The Convention Trump: Rule Of Law And Order

Update: This convention is quite spectacular. Our expectations were that it would be a bore and useless. This is well produced and crafted. The speakers are not only attacking but defending. Melania’s speech took all the Trump manners that offend some people and turned those manners into solid reasons why PDT is the man for the job. That PDT might be crude and too tough is now explained to the public as someone who fights with all he has for the American public.

The live appearances are infinitely better than the prefabricated rubbish from the Dims.

As to Melania’s outfit: it is a smackdown of Moochelle Obama. The color of outfits are the same. Melania’s outfit is a ready for combat look contrary to Moochelle’s loutish look fit for a cocktail waitress. Note also the waistline. Melania is able to wear a belt around her waist that emphasizes her figure. Moochelle couldn’t wear that belt around her ankles, let alone the waist. On substance, Melania slapped down attacks and chose to demonstrate a unity message.

As to Big Media, Mr. Sandman did a very good job denouncing fake news and the Big Media propaganda:

————————————————————–

Ca-Ca-Mala Harris and Sloppy Joe Biden are a convention of criminal dunces. Instead of using the Dim convention to not only attack President Trump but also to insulate themselves from the carpet bombing attacks to come by the genius President Trump and his campaign, Ca-Ca-Mala and Sloppy chose to ignore reality. President Trump will now schlong reality onto the dunce duo. Yup, the Trump convention is on.

President Trump and Vice President Pence are already voted on as the nominees on the first day of the RNC convention. Now the attacks can begin. The attacks will be based on the Obama Dimocrat totalitarian left violent attacks against America in Dimocrat controlled cities.

In sum the President Trump campaign will be “LAW AND ORDER”. The choice for American voters will be a President Trump who makes promises and keeps promises versus a lawless and corrupt Biden/Harris.

The burning of cities dominated by Obama Dimocrats are the issue. White liberal thugs and Black thugs are set upon destroying America. President Trump will point to the blue state model and say to American voters “Vote against this filth which threatens America, your lives, your property.”

The rule of law, and order, extends to illegal immigration. Enforce the law to create and maintain order. On every issue, even the economy, the rule of law, the maintenance of order are essential to economic strength and growth.

Law and Order as a campaign message for President Trump is obvious. The dumb Dims know it but can’t do anything about that message because if Ca-Ca-Mala Harris and Sloppy Joe demand Law and Order alongside President Trump the totalitarian left burning cities will turn against the duo of death. Even the NeverTrump whores know it:

Wall Street is booming, the economy is full “V” shape in recovery, and the third quarter still has more than a month to grow before the final numbers are released before the election. Ominous signs continue to grow against Sloppy Joe Biden and his bad sh*t running mate:

Trump Trails Biden, but Polls Show the President Has Some Strengths

Trump’s image has improved among white voters, and Republicans are growing more interested in the election [snip]

An improved image among white voters: Among white voters, Mr. Trump lags behind his 2016 vote share as recorded by exit polls. But in a sign of improvement, white voters in the most recent Journal/NBC News survey were divided almost equally between positive and negative views of the president. Four years ago, by contrast, negative views significantly outweighed positive ones among white voters, 54% to 35%.

“Trump improved his image among whites by about 20 points in the last four years,” said Micah Roberts, a Republican pollster who works on the Journal/NBC News survey with Democrat Jeff Horwitt. “That’s very important because they are more than 70% of the electorate.”

Holding steady with Hispanics: Mr. Trump trails his 2016 support levels among many groups, polling finds. Among Hispanic voters, by contrast, he appears to have maintained or even improved his standing.

Some 31% of the nation’s largest ethnic or racial minority group say they will back the president, a slightly higher share than the 28% who voted for him in 2016, according to exit polls.

Hispanic voters aren’t a unified bloc, and their partisan profile varies by state. But Mr. Trump could make gains in Florida, Arizona and several other battleground states if he cuts into Democratic margins among Hispanic voters.

Rising interest among Republicans: Intensity and anger can drive turnout, and Democrats sought to use their convention last week to unify voters who dislike Mr. Trump’s combative style.

But Mr. Trump has also boosted Republican intensity. This week’s convention has the potential to raise it further.

Interest in the election has risen among Republicans in the past month and now matches Democratic interest. Some 85% of Republicans rate themselves as highly interested in the election, compared with 83% of Democrats.

Some 27% of voters say they would be optimistic and confident if Mr. Trump were elected, compared with 14% who said so in 2016. By contrast, 19% of voters said before the Democratic convention that they would be optimistic about Mr. Biden’s election.

Up-for-grabs voters lean Republican: The Journal/NBC News survey in July looked at voters who haven’t ruled out either candidate and are “in play” in November. These voters as a group have characteristics that suggest they are open to Mr. Trump and his party.

Some 22% have a positive image of Mr. Trump, while only 11% have a positive image of Mr. Biden, the July poll found. They prefer a candidate who will confront the Washington establishment, a hallmark of Mr. Trump’s pitch to voters, over one who makes an appeal based on competence and compassion, key themes during the Democratic convention. In addition, these voters want Republicans to lead the next Congress rather than Democrats, 42% to 25%.

These voters account for 13% of the electorate, the survey found, meaning that Mr. Trump would need to win a large majority if he was relying on them to close his gap with Mr. Biden.

Trump leads in the economic argument: Polls have consistently turned up voters who say Mr. Trump has done a good job handling the economy but won’t commit to re-electing him. In August, 48% said he was the candidate best able to deal with the economy, 10 percentage points more than said so of Mr. Biden, and yet more people said they would vote for the Democrat.

Mr. Trump is sure to use the convention week to argue that voters who think he can revive the economy should send him back to the White House.

“Mr. Trump is still favored on the economy, and that’s the top issue people are using to decide their vote,” said Mr. Roberts, the Republican pollster.

“Burn, baby, Burn” used to be a slogan in favor of riots during the age of riots in America. The result was the Democrats were destroyed on election day.

“Burn, baby, Burn” is back. American voters will once again burn down the rioters and their supporters – Obama Dimocrats all.

  1. Twitter is flagging Trump again

Of course it’s on the roll beneath the speaker at the Convention

    Lol, such scum

  2. I was a young teen during the riots in 68 in Milwaukee

    It was very scary

We had bridges that span over the river connecting the south and north side, where the blacks lived.

We were under house arrest pretty much after sundown. I was at my GF’s house on the South side and the rumors were outrageous, “the blacks are marching across the bridge”… I walked out on the porch and immediately a police car shined a light on me and threatened me with jail if I didn’t walk back in the house.

As teens will do, we got someone with a car and decided to ride the next day to the ghetto to see the festivities lol, with no gas…
The police and National guard were so amazed to see 5 white kids in a car in the ghetto I thought they were about to come unglued. They had 5-6 guys against a wall and there we were, asking for gas

Well, they told us in no uncertain terms to get the hell out and no gas was coming…
    Dumb as door nails

This was the same neighborhood as a kid my brother sister and about 6 others would walk through without any problems because we got along.
We lived only a mile or so away
But it was a world away and never would it be the friendly place I grew up in.
The race baiters changed all that.

  3. I don’t know. The whole thing looks hypocritical to me as I am trying to deal with the mess his administration has in the FCC. I hear some of the FCC has packed their bags and left town while others hide under their desks and do not answer the phones, probably under the instruction of the corrupted FCC Chairman. They are going to hide and let Telecom go and install systems that are not FCC compliant and are very harmful, I guess until they can get the laws changed to suit their profits. It is the same shit all over the world so you know it is run be the global cult that is trying to enslave humanity with their high power death towers and death stars. Madness. Yes, the electrified, implanted slaves will all have law and order.

  4. This is bullshit. It is a club and I am not a member. They just had 6 people with Trump who had been hostage in foreign countries. Only one of them was a woman and and they did not even have her speak. Yes. Her husband spoke for them and they ran right over her to the next white male. Very bad optics.

  5. She probably didn’t want to speak … give it a rest

This is a great convention and the Cuban guy was spectacular

    He really touched my heat

  6. Tremendous speeches.

    Every one of them.

A ten point bounce is possible.

    Lets check in with joebiden

See how much he is enjoying

    Getting skinned alive

    Feeling no pain?

    Must be comatose.

    His natural state.

  7. Loving this…every one of them…How about that Vernon Jones…and the cancer patient…and Andrew Pollack…and Nikki…and Maximo…and Tom Scott

You know what we had tonight that was missing in 4 nights with the Dems…

    We have heart…& humanity…

“the best is yet to come…”

  8. Nikki explaining her taking down the Confederate statue
    Wasn’t feeling that

They started with that and we see now what they really want
They want America and they want to destroy her

Nikki absolutely should not be the Republican nominee in 2024

  9. In the WH with the rescued hostages

It felt rushed, very rushed and Trump was to gracious to the Countries that abducted them

But outside of that it was beautifully done

  10. Admin: they left the door wide open, those stupid dims.

    Sloppy Joe and Kaka Harris.

Karma Chamelon Harris serenaded by a tranny, here:

  11. And as in the above video in the last act, if they win through their mail balloting scheme, they will empty Old Man River Biden’s pockets of the money he has stolen from taxpayers over the millennia and give him the heave ho off the Cotton Blossom down into the deep dark waters of the muddy Mississippi where even God can’t find him, requiem to read as follows:

    Eternal Father Strong To Save
Whose arm hath bound the restless wave
Who bidst the mighty ocean deap
    His own eternal watching keep
Oh hear us when we cry to thee
For those in peril on the sea

  12. Just glancing at reaction form MSM and they said the speeches were angry and appealed only to solidify his base. Any objective person saw a lot of hope and inspiration in the speeches from nurses, freed hostages freed, Mr. Pollack, Senator Scott, Nikki Haley, etc.,. The only ones that in anyway came off somewhat hyper partisan where Don Jr. and his girlfriend, and they were tame compared to dems accusations against Trump at their convention . It’s so transparently fixed but in a way it does not matter because after almost 4 years not too many minds left to persuade. I do think, however, more should be done to show the pandemic was not mishandled. I thought the segments which were aired before prime time on the the dem governors praising Trump were effective. With the economy slowly but steadily coming back, he has to get over the impression that his actions or alleged lack thereof, resulted in the pandemic spreading and killing over 175k Americans. The lack of PPE by the former administration must be pointed out, the early action of closing travel from China then Europe, the help he offered and gave big democratic cities who truly underestimated and were not prepared. More importantly, the incredible speed of a vaccine and hope of a return to normalcy sooner than later.

  13. Well I guess if you had enough to drink, that was all grand, but it looked cold and disconnected to me, and how are they but puppets dancing for the global cabal while the peasants are muzzled and fried? What are they doing about the secret courts with their secret warrants that will come and raid your home and take you to jail for fabricated and minor infractions of the law if you question the cabal? Who is using radiation to monitor what you are doing in your home? Tracking you when you travel through the community or go to work?
Why are they exempt from abiding by the Constitution?

The best part of the convention were the Trump commercials with the boat parade.

I am not interested in hearing from any more lecturing, disconnected rulers who no longer represent us, spouting from a podium to an empty room.

  14. Moving forward…

Kenosha was a BLM/Antifa disaster last night and it was clear to Wisconsin voters that the Governor stirred up the offenders with his comments… police and, white man bad and was forced to put a curfew in order
The mayor of Kenosha called him out. How that jacka$$ beat Sott , well we know there was massive cheating in Milwaukee, who of course held their votes back… always

  15. Democrats said nothing at their convention about violence raging in Democrat-run cities, making all too clear they’re too weak and too cowardly to stand up to the liberal mob. The safety of every American family is on the ballot in November.

  16. Donna Brazile went absolutely berserk this morning on Fox & Friends, Tammy Bruce was just giving her take on RNC & Donna started screaming over both Brian & Tammy saying you are not going to erase my 400 years. bla bla bla…she was out of control

It was obvious that Donna was upset & is worried about the black support PDT is getting & she just kept screaming until Brian just ended the segment…which imo is what she was trying to do…she did not want any positive news about Trump, blacks & the RNC to be heard…she was extremely rude & should be put in a time out for awhile…makes me think the Dems are getting really worried…Donna’s condescending superiority act isn’t going to work so now she goes hysterical…

Conservatives saying that Kim Guilfoyle didn’t have to yell like that have NO CLUE how close we are to losing this country. Her speech was needed, fiery, & a wake up call to all armchair quarterbacks.. Get in the game or get out of our way! We have an election to win! #Trump2020

  18. Kim amd Don Jr we’re both bombastic imho, a bit over the top for my taste. When you yell so loud you only here the yelling, not the message usually. I think they planned it together, but I’m not too sure it was the best delivery for either of them.
Nonetheless it doesn’t take away from a fabulous night.
Very little to complain about and lots to crow about!
I’m still feeling the feelings after Maximo Alvarez’s incredible speech

“There’s no where else to go”

This is the red line, America is the last Country standing… we fall and it’s over world wide

  19. I believe Kim and Don jr were trying to replicate the sound of a true convention in a big hall with their powered up speeches. Without the fired up crowd noise, applause, etc. it just kinda fell flat in an empty room.

  20. On second thought, their speeches didn’t fall flat, as they were very good. It was the empty room that made the presentation kinda off.

  21. DeBlasio won’t be satisfied until he completely destroys NYC. He is threatening the notion of not opening restaurants until 2021, the lifeblood of the city.

  22. Flynn Oral Argument Transcript Released – Decision Imminent Due to Justice Griffith Retiring…

The transcript of the oral arguments from the August 11th DC Circuit Appeals court has been released. [pdf available here]. The DC Circuit held a full panel hearing to decide the outcome of the unopposed DOJ & defense motion to drop the case against Michael Flynn.

You will remember Judge Sullivan injected himself into the case by approving an amicus to argue against dismissal; this led to a request by the Flynn defense for a writ of mandamus overriding Judge Sullivan. Initially a three judge panel agreed with the writ giving Sullivan 30 days to dispose of the case; however, Sullivan appealed to the full panel (en banc). The first appellate court ruling was stayed, and the full panel heard oral arguments earlier this month. That transcript is below.

The panel of appellate judges included Judge Srinivasan, Judge Henderson, Judge Rogers, Judge Tatel, Judge Garland, Judge Griffith, Judge Millett, Judge Pillard, Judge Wilkins and Judge Rao. However, with Judge Griffith retiring at the end of this month, it is likely the ruling will be announced very soon; could be this week.

Regardless of what decision is reached, the announcement should be anticipated prior to Judge Griffith being replaced by recently confirmed Trump nominee Judge Justin Walker. That means we could see a decision announced this Friday, or by next Friday at the latest.

The judges could remove Judge Sullivan and reassign the case. In that event it’s likely the next judge would simply accept the motion to dismiss. However, the DC circuit could also deliver a ruling that allows Sullivan to retain the final disposition with strong guidance on any subsequent activity.

I do think they were trying to imitate firing up a crowd, but without a crowd they sounded a bit crazy

Their words were great, just the delivery was off

Elon Musk’s Neuralink Plans To Unveil “Real Time Neuron Demonstration” This Week

All we can say is if this Neuralink “reveal” is anywhere as realistic as Tesla’s solar roof tiles – or anywhere as disruptive as putting a Tesla on skates and pushing it through a tunnel under goofy neon lights – we’re glad we’re not signed up as test subjects.

But regardless, Neuralink presses on. The brain-machine interface company that Musk has claimed will be able to cure everything from Alzheimers to compulsive shopping has scheduled an event for later this week to “update the public on its progress” since last year’s presentation.

“Will show neurons firing in real-time on August 28th. The matrix in the matrix,” Musk had tweeted at the end of July.

“Wait until you see the next version vs what was presented last year. It’s *awesome*,” Musk wrote in February. “The profound impact of high bandwidth, high precision neural interfaces is underappreciated. Neuralink may have this in a human as soon as this year. Just needs to be unequivocally better than Utah Array, which is already in some humans & has severe drawbacks.”

Democrats To Investigate Pompeo Over GOP Convention Speech

House Democrats are launching an investigation into Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s upcoming speech at tonight’s Republican National Convention – not over the content of the speech, but whether it’s in violation of the Hatch Act and a breach of State Department regulations, according to The Hill.

Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs panel’s subcommittee of oversights and investigations, raised his concerns in a letter to Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun and requested information on the secretary’s planned remarks.

Pompeo is coming under scrutiny for taking time during official diplomatic travel in the Middle East to record remarks to be played at the GOP convention on Tuesday night. -The Hill

Pompeo is believed to have recorded several remarks from Jerusalem, possibly violating his own instructions that appointed State Department officials are barred from engaging in partisan political activities related to US elections. The State Department, however, says Pompeo is acting in his personal capacity and that taxpayer resources were not used for preparing or delivering the remarks.
    02:39 / 08:07

The State Department prohibition was laid out in two memos, one of which was issued in December, 2019 from the Office of the Legal Adviser, which states in bold and italics that “Senate confirmed Presidential appointees may not even attend a political party convention or convention-related event.”

The second memo, signed by Pompeo in July, reiterates the points.

“It’s absolutely unacceptable that a sitting U.S. Secretary of State, America’s top diplomat, would use official taxpayer-funded business to participate in a political party convention, particularly after the State Department published guidance that explicitly prohibits such activity,” Castro wrote to Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun.

  27. Only thing I wish with the Convention is that there is a minute between speakers to let what they said or did sink in and then the next speaker to acknowledge what came previously.

That exCon who President Trump pardoned was an amazing story, and emotional moment, and I think it was cut off needlessly

  28. Funny comment at ACE

  31. https://www.outkick.com/whitlock-lebron-james-is-a-bigot/

WHITLOCK: LEBRON JAMES IS A BIGOT

Time for BLM 101, Volume 4. BLM 101 is dedicated to educating professional athletes about the negative consequences of the Black Lives Matter movement. BLM 101 makes every effort to avoid snark and ridicule. Today that will be difficult.

OK, let’s head to the NBA Bubble at Disney World and check in with the NBA Police Review Board headed by internal affairs officer LeBron James. From his Florida hotel, Officer James is leading the investigation into the Kenosha, Wisconsin police-involved shooting of Jacob Blake.

Monday morning, less than 24 hours after Kenosha police shot Blake seven times, James filed his initial report on the incident, tweeting:

“And y’all wonder why we say what we say about the police! Someone please tell me WTF is this?! Exactly another black man being targeted. This shit is so wrong and so sad! Feel so sorry for him, his family and our people! We want justice.”

Monday night, after acquiring additional information while moonlighting as a small forward in a playoff game against the Portland Trail Blazers, Officer James held a press conference to discuss the shooting.

I know people get tired of hearing me say it, but we are scared as black people in America,” James said. “Black men, black women, black kids, we are terrified.

James later accused the police of lying.

“If you’re sitting here and telling me that there was no way to ‘saydue’ (subdue) that gentleman or detain him or just before firing guns, then you’re sitting here lying to not only me, but you’re lying to every African American, every black person in the community,” James said.

    https://twitter.com/espn/status/1298119092033945600

I’m black. I’m not scared. I’m not terrified. Neither is LeBron James. He’s lying. He and the political activists controlling him want black people to immerse themselves in fear. Fear is a tool used to control people. If you comply with police instructions, there is virtually no chance of an American citizen being harmed by police.

“If you watch the video, there were multiple moments where if they wanted to, they could’ve tackled (Blake),” Officer James said. “They could’ve grabbed him. You know? They could’ve done that. And why, why does it always have to get to a point where we see guns firing?”

It’s very difficult to investigate police shootings and play NBA playoff games. Officer James is clearly unaware of a second video that shows police on the opposite side of Blake’s car wrestling with Blake on the ground. Blake escapes the police, gets to his feet and walks to the driver’s side of his vehicle.

I’m sure someone on the NBA Police Review Board will show James the second video at some point Tuesday.

“Quite frankly, it’s disgusting to have multiple cops around and not even thinking about (using) a Taser,” said Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma, one of James’ top police investigators. “And forget about the Taser, just simple combat and taking a man down instead of trying to shoot him.”

Again, the Lakers investigative team is clearly unaware of the second video and reports that police initially tried using a Taser on Blake.

James then speculated on the mindset of the police officer(s) who shot Blake.

“You have no idea how that cop that day left the house,” James said. “You don’t know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. You don’t know if he had an argument at home with his significant other. You don’t know if one of his kids said something to him and he left the house steaming. Or maybe he just left the house saying that, ‘Today is going to be the end for one of these black people.’ That’s what it feels like. That’s what it feels like. It just hurts. It hurts.”

I’m sure the Kenosha police are saying the exact same thing about Jacob Blake, who had an active arrest warrant for third-degree sexual assault at the time of the shooting. Blake has previously been arrested for pointing a weapon at people, carrying a concealed weapon into a building and domestic violence.

Did Jacob Blake wake up on the wrong side of the bed Sunday morning?

When I watched the initial viral video showing police shooting Blake in the back I was outraged. I waited to calm down. I sent the video to a couple of friends and discussed it with them. We wondered why it was only 20 seconds. Why was it edited? Was it edited and then released to provoke outrage, fear and rioting?

I decided it was best to wait for additional information before making any sort of comment. (I’m still waiting for additional information. This column is not a defense of the police or vilification of Blake.)

LeBron James has more than 40 million followers on Twitter. Doesn’t he have a moral responsibility to be informed and measured before commenting on a controversy that could inspire civil unrest? What’s the harm in waiting 48 hours, 72 hours or a week?

Is James intentionally being used as an agent of chaos?

His logic is consistent with the logic of white bigots. James uses occasional anecdotes to make sweeping negative generalizations about white police officers.

“And y’all wonder why we say what we say about police!”

James’ Twitter feed reads like a transcript from a KKK rally. Can’t you hear the Grand Wizard of the Klan shouting to his followers in the aftermath of O.J. Simpson?

“And y’all wonder why we say what we say about black people!”

LeBron James foolishly thinks he’s overseeing the police. He’s overseeing the black KKK. He’s promoting racism. He’s demonizing a group of white people based on the behavior of a few.

As a black man that sort of racist tactic should be terrifying. That racist tactic was used to deny us freedom in this country. No one who professes to care about the welfare of black people would adopt the tactics of white bigots.

Bigots, regardless of color, have a common trait. Ignorance. Ignorance fuels their ego. Information is their enemy. They avoid it at all costs. Negative anecdotes frame their worldview.

Bigotry has subdued and detained LeBron James.

Black Lives Matter is a clever Twitter hashtag designed to spread racial division. Twitter baits and rewards racial demagoguery. James is addicted to social media. His bigotry is no surprise.

  32. Egads!!! Lemon and Fredo agree with us:

    https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2020/08/25/cnns-lemon-cuomo-biden-needs-to-stop-ignoring-riots-this-is-a-blind-spot-for-democrats/

Tuesday on CNN, network anchors Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon said Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden needed to address the rioting in Wisconsin after a video of Kenosha resident Jacob Blake being shot by police made its way onto the internet.

Cuomo said, “You have COVID and Kenosha, Don, and what’s happening in Wisconsin, it’s a Rorschach test for where this country is, and I think it probably represents the biggest threat to the Democratic cause.”

Lemon said, “You took the words right out of my mouth.”

Cuomo said, “That’s because we’re reading from the same teleprompter.”

Lemon said, “That’s all you. This is where I come in. We’ll get to that. But when you said it’s too little too late, I don’t know about that. I mean, we still have a lot of time left until election day. I do think that this —what you said was happening in Kenosha is a Rorschach test for the entire country. I think this is a blind spot for Democrats. I think Democrats are hoping this will go away, and it’s not going to go away.”

He added, “I think maybe Joe Biden may be afraid to do it. I’m not sure. Maybe he won’t, maybe he is. He’s got to address it. He’s got to come out and talk about it. He’s got to do a speech like Barack Obama did about race. He’s got to come out and tell people that he’s going to deal with the issue of police reform in this country, and that’s what’s happening now is happening under Donald Trump’s watch. When he is the president, Kamala Harris is the vice president. Then they will take care of this problem. But guess what? The rioting has to stop. Chris, as you know, and I know it’s showing up in the polling, it’s showing up in focus groups. It is the only thing right now that is sticking.”

The Trump convention has been so effective even Fredo and Lemon can see it.

She wrote every word of that speech herself. Yes, it was from HER HEART. It was her words, her feelings, her love, her compassion, her understanding, her sympathy and her empathy that made this speech so special.

  34. few things:

1 the location the RNC chose for their speakers, the Andrew Mellon Auditorium, is absolutely beautiful, especially compared to those hyped up Zoom people in squares at DNC…RNC nailed the perfect setting…

2 I have said this before imo Melania reminds me so much of a young Sophia Loren, watching her speak last night made it so even more…agree her speech could have been a little shorter

3 Could have done without Tiffany and/or Eric…would have liked Barron in place of Eric…maybe Barron will make his debut in the second term

4 The reason Don Lemon & Chris Cuomo are starting to change their tune & acknowledge the omnipresent & multiple riots popping up everywhere is because it is starting to stick in the polling & is…surprise…hurting the Democrats

5 Impressed with AG from Kentucky, Daniel Cameron

6 Little side note… who knew that DT & Hershel Walker not only have been friends for 37 years but they are close friends whose kids used to play together; Heard Hershel talking about the time he was taking Donald’s kids with his kids to Disneyland & at last minute Donald decided to go along…Hershel said it was funny & quite a sight to see Donald in his suit with the kids going around on “It’s a Small World”

7 Last for now, the ‘bench’ in GOP has many new & diverse faces…many stars of tomorrow…as an Independent, I am happy to see the evolution of the Republican Party

    ********************************************

for any of you that have become familiar with Rob Smith, he was on c-span this morning, talking about his book “Always a Soldier” He is a Gay, AA Conservative & on PDT’s Gay Advisory Board… anyway he is very smart & handled all the caller questions in such a clear, organized & concise way without being negative or nasty but very direct & informative; the host was Greta & imo she is very biased against Trump & his callers (she always cuts them off) but she even seemed very impressed with Rob…hope he is interviewed by Hannity, Waters. Perino or McCallum for his book…He has a lot to say & would like to see him get more exposure

  35. Two MSNBC howler monkeys–one white, one black, howling over something you and I could have told them months ago, namely that the rioting in democrat cities was political suicide since it creates fear among voters, and certainty that democrats can protect them. But when you are a party of anarchists, hedge fund billionaires, and rubes, and when your opponent is a man of action, it is hard to see, much less acknowledge that your strategy is suicidal. The only thing those jackals believe is their pollsters, and now finally their pollsters are waking up and telling them what was obvious to the rest of us. Now the moral imperative will be to control the rioters, after they have advocated defunding the police and replacing them with social workers. And to reach out to the white middle class, after they have called them deplorables. The question for Fredo however has got to be this: why are you here? You are white, wealthy and male? Why don’t you have the social conscience to give your platform to a multi racial transgender could deliver the same tripe you do, and would reflect the narrative of your employer. Come on Fredo, have you no shame, no remorse, or are nothing more than the air head entitled hypocrite people of sound judgement always knew you were.?

    Agreed.

And with Donald Trump as the head of the party, and his skills as a showman, I never doubted that this show would be a hit. You do not have to trust your own judgment about that. It was evident in the reactions of Republican officials who were jubilant, and the reaction of Demonrats who were not only dower, but at times lost all self control. Brazille who rolled in the hay with the little fat boy Roland Martin when the great deceiver won the nomination and when she was working for the DNC slipped their debate questions to the deceiver, making it impossible to understand why FOX would ever hire her, lost it so badly that they had to take a commericial break, and reach for smelling salts–or opioids to reduce the pain she feels in seeing this production which is the best thing seen since the Zeigfield Follies.

I thought both Eric amd Tiffany, especially Tiffany, did a great job

She has grown up and matured into a very confident woman who just finished law school and I bet she passed her exams, unlike mechelle.

Where democrats are concerned the questions are simple and straightforward:

    1. Do you like what has happened to your party?

    2. If not, why would you vote for them?

    3. If they win, do you really believe you will ever get your party back.

Gonzo…fair enough, I was getting a little tired when Tiffany came on & starting to feel it was overkill with Trump kids…didn’t listen to every word & it seemed kind of long…also concerned audience could start to feel being lectured by too many of his kids

  42. Well, First Lady steals the show and provides some human contact. She is truly a credit to Trump. The OD green de-emphasized her clothes as she spoke and focused attention on her face.

The rest of them look like dancing puppets performing in a show conducted by the Global Cabal with their their infection, injection and radiation programs marching forward. Not a fucking one of them, RNC/DNC mentioned the cell towers being installed in peoples front yards under Trumps expedited DEPLOYMENT of 5G. Do you think if they wanted to nuke Trump, that they may mention what is happening to the people living under his cell towers? Should any of them mention the programs of FAILED WORLD LEADERSHIP that they kowtow too? Yea, get you an Elon Musk brain implant so you do not have to carry a phone and all your troubles will be over.

The virtual conventions. Every word controlled and monitored. They are bullshit shows. Look behind the curtain at the freaks.

Trump says he wants drug tests before debates with Biden

Trump offered no evidence to support his claims that Biden took drugs

By Andrew O’Reilly | Fox News

President Trump on Wednesday said he will request that both Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and himself take drug tests before the first presidential debate in September – making the inflammatory claim that he believes that Biden’s improvement during the Democratic primary debates was the result of drugs.

Trump offered no evidence to support his claims nor did he say what drug he thought Biden was taking, but he argued that Biden showed a marked improvement during the March 15 debate between himself and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., compared to previous ones.

“We are going to call for a drug test,” Trump said during an interview in the Oval Office with the Washington Examiner’s Byron York. “It wasn’t that he was Winston Churchill, because he wasn’t, but it was a normal, boring debate. You know, nothing amazing happened.”

Trump continued: “I don’t know how he could have been so incompetent in his debate performances and then all of a sudden be OK against Bernie.”

When pressed for any evidence to support his claim that Biden had taken a drug to improve his debate performance, Trump said he had none and that his theory was based purely on his own observations.

“All I can tell you is that I’m pretty good at this stuff,” he said. “I look. I watched him in the debates with all of the different people. He was close to incompetent, if not incompetent. And against Bernie he was normal.”

He added: “And I say, how does that happen?”

Biden’s campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

The early months of Biden’s third White House bid were marked by uneven debate performances and winding town halls in Iowa and New Hampshire. The floundering led to numerous stories about Biden’s gaffes and near constant attacks from Trump about Biden’s mental fitness.

Since then, however, the former vice president has drawn praise for both his performance against Sanders in March and, more recently, for his speech at last week’s Democratic National Convention. Some political strategists argue that Biden’s speech, which drew praise from both liberals and conservatives commentators, was helped by Trump’s attacks as it reduced expectations.

“For 24 minutes, every American who watched it escaped our current reality and was imagining a world without Donald Trump. And that alone made it a good speech,” said Rick Tyler, a Republican strategist and outspoken critic of the president.

Biden has long been famous for verbal missteps beyond any stutter, a point the Trump campaign has zeroed in on in viral videos and memes. This campaign cycle, he’s referred to Vermont when he’s in New Hampshire and said that any Black American voting for Trump “ain’t Black.” The catch-all explanation from Biden allies is that he’s “authentic.”

Trump, 74, himself has stumbled through some of his own interviews recently, bragging to Fox News that he had passed a physician’s cognition test meant to flag signs of dementia in older patients. Days later, Trump repeatedly misrepresented the U.S. response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the spread of the virus in an interview with Axios. Nonetheless, the president boasted to Fox News anchor Chris Wallace that Biden couldn’t endure the pressures of such interviews.

“Let Biden sit through an interview like this. He’ll be on the ground crying for Mommy,” said Trump, who like Biden speaks in notably different clips than he did when he was younger.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

  48. Gonz, I was shocked as well to see the DNC did significantly better ratings wise , albeit both conventions are down.

  49. Oh Jesus,

Trump is going up in the polls, no need to look like a bully
He should have someone else bring that up

  50. I don’t believe the ratings on the Republican Convention, I think like all else, the polls etc the deep state is doing this to depress us

  51. The nun, who is a MD, AND ex military officer

    Geez, what a slacker…

I actually liked her a lot

That being said, tonight is a little slow

  52. My gay crush is on Ric Grenell
Wish he would go off the teleprompter

Too much teleprompter and he is a great speaker off the cuff

  53. as has been said & is true…best place to watch the RNC is c-span, no cut aways or talking

AND the best part…the call in show after it finished…EVERY SINGLE CALL, Dems, repub & indpendents (accept one that was noncommittal either way bec he is disgusted with both)

anyway EVERY single call was FOR PDT…Dems calling in mostly saying “they can’t take it anymore”
“the Dems are going crazy not the Dem party they used to be” “Dems are allowing violence”
“I see what is happening & I am done, NY is so violent & too much crime”

these people are pumped, many loved Pence’s speech, they want the US to say FREE, they don’t want Socialism & Communism, they want freedom of speech & not to be afraid to speak up, in the old Dem party “we” would protect others speech even if we didn’t agree with it, they love what PDT is doing for the American people first, they are pro life & want to keep God, THEY LOVE school choice

etc (recommend this for JB tomorrow…to get a big dose of positive energy)

  54. my two cents…there were so many amazing people

    Lou Holtz who is 83
    Jack Brewer was strong
Clarence Henderson, Civil Rights pioneer – schooling the TV audience on who fought for civil rights & securing the vote for AA

the tears started & took my breath away when Madison Cawthorn stood up with his leg braces on

    https://nypost.com/2020/08/26/rnc-2020-rising-gop-star-madison-cawthorn-gives-stirring-speech-about-adversity/

so, so many great moments…this truly is a NEW REPUBLICAN party…it almost seems it has some of the best attributes the Dem Party USED TO HAVE…

imo…this Trump Repub Party has HEART & HUMANITY…the human touch & a heart is beating…

  55. I thought the same thing S. The country club republican party I grew up hating is certainly much more inclusive and tolerant than today’s democratic party. I know there are plenty of rhinos and yahoos that still make up the GOP, but they are harmless compared to the anarchists taking orders from the democratic party. Are you more afraid when once in a blue moon a bunch of middle aged white men in hoods burn a cross in a corn field or anarchists screaming at you to give up your home and burning your business?

    ———–
I am shocked that you are shocked.

Do you really believe these polls?

If so then they have got you.

The purpose of these polls is not to fairly assess public opinion.

The purpose is TO MANIPULATE public opinion.

And eve if their effort was to be objective—which we know it is not, they would still be bullshit, because Trump voters do not tell pollsters they support him, because experience has taught us the this could subject them to harassment, and with ANTIFA and BLM on the lose, violent death.

If had access to the internal polling by the Trump campaign you would have a better idea of where the race stood, and how much of a bounce this convention will create.

Unlike Republican campaigns in the past the convention has targeted blacks and suburban women, which are two of Trump’s vulnerabilities, The violence in the cities is reportedly bothering women living in the suburbs, the personal testimonies by women concerning his empathy for people, and his speech tomorrow night when he will talk personally about the COVID-19 pandemic and people he know personally who died trom it wil resonate with that group as well.

  57. wbboei, I’m shocked by John Robert’s betrayal of his conservative principles as well. He turned out to be as deep state as Lake Crater and that’s deep!!!!
Polls just rattle me and to be fair, Trump seems to be trending upward, but it’s going to be a very difficult comeback with the media, race riots, covid, and although an improving economy, a very high unemployment rate.
Lastly, I believe antifa, BLM, occupy wall street, and their elk, were/are very well funded by the left and we have seen them rear their ugly heads before, but with the Floyd death, the pandemic, and millions of 20 something young people with pent up anger and being indoctrinated by the AOC’s, Omar’s, Thalib’s, Sanders, Universities, and such behavior “normalized by Pelosi and Schumer, it was the perfect storm for the left to unleash these miscreants to wreak havoc before the election. They then think they can put the genie back in the bottle and it will all go away with Joe, much like his memory. We as Americans either will reject it, or we here must realize our country’s best days are truly behind us and a bleak future is all but guaranteed for our country.

  58. These conventions are the culmination of the Age of Fake. You are shown what the global cabal of sociopaths and idiots allows you to see. And if they are begrudgingly allowing Trump to be re-elected, it is to make him the scapegoat of the system collapse.

The real issues will not be mentions, that you are infected, radiated and will be lock-stepped into implanted, irradiated beasts of burden for them or die. They like the model they have developed in China where they do not need to worry about human rights and can disposed of you in an incinerator when you get too sick from their implants and radiation. Maybe or maybe not you will be dead when they put you in the oven.

The Smart Cities they sold our stooge government included Small Cells that were up to 10 watts, like the overpowered Wi-Fry Everywhere boxed that ISP have been distributing for years. Now what they are installing in the right-of-ways of our homes have 500X that power and antenna gains that output 30,000 watts of effective radiated power. Right into you peoples homes. This is being protected in the name of “national security” and for years they have used the secret courts and secret warrant systems to arrest and destroy people who object. It has been for years. That is how they forced smart meters on our homes.

The people on the princess cruse line who developed illness where being exposed to the same satellite system that is going up right now. The system broadcast conventional bands to their devices but the star link was high band. People got exposed because the transmission the ship received from the satellites was miles wide. The satellites are broadcasting and receiving 17-23 GHz. The transmission to earth will be 5 miles wide. Elon Musk is a gopher for the global cabal of sociopaths and idiots and he knows what they are doing. China is the model and he is on board.

What you will not hear at the convention is any talk of this or mandatory vaccination, implant or radiation. But that is what the issues are for the future of humanity. Yea, you should probably vote for Trump. And Pray.

  59. S
I did watch c-span, just replying on what the demiparty, which includes the media, we’re doing. They want to keep the Republican Party old, white, male as much as they can

Somehow I missed the speech by that beautiful young man Madison Cawthorn, thanks so much for posting it

  60. I hope Madison Crawthorn does not blow up

He lists himself as CEO of a real estate company but the only business it has done is buy 6 acres for 20,000.
He has some sexual abuse accusations (he tried to kiss them when they said no) , which would be laughable as he is a paraplegic, but they are from an evangelical group, 2 girls , he was part of. He said he won’t deny teen angst but the accusations of aggressively trying to have a sexual encounter by being a paraplegic is laughable.
And Adams didn’t sign the Constitution… he quickly said he as lib that part… he wasn’t meadows or trumps first choice but Trump is in his corner

  61. That’s what I’m talking about!

Nick Sandmann’s attorney Lin Wood says, I think, he’ll be suing those who slander Kyle Rittenhouse:

    @LLinWood
    Lin Wood

If there is something I can do, Kyle will not need to pay me. God has blessed me with enough & enough is always enough. These charges must be dismissed as video clearly shows justified acts of self-defense. When dismissed, accusers should be held accountable & they should pay.

This timeline of Kyle Rittenhouse’s movements and actions the night of the Mostly Peaceful Self Defense Initiative is useful.

This makes it clear that even the first shooting was legal self defense — he was being chased while an unknown gunman was firing a gun in his vicinity.

  62. Fuck Biden

His party failed to nip the violence in the bud, quietly supported it financially by bailing out ANTIFA thugs, refused to prosecute the thugs, refused federal help, failed to call out the violence at their convention, get called on it at the republican, and now, only now, their Lock Ness monster says stop the violence, and his supporters claim its not too late.

This goes to show that democrats do not protect their own voters, much less the rest of the electorate. They are all mouth and gut wind. When the time comes to act, they won’t do anything more than scratch themselves. They are beneath contempt. They and the big media whores are the tools of big business, and the enemies of the American people.

  63. What do y’all make of Pelosi’s urging Biden not to debate Trump?

Looks to me like the DNC is laying the groundwork for replacing Biden, should they decide that is necessary.

    What wbboei said.

    F*** both of them.

  65. What do you suppose Rudy Giuliani will speak about tonight?

I’m hoping he presents his evidence of Biden’s corruption with respect to Ukraine and China.

Rudy has put together an impressive case against Biden. No one in Congress is interested in pursuing it.

The American people deserve to hear the TRUTH about Biden tonight.

  66. Pelosi will say and encourage any actions , regardless of their dire consequences, to win. She is a vile lady but she certainly has control over her party. No Romney or Sasses in the dem party in either house or senate.

  67. JB,

I believe there is less support for Pelosi in her party than in years past. The Uber-leftists want her gone.

  68. Regarding the next retail business urban trashing, looting and burning. Citizens will have to take things into their own hands. Nothing like an old fashioned Browning .50 cal machine gun to take the excitement out of the fully funded Antifa flakes.

  69. Perhaps Outris as she is doing her best to satisfy the squad. Rep. Jeff Van Drew is talking about that now .

  70. Oh boy, the Trump Train is steaming down the tracks.

Looking forward to some kicking ass, taking names and getting justice.

  71. Now if that sorry sack of poo AG would get those indictments done, instead of being a sad sorry puppet for special interests serving the global cabal.

  72. Oscar Wilde defined a cynic as someone who knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing

Dinosaurs like Chris Wallace, Neil Cavuto and Britt Hume are paradigmatic example of that.

Rather that seeing the value of the speech in bringing his team together, putting something in it for everyone, creating a fighting spirit, and defining in haec verba who the enemy is and why in the name of Providence he must be defeated, the dinosaurs chose to focus on the length of the speech and made brilliant observations like social scientists tell us that the attention span is only 13 minutes. How you could touch all the bases he did in 13 minutes they do not say. Also they claim that he was flat tonight. What they fail to realize is that was not a rally where he throws red meat to the supporters. This was an acceptance speech of the awesome privilege of being the nominee, and the eyes wide open recognition of the daunting responsibilities that go with it, which requires a far different tone which requires sobriety which is what these big media dullards cannot or will not seem to fathom. And that is why I call them dinosaurs, fixtures in the corrupt Washington and by no stretch of the imagination journalists.

  73. I worked, couldn’t watch

But… WTF… no security for the people leaving the Republican Convention?

Totally uncool and totality uncalled for

  74. The setting was beautiful. the fireworks amazing, the crowd a very critical addition, but it was not the best delivery Trump has given as he seemed a bit uncomfortable reading a very detailed and long speech off the teleprompter. I am a super fan and was getting bored. I thought Ivanka’s intro was very good and the tribute to the Dorn family, other victims of the rioters, and law enforcement was very effective. Covid was addressed and some hope of a vaccine sooner than later. Whether he made the case that he acted quick enough depends on the viewer. 176k lives are a tragedy but the theme was but for his actions we could be looking at millions as initially predicted without mitigation. I think, looking back, when he got some bad info from his Corona task force will hurt as I really thought we would never see more than 60-100k deaths and it looks like it may very well hit 200-275k by fall.
Nonetheless, a very good convention( at least visually and technically) from the RNC, despite what Chris Wallace, Juan Williams and others from the “conservative” Fox News network thought. I thought Brit Hume was fair and Rove still fixated on numbers which have proven not so accurate in recent times. If Fox has such “fair and balanced” panel ,I can only imagine what other networks were saying. Anyway onward we go and pray that our fellow citizens looks at the patently absurd effort of the left and anarchists to bring this nation down to our knees , while all the MSM covers up nightly the debasement of our American dreams and values for a revisionist history “reimagined” by race baiters, globalists, and democrats seeking infinite control and power.

PS-the opera singing was too much after the fireworks .

  75. The only part of trumps speech that concerned me was the lengthy description of how the early settlers crossed the country building and creating. There was no mention of the indigenous people already living here. The brutal annihilation of Indian populations who fought the takeover of their land is not imho a proud moment in our history.

  76. Optimist

That is the way Countries have been won from the beginning of time. Life is brutal, and the winners write the history. One would have to feel for ALL of humanity as the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Aztecs , and many others claimed their lands and “glory”.
It was, and will always be our truth, it is just the most recent in the world in actuality and those people were courageous in my mind and faced countless and untoward hardships to claim their destiny’s and build this Great Country of ours.Do I feel for the indigenous peoples? Of course I do, but in reality they were the “First Nation”, and in many respects, the “Last Nation” …
My great, great, great, great grandmother sailed from Ireland at 16 with her young 17 year old husband. She was spoken to be a great beauty, with fiery red hair, and eyes of sky blue, but her husband died in transit across the vast ocean. All alone in a strange new world, she would refuse to turn back and admit defeat. She bought the wagon and mules she and her husband planned on herself, joined a wagon train and rode West. She encounter all the movie villains, drought, broken wheels, short supply of rain, all the hostile conditions the continent could offer, but she succeed, married a man she met on the journey, and here I am…
I am in awe and very proud of her, and all the hard working people who built this land. Am I shamed of the treatment of the Indians, yes, it is a sadness that will not heal, but they too fought and murdered each other to claim these lands that they also traveled over oceans and across the Bering Strait to claim.

It is the history of all humanity, as much as all of nature’s animals, the strong will survive.
But America, unlike many nations has tried to make restitutions to those who came before us, and to those we harmed in our Manifest Destiny. That is our exceptionalism and will continue to be. It will never make up for all the tragedy, but it’s acknowledgement and humanity are what make this Country so great…

    Just my humble opinion…

  77. I must say I had to read, on other blogs, and watch videos to get the overall picture of last night secondary to working.
Truth be, I am a bit sadden buy most of your reactions…
I would say 98% of the people LOVED his speech and the entire program. Some did say it was too long by 10 minutes and how he hates reading off the teleprompter as much as he did. But he had a fine line not to cross because he was at the WH and the dignity it demands.
Apparently Melania was exceptionally striking in a flowing green dress and Ivanka had an off shoulder top with pants. Pants seem the choice of the young ones, not sure it fit the occasion, but if anyone could pull it off, she could. Barron sighting was observed, what 6’6 already? Dang, in reality I feel for him cause he’s just 14, I hope he stops growing but could conceivably reach 7’4 at this rate.

Why This Ex-Never Trumper Wants Four More Years

How I came to embrace a president I once feared and detested.

AUGUST 28, 2020 By David Marcus

In October of 2016, James Taranto wrote in the Wall Street Journal that I was “one of the 2 or 3 most intense Never Trumpers we’ve encountered all year.” He was right. From the moment Donald Trump descended the golden escalator I hoped his shoelaces would get caught in it. My criticism of Trump was relentless and brutal. I exposed his connections to Mafia figures, I latched on to any vague allegation of racism I could find, I didn’t just want him to lose, I wanted him to lose in a landslide.

    snip

What I didn’t realize was the Reform Party ethos, born of Perot but also of culture warriors like Pat Buchanan, had come to represent so many more people than it did in 1992. I saw the Republican Party, as the party of defense, like William F. Buckley standing athwart history, my vision of the GOP was one resisting tides, not creating them. In Trump I saw a faulty seawall that would give way to a parade of progressive horribles.

I could not have been more wrong. Very quickly the president’s conservative victories started to stack up. Actual conservative Supreme Court Justices, not fair weather institutionalists like John Roberts. A US embassy in Jerusalem, and real tax cuts came into being. He actually pulled out of the disastrous Iran Deal and Paris Accord; he threatened and imposed tariffs on China, abandoning the failed neoliberal policy of appeasement, the childlike fantasy that free trade alone would transform that communist country into a liberal democracy.

Yes, I still cringed at some his remarks, and often wished he would step back from Twitter, but when I looked at the ledger of the good and bad he has done for our nation, the former flowed over. The latter was a bare empty cupboard of vague violations of norms. I came to tolerate Trump, to view him as the better of two imperfect choices. That changed Thursday night.

Thursday night the president stood in stark contrast to his opponent Joe Biden, who ran a convention based on fear of the virus, who embraces a new normal in which petty dictators like Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio control my life, a desperate old man who said he would lock me down again. No. President Trump did what he does best; he spoke to a crowd. There was joy and optimism and patriotism. Instead of fear there was pride. For me, he was no longer the lesser of two evils but a man I dearly hope will remain our president.

It is fashionable these days for former Republicans to gang up and sling dirt at Trump. This is supposed to be meaningful because supposedly they are conservatives. Well, two can play at that game. If their abandonment of Trump is meaningful then so is my embrace. And the difference? They represent a tiny, dying breed of think tank technocrats; I represent a vast constituency of Americans who have come to see the power of his leadership.

I believe that Donald Trump will win reelection, though I warn you, as I said above, I’m wrong a lot. But it doesn’t matter. Even if he should lose he has changed the GOP, he has changed conservatism, and he has changed me. We will not play defense anymore. Those of us who love America will fight for its values and ideals. I thank Donald Trump for helping me find the courage to be a part of that fight. Here’s to four more years.

Trump lost NH in 2016 by a few thousand votes. I still blame Kelly Ayotte for that.
You are correct. Sununu could have the same impact. Fucking Rinos.

  85. John Sununu, the elder, I have always respected. He was Chief of Staff to HW Bush and Governor of NH.
Chris Sununu is his son and current Governor of NH. He is a total wuss, not to be trusted.

I bet their are a lot of pissed Trump supporters who left the WH for such poor security
I just don’t understand that and Trump has some serious explaining to do
    ———
No no no. On the contrary, this was manna from heaven. The mayor of Washington is a democrat. It was her obligation to provide that security and once again a democrat failed. The fireworks were the official grand finale to a great evening. This was an unofficial grand finale which underscored the pressing need for law and order, while Biden’s tepid condemnation of the violence, which was motivated by polling data, as opposed to the safety of democrat constituents drives, the point home in a way that mere words never could. Never interrupt an enemy in the middle of a mistake. And Don Liii Mon at MSNB was dumb enough to say out loud that the dims were sounding this beleated alarm not because they have any concern for safety, but because their strategy which was destined to be ill fated from the beginning was now proving to be exactly that.

  87. But Wbb, it was the WH and they should have been in communication with the Mayor.

If the Mayor was not going to supply security most people not only want that info but will feel Trump should have been aware and supplied it himself

  88. What an idiot, the mayor puts in writing his refusal for federal help and now Trump can make it public

    Great ad material

    Andy Ngô (@MrAndyNgo) Tweeted:
Portland Mayor sends spiteful, bitter letter to the President declining the federal government’s offer to help the city with additional resources. The mayor has stated elsewhere that he wants to wait out the riots & violent protests, which lasted for 93 days.

  89. President Trump knew about the CoC business model; that’s why he never allowed them a seat at the ‘America First’ table. That was the original source of our support for candidate Donald Trump. And now, after a decade of our trying to highlight the CoC scheme and the reason for it; yesterday, the U.S. Chamber dropped their pretense and admitted they were now supporting democrats because the CoC effort can only succeed by destroying Main St.

WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is poised to endorse nearly two dozen freshmen House Democrats for reelection, triggering a revolt within the right-leaning organization and drawing fierce push-back from the group’s powerful GOP donors.

The decision represents a sharp departure for the traditionally conservative Chamber, which has spent over $100 million backing Republican candidates during the past decade, and it threatens to further complicate the party’s prospects in the November election while driving a split in the business community.

Chamber leaders — including President Suzanne Clark, Chief Executive Officer Tom Donohue and Executive Vice President Neil Bradley — have been pushing the proposal ahead of a Thursday committee vote to finalize a slate of 2020 endorsements.

But the group’s donors and members are up in arms, with some threatening to pull funding and others openly venting their frustration. Some are raising the prospect that Chamber board members will quit in the weeks to come.

[…] The internal fight is just the latest headache for the Chamber, which for decades was regarded as a giant in the lobbying world. The group has recently generated headlines for its frosty relationship with the White House and alleged lavish spending on private jets.

The clash also provides a window into a growing rift in the business community over its place in the Donald Trump-dominated Republican Party, which has at times embraced policies the corporate world opposes. While the Chamber has almost exclusively endorsed Republicans over the past decade, it has collided with the president over everything from tariffs to immigration. (read more)

The CoC was never a “right wing organization”, nor was it a “republican organization”; it was always a multinational globalist organization structured to support Wall Street and destroy Main Street. It was always a feature, not a flaw…. but no-one would believe it.

    Well, now… believe it.

“Civil War Brewing” at Sandia National Nuclear Laboratories as Scientist Rebel Over Racial Marxist Struggle Sessions
    —Ace

Remember a few weeks ago, when it was reported that scientists at Sandia National Labs were being forced into Racial Sensitivity Reeducation Seminars where they were taught that individual effort was a symptom of White Supremacy?

Last year, Sandia National Laboratories, a federal contractor responsible for building the U.S.’s nuclear weapons, sent its executives to mandatory diversity training with the White Men’s Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia in Organizations. This group’s educational materials?which were obtained by Christopher Rufo, a visiting fellow at the Heritage Foundation–include many of the same racial stereotypes. As Rufo writes, participants were told that the “roots of white male culture”
consists of “rugged individualism,” “a can-do attitude,” “hard work,” and “striving towards success”–which sound good, but are in fact “devastating” to women and POCs.
In fact, the trainers claim that “white male culture” leads to “lowered quality of life at work and home, reduced life expectancy, unproductive relationships, and high stress.” It also forces this “white male standard” on women and minorities.

The seminar also asked white males to recite a series of “white privilege statements” and “male privilege statements.”

In other words: They were forced, by their employer, the US government, to confess to Race Crimes they were in fact innocent of, with the threat of firings or career derailment if they refused.

It concluded with its white male participants writing letters of apology to marginalized people whom they may have harmed, according to Rufo, who made the documents available on his website.
The researcher who publicized this Racial Maoism Struggle Session is now reporting that Sandia labs is treating a scientist like a dangerous Security Risk for having uploaded a video denying their various Cultural Marxist claims.

Yes, the Marxists are now claiming the Americans are Security Risks.

Thread below. I only publish the tweet-codes when there is video or photographic material embedded in them; otherwise I just excerpt them.

This is all from Christopher F. Rufo, of Heritage and City Journal.

  91. Six Minnesota Mayors From Traditional Democrat Areas Endorse Trump

Two days ago, the lifelong Democrat and mayor of Eveleth, Minnesota announced his endorsement of Trump at the RNC.

And now, six mayors in historically-Democrat strongholds in Minnesota declare their support for Trump.

If the Mayor was not going to supply security most people not only want that info but will feel Trump should have been aware and supplied it himself
    ——
I am sure they did meet with the mayor’s office in advance, and equally sure they were given false assurances by her people. In the late 1998 and again in 1999, I was the chairman of two Republican congressional fundraisers in Sun Valley Idaho. The year before, the tree huggers came in and interrupted the event, and members of the left wing press (The Idaho Statesmen–a vile Gannett rag) were there to misreport it, as they always did. Therefore, I invited laid off mill workers to the event to contend with the tree huggers, bought them livation, met with the Sun Valley police and made sure they were on standby in case this was violence. This was not rocket science, and as it turned out there was no incident during the years I was chairman. That is why I am quite sure that there were conversations with the mayors office in advance. HOWEVER, there should have been a larger police presence, particularly given the size of the crowd of agitators, and I do not know this was done.

I am 100% certain that these riots were a Soros operation. These is the tactic he used in Georgian and Ukraine to overthrow former Soviet governments, in conjunction with the Brezesknisy team of the CIA, the Rand Institute and an NYU professor whose name escapes me at the moment. The tactic is called flash mobs, and their intent is to topple governments. What they do is one of them circles you and calls in other, first 5 then 10 then 25 and then the attack begins. Individually, they are cowards, they draw their dutch courage from the group, they receive their training, are booked 3 to a room in hotels. This is also why Soros has spent millions to put left wing prosecutors in places like Portland and Philadelphia who refuse to indict his minions, and through his Secretary of State project, has ceded left wing secretaries of state into battleground states with orders to not certify election results within the time period prescribed, and to flood the states with illegal mail ballots and ballot harvesting. Hillary spoke for Soros when she told Biden not to concede because regardless of what the voters want they will win. Recently, Soros himself has said Trump will never get a second term.

  93. BEHIND THE CURTAIN
I wrote a book called Behind the Curtain: Inside the Network of Progressive Billionaires and their Campaign to Undermine Democracy. It’s a look at the dark money on the Left, and how massive amounts are spent to coordinate messages and attack the Right.

    Behind the Curtain
    About The Book
Behind the Curtain takes a look where the Leftist billionaire’s club doesn’t want you to go—into the world of dark money and influence that has only one goal: to stop conservatives and Donald Trump by any means necessary.

You’re probably familiar with George Soros. You may be familiar with Tom Steyer. You may even know who their other billionaire buddies are on the Left, and which foundations they use to exert political pressure. But do you know how they organize their dollars and their organizations to have maximum impact, while shielding themselves from voter scrutiny and criminal charges? Behind the Curtain is a look into the murky world of dark money—massive amounts of it aligned to push a far-left agenda that would make even mainstream liberals shiver.

Behind the Curtain reveals the sordid web of limousine liberals and subversive billionaires in a chilling tale of power, greed, envy, and the politics of personal destruction. It is also the story of the lengths to which the organized Left will go to overturn the results of the 2016 election using the courts, a shadowy network of nonprofit organizations and consulting firms, and an increasingly compliant media.

Here are some reviews from Amazon:

Mr Reynolds has done some great research and laid it all out there for the rest of us to see. Very insightful, factual, and intelligently written. Well worth the time to read if you are at all curious about how things are running in politics today.

The author did an excellent job on exposing those trying to ruin our Republic.

The names you need to know!

    Must read.

    Excellent!

A great introduction to the deceptive shenanigans going on on the American Left. Basically all those NGOs which claim to be earnest, humanist, progressive organizations–staffed by gullible college students–are actually there to attack the Right, and degrade the American Constitution. Very clear and well researched stories of the different bad actors involved. Highly recommend.

5 out of 5 stars An important and exhilarating read; a must! March 20,

Behind the Curtain is a hugely important, compulsively readable expose of the sinister nexus between huge money and radical left-wing politics. This is not merely terrific investigative reporting; it is GUTSY reporting. The intrepid author goes after very big game, and he does it with unassailable candor. If you’ve ever wondered just who is pulling the strings as the Democrat party spirals ever more crazily downward, this enlightening and alarming read is for you. Great job!

5.0 out of 5 stars A must read! Very Enlightening!

Very excited that I just ordered my second copy of this must read book!
Very enlightening! Not finished reading yet but at a quarter in is already a must read for everyone. I will update when I have finished with a more complex review. I particularly like the first hand account.

  96. I think a lot of people by passed the alphabet stations including Fox, which has become so far Left and went to C-span, The Right Side, OAON

I personally did both streaming and C-Span

  97. In June, Tucker raised the possibility that Trump would lose the election. As of yesterday, he is saing Trump is likely to win.

  98. When you look at these polls, the thing to bear in mind is that half of the republicans will not tell a stranger who calls and asks them how they intend to vote, that they will vote for Trump. Over 1/2 of independents feel the same. This leads to the inevitable question, what good are these polls, And the larger question jb, why worry about them. But despite all that, we are seeing some encouraging signs from these polls. The trend is what is encouraging in one of the battleground states, i.e. Michigan.

    https://dailycaller.com/2020/08/28/michigan-donald-trump-joe-biden-election/

  99. The pollsters in 2016 also had Hillary with 90% of winning. Look how that turned out.

    I’m sure JB remembers.

  100. JB and I run on anxiety

He outdoes me most of the time, but I know where he comes from

He definitely has more money than me

I hope your feeling better JN

  101. They have constructed a “Small Cell” on the street where I have to pass on my way to work and the store. I had requested the pending permits for these and they did not include this one in what they told me were all of them. And I looked it up and the permit application is listed as “Void Application”. It is an AT&T cell. Those are your “Patriots” that are DEPLOYING towers next to peoples homes that broadcast 30,000 watts ERP, First Net they call it and it is a Death Net. They are not even legal. It is a war on the populous. PDT is responsible. This one is less than 200 feet from residential condos.

We will see if they can push this through. It is murder. YOUR government at work.

  102. Thanks Gonz. One kidney ultrasound to go as the antibiotic I took had some side effects ( and it was a viral , not bacterial infection but doctor prescribed prophylactically) . Unfortunately, my chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CPPS ) remains unbearable. If anyone has some good ideas on how to relieve pain please let me know .
    ———————————————————————
And yes, the market has come back but it’s based on the big four companies and if they faulter, I would expect another huge correction. With that said, Trump should be receiving much more credit for the economic ” recovery” as the pandemic has destroyed certain areas of business that may never fully recover. Fortunately, the Feds keep pumping in $$$ and the stimulus package helped millions.
I watched most of the convention on cspan and enjoyed it. The bump Trump received appears to be tightening the race but covid still is the predominant issue and the death toll is going to soon hit 200k. I think that he needs to focus on all they have done to combat the virus as the media narrative and that of the democrats are blaming him for all these deaths as opposed to China.
    —————————————————————————-
Anyway, my daughter was suppose to start in person school Monday but her school decided to start online which really upset me and my wife. It’s a private school and a waste of $$$ as we could have enrolled her in public school but had already paid the non refundable tuition early as you get a discount. The kids are really messed up imo without live school and they drown themselves 24/7 with garbage on their social media .

  103. It will take YOU parents JB calling, going in person, DEMANDING they have in person

    Don’t just sit there, organize!

Acupuncture is very beneficial for lots of people. I even had them do it on my dog. I was questioning my sanity and then POW, he relaxed and went to sleep and it actually helped him

  104. I’ve organized a few things in my life and I can tell you, I’m no rocket scientist, but with minimal effort, I got the results I wanted from the Parks and Rev and the School District.

They don’t like push back and they don’t like publicity

Just do it, you will feel much better!

  105. Yep, they’re all gonna die. Just like the spring breakers in Florida and the bikers at Sturgis. Apparently @jaketapper missed all the papers showing outdoor transmission isn’t and has never been a significant vector for #covid. an hour ago
Just in, 4chan identified alleged Portland shooter as snowboard instructor Michael Reinoehl, from Oregon.
    ?

    Kevin Burke audax
It’s a solid ID too if you read the thread there. It’s definitely Mr. Reinhoehl. They’ve apparently passed the info to the police.

Now the question is whether the police will actually investigate or the DA will prosecute.

  107. Mr. Reinhoehl is a marked man. If he wants to live he had best turn himself in. When you are a “snowboard instructor” )with a h advanced degree from Harvard ) there are only so many places you can go to pursue your profession. Sadly, there is no snow in Oregon in August, and you must have money to pursue your life’s work of staying stoned. So what can you do? Well, one option would be to go some posh ski resort in the Andes, like Torres de Paine or Tierra del Fuego (El Fin de Mundo). Or you could stay in Portland , switch professions and work for Soros as a brownshirt street thug and murderous maniac. The hours are long but the pay is steady.

The local police will be getting a little help in the form of one thousand (1000) National Guard soldiers, who carry automatic rifles. The Soros kids will be overwhelmed. Trump is going there on Tuesday, and you know it is the right move politically because the democrat governor sent him a letter advising him to stay away. Why? So Biden can go there.

  109. this is really a big deal

Thirty nine percent of Hispanic voters support President Trump, while only 50 percent support former Vice President Biden, a ten point increase in support among Hispanic voters for the president, compared to the 28 percent he received in the 2016 presidential election.

  110. snip

Even before the Kenosha riots, public approval for the Black Lives Matter in Wisconsin dropped precipitously in the two months between the Marquette Law School Poll conducted in early June, which showed Black Lives Matter protests enjoyed a 61 percent approval to 36 percent disapproval rating among likely voters, and early August, when the same poll showed Black Lives Matter protests approval ratings dropped to 48 percent, while disapproval increased to 48 percent, a drop in net approval of 25 points.

Law and order/riots/violence was the single top issue on the minds of poll respondents, with 37 percent identifying it as “the most important issue” to them:

Q “Which issue is most important to you?”

    • Law & order/riots/violence = 37%
    • Economy/jobs = 27%
    • Education = 13%
    • Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic = 13%
    • Immigration = 10%

The poll documented changing attitudes towards Black Lives Matter, law and order/riots/violence, and defunding police, as poll respondents’ answers to the following questions indicate:

Q “Which phrase better fits your own thinking about race in America?”

    • Black Lives Matter = 26%
    • All Lives Matter = 74%

Q “Do you approve or disapprove of the removal of historic monuments and statues because certain individuals or groups find them offensive?”

    • Approve 15%
    • Disapprove 79%
    • Don’t Know 6%

Q “Do the violent protests in Wisconsin make you more or less likely to vote for Trump?”

    • More likely = 26%
    • Less likely = 10%
    • Makes no difference = 64%

Q “Has President Trump’s approach to the ongoing protests and riots been too tough, just right under the circumstances, or not tough enough?”

    • Too tough 23%
    • Just right 33%
    • Not tough enough 44%

Q “Do you approve/disapprove of President Trump’s handling of the protests and riots?”

    • Approve = 62%
    • Disapprove = 38%

Q “Has Joe Biden been sufficiently critical of the violent rioting?”

    • Yes = 34%
    • No = 64%

Q “Should government prioritise law & order on city streets or prioritise improving relations between Black Americans and the police?”

    • Law & order = 72%
    • Improving relations between Black Americans & police = 26%

Q “Do you support de-funding your local police department?”

    • Yes = 16%
    • No = 75

  111. …there’s more…

The Democracy Institute/Sunday Express Poll also found a huge enthusiasm gap between Trump voters and Biden voters, as these two poll questions and responses indicate:

    Q. “Are you strongly or very enthusiastic about your choice of candidate?”

    • Trump voters = 82%
    • Biden voters = 40%

    Q. “Is your vote for Trump/Biden a positive vote for your candidate or a negative vote against his opponent?

    • Trump voters: positive vote = 85%; negative vote = 15%
    • Biden voters: positive vote = 34%; negative vote = 66%

Notably, only three percent of Trump voters said their vote could change before election day, while nine percent of Biden voters said their vote could change before election day.

Among voters who initially identified as undecided, the poll found a significant number of “shy” Trump voters. Seventy-two percent of these undecided voters said “a relative, friend, or coworker plan[s] to vote for Trump,” while 28 percent said a relative friend or coworker
did not plan to vote for Trump.

Only 25 percent of Trump voters said they were comfortable with their relatives, friends, and coworkers knowing how they will vote, while 86 percent of Biden voters said they were comfortable with their relatives, friends, and coworkers knowing how they will vote.

Fifty-seven percent of poll respondents believe President Trump will be re-elected, and 66 percent believe President Trump will win the first debate.

President Trump fared well in national job approval, with 52 percent approving and 46 percent disapproving. The breakdown by party, age, religion, and ethnicity was:

Party ID – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • Republican = 86%
    • Democrat = 28%
    • Independent = 49%

    Race/ethnicity – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • White = 58%
    • Black = 42%
    • Hispanic = 46%

Gender – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • Men = 54%
    • Women = 48%

Religion – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • Evangelical = 90%
    • Protestant = 62%
    • Catholic = 64%
    • Jewish = 33%
    • Atheist = 10%

Age – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • 65 years & over = 58%
    • 45-64 years = 64%
    • 30-44 years = 45%
    • 18-29 years = 38%

Marital Status – Trump’s National Job Approval
    • Married 63%
    • Single 31%

The Republican National Convention provided a much greater boost for the Trump-Pence ticket than the Democratic National Convention did for the Biden-Harris ticket.

Twenty-one percent of poll respondents said the Republican National Convention made them “more likely” to support the Trump-Pence ticket, while only eight percent of poll respondents said the Democratic National Convention made them “more likely” to support the Biden-Harris ticket.

Sixty-seven percent of poll respondents believed “the economy [is] rebounding from the COVID-19 pandemic-induced shutdown,” and 59 percent of respondents trusted Trump to do the best job handling the economy, while 41 trusted Biden.

  112. CNN “The Most Trusted Name In News” reported that President Trump’s sister, a former federal judge had made disparaging remarks about her brother to her niece Mary Trump–suggesting that he was a liar , a crook, and a dangerous man, and she secretly recorded those comments. Well, Trump’s sister has disavowed those remarks, stated that she is proud of her brother, pointed out that her niece hired a voice expert to concoct those remarks, and that the niece is a sociopath. Nice job CNN. Once again you proven how trustworthy you are.

    Criticism of Donald Trump
Barry has said little publicly about her brother during his presidency.[8] In August 2020, Barry’s niece, Mary L. Trump, revealed that she had surreptitiously audio-recorded 15 hours of discussions with Barry in 2018 and 2019. Barry sharply criticized the president in those discussions.[8] Mary Trump publicly released a number of transcripts and audio excerpts of the conversations, including content that did not previously appear in Mary Trump’s book published in July 2020, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World’s Most Dangerous Man.[8]

In the recordings, Barry said of her brother: “All he wants to do is appeal to his base. He has no principles. None. None. … His goddamned tweeting and lying, oh my God. I’m talking too freely, but you know. The change of stories. The lack of preparation. The lying. Holy shit.” She added that her brother does not read and had someone take the college entrance exam in his place. She said, “It’s the phoniness of it all. It’s the phoniness and this cruelty. Donald is cruel.”[8] In the recordings, Barry also criticized the Trump administration family separation policy and previous bankruptcies of Trump’s businesses, adding, “You can’t trust him

  114. Richard, at his very best, notes the folly, and the unstable nature of the big tent of the democrat party, the thing RINOs are always urging their party to become more like. An alliance between Wall Street billiionaire/wall street snobs etc. and welfare dependents, is held together, if at all (notice that rule against perpetuties legerdermain JB) by an increasingly absurd proposition, that America is a racists nation, is what he calls a clattering train. It becomes, in due course, an expression of pure evil, much as we saw in Nazi German, and when asked who is in charge of the clattering train of the left, the answer becomes obvious: death is in charge of the clattering train. The question is will the American People see it in large enough numbers to counteract the lefts plan to overwhelm to electoral system, and will the hyper politicized corrupt judiciary oppose or support them. It depends on whether an Obama judge decides the case—it is just that simple.

The Left Is Racing to Get ‘Woke’ Enough, But Who Is in Charge of the Clattering Train?
BY RICHARD FERNANDEZ AUG 30, 2020 6:05 PM EST

    AP Photo/Morry Gash
Joe Biden and his vice presidential running mate Kamala Harris recently denounced the riots which have shaken a number of largely Democratic-run cities. Some observers have suggested the riots are now hurting Biden’s presidential election prospects.

CNN’s Don Lemon and CNN’s Chris Cuomo discuss the damage Kenosha riots are doing to the Democratic party on Tuesday.

“The rioting has to stop,” Lemon said. “Chris, as you know and I know, it’s showing up in the polling. It’s showing up in focus groups. It is the only thing — it is the only thing right now that is sticking.”

Biden’s exhortations have not stopped the street action which had considerable momentum and support within the party. Only weeks before the Biden pivot Kamala Harris touted the protests as a movement that wouldn’t stop even after the elections. The Woke movement didn’t spring full-grown into existence. It was the outcome of years of growth. It seemed at first a form of academic mannerism, then an annoying political correctness before its present rampage. In retrospect what we were watching in its earlier incarnations were the baby steps of a monster.

As the monster grew it devoured even those who felt protected by impeccable liberal credentials. Former Atlantic pundit Andrew Sullivan found himself anathematized for objecting to the riots. David Klion, a writer at the Nation and the New Republic said, “If I’m reading this right, Andrew Sullivan more or less declares himself to be a fascist here,” referring to Sullivan’s blog post. Sullivan’s offensive text reads:

But here’s one thing I have absolutely no conflict about. Rioting and lawlessness is evil. And any civil authority that permits, condones or dismisses violence, looting and mayhem in the streets disqualifies itself from any legitimacy. This comes first. If one party supports everything I believe in but doesn’t believe in maintaining law and order all the time and everywhere, I’ll back a party that does. In that sense, I’m a one-issue voter, because without order, there is no room for any other issue. Disorder always and everywhere begets more disorder; the minute the authorities appear to permit such violence, it is destined to grow. And if liberals do not defend order, fascists will.

J.K. Rowling, the author of Harry Potter fame, was similarly cast out by the Kennedy family which had previously given her an award. Rowling’s unspeakable offense was claiming that womanhood was a biological fact.

Amid a relentless stream of criticism over her views on trans issues, the “Harry Potter” writer is giving back the prestigious Ripple of Hope Award given to her by the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights organization last year….

In a statement on her website, Rowling, 55, said Kennedy “incorrectly implied that I was transphobic,” and as a result, Rowling returned the reward …

“She pulled the wool over our eyes for long enough,” one fan told The Post earlier this month. “This [‘Harry Potter’] community is definitely very diverse, and she basically spoke out against her entire community — it was like a slap in the face.”

Several “Harry Potter” actors, including Daniel Radcliffe, 31, have also spoken in support of trans women. In an essay published on The Trevor Project website, he said, “Transgender women are women. Any statement to the contrary erases the identity and dignity of transgender people…”

Cancel Culture Moves Beyond Wrongthink: Tulane Mob Just Canceled a Woke Author
Sullivan and Rowling are discovering that what they thought was liberalism and tolerance and enlightenment was really something else … it’s jumped out of the cage and wrapped itself around their face, a beast that simply cannot be appeased. Mayor Ted Wheeler of Portland, Oregon in apparent disregard of Biden’s riot pivot, ostentatiously refused reinforcement proffered by the federal government in a publicized letter to Trump, possibly in hopes it would earn him credit with the demonstrators.

    August 28, 2020

    Dear President Trump:

Yet again, you said you offered to aid Portland by sending in federal law enforcement to our city.

On behalf of the City of Portland: No thanks.

We don’t need your politics of division and demagoguery. Portlanders are onto you.

Quite the contrary, no sooner had the mayor sent his letter to Trump then his own apartment was occupied by activists.

Activists occupy Portland mayor Ted Wheeler’s apartment and aren’t leaving until he: resigns, abolishes the police by 2022 with no tech or private replacement, and allots saved resources to BIPOC communities and city services.

The protester’s demands contained a final kick to the mayor’s teeth.

We also demand that you – with your extreme wealth, nepotistic career history, and family legacy that highlight you as a true embodiment of white supremacy – resign from your position as the Police Commisioner and Mayor of Portland.

But at least Wheeler received only a figurative boot in the face. Senator Rand Paul came close to getting the real thing.

Just got attacked by an angry mob of over 100, one block away from the White House. Thank you to @DCPoliceDept for literally saving our lives from a crazed mob.

There was always an immense amount of hypergolic volatility contained in the Democratic Party “Big Tent.” Any alliance between an extreme elite (Wall Street, Ivy League, Hollywood, machine politicians) and a class of welfare recipients is fraught unless a large dose of hypocrisy keeps the conflicts from sparking. That function was performed by virtue signaling to disguise the sheer absurdity of the arrangement. The wider the disparity between the participants in the Big Tent the more social justice was required.

But the tension was always just beneath the surface and the amounts of virtue signaling required increased until it became unsustainable. The Social Justice Warriors were perpetually busy saving the marginalized from one new peril after the other as if the world was in continuous emergency and menaced by Nazis, racists, KKK, and Fascists at every turn.

‘In Defense of Looting’ Author Says the Value of Small Businesses Is a ‘Right-Wing Myth’
Eventually Woke signaling reached a point of absurdity with the Western left flailing at a cloud of causes continuously churned out by what the Chinese disparagingly labeled baizuo or “white left.” These causes crowd around the Woke like invisible hornets. The more the SJWs swat, the more insects there are. Even the hard-case commissars in Beijing watch in astonishment as the Western elites put on a clown suit and caper all over the stage.

Hillary’s 2016 defeat not only ceded the White House to the populist insurgents, it shifted the balance of power in the Big Tent in favor of the Democrat far left. The traditional old-time politicians are Woking for dear life, holding off the mobs with one radical promise after another, however absurd or destructive lest the canvas come down on their heads.

Now it is a question of whether they can still control the forces they’ve unleashed.

As Mayor Ted Wheeler remains shut out of his mob-occupied apartment and Joe Biden pleads unheeded for an end to the rioting one might well ask, as Winston Churchill did as he watched the Men of Munich grease the skids to disaster, “who is in charge of the clattering train?” Are we Woke but asleep?

Who is in charge of the clattering train?
The axles creak, and the couplings strain.
What is that sound? ‘Tis the stertorous breath
Of a slumbering man—and it smacks of death!
Full sixteen hours of continuous toil
Midst the fume of sulphur, the reek of oil,
Have told their tale on the man’s tired brain,
And Death is in charge of the clattering train!
For the pace is hot, and the points are near,
    And Sleep hath deadened the driver’s ear;
And signals flash through the night in vain.
Death is in charge of the clattering train!

On the contrary Gonzo it is a beautiful thing. You see, originally Biden was going to go in there and seize the moment. Then a little bird whispered in his ear don’t go, because it will highlight to violence you have been ignoring. But Trump convinces the governor to agree to bring in the national guard, and promises to go in there himself tomorrow, with the guard in place. The governor finds himself between a rock and a hard place and asks Trump not to come in and seize the moment himself. The governor got schlonked.

And the second bitch who asked about “vigilante Kyle Rittenouse”? Answer should’ve been

Kyle showed remarkable maturity and control by trying to get away from them. Everyone would be alive today if they hadn’t tried to kill Kyle. He did a fine job, by the way. Hit everyone he had to, and no one he wasn’t supposed to hit.” Every bystander should thank Kyle for his great marksmanship.”

It’s time to be brutally honest and face the enemy as a united nation. Trump supporter Aaron “Jay” Danielson was murdered on the streets of Portland Oregon. Danielson’s murder was caught on camera, and everyone, including thousands of people who watch social media, know exactly who killed him, a man named Michael Reinoehl.

  121. I feel the same way

83 IIRC, Ric Grenell tweeted that the Secret Service had wanted to set up security on the street into which attendees exited but mayor Bowser would not allow it. She wanted them to be vulnerable to the mob.

    Posted by: Lizzy

Kinda wonder why the Secret Service would give a fuck what Bowser’s opinion on public safety is in such a situation. They were aware of a rabid crowd of thugs building outside the White House, and should have deployed extra agents as needed given the circumstances.

Bowser could whine to the press after the fact all she wanted but at least the Sec Serv would have properly done their jobs.

    Report: Alice Johnson — Who Was Pardoned by Trump — Was Attacked by Antifa/BLM Thugs in Street Outside of White House;
Was Allegedly Told by Van Jones and Other High-Profile Black “Journalists” To Never Repeat the Story
And of course these “journalists” were telling a source to suppress a major story so that they can win an election.

Earlier tonight, Alice Johnson, who President Trump just pardoned was speaking to a room full of people on Clubhouse, an app you may have heard of
Silicon Valley is going crazy for Clubhouse, a social media app with 1,500 users…

While she was speaking, she described the events of Thursday night after leaving the White House, where a mob had descended

She described being attacked, spit on, and having to take her heels off to defend herself from the out of control mob

The mob descended on Alice and she was in tears and afraid as they attacked her the same way they attacked Rand Paul

In the clubhouse room listening to Alice were Gayle King, MC Hammer, Van Jones and others

    What was their reaction?

They told Alice to never repeat the story was told Van Jones specifically told Alice not to repeat her story

The left wing coastal elites don’t care that Alice was spit on and attacked

They’re afraid people finding out the left wing mob attacked her will hurt Biden

Don’t be surprised for more info to come out and more people to corroborate

I’m told there were about 350 people in the clubhouse room

Although the report says that Van Jones is specifically the person who told a source to never tell her story, it also mentions that Gayle King was present — and it seems that Gayle King has decided to observe the Black Code of Omerta.

  128. President Trump Sets the Stage for the Big Choice

    By Newt Gingrich

As someone who has been watching conventions since 1956, I think this was the most historically effective convention of my lifetime. Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel deserves a lot of credit for organizing, managing, and presiding over an amazingly complex operation. The Republican National Convention simply dwarfed the Democrats’ convention in scale, complexity, and people participation.

The range of people, the emotional power of individual stories, and the consistent small interventions by the president during the first three days were incredibly effective. The weaving together of past achievements, historic American values, a bold exciting future, and the impossible radicalism of Joe Biden and the Democrats was masterful. All this combined to lay out the panorama of the 2020 choice.

The members of the anti-Trump propaganda media were blind to what they were watching. If anything, their pettiness in complaining about various events was a further condemnation of their complete loss of any sense of balance.

As someone who said throughout 2016 that Donald Trump would win, I am confident after these two weeks that if everyone who is for him turns out to vote, President Trump will win by an amazing margin. At the same time, Mitch McConnell will gain seats in the US Senate, and we will be addressing Speaker Kevin McCarthy in January.

  133. Trump will pardon Flynn and Manafort win or lose..just a mockery of justice by a activist judge, Very scary as a lifetime appointed federal judge has more power than almost anyone in our country.

  134. Just reading article posted on Breibart from Bloomberg News about Trump winning election night and losing weeks later after mail in votes counted. If this is a close election we really are going to have chaos. With the liberal federal judges Trump would face a real challenge having the mail in votes rejected even if they are not verified.

  135. I am all for an emergency writ of certorari to the Supreme Court, to keep the issue of an abusive federal judiciary, hence the need to not lose the senate, and after November 3, if the court has not acted, to pardon Flynn, leaving the corrupt judges Sullivan and his confederates on the DC circuit with bad precedent, and no opportunity to correct it. As far as the imperial judiciary, friends of mine who practiced in DC, who were partners in Morgan Lewis used to say the most dangerous bureaucrat in the country is a federal district judge, because too often their abuse of the law goes uncorrected, and because they serve for life and good behavior, some of them lose their marbles, or become politically corrupt. However, what makes them most dangerous is if an attorney challenges them and they do not like it, they exercise their contempt powers and have him thrown in jail until a writ of habeus corpus can be obtained. It is not my imagination or anyone elses who worries about the damage done to the rule of law by those who are supposed to be its guardians. The other thing lacking in the DC circuit, according to Devin Nunez is courage. According to him, they were scared to uphold the rule of law for fear of ANTIFA reprisals against them personally. Either way, they have acceded to a devil;s pact. This is why they should not intervene in cases which are fundamantally political in nature. Not in a republic like ours.

  140. Video Purports To Show That The Murder of Aaron “Jay” Danielson Was a Carefully Planned Assassination Coordinated by Antifa and BLM Kill Teams
    —Ace

    Video here.

It may take a while to download, it’s being hammered.

A friend sent me this direct download link, which might work better.

    Here’s another link.

In some things, I think this video goes too far in trying to “connect dots.”

For example: I don’t think the guy filming this knows he’s going to film an assassination. His voice is way too casual. If I were an active participant in an assassination — and I would have to deal with cops and media when I turned in my video — I’d be nervous and keyed-up, not lighthearted and casual.

Now, you can say “Well maybe he’s a sociopath with ice-water for blood,” but I go by Detective Fiction Rules: Do not assume a very rare and convenient psychology unless there’s strong evidence for it, apart from the need to fill in a plot hole.

On the other hand, it’s very possible he was signaled to follow the group. He might not have known what he was going to be documenting, but he might have been signaled: “Come with us. Fireworks to come.”

Certainly he appears to avoid filming the thugs’ faces — though this is probably standard, automatic reflex from Antifa/BLM supporters at this point. If you aim a camera at their faces, they will beat you and they may kill youj.

And it does appear that these people were working together in a group.

We already know this was a premeditated political assassination.

This video may establish it was a coordinated conspiracy to assassinate a political opponent.

Will Joe Biden denounce antifa and BLM killers, identifying them by organization? Or will he continue insisting that there are Very Fine People on both sides of the assassination squad line, both killers and victims?

Below, Tim Pool talks about the video. Pool recoils from the video because it’s so conspiratorial. I agree… sort of. It’s too conspiratorial, but I do think it’s an open question as to whether there was in fact a group agreement to commit a murder here.

There may be an actual conspiracy which then gets exaggerated by the conspiracy-prone.

This is kind of like a Kennedy Conspiracist view of the Zapruder film, where literally everyone filmed, from Umbrella Man to Hobos By the Fence, is assigned a role in the assassination.

Also, if the media is forced to make fun of the right for a “conspiracy theory,” they will still have to cover a planned hit by a “100% antifa” assassin.

Which they do not want to do.

Biden alluded to Kyle Rittenhouse — somehow he forgot to mention the man who was just murdered by his antifa Stormtroopers.

So I say: Push the video.

Why should the Media, the Democrats, and their NeverTrump allies (but I repeat myself thrice) be the only ones free to push one conspiracy theory after the other?

And seriously, I can’t wait to read AllahPundit snidely dismissing this “conspiracy theory” while speculating in the next post that the video might be a Russian Disinformation Op.

Anyone else just feel like baiting the Conspiracy Theorists into denouncing Conspiracy Theories?

  141. Waiting for AG Barr to issue indictments.

I have been asking the Building Department of the city I live in for pending permits for wireless telecom facilities since July and they sent me 13. Then I am driving down the street and there is a small cell being constructed 1/2 mile from my house. Tracked it down as an electrical permit – they claim is not for the antenna that is installed. But say it is a right-of-way permit that the City Engineer manages. And they still have not sent it to me. Two months of obstruction while they DEPLOYED 5 of them into the community under my nose. They are 16,000 watts ERP and and in close proximity, under 10 meters on the pole by the side walk. Some are in peoples front yards. Totally violating FCC guidelines, that are quite lax. They are all hiding under their desks right now, not answering the phone or reading their mail while we are murdered, probably upon the orders of Trump’s appointed chairman who sucks telecom dick.

What they sold to our stupid legislators were 10 watt small cells and what they are installing are more like 1,000 watts (input power). Yes, like 100X the size of the plans for the “smart” city. It is murder. Watch your neighbors get murdered by the silent killer that they are deploying in your neighborhood.

    AG Barr is a POS.

So you can see from this video, he was actively trying to provoke fights with armed men.

He would later escalate his tactics to include assault and battery.

Vice Website Promoting This Justification of Reprisal-Killings; Social Media Is Allowing
    —Ace

Live Now: Trump rally in Latrobe, PA.

    Disgusting.

You can see from the videotape that all was quiet– and there was no violence of any kind — until this murderer crept up on an innocent civilian and executed him in the street.

There were no gunshots until the shooter’s gunshots. There were no cries of alarm. There were no running footsteps. There were no horns, there were no crashes, there were no shouts, there were no curses, there were no yelps.

There were precious few people on the scene at all until a group of antifa/BLM rioters surrounded the victim.

And then this premeditated murderer just shot an innocent man walking on the street in the head.

It was a reprisal killing, as they had in Hutu-Tsutsi civil war.

And the leftwing media is promoting the reprisal killings.

In a teaser for the video set to air Thursday night, Reinoehl told VICE: “You know, lots of lawyers suggest that I shouldn’t even be saying anything, but I feel it’s important that the world at least gets a little bit of what’s really going on. I had no choice. I mean, I, I had a choice. I could have sat there and watched them kill a friend of mine of color. But I wasn’t going to do that.”

Reinoehl, 48, claims to have been providing “security” at Black Lives Matter protests. He has previously declared “I am 100% ANTIFA” on social media.

This sounds an awful lot like the words of a man seeking to assassinate random targets:

“We are currently living through a crucial point in Humanities evolution. We truly have an opportunity right now to fix everything. But it will be a fight like no other! It will be a war and like all wars there will be casualties,” he wrote on Instagram.
Is he going to plead that he was defending “Humanities [sic] evolution”?

As Jack Posobiec points out, Twitter banned Kyle Rittenhouse’s lawyer from claiming he was innocent as that “glorified violence,” but is permitting Vice to claim that this assassin was acting in “self-defense” when he picked out a target, approached him, and murdered him.

Leftwing media organizations, Vice in this case, and leftwing social media organizations like Twitter are legitimizing murders as justifiable political reprisals.

They have fomented the Civil War.

Chuck Ross asks: Kyle Rittenhouse was charged within hours.

Why is this motherfucker out free and uncharged, giving interviews?

If the State of Portland is now selectively permitting murders, then the state of Portland is no longer a state, but a state in insurrection and therefore unincorporated territory under direct control of the US government.

Clearly one of the mentally ill hired by
Lear, Soros, all the lefty foundations

    Chuck Ross (@ChuckRossDC) Tweeted:

Notice who got the job done: the US Marshal’s Office

Not the FBI who tagged along for the ride

Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch made the point that the FBI is corrupt– WHICH THE DURHAM REPORT WILL PROVE THAT IT IS, and which the continued presence of Christopher Wray as its director who had been covering up their misdeeds ever since he was appointed confirms.

The only thing the FBI is good for is spying on hte Trump campaign, and even there as the facts are revealed is a key stone cops comedy.

Congratulations to the US Marshall’s Office for getting the job done.

  154. By the way, I believe I speak for most Americans when I make that observation against the FBI. They should be shut down, and their duties transferred to the US Marshal’s Office, which was Chris Farrel’s recommendation just before he was banned by FOX news for telling the truth.

  155. Bottom line? You can count on the US Marshal’s Office.

Despite all the hype and the high tech bullshit, you cannot count on the FBI.

For me that is a bitter pill to swallow because I recall a time when you COULD count on them.

Today however, they are a political organization, and the facts we now have prove it.

It pleases me not to say this, but no other conclusion is possible.

However, if you go back to their beginning, there were great FBI agents like Melvin Purvis, but there were also politician like J Edgar Hoover, who sat back and let the honest ones do the job and when the work was about to be done, rushed in to grab the glory. Political.

You can claim that it was just a few bad actors at the top, and the rest are just good Germans. That is the way it is now, and the hook the corrupt people at the top have is their threat to fire agents who rebel, or set them up, causing them to lose their pensions.

This is why all bureaucracies are evil. Absolute power with zero accountability.

  156. Melvin Purvis, he was the real deal, the ultimate FBI man…

They really don’t make them like him anymore…

    More worried about their pensions…

  157. Lol and NOW USC is offering counseling sessions for those who need it

Oh my, don’t send your kids to college …please…

This is just beyond parody. A USC comms professor was explaining the Chinese filler word “nega,” and some offended student reported him like it was a racial slur. Now he’s suspended. World gone mad!

According to a brief bio on the school’s website, Professor Patton is “an expert in communication, interpersonal and leadership effectiveness” who has received “numerous teaching awards, been ranked as one of the top teaching faculty at USC and helped USC Marshall achieve numerous #1 worldwide rankings for Communication and Leadership skill development.”

  159. This really is disturbing, even more so I’m that this is Trumps Administration

Sir William Blackstone, the English jurist who so greatly influenced the legal thinking of our Founders, wrote in his “Commentaries on the Laws of England,” “So great moreover is the regard of the law for private property, that it will not authorize the least violation of it; no, not even for the general good of the whole community.” Which is why Jon Jay concluded, “No power on earth has a right to take our property from us without our consent.”

udicial Watch: In 2009, Joe Biden Accused by Secret Service Agent of Grabbing His Girlfriend’s Breast
    —Ace

    Oh.

    Ohhhh.

Now I get the timing of starting the Parade of Vindman-Clone Fake Whistleblowers today.

Judicial Watch announced on Thursday that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for records that were allegedly destroyed by the Secret Service regarding a 2009 incident between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a Secret Service agent.

Their original FOIA request was made back on May 12, 2020, and sought “all records related to a reported incident in 2009 in which a United States Secret Service Agent reportedly was involved in an altercation with, or attempted to strike, then Vice President Joe Biden” during a photo opportunity.

According to Judicial Watch, the lawsuit was filed after the Secret Service “failed to respond to a July 14, 2020 administrative appeal challenging its claim that all files related to the 2009 altercation ‘ha[d] been destroyed’ due to ‘retention standards.'”

According to the report, an unidentified Secret Service agent was suspended for a week after the incident for shoving the vice president ?after he cupped his girlfriend?s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.?

“The situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President,” according to the report.

The Secret Service did not deny the incident occurred.

Seven women accused Biden of touching them inappropriately before Tara Reade accused him of full-on sexual assault.

Previously, we knew he would swim naked in front of his female Secret Service agents instead of just putting on briefs for that particular swim.

    And now this.

  161. Jennifer Griffin, Fox News, just skewered PDT announcing she had sources (anonymous of course) from Trumps staff corroborating the Atlantic magazine’s allegations of PDTs disgust and disrespect of veterans.
Neil Cavuto could not contain his glee.
They make me sick. I hope veterans don’t fall for this shit.

    Here is the point

If you cannot produce a source, then no one should take it seriously.

Moreover actions speak louder than words

And Trump’s action vis a vis the military—from cleaning up the VA, to getting them pay raises, to rebuilding our military—those are the things that count.

The law of probability tells us that he said no such thing. It is inconsistent with his actions.

The timing, the unaccredited nature of the statement tells us that it is a politically inspire LIEs cooked up by journalist and deep staters who have a consistent track record of lying through their teeth. The Russia hoax perpertrated by these same people tells you everything you need to know in order to reject this bullshit.

anyone see what BLM pulled in Rochester last night? Unfreakingbelieable

Like a Communist invasion, they attacked restaurants & started throwing tables upside down with people & children sitting at tables…yelling they were they to ruin their party

then they could be seen standing on roofs of people’s homes…these people MUST BE STOPPED…

lots of videos of people scared out of their minds as the domestic terrorists destroyed the restaurants they were having dinner at outside….

and I haven’t heard a word About Rochester because it is nonstop PDT against the military…I hold The Lincoln Project & others responsible for this…they have been planning this kind of BS for months…there will be more…and where the freak is Durham? Why do all the Lefties get away with everything & PDT essentially has no one around him fighting back with the same intensity!! Dems go after him…the Dems freaking impeached the guy on a Partisan vote & get away with it…

amazing how this attack was timed perfectly as PDT great unemployment numbers came in 1.4 MILLION NEW JOBS & 8.6 unemployment number…barely anyone talking about that…Fox news is one of the worst…the military story seems in a loop

this makes me really sick & truthfully worried about the future of our country…We need stronger pushback

btw…agree w you Wbboei on Biden’s voice, they are spending millions in Florida…he appears lecturing us almost every commercial…i turn channel immediately

  168. I am trying to post the actual clip of the BLM Communists attacking people in Rochester restaurant last night for some reason the postal clip about duplicated & now the filter will not let post the Rochester Restaurant attack…maybe some else can try to post it from twitter

  172. Saturday night football, in Portland.

    Where the fuck else?

A mostly peaceful protestor hurls a Molotov cocktail at the police.

Stop action cameras have it all on tape

    Very exciting.

The intended target, the cops are wide open.

BUT, the flaming projectile falls short of the target

And incinerates another peaceful protestor with mayhem on his mind.

    Sets the motherfucker ablaze

The worst of it is this.

The quarterback who threw the flaming projectile

May be cut from the team.

    Too many interceptions.

But it is all in good fun.

Contact sports do have their casualities.

  173. Oh yes. One final thing. It seems the mostly peaceful protestor who got hit by–or intercepted the flaming projectile, intentionally or unwittingly–it depends on which mostly peaceful protestor you ask, now has submitted an application to join the Oregon State Police to get even with his former comrades in arms. I would reject that application myself. And I would fry the quarterback, not because he missed the target, not because his flaming projectile got intercepted, but because he failed to hit a CNN reporter, which would be entirely defensible in my judgement. More than the mostly peaceful protestors, the CNN crew are the ones who deserve to fry, for promoting this kind of lawlessness, 24/7, and especially their dwarf king who needs to go down hard.

  174. I know some of you are very frustrated with Barr. I share your concerns to a point. But as I see it, he is like the little boy with all his fingers and toes in the dike. Put differently, the task he has before him would be overwhelming to most attorneys. But he is handling it, against hurricane headwinds. Most people see the rioters as the greatest threat to our future. They are a significant problem, and the deluge of gun purchases and uhauls attest to that. BUT THE GREATEST THREAT TO OUR FUTURE COMES FROM GOOGLE, FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. It is not just the censorship of conservative opinion they engage in. The greater threat is their political objective, which is to substitute a perverse set of values for those that made this country great, namely, Christianity, the Constitution and Capitalism. The values they espouse are those of the radical left and are mirrored in the democrat party platform. Economically, these companies are a monopoly, which is a problem. Politically, they have a special exemption which enables them to escape liability for the lies they promote, under the ridiculous notion that they are a platform not a publisher. The bottom line is they want to destroy this country, and that is their greatest sin.

What does any of that have to do with AG Barr? I understand that he will be bringing an anti Trust action against Google in October. The DOJ attorneys want more time, but time is of the essence. Its like the old adage, you never finish writing a brief, you just run out of time. And time is of the essence. This places Google in an untenable position. Because if Trump wins, their election interference will be the prelude to breaking them up, as has been done with other monopolies. That is the outcome we must have for this nation to survive.

  175. Wbb

    It’s Sunday, so I won’t say F-k Barr

    Running out of time?

Comey, Peter, Brennen, Obama, Biden, the whole sack of traitors are thrilled he’s very quite possibly running out of time

This is the greatest injustice of all

It was OK to commit treason against a Country and throw the entire Constitution out by spying on a Presidenial candidate AND President, using a poisonous concoction made by his opponent, the sitting President of the USA, sitting VP of the USA, foreign governments
BUT GOD FORBID YOU BRING CHARGES AGAINST THEM DURING AN ELECTION CYCLE, because GOD forbid…

It may look political and JUST might help President Trump and the Country get the truth out!

Because WE all know, NOTHING will happen if Trump loses, nothing has happened, and probably nothing will happen EVER!

Oh, and just for the icing on this cake, before hand, tell the Country that O and Biden are NOT people of interest.

    Not buying the BS Wbb!

The greatest threat humanity faces is from the Global Cabal and their Rule by Radiation plans being promoted by AG Barr. Google and Facebook are just other puppets in the show.

I have a small cell tower installed half a mile from my home that is 29 feet from the ground and 8 feet from the roadway, next to a sidewalk, that has an potential maximum effective radiated power of 16,000 watts. Installed without an approved permit or notice of commencement. I have been requesting pending antenna permits from my City since July. They applied for electrical connection permits and have started installing them. I guess I should be grateful I do not live in the homes 200 feet away.

There are 10 more coming. Gifts from AG Barr and his masters.

  177. my issue is with Durham…he is the one entrusted with the investigation…he knows the timing factor…he can see the news…he knows what they hell is going on & what is at stake…

    Within the interview Gowdy notes

He does not expect to see any legal consequences as an outcome of the John Durham investigation beyond the current pleading by former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith.

While Gowdy can be an insufferable voice at times, on this issue and given the nature of the current political calendar, he would appear to be correct.

    https://americanmind.org/essays/the-coming-coup/

Democrats are laying the groundwork for revolution right in front of our eyes.

As if 2020 were not insane enough already, we now have Democrats and their ruling class masters openly talking about staging a coup. You might have missed it, what with the riots, lockdowns and other daily mayhem we’re forced to endure in this, the most wretched year of my lifetime. But it’s happening. It started with the military brass quietly indicating that the troops should not follow a presidential order.

They were bolstered by many former generals—including President Trump’s own first Secretary of Defense—who stated openly what the brass would only hint at. Then, as nationwide riots really got rolling in early June, the sitting Secretary of Defense himself all but publicly told the president not to invoke the Insurrection Act. His implicit message was: “Mr. President, don’t tell us to do that, because we won’t, and you know what happens after that.” All this enthused Joe Biden, who threw subtlety to the winds. The former United States Senator (for 26 years) and Vice President (for eight) has not once, not twice, but thrice confidently asserted that the military will “escort [Trump] from the White House with great dispatch” should the president refuse to leave.

Another former Vice President, Al Gore, publicly agreed. One might dismiss such comments as the ravings of a dementia patient and a has-been who never got over his own electoral loss. But before you do, consider also this. Over the summer a story was deliberately leaked to the press of a meeting at which 100 Democratic grandees, anti-Trump former Republicans, and other ruling class apparatchiks got together (on George Soros’s dime) to “game out” various outcomes of the 2020 election. One such outcome was a clear Trump win. In that eventuality, former Bill Clinton White House Chief of Staff John Podesta, playing Biden, refused to concede, pressured states that Trump won to send Democrats to the formal Electoral College vote, and trusted that the military would take care of the rest.

The leaked report from the exercise darkly concluded that “technocratic solutions, courts, and reliance on elites observing norms are not the answer here,” promising that what would follow the November election would be “a street fight, not a legal battle.” Two more data points (among several that could be provided). Over the summer, two former Army officers, both prominent in the Democrat-aligned “national security” think tank world, wrote an open letter to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs in which they urged him to deploy the 82nd Airborne Division to drag President Trump from the Oval Office at precisely 12:01 PM, January 20, 2021. About a month later, Hillary Clinton declared publicly that Joe Biden should not concede the election “under any circumstances.” The old English major in me interprets the word “any” to mean “no,” “none,” “nada,” “niente,” “zero,” “zilch” “bupkis”…you get the idea. This doesn’t sound like the rhetoric of a political party confident it will win an upcoming election.

    The Cover-Up in Plain Sight

These items are, to repeat, merely a short but representative list of what Byron York recently labeled “coup porn.” York seems to think this is just harmless fantasizing on the part of the ruling class and its Democratic servants. For some of them, no doubt that’s true. But for all of them? I’m not so sure. In his famously exhaustive discussion of conspiracies, Machiavelli goes out of his way to emphasize the indispensability of “operational security”—i.e., silence—to success. The first rule of conspiracy is, you do not talk about the conspiracy. The second rule of conspiracy is, you do not talk about the conspiracy. So why are the Democrats—publicly—talking about the conspiracy?

    snip

  188. That’s the problem Gonz. Trump , or more accurately the ones in the media promising all kinds repercussions for the Russia Hoax, etc have more or less been inaccurate. Moreover, Trump is not going to win this election based on deep state corruption, but on focusing these last 2 months on what Biden and the radical left are doing to our nation. I have not seen a real focused message but a lot of promises of the hammer to drop on so and so and it’s turned out sadly to be a nothing burger as someone once said.

“Sunday Talks – Trey Gowdy Doesn’t Foresee DOJ Probe Delivering any Legal Accountability for FBI Misconduct…”
    ——-
Well, that has been his position from the very beginning. He has been something of a zealot on that. What vast reservoir of knowledge does he draw from in rendering this ex cathedra argument? Twenty years as a state prosecutor. A state prosecutor is not a federal prosecutor. Put differently, they are alike in the sense that neither one of them is named John. I would sooner trust someone like Joe Digenova, who has been a US Attorney and a special prosecutor on the travel gate scandal. Or Robert Wray, who was the special prosecutor on Whitewater. The only thing that is different about this according to DiGenova is normally, you would get the indictments and then issue a report. Here it may turn out to be the reverse. Also, to be clear, before a federal prosecutor can indict, he must submit his findings to a grand jury who must then issue a presentment based on a finding that there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. Also note that Brennan was interviewed a couple weeks ago and a perjury trap was laid for him. Thereafter, he wrote a op ed in the Washington Post throwing Obama under the bus. The fact that you see nothing now, and rumor had it that there would be indictments by Labor Day, don’t give up the ship. A damning report on the eve of the election would be far more effective than a bunch of indictments.

And getting back to Gowdy, he was also the one who demanded that we trust Mueller, and only now concedes he made a mistake—did not realize how corrupt the process was.

I do trust Barr. He has more practical wisdom than anyone in Washington, and he will deliver on this and other issues. I am confident of that. Will we see the Durham report before the election. As they say to juries, keep an open mind. The biggest issue is mail balloting. Of all the attacks on this nation, that one is primus inter pares–first among equals.

    Interesting article/

The Fourteenth Amendment was passed after the Civil War.

At the beginning of that war, without that amendment, Lincoln took strong steps to prevent Maryland from seceding, and some of those tools may be available here as well, to prevent a Marxist take-over of this country.
    https://www.abbevilleinstitute.org/blog/abraham-lincoln-crushes-civil-liberties-in-maryland/

Also, there is the Insurrection Act which can be deployed against the anarchists who will up the ante immediately after the November election, in coordination with the mail ballot scam, which is intended to pressure the courts, and ultimately John Roberts.

  195. Will be having a Labor Day News Conference today at the White House, 1:00 P.M. Jobs number, and the Economic comeback, are looking GREAT. Happy Labor Day!

    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 7, 2020

  196. Pompeo: I’m here to announce an 12 country Peace Accord in the Middle East.

Journalists: I heard Barron doesn’t listen to CardiB, could you talk about than and how he’s out of touch with American youth culture?

  197. Mr. President,

If Barr and the boys choose to not indict anyone for an attempted coup on America and you then please consider declassifying EVERYTHING so the truth can be seen by all Americans and exposing these perpetrators and fraudsters!

If justice goes unpunished, at least expose the truth, Mr. President.

  198. Barr claiming that he can’t prosecute fraud on the FISA Court, lying under oath, denial of due process Constitutional rights, putting spies in the Republican campaigns, use of CIA/FBI spies/assets to entrap US citizens, failure to prosecute classified ‘leaks’ by DOJ/FBI, refusal to produce records of FBI/DOJ criminality (302’s, all fake FISA Warrants, hillary investigation records, strozk & page texts/emails, on-and-on) because of “politics”.

IMHO, Barr and his made-up “political silos” are obstructing justice, aiding and abetting the coup conspirators (18USC241, 242) , and failure of his duty to protect the Constitution and laws.

none of the DOJ/FBI perjurers, court defrauders, illegal spies, classified-info leakers etc. are running for office. The DOJ/FBI perps claim to be apolitical in any event. Not prosecuting these easy cases because “politics”, clear for over a year, is disgusting.

As is failure to investigate biden corruption kickbacks and bribes from ukraine and china, apparently also laundered through foreign banks. The public needs to know whether, and by how much, biden is a bribed crook. Before, rather than after the election. PDJT has been gone over by a fine toothed comb. Crooked joe has been protected, rather than investigated, by the DOJ/FBI against his kickbacks.

  199. President Trumps statement

“They spied on my campaign and that includes Biden and Obama… If we did what they did, you would have many people in jail right now.”

    BARR STATEMENT:
“Well, as I said in my confirmation hearing, one of the reasons I came back is because I was concerned that people were feeling there were two standards of justice in this country. And that the political and that the justice, or the law enforcement process was being used to play political games. And I wanted to make sure that we restore confidence in the system. There’s only one standard of justice.”

    Now you decide.

    Which one do you believe?

  200. Report: Financial Analysts Will Not Be Returning to New York City Until April 2021
    —Ace

That’s a very long time for companies to test out their new, government-ordered “no need for expensive commercial real estate” plan.

And their “absolute destruction of blue cities’ tax base” plan.

    FAsNYC
Not only won’t the Financial Analysts not be working in NYC,but a lot of their support staff will be furloughed as well. Assistants will keep working, but people associated with physical plant and human resources won’t.

And this is a barometer for all other industries’ workers’ return to NYC.

If April 2021 is the return date — what the hell does NYC do for a full year of trashfire tax income?

And what happens when 80% of those businesses then decide never to return, but to put many workers on permanent home-office duty, and build a smaller office for seeing clients and in-person meetings in a cheaper suburb?

Every single business is conducting statistical evaluation to determine what level of lost productivity and lost earnings can be attributed by having an at-home workforce. As I’ve said a hundred times: If those losses are less than the cost of very expensive NYC commercial real estate, goodbye, NYC, hello, some industrial park outside Rumson, NJ or Greenwich, CT.

The communist supervillain who destroyed New York is about to slash the city’s payrolls by 2,200 workers

Not because he want to, of course.

But because he has to. The former wealthiest city in history is now out of money.

And I bet those 2,200 fired workers are just the star.

New York heavily relies upon its bustling commerce, entertainment and social activities to draw in and keep people. Without restaurants, concerts, museums, sporting events and people commuting into Manhattan from the other boroughs (New York City comprises of five boroughs), the city has quickly changed. Residents have fled the city.
As people ceased commuting into New York, worked remotely, businesses shut their doors and social activities have halted, revenues to companies have plummeted. As businesses of all sizes saw their profits evaporate, the city government received significantly less in tax collection.

With considerably less money rolling into the city’s coffers, it pushed de Blasio into a precarious position. He?s left with no good choices and has to select from the least-worst options. The mayor will have to cut thousands of municipal jobs to save money. This means that there will be far fewer police officers, firefighters, garbage collectors and teachers.

Meanwhile, in North Gommorah, Pinterest has paid a huge amount — $89.5 million — as a get-out-of-lease-early payment.

If you think the property you’re renting is going to hold its value or appreciate in the future, you keep it. You can always lease the space.

But if you think the property you’re leasing is about to fall drastically in value, you might be willing to pay $89.5 million to skip out early.

Pinterest, a social-sharing site popular for pinning recipes, home inspiration and more, has canceled its large San Francisco office lease.
The lease was for 88 Bluxome, a high-rise complex to-be-constructed near Pinterest’s existing San Francisco headquarters. The company cited a shift to work-from-home due to the coronavirus pandemic in its decision. Pinterest will keep its current city offices, however.

In Minneapolis, business owners are deciding that there is no longer any point attempting to farm the land in a city that deliberately breeds and welcomes Locusts.

That helpless feeling grew throughout Wednesday night, as Steffes watched surveillance video of looters ransacking her store.
“We had several windows broken. And we had a lot of looting. They stole things. They stole all of our computers and technology,” Steffes said. “We are a family-owned business. It’s just not worth it anymore being downtown. And we all grew up working downtown.”

Chad Laux has run Greenway Chiropractic at 811 LaSalle for 17 years. He first lost customers to COVID-19, but Laux says downtown crime has made things worse.

“We’ve lost six people in this building already,” Laux said.

His first client Thursday cancelled, with a reason he?s heard far too often lately.

“She’s lived downtown for at least 10 years. She called me up and said, ‘Let me know when you move.’ She’s not coming. She lives about six blocks over. She’s not coming downtown anymore,” Laux said.

Laux says he’s been emailing Minneapolis City Council members for months about his concerns, but only Lisa Goodman has returned his emails.

He wrote to the city council for months, and only one of them bothered responding to a local business owner.

It is time for wicked things to die.

  201. “Whether or not there’ll be MORE INDICTMENTS or not, I DON’T KNOW, and I’d like to ASSUME THERE WILL NOT BE,” Gowdy said on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures.

“THAT PUTS ME IN A SMALL MINORITY but I’m assuming that the Clinesmith indictment will be the only one.”

Just remember, Trey was dead wrong about Mueller. He said he could be trusted, and implored his colleagues to trust the process, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, which he was privy to.

Simply put, Trey is not the Delphic Oracle. On the contrary, his track record to date indicates that he is seldom right, but never in doubt.

I realize indictments are necessary to vindicate the rule of law. But politically, a Durham report that pulls no punches would be far more important at this point.

So for me, the relevant question is when will the Durham Report be released, and will it confirm what we all know about the deep state coup, and the individuals involved, all the way up to the top of the Obama adminstration.

Barr wants to restore public confidence in our institutions and the only way that will happen is with full transparency, or as one of Roosevelts 4 wise men said–the truth with the bark off.

His boss has told him they will likely NEVER have to return to the city more than 2 or 3 days a week. Restaurants, taxis and all the other services they use will die.

Many of the city people who decamped to their second homes in East Hampton are working remotely and are staying. They have enrolled their kids in school here so that’s a decision not made lightly.

  207. Gozo: that is why my focus in on a Durham Report, rather than Durham indictments. A fulsome Durham report which reveals this information is critical.

  208. come on admin give us a little update, I cancelled all my cable, don’t read newspaper, just need a little something to tide me over… hope all is well.

  209. Jtjames

    Good to hear from you!

I agree about Admin! Hope all is well!

I have been working more and several nurses have come down with the China virus, 4 no symptoms, one some, one got very ill, ICU double pneumonia, CDiff, etc

We know a lot of the testing is useless but I’ve been tested twice … negative

  210. gonzotz

Glad to hear, I’m so over rona, sick of it, we’ve been good where Im am, nurses got sick in the beginning when the peak hit, two took it home to their husbands and they died. Absolutely horrific, all as management pushed us to do more, while they hid out in offices. Can’t wait for them to mandate us to get the vaccine. I wish my kids were older and I didn’t have to pay for college etc, I would seriously consider walking away.

  211. OMG

    OMG

    OMG!!!

Jaw-Dropping Fraud: Beijing Biden Plans to Introduce “America First” Economic Plan in Michigan…

Despite the media providing manipulative cover (narrative engineering) for the sheer hypocrisy of this effort, Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden is going to attempt to kick-off an “America First” economic plan in Michigan tomorrow.

  212. That’s horrible Jr, about the husbands, just horrible

My husband was so freaked out when I had to quarantine, I was sleeping and eating in the game room. I had access to outside and our pool, can’t complain, but he was furious that I may have gotten it and brought it home.
Not so sure he was more scared about me then him lol

  213. I think somehow in his head he thinks I can walk away from an assignment…

Truth is it was the staff getting it. I know this one nurse was first dx and she got it very bad and I think she was the super spreader. Larger percent for a small hospital

  214. I see where the entire police force of Rochester New York has resigned. The police chief is black. The race angle to this is a phony canard. If they were serious about that they would be targeting Chicago. I believe the Insurrection Act will be–and will have to be invoked. As for the private citizen left without police protection, he or she will have to summon up the courage, and the mental determination to when confronted with a life threatening aggressor, shoot to kill. I see no reason to give a warning to the aggressor, so long as you are sure you are in imminent fear of death or serious bodily injury. In some states, there is a duty to retreat before firing a fatal shot. But that is legalese, when your life and the lives of your family are at stake. This is not an endorsement of offensive action, or even retaliation (although the latter is a grey area, depending on the facts) it is merely an acknowledgement of the right that no government can invalidate, namey the right self defense that arises under natural law. This entire campaign is the brain child of George Soros, who was the man behind Obama, who plied these same dark arts in the Ukraine, Georgia, and frankly, the 2008 election and the two terms of Obama. If in the midst of this chaos were to meet a fatal end, it would invoke memories of The Death of Murat. Never forget who Soros is: the last living Nazi who collected the final effects of Jews bound for the death camps and bragged about in on a 60 Minutes interview with Steve Croft in 1992. Watching films of that horrendous episode, Soros smiled and said this was a wonderful time to be alive. And when pressed by Croft how did it make you feel as a fellow Jew, Soros replied this is the same way markets work, I was the winner–they were the losers. Soros has vowed to bring down America because in his words were are kaput as the engine of world growth and the future belongs to China. He is a puss pocket of evil, and so are those who do his bidding. They will need to be defeated now, with finality. I would not depend on Mike Esper to defend this country, he is a proponent of China, but I would expect other senior military officials, current or retired, like Jack Keane, and certainly the rank and file to stand with President in preventing the destruction of this country. The critical period when the violence is scheduled to start is between November 4 and December 20 when the electors meet. One potential bright spot, is if the Supreme Court ultimately decides the question of who is president, and John Roberts is the deciding vote, the thing to keep in mind is in the past his ecclectic decision untethered to any sense of a judicial philosophy can be interpreted as stemming from a desire to protect the court, or an alternative explanation that the spying on the Supreme Court by the Obama administration yielded information which has been used to black mail him. On the assumption that the former explanation is either the correct one, or at least the predominant one, meaning that his primary desire is to protect the Court, then he has to be concerned about the lefts plan to expand the court to 12 seats and to give the newly created 3 seats to Marxists, and that may provide a tipping point in his deliberations. Of course, he could still decide in favor of Biden and then resign, telling the world apres moi le deluge, but if the does that it is not clear that he will escape serious scrutiny and will be villified by history, which is not what he is looking for.

  215. It is asking a lot to expect a police officer, who has taken an oath to protect the public, to not resign when in the course of performing his job, he is vilified and prosecuted, while those he would arrest go free. Therefore, it is hardly surprising that they are resigning in droves in many cities, and people are no longer applying for those jobs. An officer in Seattle was interviewed about this freely admitted that he was resigning and thold the radicals I give up you win. How does a leader maintain morale in such an environment? And what if he or she is unwilling or unable to do so? Where does that leave the average citizen? I think it means you have to protect yourself, and be prepared to use deadly force when and if the situation warrants, subject to the constraints mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

  216. https://justthenews.com/accountability/political-ethics/how-hunter-biden-tied-hedge-fund-helped-communist-china-obtain

Joe Biden is not merely a corrupt politician.

    He is a TRAITOR.

    As was his boss.

Their facilitation of the rise of China, is contrary to the security interests of the United States, but perfectly in keeping with Soros stated aim of replacing the United States with China as the engine of global growth. Soros stated that the United States was “kaput” as the engine of global growth and he engineered the election of Obama to manage the decline of the United States, in a way that enriched himself and his fellow elites, but destroyed our middle class. President Trump has reversed that trend, and that is why Soros has unleashed the same strategy he used to bring down former Soviet republics mentioned above.

We know the billionaires are funding illegally Biden’s campaign, now I know why the texts are so excessive
    —–
    Branding is for cattle.

That was the title of a book written by a major marketing executive years ago

The thesis was that marketing hype can take you only so far, and if the product does not deliver what marketing hype promises then the effort will fail.

Biden’s track record, plus his business interest with China creates a problem no amount of money can cover up.

This gets back to the idea of projection–the idea that the democrats from Hillary to Biden falsely accuse Trump of doing the very things they have been doing.

Therein lies the significance of the Durham report: it must erase any remaining perception that Trump ever colluded with Russia, so the charge of treason can be directed at the guilty party who is in this case Joebydone.

Peter Schwizer’s latest book nails Biden’s coffin on that one.

  218. I think FB made that statement that they wouldn’t post any ads the last week because Biden’s war chest from the trillionaires will be so large that they will buy up ALL space 3 weeks before election time…

  220. I know that in 2015 the NIH, ie Fauci, was directed to stop any testing on the “gain of function” corona virus

Gain-of-function experiments, as defined by the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Arizona, involve “studies that enhance the pathogenicity, transmissibility, or host range of a pathogen” in order to assess the possible threat it poses to human beings, including its potential to become a pandemic virus.

I had no idea ot was reinstated, I am sure this is on Fauci but it’s under Trumps watch

I would also bet my house that it was a man made “gain of function “ virus and that Fauci and co have the blood on their hands of all the deaths that have been related to the China virus and the shut down of the worlds economy’s.

  221. why does he talk to people like Woodard, absolute insanity, we all know it’s going to be a hit job. DON”T fucking talk to reports on a phone and let them record coversations. will they ever learn

  222. I know, I think Trump thinks he can one on one convince anyone to like him

He doesn’t want anyone to think he is “afraid “ of him

    It’s his machismo complex

Woodward has been so awful, so terrible to Trump, so God awful and he talks with him and his IT can’t figure out it’s being recorded?

He freaking has to assume it is always recorded for God sakes!

  223. Truth be told,
Woodward’s book is probably just this weeks “Orange man bad”

    Yawn… probably doctored tapes too

Wait till next week, they will have pictures of Putin and Trump eyeballing teens

  224. Foxy

My Women for Trump got cancelled due to inclement weather.

Good thing I checked again . I was in my car!

I guess hey have a zoom meeting but I don’t like zoom

  225. Gonz, Trump had no business doing the interview/book with Woodward who is a tool of the left…stupid, stupid, stupid!!!! Either his ego once again got the best of him or really bad advice.

  226. of course Woodward was a hit job, but trump is his own worst enemy, at times I just want to tell him to shut the fuck up, his ego gets in the way. There is way too much at stake this election to even think about fucking up. You don’t see Biden out and giving interviews they know to shut him up.

  227. What do you call a conversation between the Defense Secretary and the head of the U.S. intelligence apparatus where they are talking about taking “collective action” to remove an elected President? That’s called sedition…. A seditious conspiracy.

According to a pre-release excerpt from the Washington Post Bob Woodward writes about a discussion between General James Mattis and Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats about a plot to overthrow the elected government of the United States.

The Pentagon is full of traitors and I fear for America come 11/4/20

How do we fight the military?

  228. …this little revelation from Bob Woodward’s latest pulp friction doesn’t exactly ease my mind.

According to the book… Mattis was particularly concerned about Trump’s leadership in 2017 during a standoff with North Korea over its missile tests:
Mattis quietly went to Washington National Cathedral to pray about his concern for the nation’s fate under Trump’s command and, according to Woodward, told Coats, “There may come a time when we have to take collective action” since Trump is “dangerous. He’s unfit.”

In a separate conversation recounted by Woodward, Mattis told Coats, “The president has no moral compass,” to which the director of national intelligence replied: “True. To him, a lie is not a lie. It’s just what he thinks. He doesn’t know the difference between the truth and a lie.”

The revelations regarding Mattis’s [sic] suggestion to Coats of taking “collective action” against Trump quickly drew attention on social media, with some comparing the discussion to “spit-balling a presidential coup.”

Although the context of Mattis’s [sic] discussion with Coats is still unclear, the former defense official has increasingly become an opponent of his one-time White House boss. Since leaving the administration in January 2019, Mattis has lambasted the president over disagreements on both foreign policy and domestic affairs.

In June of this year, the former defense secretary claimed that Trump was going against constitutional norms in his handling of the protests and riots that have swept the country since George Floyd’s death in police custody.

Given who Bob Woodward is, I rate the veracity of that conversation a solid zero – the specific words, not the intentions of the individuals talking. For sure, Mattis and Coats, and the rest of the globalist hacks and incompetent brass monkey Obama toadies and sycophants in the DoD and intel community do want to get rid of Trump alright. But it’s because he has exposed their scam that has wasted thousands of American lives and trillions in American dollars while completely fucking up the peace of the world since the end of World War 2. More insidiously, to pave the way to erase our national sovereignty and identity.

It began to be clear last October that the Obama administration (with some help from Bill Clinton’s presidency) had seeded the Pentagon with leftist generals whose allegiance was to the Deep State, to cultural leftism, and to the infamous and profitable “military industrial complex” that Eisenhower warned about in 1961. In only five years, Obama had conducted a major Pentagon purge, firing almost 200 senior officers who held the old-fashioned belief that the military exists to protect America and should not be a social justice institution with limited firepower.
The upper-level officers who remained were hardcore Democrats. While still in the military, Admirable McRaven gave bin Laden a respectful, private burial. Once out of the military, he wrote an editorial for the New York Times, strongly suggesting a military coup against Trump. Barry McCaffrey, a Clinton White House officer, likened Trump to Mussolini because he canceled the White House’s newspaper subscriptions. And Obama’s Joint Chiefs Vice Chair, James Winnefeld, was deeply offended on behalf of ISIS terrorist Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi because Trump did the psychologically smart thing of telling al-Baghdadi’s followers that he died like a coward.

In November, Sundance, at The Conservative Treehouse, pointed out that, even though Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman used back channels to try to counteract his commander-in-chief’s foreign policy solely because Vindman disagreed with the policy, the Defense Department invited him right back to the NSC. To Sundance, there was only one takeaway: “The United States Military is collaborating with the CIA to remove a U.S. President from office.”

All of the above says that there is something rotten happening in the Pentagon. The implications aren’t just in the past. They’re also in the future. Michael Anton has written the best article spelling out the fact that the Democrats are openly planning a coup if Biden doesn’t win. One of the crucial points about this planned coup is that the Democrats have been explicit about military involvement.

  229. What Woodward says does not matter outside the beltway.

Lindsey Graham convinced President Trump to be interviewed by him.

I believe Lindsey has some involvement with the Steele dossier which his senior partner John McCain was peddling. That is a suspicion–I have no direct proof.

One thing I have been 100% right about, and before anyone else was that when all the facts are revealed it will be shown that Brennan was the puppet master behind the Russia collusion hoax.

The interesting thing is he now knows he is cornered, and in an Op Ed he wrote recently in the Washington Compost, he threw Obama under the bus.

This is all crystal clear now, but you will have to listen to the following podcast to understand why I say that.

By the way, Bongino now has the most watched podcast for conservatives in the country, second only to Rush Limbaugh.

  230. When it comes to empirical diagnosis, there is no one better than VDH.

This is a wonderful interview of the root cause of this winter of discontent.

There was an old saying about the people who live in the north east

They don’t care if blacks become uppity.

They just don’t want them to get too close to them.

Today, that could just as easily be said about wealthy white liberals.

They virtue signal over the plight of blacks in the inner cities.

They just don’t want them living in their neighborhoods, or in their gated communities.

These are sick people and the unrest we see today, much of it, can be laid at their feet.

These young revolutionaries–many of them are young white liberals who spit in the face of police, burn buildings, and tell us they want to destroy our society, but when they are arrested for acts of murder and mayhem, insist on their constitutional rights.

    As I say, sick people.

No one exposes this more clearly and succinctly than VDH:

Oregon Democrat Staffer Arrested for Rioting in Portland
    —Ace

    Did I say “Democrat staffer?”

    That undersells it.

She is the Legislative Director for the Oregon Speaker of the House. This is a top, top political posting.

She’s the one who writes most of the actual legislation the Oregon House votes on.

Well actually: Interest groups write it and submit it to paid shill politicians to pass. But she edits it and corrects typos. She’s the last hand to alter the text before it goes up for a vote.

    And she’s rioting.

She participated in a riot where firebombs were thrown at people — cops.

And she’s a tip-top ranking Democrat political staffer.

But the Democrats oppose the riots, right?

Police arrested a top Democratic staffer in Oregon’s state legislature this weekend for interfering with a police officer during the Portland riots.
The police arrested Kristina Narayan, who is legislative director for the top Democrat in Oregon’s House of Representatives, along with 58 others during a riot that began Saturday night and continued into Sunday morning, according to a Portland Police Bureau report. Narayan has worked for House Speaker Tina Kotek since 2016.

Kotek’s office did not respond to a request for comment.

  235. They just arrested an ANTIFA domestic terrorist for some of those fires.

  237. The left says it will riot if Biden does not win

Which is akin to a protection racket—

Pay me to not burn down your building . .

How does Trump, the quintessential negotiator respond?

He could say the democrats cannot prevent them from doing that

Just look at the way they have allowed those same people to burn down their cities

    That is the obvious counter

But he does not do the obvious

    He relies on animal cunning

    He says

If I win the election, I will prevent them from doing that.

I will see your full house, and raise you a royal flush

  238. Given what has occurred in their cities, some, perhaps many voters, will cast their vote based on who is will make the violence stop. The democrats argue, or imply, that the rioting is against Trump, ergo if he goes away the violence will go away. The truth is by not nipping it in the bud, and indeed by supporting it sub silentio, they have adopted the strategy of riding the tiger, which is grand until the time comes that you want to get out. Realistically, we are in the midst of a violent revolution, which will be won not by apeasement, which is Bidens strong suit, but by killing your enemy. If Trump wins, he will defeat the left in a fortnight. If Biden wins, the violence will go on for years.

Mitch McConnell at Work – Trump Nominees For Afghanistan and Germany “Not Confirmable”…

The Decepticon snake rears its ugly head once again as a recent report indicates the Senate will not confirm President Trump’s nominees for Ambassador to Afghanistan and Germany. Nothing within the Senate happens without Mitch McConnell directing it.

According to sources cited by the Washington Free Beacon the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, a hotbed for Decepticon payments by foreign governments, will not take up the nominations of retired U.S Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor (Germany) or U.S. Navy reserve officer William Ruger (Afghanistan) because they do not hold the correct and appropriate thinking of the republican controlled Senate.

[…] “The administration has sent the Senate three foreign policy nominees with no chance of clearing the Senate, which has to be some form of Guinness World Record for incompetent congressional relations,” said one senior GOP congressional official, citing opposition to Ruger, Macgregor, and Anthony Tata, who was recently tapped to become the Pentagon’s number two spot. (read more)

This is not a surprise. As CTH has noted since the republicans took control over the senate in 2014, the upper chamber is opposed to anything President Trump supports. In the final analysis this is a large part of the reason why the republican led Senate Intel Committee was used as part of the usurpation effort.

    REPORT THIS AD

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee is full of McConnell’s apparatchiks, and each carries an assignment to resist the Trump administration effort. Control over the committee assignments is one way Mitch McConnell retains his grip on power and carries out the objectives of his allies on Wall Street and the administrative state. We noted this power dynamic when McConnell assigned Mitt Romney to the committee.

A predictable assignment for a Decepticon tool placed to protect the interests of the multinationals. A committee position on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee ensures that Mittens can prosper from the indulgences of foreign lobbying efforts.

This institutional behavior is very predictable; but first you have to admit the severity of the problem. A reminder from two years ago:

CTH JANUARY 2019 – […] A pattern of political stories are beginning to show signs of a common continuity. In the bigger of the big pictures seven words continue to set the baseline: “There are trillions of dollars at stake”.

When the common sense Tea Party movement formed in 2009 and 2010 it contained a monumentally frustrated grassroots electorate, and the scale of the movement caught the professional republican party off-guard. When Donald Trump ran for the office of the presidency he essentially did the same thing; he disrupted the apparatus of the professional republican party.

The difference between those two examples is one was from the bottom up, and the second was from the top down. However, the commonality in the two forces resulted in the 2016 victory.

It took a few years for the heavily armored old guard of GOP to formulate a plan to retain their control. In the example of the Tea Party, the republican power structures moved in 2011 through 2014 to co-opt the vulgarian movement and impede their disruptive influence. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was at the forefront of those power moves. {Go Deep} and {Go Deep} The basic issue for the GOP was retention of power.

    REPORT THIS AD

McConnell and crew tamped down the fire. A few years pass and the issues that spurred the Tea Party movement remained unresolved. In 2015 Donald Trump taps in to that exact same Tea Party frustration toward the control authority within one-half of the DC UniParty; again, the professional republican apparatus was disrupted.

From the first moment candidate Trump announced his platform positions; from the very first poll *after* those platform positions were announced; Donald Trump was leading the republican field in every-single-poll from August of 2015 through today. Center stage throughout 2015 and 2016 and President of the United States as an outcome therein.

Yes, the “movement” rebranded and now MAGA wins the presidency.

So it should not come as a surprise to see an eerily similar response from within the GOP toward the new threat; the Trump presidency.

There are two constants in an ever changing universe: (1) “NeverTrump” didn’t go away; and (2) the Bush-clan, or GOP old guard, will never accept losing power.

The professional republicans and the professional democrats, ie. “the uniparty”, have a common enemy in President Trump.

The vulgarian leader of the deplorable coalition never asked for permission; never paid the indulgency fees; never attended the necessary cloistered club meetings paying homage; and never offered the indulgent team of political elites terms for his takeover.

Thus Donald Trump, just like the Tea Party, would never be accepted.

    REPORT THIS AD

    Why is this important now?

Current events highlight the resurgence of a never disassembled GOP Bush clan influence. For the past two years it’s been a never-ending game of whac-a-mole as each of the establishment minded embeds surfaces at different times. Within the dynamic, the one commonality within the internecine conflict inside the Trump administration is the establishment GOP -vs- Trump MAGA.

Establishment GOP consultant Alex Castellanos was very open about the best design to getting rid of Donald Trump back in 2015 when he discussed an almost identical strategy for how Mitch McConnell destroyed the threat from the Tea Party a year earlier:

[…] “The best way to do it is how Brutus killed Caesar. Get real close, snuggle up, and shiv him in the ribs”… (link)

Forgive me for mixing my metaphors here; but as each of the shiv-bearers appears, that’s when Trump is forced to deliver the whac-a-mole hammer. It’s like having an administration filled with establishment terror cells. Each cell acts independently, but each cell also acts based on a common objective: retain the UniParty.

The earlier whac-a-mole example was Condi Rice’s embed plant and former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson popping his head up. But there are many more examples all around in various forms; including the self-serving GOP exit of U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley; and now we see Mitt Romney.

    REPORT THIS AD

When you think about the actual structure of the Republican state party machines; it’s enough to make you wonder if the mid-term outcome and lack of structural fight was not part of this dynamic. After all, “their” party was taken over by a new MAGA base and a new pragmatic political leader, Donald Trump.

The same UniParty dynamic is visible in the way the FBI/DOJ and aggregate intelligence community were weaponized against Donald Trump – with Democrats and Republicans participating in the unlawful processes. Now, in the downstream consequence phase, we see a UniParty defense approach to block Trump from revealing what happened.

I’m not sure people fully completely understand this dynamic within “spygate”. It was not a targeting operation by democrats; republicans were just as complicit. The ongoing goal to eliminate candidate and president Trump is *not* partisan.

Which brings me to the current state of the advisers around the executive. Remember, there are trillions at stake here – and the downstream benefactors are both Republicans and Democrats who make up the UniParty.

Within the UniParty dynamic, in order to retain full financial benefit, the political class need to align with Wall Street priorities. That alignment means the UniParty needs to eliminate Main Street priorities that are adverse to their interests.

Border controls and immigration enforcement are adverse interests to the UniParty. Additional cross party alignment to benefit Wall Street surrounds: •budgets and massive government spending; •government controlled healthcare retention; •government controlled education (common core); •and most importantly the removal of any national economic and trade policy that would threaten the structure of the multinationals.

    REPORT THIS AD

On all of these issues the Democrats and Republicans have identical outlooks, common interests and mirrored legislative priorities. It is not coincidental that US Chamber of Commerce President Tom Dohonue also outlined these issues as primary priorities for his massive lobbyist spending.

There are trillions of dollars at stake; and we must never discount how far the Big Club participants will go to ensure the White House counselors are shaping their advice toward those objectives.

There are no MAGA lobbying groups in Washington DC advocating for policies that benefit economic nationalism. On this objective President Donald Trump stands alone.

We don’t need a third party in Washington DC, we actually need a second one.

It cannot be overstated how violent and confrontational the House of Representatives will be as soon as they are sworn in. They will work with an immediate purposeful intention. All political violence will be approved to attain their objectives. The recent behavior of Jim Acosta (CNN media), and ANTIFA toward Tucker Carlson, is now, and will be going forward, the new normal.

There will be extreme political violence.

In 2006 it was the SEIU and AFSCME union foot-soldiers who smashed windows, advanced upon polling places and engaged in the most severe examples of voter fraud and intimidation. In 2018, with the help of uber-Alinsky DNC Chairman Tom Perez, that corrupt sentiment is now institutionalized within democrat-socialist political apparatus. ANTIFA is now the DNC grassroots activist approach.

Failing to accept the severity of this shift in the past decade is intellectually dishonest. As Nancy Pelosi said of the Occupy Wall Street violent anarchists: “God bless these people.” Indeed the OWS precursor to ANTIFA were laying the groundwork for the new severity of power in Democrat leadership. Nothing is out-of-bounds; no level of corrupt behavior will be avoided; everything will happen openly and without any backlash from a compliant media apparatus; the social fabric will be shredded.

The Democrat mantra: “never let a crisis go to waste” is the modern version of the Fabian-Socialist: “remould it closer to the heart’s desire“. Both approaches rely upon the destruction of acceptable norms in order to advance the political objective.

?Specifics: When Democrats last took power in January 2007, Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer took control in the final two years of George Bush second term. Immediately they set about a process laying the groundwork for the 2008 presidential election of Barack Obama. This was a priority objective.

One of the techniques was the removal of the budget process. By eliminating the federal budget process in 2007 (fiscal year ’08) the Democrats paved the way for the next democrat president to demand massive open-ended spending.

By the time the year of the general election came around (2008), the lengthy budget process was replaced with Omnibus spending bills (fiscal year 2009). Obviously when Obama was successfully installed in November of 2008, the useful crisis was financial. The subsequent TARP bailout, auto bailout, ARRA ($1 trillion stimulus) and QE1 were all accomplished with massive omnibus spending packages.

[NOTE: These are important references because from that moment forward, despite the GOP taking back control in January 2011, the constraining budgetary process was forever destroyed. There was never regular-order budgetary spending again.]

It is also critical to emphasize the difference between Democrats taking control in the last two years of Bush’s second term, and Democrats taking control in the last two years of Trump’s first term. Within this difference you will predictably see a shift in strategic operations from the Marxists.

George W Bush was exiting, and unlimited spending was used to empower the entry of Obama; however, now the Marxists need to knee-cap President Trump by weaponizing the power of the purse – the biggest weapon of the House of Representatives.

After a ten year UniParty hiatus the Marxists will now go back to using budgets in the structural defunding and dismantling of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), the Southern Border Wall, and any program, initiative, policy or institution the Marxists want to see removed. This is a strategy of the Democrat crisis-makers; and they are exceptionally better at achieving their desired results than Republicans.

When it comes to political weaponization and political power constructs the Marxists have exceptional work ethics; they will outwork anyone on the other side who opposes them. They are far, far, better at political strategy and scheme than conservative politicians. Part of the reason for their success is that crooks, cons and swindlers are far more cunning than honorable, virtuous and moral people. It is unfortunate, but true; and the same truth applies beyond politics.

? Two other thoughts on this issue. First, you might remember when this massive spending, and the government takeover of healthcare, led to the Marxists losing the 2010 midterm election in a massive defeat. But do you remember what the democrats did in the lame-duck congress between November 2010 and January 2011?

Does the term “Porkulous” ring a bell?

While 63 democrat seats were lost in the November 2010 election (and six democrat senate seats), those exiting Marxists, despite just having suffered the worst defeat in almost 100 years, audaciously –and apologetically– voted in the December 2010 lame-duck session, to fully fund President Obama’s next two years in office. This was done by Speaker Nancy Pelosi specifically to block the incoming GOP wave from upending the priorities of the Obama administration in 2011. That was called the “Porkulous” spending bill; and the democrat-marxists didn’t give a snit about how it looked.

Now, did Speaker Paul Ryan or Senate Leader Mitch McConnell do anything as bold to fund and secure the budgetary priorities of President Donald Trump in the 2018 lame-duck?

    No?

Think about the overall unilateral commitment and cunning historically displayed by the Marxist wing of the UniParty. They are so committed to the long-term view they are willing to sacrifice anything for the biggest, most consequential, advances toward their objectives. In 2010 the democrats killed their own “blue-dog” coalition to advance their ideological goals.

Within the 63 House seats the Marxists lost in that 2010 midterm election; they killed off the entire 40 member Bart Stupak coalition; the blue-dog caucus. Totally willing to sacrifice 40 seats to attain a generational ideological objective (ObamaCare); and they are about to step back into power a mere eight years later. Stunning when you think about it.

Few people have any idea just how bad these next two years are going to be. We are the normal people who don’t spend every moment of our day scheming, conniving, and developing plans to dismantle the lives of your freedom loving community and rebuild it as a collective society.

For these political beneficiaries of Wall Street lobbying that’s all they do. Every moment of their existence they spend thinking about how to gain power and dominate, 24/7/365 that is all they do.

That is all the ever talk about; that is all they ever converse with each-other about. Every second of every moment, in every meeting, is consumed with plots, plans and strategies for indulging themselves, gaining wealth and growing power at all costs. (outline from January 2019)

As you can see in hindsight, this UniParty resistance effort was all very predictable.
