying businesses and cities that is happening today under the guise of racial equality is the most outrageous thing I have ever seen. The dems and MSM have unleashed hell on earth and I fear it is unlikely to ever be the same. And remember, about 50% or more of the country is okay with it and will vote for Biden. WTF happened to our country??? I knew when Obama won most of us posting here were appalled and feared exactly what we are seeing today. That man is responsible for 100% of what is going on today. It’s repulsive to see him and MO at their 12 million dollar Martha’s Vineyard estate lecture us about how bad we are. I just wonder where our country lost it’s soul???

Too little, too late is a report on November 3rd. Trump does all the heavy lifting and Barr puts on a minimal show. Who does he serve?

    Where is Flynn?

Nah. Trump can’t do anything now, because the Dims will scream that he’s acting like a dictator.

I think he’s telling half the truth.

Hey Barack — when are you going to show some courage?

Andrew Gillum, the former mayor of Tallahassee, Fla., came out as bisexual in an interview with Tamron Hall on Monday.
Driving the news: “I don?t identify as gay. I identify as bisexual. I?ve never shared that publicly before,” Gillum, who was once considered a rising star in the Democratic party after his Florida gubernatorial run in 2018, told Hall.

Background: In March, Gillum was found deeply inebriated in a Florida motel room with two men, one of whom was identified as a male escort suffering a drug overdose. Gillum later issued a statement saying he planned to withdraw from public life and deal with alcoholism.

  27. They know they cannot win the election legitimately. The Biden campaign is a Potemkin Village. The following article suggests that they are not even putting any effort into it. Their entire effort will be to steal the election through mail ballot fraud, delay in certification, contesting votes—that is where the Republicans need to invest their energies as well.

It’s the Russians! Biden’s Potemkin Campaign
Posted at 4:15 am on September 14, 2020 by Robert A. Hahn

In this April 26, 2018, photo the facade of a former bank is seen behind steel beams holding it up during during construction in a so-called “opportunity zone” in Newark, N.J. According to plans OCA Architects, the new building, which is at 505 Clinton Avenue, will be a four story building, approximately 31,721 square feet with 27 one and two bedroom units. Program components for the building include a cafe, performance space, laundry room and workshops. (AP Photo/Julio Cortez)
Grigory Aleksandrovich Potemkin-Tauricheski (1739-1791) would seem to be an unlikely Democratic political strategist. A Russian military leader of some repute, and allegedly the lover of Russian Empress Catherine the Great, he is best known today for a ruse he perpetrated on his beloved Empress. As Governor-General of Russia’s Southern provinces, Potemkin was charged with overseeing the colonization of the region. According to legend, Catherine at some point wanted to see all the new villages that Potemkin had settled. Potemkin arranged a tour by boat. He then built fake villages — façades really — along the route to impress Her Majesty. Supposedly, the “Potemkin Villages” were torn down as soon as her tour boat had passed, then re-assembled farther down the route where she would see them again.

It’s hard to look at the Biden campaign and not see a Potemkin Village… a façade, an artifice that looks like a campaign when viewed from afar, but when examined closely looks more like a ruse. Were I a high-dollar donor to the Democratic Party, I would be furious.

Here we are, 50 days out from the election. As we might expect, given that he is running for re-election, President Trump will make multiple campaign stops this weekend. He will hold rallies in Arizona and Nevada. Where’s Joe Biden? In his basement. He has no public events scheduled until later in the week. This guy is running for President. The election is weeks, not months, away, and he isn’t even campaigning. He has spokespeople who are ready with all manner of excuses reasons. “The wind is up and the Moon is blowing and coronavirus and safety,” they say. OK, but the election is still 50 days away and he still isn’t campaigning.

Say this for his running mate, Senator Kamala Harris: she at least was in Miami last week. The question is, where was the campaign? You’ve seen the videos. When President Trump pays a visit to anywhere, the streets are lined with supporters waving signs and cheering as his motorcade goes by. Well, guess what. When Harris’ motorcade made its way through Miami, the streets were once again lined with Trump supporters waving signs… and making not-so-nice gestures. How does that even happen? Campaigns are supposed to have “advance” people who make certain that local supporters know the candidate is coming. They hit the phone banks and make sure that the parade route is lined with happy supporters showing how excited they are. In Miami, the only people at the airport to meet Harris’ plane were the dour faces of the security detail. As she made her way to the venue, all she saw out the limousine window were Trump/Pence signs. Are we getting a peek at the inner workings of Biden’s “ground game” here? If so, it would appear he doesn’t have one. Unfortunately for him, Trump demonstrably does.

I’ve seen this act before. In 2008, I was in the audience for one of the Republican primary debates, the one in Orlando on Fox News. When the debate was over, we all split up into little supporter parties that the candidates were hosting throughout the hotel complex. We decided we would check in on Fred “Doink Doink” Thompson, the ultimate Law and Order candidate. What we saw caused us to write him off instantly. As the former Senator and TV star hobbled down the stairs toward the waiting crowd, it became painfully obvious that this was a man who had accomplished everything he wanted to in life. He wanted no part of this. He was old, he was tired, and what he really wanted was to be at home in his recliner reading a book. He was in Orlando because his newly-acquired trophy wife had fantasies of becoming First Lady of the United States. He was going along with that, and if the people were to hand him the Presidency by acclamation he would go along with that too. But he wasn’t going to do any actual work to get there. He was just shuffling along, glad-handing people and smiling, with no indication that he even understood why people were there.

Joe Biden is the Fred Thompson of 2020. He’s old, he’s tired, and what he really wants is to be at home in his basement. The bad news for the Democrats is that everybody running against him in the primaries was worse. And now — gulp — Joe Biden is the Democratic Nominee for President.

Joe probably remembers Marvin the Martian. Marvin would say, “Where’s the campaign? There was supposed to be an Earth-shattering campaign.” Joe doesn’t have a campaign, and he doesn’t even seem to want one. But the Democratic Party has a lot invested in this. They’ve hired a whole battalion of Grigory Potemkins who dress Joe up and tell him where to stand and show him where the screen with the answers to the questions will be. Day by day, they create the façade of a presidential campaign and move it around. One day the press will tell you it’s in Pittsburgh, the next day it’s in Kenosha. But it’s the same Zoom screen day after day, with virtual people and a virtual Joe in a virtual campaign.

If I were watching this from inside the DNC, or even worse the boardroom at Bloomberg News where serious checks are being written, I’d be tearing my hair out. This so-called “Biden Campaign” isn’t a campaign at all. It isn’t serious. It isn’t even real. It’s a ruse, a part-time amateur-night production by people who can’t even summon fifty supporters to wave signs at an appearance by the VP candidate… by people who paint circles on the floor of an abandoned warehouse, invite in two or three reporters, and call the result a “campaign stop in Pittsburgh.” Sure, the Democratic Party’s friends in the press are going along with this, trying to put the best possible face on it, and gamely telling anyone who will believe them that Joe Biden campaigned in Pittsburgh today. But the people who have to be fooled the most — the Democratic campaign workers — are seeing all this from the inside. They are behind the façade, watching the Empress’ boat float by, hoping she’s too drunk to notice that it’s all a trick.

  28. Very disappointing

I was playing pickelball and this woman asked me if ai supported Trump, it was at the end of a long conversations about our sons so I didn’t really expect that
Anywho, I said yes, and she went ballistic calling all these names calling him a liar, I said give me one lie, one lie.. she said “The Washington Post listed 200 lies”
I actually laughed, “The Washington Post? The media lol, do you know who owns the media? She couldn’t answer me of course and she couldn’t give me one lie…

I walked away and she felt obligated to yell to the others we were having a political disagreement… then she refused to play on my side and try to make it about me

    Bytch going to bytch

Sad, they are from Illinois, bringing their insanity to Texas, to a previous Red area which is now very purple

  29. Blazing Sunlight – Senate Intel Committee Refuses to Give GOP Senators Documents From Russia Investigation…
Of all the *tells* that have surfaced in the past four years, this is the biggest. This is the one that reveals just how corrupt and duplicitous the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence really is. Do not pass over this information without pausing and evaluating just how explosive this refusal is amid the largest, most corrupt scheme in political history.

The republican led Senate Intelligence Committee (SSCI) is refusing to provide documents to republican senators from their Russia investigation. Citing archaic justification within senate parliamentary rules current Chairman Marco Rubio (R) and Vice-Chairman Mark Warner are refusing to allow Senator Johnson and Senator Grassley to review the evidence the SSCI assembled to create their report on Russian election interference.

  30. The only reason they would not release the senate intel report is because it reveals RINO complicity in the effort to take down Trump. John McCain and Lindsey Graham are implicated. Graham’s conduct as chairman of the judiciary committee has been to overpromise and underdeliver hoping to ride this thing out. I have no evidence. But I am sure of it.

  31. Not enough advertising in Florida in my opinion. The same nationally. Trump may think that he can do it like in 2016 but he is being outspent and out fund-raised by Biden. I understand that the MSM will not give him any positive coverage, but he has got to get his message out which is what a Biden Administration will look like. The rallies are great but he already has the base locked up. He’s got to get some swing voters back and independents .

  32. Trump needs money Jones

  33. Great rally in Henderson.

Fake News talking heads are exploding over the fact that the rally was held INDOORS, in violation of Nevada state law.

Almost none of the attendees were wearing masks.

This time, Trump actually uttered the words, “The gloves are coming off,” when discussing how Biden’s outrageously dishonest ad has freed Trump from even the pretense of civility.

Unfortunately, we may never get to see Trump take Biden apart at the debates. I now think there’s at least a 50/50 chance that Biden will skip them.

My reply to them: “If you’re too lazy to do your own research, then you’re too dumb to debate me.”

Sometimes, if I’m feeling charitable, I instead introduce them to the “laundry-list fallacy” (hat tip to Scott Adams):

“200 times zero is still zero. Just give me the most egregious lie, and we can debate that.”

REVEALED: Soros’s Election Coup Playbook Demanding America Abandons Constitutional Norms And Prepares For A ‘Street Fight’
    SEPTEMBER 4, 2020STAFF WRITER

    SHARES
THE NATIONAL PULSE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF RAHEEM KASSAM HAS OUTLINED THE RADICAL, ANTI-DEMOCRATIC TACTICS THE TRANSITION INTEGRITY PROJECT IS DEPLOYING TO SECURE A FRAUDULENT VICTORY FOR DEMOCRAT PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE JOE BIDEN IN THE 2020 ELECTION.

The Transition Integrity Project, which purports to be bipartisan, is run by individuals linked to leftist mega-donor George Soros and the Chinese Communist Party-affiliated Berggruen Institute. Their full playbook, with annotations, is embedded below.

    WATCH:

On August 3rd The National Pulse published an article which explained an impending attempt to delegitimize the election coming from the far left and their corporate backers. George Soros, the Berggruen Institute, the Gates Foundation and a handful of NeverTrump operatives within the Republican Party created a front group called the Transition Integrity Project.

They claim they are non-partisan or bipartisan – they use those words interchangeably though they actually mean different things – and that their raison d’etre is that Trump will try to steal the election.

The group is linked with the Chinese Communist Party, too.

This group has had an avalanche of positive press coverage from the New York Times to local papers, to Vox, to the Atlantic magazine and more. They’re being heralded as saviors of this election.

Except their whole planning document is an attack on the norms we have known in American elections for a very, very long time.

    READ THE FULL DOCUMENT:

The Transition Integrity Project makes no bones about its scorn for the Electoral College and we know why. The Electoral College prevents mob rule. It prevents the coastal elites running roughshod over what they call “Flyover country”. And it specifically was designed to do so.

In other words it was intended to stop the tyranny of the majority and mob rule.

But the Transition Integrity Project unironically accuses the RIGHT of opposing America’s norms, while they say this about the Electoral College:

“TIP recognizes and shares the view that the Electoral College is profoundly anti-democratic, and that numerous long-standing practices also function to create structural biases in our voting system. For present purposes, however, these constraints are treated as givens.”
In addition to objecting to the Electoral College – a constitutional necessity – they take aim at more recent norms within the U.S. The norm of “Election night”.

On page 2 of their document the Transition Integrity Project says of Election night:

“The concept of “election night,” is no longer accurate and indeed is dangerous. We face a period of contestation stretching from the first day a ballot is cast in mid-September until January 20. The winner may not, and we assess likely will not, be known on “election night” as officials count mail-in ballots. This period of uncertainty provides opportunities for an unscrupulous candidate to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the process and to set up an unprecedented assault on the outcome. Campaigns, parties, the press and the public must be educated to adjust expectations starting immediately.”

And of course, in lock step with the demands of this Soros-run group, the media has parroted these lines over the past few days.

That’s because they’re panicked. And this is their panic button.

Accuse Trump of doing precisely the thing they’re trying to do: steal the election.

Hawkfish, the DNC analytics firm, suggested Trump could win on election night in a landslide, but then have the vote reversed by cascades of mail in ballots that would magically emerge over the next week.

Just like they accused Trump of foreign collusion which he never performed, they’re accusing Trump of trying to steal an election that they themselves are trying to steal.

Their “non partisan report says that Trump’s going to try to pardon everyone around him, including himself, start a foreign war, destroy “evidence”, and disrupt any peaceful transition to power for the Democrats.

It’s outright fantasy. And it’s deeply dangerous.

And while on one page accusing Trump supporters of being violent, and with no evidence they claim Trump supporters will even infiltrate left-wing “peaceful” protests to STAGE violence, on the very next page they effectively demand a left-wing siege of the White House and we know that’s coming.

And on pages five and thirteen they demand social media and the establishment media try to stack the decks against Trump in the aftermath of the election:

“Social media platforms should also elevate trustworthy officials and accurate information, remove lies and disinformation, and refuse to give voice to those provoking or organizing violent action.”

That’s precisely what Zuckerberg announced. Facebook said they will suppress anyone claiming victory on election day. That means Trump and his supporters.

And who are these “trustworthy officials”? Themselves, of course!

Rosa Brooks and Nils Gilman of Soros’s Open Society group and the Chinese Communist Party-linked Berggreun Institute.

    Those trustworthy officials.

Gilman even gave a comment to Vox on August 18th where he remarked upon how important it was that media companies decide who the next President is going to be, though one would struggle to find that part in the U.S. Constitution.

    Here’s the quote from Gilman:

“It’s actually, ultimately Lachlan and Rupert Murdoch who are going to decide. Those guys on the evening lineup check in with the boss. So the question really is, what will those senior leaders be willing to countenance? Likewise, what is Mark Zuckerberg going to be willing to countenance in terms of the propagation of nonsense on Facebook? Right now, there hasn’t been a lot of indication from either the Murdochs or Zuckerberg that they’re willing to put any limits on what’s going to be said. So that’s a deep concern.”

That’d be the same Rupert Murdoch and Mark Zuckerberg who run sister organizations backing open borders and mass migration, right? Sounds trustworthy.

The Transition Integrity Project warns about Trump supporters taking to the streets on one page, and on the next demands:

“If there is a crisis, almost every strategy to protect the democratic process is dependent on mass mobilization, and in particular, on people taking peacefully to the streets in large numbers, potentially for an extended period. Large, base-building groups on the progressive side will need to anchor this strategy, but their success will likely depend on supporting and resourcing new and emerging racial justice leaders, many of whom are not affiliated with formal institutions and coalitions.”

The left doesn’t know how to take peacefully to the streets. This is an open call for mob violence from Soros, Gates, the Chinese Communist Party, and the Never Trumpers. It’s an attempt at a coup. And how do we know this?

Because on page 10 they say this:

“In one instance, Team Biden’s strategy – in anticipation of an ultimate loss – was to strengthen its hand in order to negotiate a package of structural reforms to the democratic system (including making DC and Puerto Rico states, abolishing the Electoral College, and requiring Supreme Court justices to retire at 70).”

Remind us who’s attacking the norms again?

Lastly, on page nine, they say:

“The scale of recent demonstrations has increased the stakes for the Democratic Party to build strong ties with grassroots organizations and be responsive to the movement’s demands.”
They want the mobs as Joe Biden’s base.

  38. Joe Biden could stop this toxic cycle of conspiracy theories justifying conspiracies by clearly announcing he will accept a clear Trump Electoral College win.” To do so, Ed, he’d have to speak specifically to the people in his own party who are saying they do not want him to do so. These are the “Democrats” you acknowledge in your next sentence—the Democrats for whom accepting the result of a legitimate election “offends” (your word, not ours). Will Joe Biden and Kamala Harris tell Clinton, Pelosi, and now General Mattis to stop speaking about what sounds an awful lot like orchestrated insurrection? Of course they won’t. They won’t even tell BLM and Antifa to stop burning down American cities. Rest assured that if the American Right spoke like this, the feds would start investigating. Then again, if the politics was reversed, BLM and Antifa would be considered domestic terror groups. What is to be done? Republicans need to directly address and denounce the problem, and everyone must press Democratic leaders to do the same. There is no way out of the coming cataclysm without Republican leaders closing ranks against the coup—and making clear that all Americans who join them will be well-supported in doing so. As Andy Busch writes in “Sleepwalking into Secession,”
Those who find the Podesta Gambit [in which John Podesta, playing Biden, refused to concede his loss in a TIP war game] troubling need to shine the brightest possible spotlight onto it. To the highest degree possible, Joe Biden must be pressed as soon as possible to disavow it, whether in the form of pushing for the appointment of alternative electors, holding the election hostage to drastic constitutional change, or (above all) using threats of secession as a weapon. Likewise, the actual governors central to Podesta’s hypothetical strategy (in California, Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina) must be challenged to put on record a pledge to reject that path. Kamala Harris, as a Californian, should face the same questions. These are simple questions. Do you reject threats of secession to get your way electorally? Will you pledge not to appoint electors contrary to the vote of the people of your state?
As Busch warns, “it is before votes are cast, not after, that maximum pressure will be on Biden and his co-partisans to behave in ways that do not repel swing voters. Once the votes are in, the party base will carry the most weight, and the pressure they will exert (as Podesta acknowledged in the simulation) will all be in the direction of driving out Trump by any means necessary.” Today’s incessant scaremongering that a defeated Trump will barricade himself in the White House—the Nation devoted its latest cover story to this phony fever dream—is a smokescreen from party bigs scrambling to plan for just the opposite. Progressive radicals have spent years assembling a nationwide machine for legitimizing their switch-flip to autocratic rule. The full apparatus of that machinery—the media, the mobs, the deep-staters—is being leveraged to intimidate and disorient the people into accepting a Biden coup. Now is the time for Americans to make it known we won’t let our country be treated this way. Republican leaders who love America more than they fear the ruling class will do the same.

    Judge: Pennsylvania’s Pandemic Restrictions Unconstitutional

Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration says it will appeal a federal judge’s ruling that pandemic restrictions that required people to stay at home, placed limits on gatherings and ordered “non-life-sustaining” businesses to close are unconstitutional.

Gov. Tom Wolf’s pandemic restrictions that required people to stay at home, placed size limits on gatherings and ordered “non-life-sustaining” businesses to shut down are unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled Monday.

The Wolf administration said it will appeal.

U.S. District Judge William Stickman IV, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, sided with plaintiffs that included hair salons, drive-in movie theaters, a farmer’s market vendor, a horse trainer and several Republican officeholders in their lawsuit against Wolf, a Democrat, and his health secretary.

The Wolf administration’s pandemic policies have been overreaching and arbitrary and violated citizens’ constitutional rights, Stickman wrote in his ruling.

The governor’s efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus “were undertaken with the good intention of addressing a public health emergency. But even in an emergency, the authority of government is not unfettered,” Stickman wrote. “The Constitution cannot accept the concept of a ‘new normal’ where the basic liberties of the people can be subordinated to open-ended emergency mitigation measures.”

The ruling means that current restrictions, including ones that limit the size of indoor and outdoor gatherings, can’t be enforced, according to attorney Thomas W. King III, who represented the plaintiffs. The state has been enforcing a gathering limit of more than 25 people for events held indoors and more than 250 people for those held outside.

“It’s really 100% in our favor. The court found in all respects that the orders issued by the governor and the secretary of health were unconstitutional. What it means is they can’t do it again, and they should not have done it in the past,” King said.

  48. The description of Biden as a man with one foot in the grave and the other in his mouth is apt.

The final paragraph says it all:

The Democrats don’t deserve to win with such nasty media support, a campaign so dishonest, such an extreme platform, and such mediocre candidates. If they do win, it will only be because of the savage personal assault on Mr. Trump as a Wagnerian monster, and the moral and political consequences of such a victory are even more disconcerting than the thought of Joe Biden and his far-left minders and managers gaining control of the flailing levers of power of the American state.

The moral and political consequences Conrad Black refers to are civil war, with all the death and destruction that implies. We are at a tipping point, I fear. Let us therefore hope that President Trump can meet this challenge, and those loyal to him will see it through to victory.
    —————
Democrats Descend To Appalling State Of Incivility
By CONRAD BLACK, Special to the Sun | September 15, 2020

Seven weeks from the 2020 election, American politics have reached such an appalling state of incivility that there is no precedent for it in American presidential history.

Of course, there was terrible acrimony between Jefferson and Hamilton, and by and against Andrew Jackson, and in the awful contentiousness leading up to and through the Civil War. Theodore Roosevelt called William Jennings Bryan a “logothete and a human trombone.” Many raved against Franklin D. Roosevelt as a communist.

As a young man, I was shocked to hear on the radio in 1956 someone say of President Eisenhower (whose memorial is being unveiled in Washington this week): “I cannot vote for a sick old man with one foot in the grave and the other in his mouth.” The Nixon era produced its own levels of opprobrium, ending in crowds singing “Jail to the chief,” and it became tiresome to hear Ronald Reagan described, in the words of Washington legal eminence Clark Clifford, as “an amiable dunce.”

None of this has prepared us for the sea-to-sea, round-the-clock mud-slinging of the 2020 campaign.

I wrote last week how I was shocked that Peggy Noonan described President Trump in the Wall Street Journal on September 5 as “a malignancy metastasizing in the oval office.” A week later, she fell to mind-reading, as less distinguished journalists and indifferent historians frequently do, and announced that the president, a graduate of the New York Military Institute and the greatest White House friend the American military has had at least since General Eisenhower, believes with the elder son of the Godfather (in the famous Coppola film), that people who join the armed forces are fools because their personal interests are not directly involved.

Coming from a distinguished journalist and a decent and conscientious person, these reflections are a disgrace. No president of the United States should ever under any circumstances be described by a fellow citizen as a “malignancy.” The particular failure and hypocrisy of the Trump-haters is that the crudeness they claim to hate in Mr. Trump is magnified in their own antagonism toward him. This undermines their case, and it incites the suspicion that some of the charges they make against President Mr. Trump are more accurately directed against them.

This problem is compounded by the grossly unprofessional bigotry of 90 percent of the national political media. The New York Times apologized for failing to inform its readers of the rise of the Trump phenomenon shortly after the 2016 election. They have since declared as a matter of policy that they are not so much engaged in presidential reporting as in opposing this president, and the principal token dissenter from that position at the Times, Bari Weiss, resigned in July, disillusioned by the farcical tokenism of her position.

In the last few weeks, we’ve seen numerous examples of the naked bias of the television media. CNN’s Don Lemon urged Democrats to oppose the rioting rather than continue to ignore it, because the polls were turning against his network’s favored party on the issue. The same network’s Jake Tapper has been giving partisan tactical advice to Pennsylvania Democratic congressional candidates.

Recordings of the same network’s Christopher Cuomo have been released in which Mr. Cuomo carefully coached convicted former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen on how to present his pre-discredited allegations of wrongdoing against his former client in the now tired folkloric tale of Stormy Daniels.

No one wants political campaigns to be bland, and in this election there are clear and important policy choices. Even Democratic socialist Senator Bernie Sanders, though, acknowledges that the President is gaining ground because all the Biden campaign is doing is slagging off Mr. Trump, and so are 90% of the national political press. The normalization of relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and between Israel and Bahrain, and especially Mr. Trump’s nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize, have been almost completely ignored by the press.

The President stretches credulity also, in claiming that a vote for Mr. Biden is a vote for mob rule and the Chinese domination of the world. There is no chance that Joe Biden favors either, though his utterances incite the inference that he is under-concerned about them.

Mr. Biden’s failure to raise the issue of urban violence at his own convention and his early indulgence of the Chinese position and his enthusiasm for the potential for U.S.-Chinese relations generally, were mistakes. They do not, though, justify Mr. Trump’s exaggerations nor add credence to the objections of the Trump supporters that the Democratic media are being unduly hard on their candidate.

The core of the problem is that Mr. Trump’s supporters found it exhilarating when he took the Republicans by storm and pulled out the election and pierced the pomposity and inertia of “the swamp” in Washington.

It did follow a lengthy period of inadequate government by both parties and Donald Trump was the authentic spokesman for large numbers of honestly aggrieved and short-changed citizens. Still, Mr. Trump and his supporters do not describe Mr. Biden and his cronies as “malignancies.”

The President’s supporters rightly celebrate the fact that he has delivered on his promises, and the Democratic leaders in the Congress, who could have had agreements on infrastructure renovation, a comprehensive immigration deal resolving the status of the dreamers, and an extension of assistance to economic victims of the coronavirus, have spurned all of this to escalate confrontation with the administration.

They did not accept the election as legitimate, signed onto the Russian collusion nonsense, and to the fatuous vote to impeach. Having said he could not be elected, and then that he could be removed in mid-term, the Democrats comforted themselves with the contrived assurance that he easily could be defeated at the polls, and have raised the rhetorical aggression to a barbarous crescendo.

Both sides are presenting a Manichaean choice between good and evil policy, and are portraying their opponent negatively, but the Democrats and NeverTrumpers are outside the previously accepted norms of adequately civilized political conduct. They claim that Mr. Trump started it. Mr. Trump and his supporters acknowledge that they attacked the system which they believed had failed the country but not that they initiated a form of political combat that consisted of slinging outright lies at individuals.

The attempted illegal sabotage of Mr. Trump’s campaign and his administration was a unique historic disgrace that is being investigated. The attempted orchestration of phony scandals coming up to the election is shabby but expected. The claim that the president thought war dead were “suckers” and “losers” has crumbled; the succeeding week’s dirty trick, perennial hitman Bob Woodward’s accusation of misleading the people about the gravity of the coronavirus for discreditable reasons has been defanged by Mr. Trump’s arguments that he wished to avoid inciting panic, and quoting Churchill and Roosevelt.

  51. A caller on Rush Limbaugh’s show suggested a way Biden could show up for the debates without actually showing up.

He could insist on a virtual debate, due to Covid-19 fears.

Of course, he would then use an earpiece to cheat.

If Trump refused, it would look like Trump, not Biden, was afraid to debate.

Limbaugh admitted he couldn’t immediately think of a way to shoot down the caller’s idea.

  52. Did you see Kameltoe’s recent roundtable where she referred to “a Harris administration, together with Joe Biden…” ?

It was not a faux pas. She was reading from a teleprompter.

Rush Limbaugh thinks this is the DNC’s way of reassuring the base:

“Don’t worry about ole Joe’s dementia. He’s just a Trojan horse. He’s just a figurehead. We’ll push him out of the way once he’s in office.”

    B-

If the voters decide the election, then we have little to fear.

Trump’s record on the economy, violence, foreign affairs speaks for itself.

Meanwhile Biden has one foot in his mouth and the other in the grave.

Trump’s internal polling in the battleground states are positive–despite what the media claims.

The concern I have is that decision will be taken away from voters.

Through a coup identified by Michael Anton called “The Coming Coup”

Mark Levin interviewed Anton a couple weeks ago about this:

    https://americanmind.org/video/michael-anton-joins-life-liberty-and-levin-9-14-20/

Dan Bongino discussed this in further detail this week:

    https://youtu.be/klgmuhumwNU

A counter strategy to defeat this coup is being developed by our side.

The first rule of a coup is don’t talk about the coup.

Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that Trump will raise the issue sua sponte and dare Biden to deny it.

And Biden true to form will fumble the issue, while refusing to condemn ANTIFA and BLM.

The second rule of a coup is make it sound like the other side is doing it.

That is why there is all this talk in the media about Trump refusing to vacate the White House, etc.

This will all come to a head in the next few weeks.

The next major shoe to drop will be the Durham interim report.

After that, the first debate on September 29, where Chris Wallace (a democrat) will try to protect Biden

At this point, the only thing that is certain is the election will not be decided on election night.

Many believe we will see a month of chaos after the election, and it is prudent to prepare for it.

There is a website called Keep America America which seeks to mobilize conservatives.

You may wish to review it at your leisure.

    > Not because he is the most charming character on the block.
    > Not because he is the most polite politician to have ever graced the oval office.
    > Not because he is the most palatable choice, or because we love his moral character or because the man never lies, but because we are sick to death of you and all of the destructive crap you are doing to this once beautiful and relatively safe country.
    > Your ineffective and completely dysfunctional liberal “leadership”(?) has literally destroyed our most beautiful cities, our public education system, and done it’s damndest to rip faith out of people’s lives.
    > However bad Donald Trump may be, and he is far from perfect, every day we look at you and feel that no matter what Donald Trump says or does there is no possible way he could be any worse for our country than you people are.
    > We are sick to death of your stupid, destructive, ignorant, and intolerant behavior and beliefs — parading as “wokeness.” We are beyond sick of your hypocrisy and B.S.
    > We are fed up with your disrespectful divisiveness and constant unrelenting harping and whining and complaining (while you live in the most privileged nation in the world), while making literally zero contributions of anything positive to our society. Your entire focus is on ripping things down, never ever building anything up. Think about that as there is something fundamentally very wrong in the psychology of people who choose destruction as their primary modus operandi.
    > When Donald J Trump is reelected, don’t blame us, look in the mirror and blame yourselves.
    > Because you are the ones that are responsible for the rise of Donald Trump. You are the ones who have created this “monster” that you so despise, by your very actions. By your refusal to respect your fellow Americans, and the things that are important to us.
    > You have made fun of the “fly-over states,” the people who “cling to their guns and religion,” the middle class factory workers and coal miners and underprivileged rural populations that you dismissively call “yahoos” and “deplorables.” You have mocked our faith and our religion. You have mocked our values and our patriotism. You have trampled our flag and insulted our veterans and treated our first responders with contempt and hatred.
    > You have made environmentalism your religion, while trashing every city you have taken responsibility for. You scream from the rooftops about “global warming” and a “green new deal” while allowing tens of thousands of homeless people to cover your streets in literal sh!t and garbage and needles and plastic waste without doing a single thing to help them or solve the environmental crisis your failed social policies are creating. But we’re supposed to put YOU in charge of the environment while gutting our entire economy to institute this plan when you can’t even clean up a single city??
    > You complain — endlessly — yet have failed to solve a single social problem anywhere. In fact, all you have done is create more of them.
    > We’ve had enough. We are tired of quietly sitting by and being the “silent” majority. So don’t be surprised when the day comes when we finally respond. And trust me it’s coming, sooner than you might think. And also trust me when I say it won’t be pretty. Get ready.
    > When Donald Trump is reelected it will be because you and your “comrades” have chosen to trash the police, harass law-abiding citizens, and go on rampages destroying public property that we have all paid for and you have zero respect for.
    > When Donald Trump is reelected it will be because we are sick of your complete and utter nonsense and destruction. How does it feel to know that half of this country finds you FAR more despicable than Donald J. Trump, the man you consider to be the anti-Christ?
    > Let that sink in.
    > We consider you to be more despicable, more dangerous, more stupid, and more narcissistic than Donald Trump. Maybe allow yourself a few seconds of self-reflection to let that sink in. This election isn’t about Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden.
    > This is about Donald Trump vs YOU.
    > So if on the morning of November 4 (or more likely January 19, by the time the Supreme Court will weigh in on the mail-in ballot fiasco that we are headed towards), and Donald J. Trump is reelected?
    > The only people you have to blame is the left-wing media drones and yourselves.
    > You did this.
    > Yep you.”

Let’s see, wasn’t hillary winning in a landslide in 2016?

Like everything else, they want to depress us in every way possible

  56. Did you see this interview on Tucker Carlson last night?

It features the top Chinese virologist, who has escaped from China, and his well connected in their medical community.

She testified about the origins and motives behind the Co-vid 19 virus, as follows:

    1. First, she testified that the virus was produced in the Wuhan lab and this can be proven by its genome (molecular structure, which is as unique as a finger print). Therefore, the party line adopted by communist China, that it came out of the Wuhan meat market is a lie. One that is largely supported by our own NIH who helped fund that research, and by Facebook, Google and Twitter who have censored her comments.

    2. Second, she claims this virus was released intentionally, not accidentally. That is likely, given the fact that the Chinese communist party knew of its lethal nature, banned flights out of Wuhan to Bejing (its capital) and Shanghai (its financial center), but insisted that these flights continue to the rest of the world, which served to infect the world, speculated that it was planted in China by the US, and called Trump’s subsequent ban on travel to China xenophobic, which was quickly adopted by mainstream media in this country, and simultaneously by the democrat party. This research was, at all times material, under the control of the People’s Liberation Army, but was funded in part by our own NIH (Faucci).

    Here is the video: https://youtu.be/qFlqXPl_hZQ

Tucker was startled by all this, and commended this Chinese doctor for her courage. She said the world needed to know the truth, and she is producing further evidence of this in conjunction with the part of the Chinese medical community who support what she is saying. And when an independent and reliable (not politicized) study of the genome can be conducted, her conclusions will be confirmed.

Afterwards, he asked Dr. Mark Siegel , the FOX medical expert, whether he believed what she was saying. Like any doctor of his stature and integrity, (as opposed to the quack at CNN) Siegel wanted more evidence to confirm or deny what she was saying. But he did validate her to this extent: he said her qualifications are stellar. And the virus itself behaves like no virus known in nature—it attacks all parts of the body, which is what makes it so lethal.

  57. Not so shocking JB

Aurora, Colorado police stand down twice to avoid arresting violent felon. Guess why

JAZZ SHAW Posted at 10:41 am on September 16, 2020

This may only qualify as one of those “local news stories” for most of the media, but it could provide a chilling look at the future of law enforcement in America. A couple of weeks ago, some problems arose at an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado. One of the residents had unwisely invited Robert Thompson, 47, to stay at the apartment he shared with his girlfriend. He did this despite Thompson having a lengthy rap sheet and a history of criminal behavior. True to form, Thompson quickly began causing trouble of an alarming kind, including exposing himself to some young girls, throwing a rock through someone’s window and threatening people (including his hosts) with violence.

Understandably, the apartment’s tenant, Leander Mccoy, called the police. But after arriving and questioning Thompson, the police simply left, saying they would “seek a warrant” to deal with the matter. The following day, Thompson’s behavior flew further out of control and he wound up trapping McCoy’s girlfriend in their bedroom along with a friend. He then took a golf club and began smashing everything in the apartment, moving on to vandalize cars in the parking lot. The police were again called to the scene, but they once again spoke to Thompson and left, saying that it had been decided that they would “stand down” rather than get into a confrontation with the suspect that could lead to a use-of-force scenario. (CBS Denver)

A CBS4 investigation has found Aurora police officers twice walked away from arresting a 47-year-old man who was terrorizing residents of an apartment complex, even after the man allegedly exposed himself to kids, threw a rock through one resident’s sliding glass door, was delusional, was tasered by police and forced the rescue of two other residents from a second floor room in an apartment he had ransacked.

“I totally understand that there’s people that were, that felt like they were abandoned,” said Aurora Police Deputy Chief Darin Parker…

Mccoy was equally stunned that police walked away a second time.

“I was standing right there and I’m like, ‘What are you guys doing?’ and they said they were told to stand down and they left. Bottom line is they left us to deal with it by ourselves and that’s kind of crazy.”

The details of how Thompson had terrorized the apartment complex are stunning. Things were so bad that the Fire Department had to come and rescue McCoy’s girlfriend and their other friend through a window on the second floor using a ladder. And yet the police were told to “stand down” and walk away.

Yes Wbboei… I saw it…a bit hard to understand but shocking if proven correct.
    ——
Very important to get that geome, and validate her conclusions. Then, assuming they are validated, in your legal opinion, would this not constitute a causus belli—a legitimate justification for war? The form of that war would be open to debate. But it would have to involve labeling China as a rogue nation, and would impose whatever collective remedial action is then warranted. The hardest sell will be with the corporations who control big media and through lobbyist own Congress. They see China, not the way we do, as a dangerous adversary, but as a market of 1 billion consumers, and anything that stands in their way to exploit that market must be obliterated. That is the entire game, right there. And it calls to mind the same question: what happens when corporations become more powerful than government? The answer was provided a century ago by Dean Pound at Harvard Law School in a law review entitled Corporations: the path to serfdom. This article came out when my dad was in law school at the University of California in the late 1930s, and it is even more relevant today than it was then. Of course, no one mentions it—for that would be politically incorrect.

  66. Correcton: University of Southern California law school, which is in Los Angeles, rather than the University of California, which is in Berkely which across the Bay bridge from San Francisco. UCLA which is obviously in Los Angeles, too, did not have a law school in those days. If memory serves, that did not happen until the early 1960s, but at this age, I know better than to trust my memory. It is so bad, that if I were still a democrat, I might consider running for president. Obviously, mental acuity–or the lack thereof is not a disqualifying condition, under some twisted interpretation of the Americans With Disabilities Act.

  67. Actually
WTH is Trump pushing the Republicans to increase monies in the bill?

He finally gets them to stand strong and he undercuts them

    Not good, election or not

    Not good President Trump

Princeton University Declared That It Was Thoroughly “Embedded” With Racism and White Supremacism.
So the DOJ Has Taken Them At Their Word and Opened a Civil Rights Investigation.
    —Ace

Well, you did openly declare yourself to be an organization entirely given over to white supremacy, so…

The Department of Education has informed Princeton University that it is under investigation following the school president’s declaration that racism was “embedded” in the institution.
President Christopher L. Eisgruber published an open letter earlier this month claiming that “[r]acism and the damage it does to people of color persist at Princeton” and that “racist assumptions” are “embedded in structures of the University itself.”

According to a letter the Department of Education sent to Princeton that was obtained by the Washington Examiner, such an admission from Eisgruber raises concerns that Princeton has been receiving tens of millions of dollars of federal funds in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which declares that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”
Universities must certify that they are equal-opportunity institutions to qualify for federal loan assistance.

Princeton made those assurances last in 2013.

But Princeton is now admitting that it is a racist institution, despite previously certifying that it wasn’t.

That’s perpetrating a fraud on the US government.

“Based on its admitted racism, the U.S. Department of Education (?Department?) is concerned Princeton?s nondiscrimination and equal opportunity assurances in its Program Participation Agreements from at least 2013 to the present may have been false,” the letter reads. “The Department is further concerned Princeton perhaps knew, or should have known, these assurances were false at the time they were made. Finally, the Department is further concerned Princeton’s many nondiscrimination and equal opportunity claims to students, parents, and consumers in the market for education certificates may have been false, misleading, and actionable substantial misrepresentations in violation of 20 U.S.C. ? 1094(c)(3)(B) and 34 CFR 668.71(c). Therefore, the Department?s Office of Postsecondary Education, in consultation with the Department’s Office of the General Counsel, is opening this investigation.”
I mean: Did you mean it or not?

You should welcome this very expensive and embarrassing and intrusive investigation, Princeton. You’ve admitted you are incapable of yourselves rooting out all this racism and white supremacy.

So Uncle Government is here to help!!!!

(This is the most amazing, wonderful thing ever.)

Of Course: Bail for Lancaster, PA BLM Rioters Reduced from $1 Million to $50-100,000
    —Ace

They had been held in jail for four days.

There was no rioting while they were in jail.

    Wonder why.

The bail for people arrested in relation to the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, rioting Sunday evening is set at $1,000,000, according to the Lancaster Bureau of Police.

Several buildings sustained damage and rioters threw “water bottles, glass bottles, rocks, bricks, gallon jugs liquid and parts of plastic road barricades at Officers,” police said.

Officers deployed tear gas and several arrests were made both Sunday and Monday in connection with the rioting, with bail set at $1,000,000. Some people arrested have not yet had bail set, according to a press release from the police department.

“The police sent letters on each person and requested a high bail due to the multiple charges and the seriousness of everything,” the clerk said.

Now prosecutors have gotten the judge to reduce bail for the violent rioters.

Most of them will now be right back out on the streets.

Gee, I wonder if they’ll rejoin the riots.

Previously, Matt Walsh had written that it was easy for Lancaster to stop the riots. All it took was… a political desire to stop the riots.

Something lacking in the Democrat party, from the most openly pro-antifa city council member up to Kamala the Cop and her junior partner Sundown Joe.

Well, that political will to stop the riots is now gone.

I guess Lancaster will burn tonight or this weekend.
