Lies, Damned Lies And Statistics: Let’s Play CoronaVirus Math

Update: The wacko theories about Coronavirus continue to be used by those who want to push their pet lunacies. We’ve been there before so we know liars when we see them. Anyone notice the resemblance between today’s “flatten the curve” on Coronavirus and the ObamaCare liars who yammered about “bend the cost curve”?

As Congress voted on the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, in 2010, one of the bill’s architects, MIT economist Jonathan Gruber, told a college audience that those pushing the legislation pitched it as a bill that would control spiraling health care costs even though most of the bill was focused on something else and there was no guarantee the bill would actually bend the cost curve.

Liars lie using charts or whatever mumbo jumbo the rubes will believe. It’s Q-Anon and Conservative Treehouse all over again. Except now John Nolte at Breitbart has joined the parade of liars who used statistics, charts, and “experts” to snooker the dummies.

Nolte continues his lies about I’m not here to alarm anyone, and I am not here to scoff. Nolte is a liar. Nolte’s “expert” once again is Barack Obama’s “expert” Andrew Slavitt. Nolte writes AT THE VERY LEAST, ONE MILLION AMERICANS WILL DIE NO MATTER WHAT WE DO NEXT

Nolte vouches for Slavitt. He is not some crank on Twitter. He is not some paranoid….  So ridiculous is Nolte that some commenters think he is being sarcastic in his exaggerations. But no, Nolte is a panic monger and a liar. Nolte might as well quote Gruber on ObamaCare as an “expert”.

Thus far the death toll in the United States is 61. That’s a holiday weekend death toll in Chicago. President Trump is on the job and he is the best vaccine against liars, CoronaVirus, and wacko theorists.

————————————————————————————–

Hysterical losers are using the Chinese CoronaVirus to push their own loopy issues and/or to attempt to destroy the indestructible President Donald J. Trump. The method used by these corrupt losers is the usual one of “lies, damned lies and statistics“. Let’s look at the claims by these statistics using liars and then debunk them with one razor sharp slash of our intellectual swift sword.

First up, is NeverTrump liar and fool Megan McArdle writing at the NeverTrump Washington Post her statistical lies in order to educate those of us who know better than she ever will about the statistical scams lying “experts” use to fool the public:

When a danger is growing exponentially, everything looks fine until it doesn’t

There’s an old brain teaser that goes like this: You have a pond of a certain size, and upon that pond, a single lilypad. This particular species of lily pad reproduces once a day, so that on day two, you have two lily pads. On day three, you have four, and so on.

Now the teaser. “If it takes the lily pads 48 days to cover the pond completely, how long will it take for the pond to be covered halfway?”

The answer is 47 days. Moreover, at day 40, you’ll barely know the lily pads are there.

That grim math explains why so many people — including me — are worried about the novel coronavirus, which causes a disease known as covid-19. And why so many other people think we are panicking over nothing.

During the current flu season, they point out, more than 250,000 people have been hospitalized in the United States, and 14,000 have died, including more than 100 children. As of this writing, the coronavirus has killed 29 people, and our caseload is in the hundreds. Why are we freaking out about the tiny threat while ignoring the big one?

Megan McArdle wants us to think we are panicked over something very real. The key here is the word “panicked”. There is nothing to panic about if you know the truth. But the scam artists, flim-flam men and women want to get us all to “panic” in order to advance their phony issues and to destroy the Great President Donald J. Trump. McArdle ignores the obvious – her statistical predictions are based on President Trump doing nothing about CoronaVirus.

Second up, surprisingly, is a Breitbart writer who likewise wants to attract eyeballs with what is presented as a “just the facts” approach. But this is not “just the facts”, it is a bunch of statistical damned lies. Here’s the statistical damned lies of John Nolte:

Nolte: The Experts’ Coronavirus Death Toll Math Is Terrifying

This is a breakdown of the projected American coronavirus death count per various experts, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

You will find no opinion in this piece, and this is not me engaging in alarmism. All I’m doing is passing along what we’re being told by the experts.

According to the CDC, the coronavirus fatality rate is one percent.

This number comes directly from Wednesday’s congressional testimony from Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

That one percent is ten times more lethal than the flu.

The good news is that one percent is a lot lower than the 3.4 percent fatality rate the World Health Organization was throwing around a few days ago.

According to Congress’s in-house doctor, Dr. Brian Monahan, “He expects 70-150 million people in the U.S. — roughly a third of the country — to contract the coronavirus,” per reporting from the far-left Axios.

Axios adds that Monahan’s estimate “is in line with other projections from health experts.”

The lowest estimate of American deaths I could find — at least from a respected expert — comes from infectious disease specialist Michael Osterholm, who “conservatively” predicts 480,000 American coronavirus deaths by the end of the year. That’s 480,000 deaths, not cases.

“We conservatively estimate that this could require 48 million hospitalizations, 96 million cases actually occurring, over 480,000 deaths that can occur over the next three to seven months,” he told Joe Rogan this week.

Key point there is “over the next three to seven months,” meaning before the end of the year.

The next point I’m about to make is the most important…

These Are NOT Worst Case Scenarios

None of these experts are qualifying their predictions with phrases like “worst case scenario,” or “if we do nothing,” or “if we just let it ride.” In fact, Osterholm very carefully used the word “conservatively,” which strikes me as his best case scenario.

What’s more, all of these expert estimates were made with the government already taking precautions, so I don’t know how to interpret these estimates as anything other than “these are the numbers based on what we’re doing now.”

Here’s a report telling us the “low end of the projection … with containment” is 700,000 American deaths:

That’s enough excerpts from Nolte although he writes even more alarmist nonsense. After reading that crap it is no wonder Americans reject the “experts”. Nolte ignores the fact that these experts indeed did not qualify “their predictions with phrases like” “if we do nothing” “if we just let it ride’. Nolte should have noted that horrible things can happen at any time on any issue IF NOTHING IS DONE. But Nolte was more interested in the sensationalistic statistical nonsense and ignored the obvious – PRESIDENT TRUMP WILL TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO STOP THESE STATISTICAL NONSENSICAL STUPIDITIES FROM TAKING PLACE.

The alleged “experts” lie with statistics. Nolte provides lurid charts which show the shocking increase in deaths – all the way to um, 39 deaths. From zero deaths due to CoronaVirus to 39 deaths is a zillion times a zillion in statistical terms. Charts can sometimes be the best tool of statistical liars.

The alleged “experts” have their own interests such as they like to finally get some attention on TV. The alleged “experts” who did nothing before to stop what they now bemoan did nothing before the immediate situation/panic. To the contrary, many of these alleged “experts” attacked President Trump and those of us who thought outsourcing products such as antibiotics to China was foolish. To hell with the “experts” who are only expert in announcing they are “experts”.

Nolte should know better. Nolte misinforms us that the expected deaths in the United States are 1.5 million by the end of the year. The “expert” Nolte relies on most is Dr. Brian Monahan. The other “expert” Nolte relies on is Andy Slavitt. Who are these “experts”?

Andy Slavitt is Barack flim-flam con man Obama’s guy formerly in charge of Medicare and Medicaid. Dr. Brian Monahan was put in place by… Barack flim-flam con man Obama.

If you trust Andy Slavitt or Brian Monahan you likely also trust the scam operation of the United Nations – WHO – the alleged World Health Organization. You remember them as the guys that trusted the CoronaVirus statistics issued by China. Trust these scam artists at your own peril. The CDC is likewise a typically bumbling government operation that requires lots of supervision or else it too will provide statistical lies and foolish misjudgments.

All the “experts” who rejected President Trump’s swift action with a travel ban from China should be rejected. President Trump is not an “expert” on pandemics or communicable diseases. President Trump however has basic common sense and has always been mocked as a “germaphobe”.

We will make our own SHOCKING PREDICTION!!!!

330 MILLION AMERICANS WILL BE DEAD BY DECEMBER 31, 2020 IF THEY DON’T CONSUME FOOD AND NUTRITION. THAT’S 330 MILLION DEAD BY THE END OF THE YEAR.

The solution to prevent 330 million American deaths by the end of this year is for Americans to have breakfast, and/or lunch, and/or dinner. That is what escapes McArdle, Nolte, and the other dolts who push panic.

Is CoronaVirus a danger? Of course. But so is anything you don’t keep an eye on and take actions against. Eat only ice cream and you too will die. Breath air repeatedly and rapidly for long enough and you too will die. Fall asleep while driving and you too will die. Walk with a blindfold on alongside a highway and the statistical probability is that you too will die.

The point is not to panic. Take action that is sensible. If you find yourself on a large ocean liner and it hits an iceberg – don’t panic. Proceed calmly to the lifeboat. What the NeverTrumps, the Obama Dims, Big Media, want is for Americans to panic. Their entire goals is to cause panic. Panic leads to death and stupid financial decisions.

President Trump is doing what needs to be done without panic, with calm reason. Unlike Biden who is a China shill and weak socialist Bernie, President Trump fights for America First. And can we all acknowledge that President Trump has been completely correct about the stupid bumbling Federal Reserve? At some point summer will return and the great pandemic caused by Big Media “experts” will disappear and rationality will return to the public and the markets.

At that point all that President Trump has said will have to be dealt with. Illegal immigration will have to be 100% stopped. The supply chains controlled by China will have to be broken. The “end of the world” will end and President Trump will be reelected.

Then the fun begins.

  1. Smart advice:

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/03/13/mnuchin-coronavirus-investment-opportunity-128132

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin argued Friday that the coronavirus pandemic presents “a great investment opportunity,” insisting that global markets spooked by the public health crisis will rebound eventually.

“This is a short-term issue. It may be a couple of months, but we’re going to get through this, and the economy will be stronger than ever,” Mnuchin told CNBC in an interview.

“You know, I look back at people who bought stocks after the crash in 1987, people who bought stocks after the financial crisis,” he continued. “For long-term investors, this will be a great investment opportunity.”

Big Media mocks this type of advice but it is accurate.

  2. Pat Buchanan catches up to us:

    https://www.wnd.com/2020/03/will-coronavirus-kill-new-world-order/

In the U.S., the death toll at this writing is 39, a tiny fraction of the annual toll of tens of thousands who die of the flu.

But the problem is this: COVID-19 has not nearly run its course in the USA, while the reaction in society and the economy approaches what we might expect from a boiling national disaster.

The stock market has plunged further and faster than it did in the Great Crash of 1929. Trillions of dollars in wealth have vanished. If Sen. Bernie Sanders does not like “millionaires and billionaires,” he should be pleased. There are far fewer of them today than there were when he won the New Hampshire primary.

    What does the future hold?

It may one day be said that the coronavirus delivered the deathblow to the New World Order, to a half-century of globalization and to the era of interdependence of the world’s great nations. [snip]

As for the “open borders” crowd, do Democrats still believe that breaking into our country should no longer be a crime, and immigrants arriving illegally should be given free health care, a proposition to which all the Democratic debaters raised their hands? [snip]

In the pre-Trump era, Republicans held hands with liberal Democrats in embracing NAFTA, GATT, the WTO and most-favored-nation trade privileges for China.

In retrospect, was it wise to have relied on China to produce essential parts for the supply chains of goods vital to our national security? Does it appear wise to have moved the production of pharmaceuticals and lifesaving drugs for heart disease, strokes and diabetes to China? Does it appear wise to have allowed China to develop a virtual monopoly on rare earth minerals crucial to the development of weapons for our defense?

In this coronavirus pandemic, people now seem to be looking for authoritative leaders, and nations seem to be looking out for their own peoples first. Would Merkel, today, invite a million Syrian refugees into Germany no matter the conditions under which they were living in Syria and Turkey?

Is not the case now conclusive that we made a historic mistake when we outsourced our economic independence to rely for vital necessities upon nations that have never had America’s best interests at heart?

Which rings truer today? We are all part of mankind, all citizens of the world. Or that it’s time to put America and Americans first!

  3. Well I am glad to see them organizing. It is not the time to fight for toilet paper yet, but we need to get our slope more like Japan than Korea, Iran and Italy.

There is not a peep about 5G but Carnival Cruise shut down the 5G Princess Cruise Line for 60 days, long enough to rewire and disinfect. To the best of my knowledge, the 5G Princess Cruise Line is the only one that was shut down (they are calling it paused).

Tech think tank chief to step down after Trump death tweet
“Serious question: could there possibly [sic] any greater poetic justice in the universe than for Trump to die of the #CPACvirus?” Szóka tweeted late Monday.

The leader of a libertarian-leaning tech group is stepping down as its president after tweeting that it would be “poetic justice” if President Donald Trump died from the coronavirus, the group confirmed Friday.

Berin Szóka, president of Washington-based think tank TechFreedom, will be taking an indefinite sabbatical to write a book on tech policy, as first reported by POLITICO earlier Friday. Shane Tews, a longtime member of the group’s board, will lead the organization in his stead.

Earlier today, Gates stepped down from the board of Berkshire Hathaway, the conglomerate run by his friend and fellow billionaire, Warren Buffett. Both men have been in the press a lot lately amid the market turmoil (Buffett) and viral panic (Gates).

I think Trump knows. He drew the line at Huawei and the Chinese 5G, and protected us from that, but capitulated with the rest of them to let Verizon and company show what they could do, at our expense. And if you get an EMF meter and look at the radiation in our communities, you would know what a horror that is. What we have here is the Long Wave 5G, which is 4G made worse.

The irregulators have the fix. Just shut off their theft of public funds for their wireless system and they will economically collapse. In other worlds, the deep state needs to be cut off. The problem is that it will take some kind of doing to build the high speed fiber-optic systems we need so there may be a lengthy transition off wireless.

Years ago, underground conduit was run throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. And do you know who owns it? That guy who just resigned from Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway.

  11. I bought more Apple stock when the panic at Wall Street dropped it to $270 per share. I wish I could have bought more yesterday when it dropped to the $240s, but I had a busy day at work.

  12. The shelves are fairly empty here in sunny Boca Raton. My child’s school is going online so it will be hell with her home for the rest of the year. Other schools likely to follow. Don’t know how parents who work and need daycare via school are going to fare. I’m not scared but a little depressed.

“Years ago, underground conduit was run throughout Palm Beach County, Florida. And do you know who owns it? That guy who just resigned from Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway.”
    ..
Yes, we had the same in the East but the landscape is so vast in Texas, the best we can do is
wifi, which is a sporadic nightmare when it is supporting the tv and all your other devices.
If you live near a well developed downtown, which we don’t, you can get cable installed and you have pretty good reliable service.

I accidentally bumped into one of Obama’s documentaries on Netflix. It was an expose on Jared Kushner, DT’s son in law, Ivanka’s husband. It was just a cheap shot at Trump by association and well before he married Ivanka. The stupidity of it all was just for the smear value… it didn’t work for me and I doubt it will for anyone else.

Bill Gates is a little frightened man living his life in a dream bubble of supremacy..
    He turns my stomach.
What begs the question… Why would someone feel proud of their accomplishments to own the patent on the Coronavirus filed 5yrs ago?

  14. JB

The market made a surprise recovery today, You must be a little happier. Y/N?
We’re having the same problem here with the schools possibly closing if the affected numbers increase. Moms are terrified if they announce a school closing to contain the spread. The Churches here usually step up aiding families in times of grief or drastic circumstances. In this case halting the virus by self-isolation is a heavy price to pay with loss of income and sick parents taking care of. kids.

  15. Alex Jones has interviews with a bioweapons expert who says that the Covid-19 virus was made in the lab at the University of North Carolina, for the lab in Wuhan and that government agencies were also involved including the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the National Institute of Health. He says that China basically paid our lab to make it for them back in 2015. That’s that little Doctor who keeps telling us to wash our hands.

I wonder what would have happened to us if Trump had not been elected in 2016.

  16. Hi Mrs. Smith1. Yes, today was a nice bounce back but still about 500k down. The $$$ will come back and obviously the priority is controlling the spread of the virus and helping those infected get better. Just been a lousy few weeks and it’s going to hurt President Trumps reelection. Biden will be a horrible president controlled by anti-American and anti-Israeli forces. He will cave to Sanders radicals and continue Obamas hate America first policies.

  17. “I wonder what would have happened to us if Trump had not been elected in 2016”

I had a very long response written to you Lu… and it accidentally just got erased…

  19. Re: Bill Gates owning a patent on the coronavirus.

It is not “the” coronavirus. It’s “a” coronavirus. If it was the former, it would be earth shattering news.

I believe the Bill Gates smear originated from Russian or Chinese trolls. They do exist, but they’re not pro-Trump by any stretch of the imagination. Everything they say blames Trump, the USA or the Jews for the virus.

Hi Mrs. Smith1. Yes, today was a nice bounce back but still about 500k down. The $$$ will come back and obviously the priority is controlling the spread of the virus and helping those infected get better.

(The question is when. The most likely answer is when the economy recovers to the point it was at before this black swan event. Therefore, it is likely to take some time, i.e. 1-3 years, assuming nothing else bad occurs, like a war, an oil war, etc.). The important date is when we have an approved vaccine available to doctors. You have heard the estimates by Fauci on that.)

Just been a lousy few weeks and it’s going to hurt President Trumps reelection.

( It is too soon to make that dire prediction. Much depends on how well Trump handles this. After his speech yesterday, there is reason to be optimistic about his chances for relection. Typically, the electorate does not vote out a president in the middle of a war, UNLESS he appears to be losing that war, Carter being the most obvious example. This means the dims will have to make the case, through their big media eunchs that we are losing the war, and in so doing are vulnerable to the charge that their attitude is unpatriotic, and their support for open borders has made this worse.)

Biden will be a horrible president controlled by anti-American and anti-Israeli forces. He will cave to Sanders radicals and continue Obamas hate America first policies.

(When you use the word “will” you assume that it is inevitable that the public will turn control of this nation over to a man who by all indications is senile. May I suggest a better word, i.e. would. I might even gild the lily by saying in the highly unlikely event that they would elect Biden, etc. The thing to watch is who the jackal selects as his vice president, because that is where the attention will necessarily be focused. He has suggested a black woman, with no experience, like that fat slob from who lost in Georgia, which would be a triumph of identity politics over the interests to the country. Or perhaps that liar Rice. Or maybe that gay blade Beat Off The Dork, rather than wasting his manifest talent that go far beyond skate boarding, and gun grabbling, who could do a black face because he has already apologized for being white and that did not work.)

JB: the question you may want to ask yourself is this: if this were a game of poker, who do you believe holds the winning hand. Unless you are convince that it is the party that has failed time and again to defeat Trump without success, you may want to revise your assumptions about inevitability

  21. Admin: your lead in essay here is fabulous.

It is a much needed antidote to the “el fin de mundo” projections of the so called experts.

What they, and their democrat confederates fail to realize is the world can only end once.

I am deeply disappointed that Nolte took the bait, failed to discount the dire predictions by the partisan agenda which motivates them, failed to realize that in the midst of a crisis negative thinking must be countered with tough minded optimism and effective action. I thought better of him.

Years ago I wrote a small insignificant book on the subjective of executive leadership. At this point, Trump is doing everything an effective leader does to achieve the goal of the enterprise. It deserves to be successful. Whether or not it will be, and if so to what extent is an imponderable at this point. We can adopt some of the best practices we see in other countries and avoid the worst ones. The only guarantee that anyone can be sure of at this point is the democrat party and their corrupt big media allies are traitors to this country, and will continue to behave as such to the end. Which is why, I repeat, it is most unfortunate one Breitbart writer falls for their trope hook line and sinker.

  22. I have encountered the el fin de mundo predictions before.

In 1958, as a third grader, the teacher told us that an Indian mystic had predicted that the world would end when the clock struck high noon. Therefore, as an impressionable child I watched the school clock wind its way to the appointed hour, and after it struck 12 nothing happened.

As an adult, I read a book called The Conduct of War by someone who was quite possibly the greatest military writer Britain ever produced. His analysis of military tactics and history going back to ancient times was brilliant, through WWII was sublime. The was published in 1960, and ended with his prediction for the future, which was that the Soviet Union would end up ruling the world.

Nothing is inevitable. Much depends on how creative we are in finding a solution, and how successful we are in managing the implementation of that solution, in a timely manner. People like Pelosi, Schumer and Obama, are not, repeat not, part of the solution. They are part of the problem, because the only thing they are interested in is power, as predicted by Orwell.

  23. yesterday at the Presser PDT said he is does not take responsibility for the coronavirus failures, that he didn’t shut down the pandemic agency, then quietly thru in maybe Dr Fauci can speak to that…and it was passed over…(sounded like a Trump intentional comment to me)

there must be a lot more going on behind the scenes regarding this whole mess…I know Dr Fauci is supposed to be the ‘gold standard’ when it comes to explaining what is going on but he often sounds like an alarmist to me…he seems to always lean on the worst possible scenario…maybe he is covering some tracks of questionable activities…

  24. Wbboei, interesting you would bring up war

by accident I came upon some documentaries of world war 1 & 2…where everything is bombed to smithereens & massive life is lost…nothing is left

instead of complaining we should be grateful that we have a (Businessman) President that is pulling together all resources within the govt, medical profession, private industries, drug co, insurance co, FDA, etc to come together & work together on SOLUTIONS for the common good (Biden would not know where to start)

…there will be a time in the future when this, imo, mass hysteria, is over & people will move on & events that are rescheduled will take place AND the Stock Market will probably explode upward…

in fact now, as revealed yesterday in the Presser, it looks like many have been & are trying to work together, even competing companies are in solidarity for now to fight our “virus war”…

the only groups I see fighting against us winning are the Press/Media, the Dem leadership, Celebrities & TDS haters…in order words, the lowly evolved & petty who embody their own unique Virus of Hate (Biden looks like a fumbling idiot, check out his Tech Rally…a total disaster, if anyone is going to be hurt it is Biden…also a Leftist group formed called Anybody But Biden)

We will overcome this…and yes, The Best Is Yet To Come…

  25. JB and Wbb

I take issue with some of both of your comments.

First as far as the market is concerned, I see this as a great opportunity to finally make some financial progress. This has been a panic response. The market is forward thinking and as soon as people calm down the market will surge because the economy is basically strong. I believe the business drop off from this will be short. My broker and I agree and hope to be able to take advantage of the drastic drop in prices of stocks like Amazon.

I live in ultra liberal East Hampton…a sanctuary Town…and the response has been surprising. I don’t hear any political anti administration stuff, but rather people are stressing being patriotic in this time of “crisis”. People are following directions and making a concerted effort to stop the spread of this virus.

The “panic” buying at the grocery store has also been interesting. The shelves are half empty but the most depleted inventory is junk food. I guess the real panic is staying home with kids etc and what they will binge eat. If we are really pretty successful at social distancing for 2 weeks, we should make a huge dent in the spread of this virus.

I think Trump will actually win over some new voters as we survive this threat imposed from abroad.

  26. You all know how I feel about this coronavirus but I have a story to tell.

I have a sinus infection that is kicking my butt

    Nasal drainage
    Sort throat
    Hellacious dry cough
    General malaise
RN working in hospital with who knows what
    Past cancer patient
Compromised immune system because of the cancer and treatment

    No fever
No true Shortness of breath ( I have asthma so I know SOB)

My family was freaked out and as a nurse, who still works part time, I thought it prudent to get a coronavirus rest.
I got transferred from the urgent care of my Drs clinic to the ER who transferred me to CDC

They said I didn’t qualify for a test
Missing was the fever and symptoms of pneumonia I guess, but at that point, it would be too late.

I’ll call my Dr Monday for an appointment

Even more interesting I informed my employer of the above and that I would need to wear a mask at work and they said, “come on in”

So much for the testing kits at Walmart-now that will be insane

  27. Dr. Fauci

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_S._Fauci

is the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and has been a member of the National Institute of Health, the two US agencies that were party to the creation of Covid-19 at the University of North Carolina, for the Wuhan Institute in 2015, according to interview of the Bio-weapons expert interviewed by Alex Jones.

  28. I’m so sick of the Republicans getting hosed by the Democrats. They let Nazinan have everything she wanted, she put in the abortion funding bill because she knew she would have to withdraw it and that would be the compromise. They get everything they want and the American small business, nothing. And Trump tweeting to the Republicans to sign it was the cherry on top.

I think he’s really worried this virus is going to be his Armageddon

How is it conceivable that this lump of shit, #AndrewGillum, was THIS CLOSE to being the governor of the most important swing state in America? Had he been elected, it could have tilted the #2020 presidency (providing he wouldn’t have overdosed before the election, of course).

I agreed with jb and you that the market will bounce back.

The real question is whether this will be a v or a u shaped recovery.

There is a direct economic impact on the country which will remain for sometime after the fight or flight, or as you call it, panic has subsided.

I am glad to hear that the people in your area are not attacking the administration, but are simply following the advice handed down by the experts.

The herd instinct makes people pull together when there is a crisis. Its only when it is over that they revert to their political corners. We saw this with 911.

What is fascinating, and decadent about the rich liberal is how they have been so deranged in their reaction to Trump. They prospered handsomely during the Obama years, while the rest of the country suffered. The elites gloated ignored that suffering, and dismissed the complaint by calling them racists, nazis, homophobic. Consequently, those who suffered under the policies enacted by Obama hired a president who would speak for them, namely Trump. Trump called out the elites for their selfishness and lack of regard for the country. They hated him for that. And they hated him even more because he was not one of them, and they could not control him. The elites, many of them, are trust fund babies, who despise capitalism and have a strong feeling of guilt which they project as hatred for others, especially voter who elected Trump. They are unwilling to listen to the rest of the country, or to engage in a real debate. Instead, they shut down debate by calling anyone who disagrees with them a racist. They are willing to destroy the very foundations of our country, including our borders and the bill of rights to take down Trump. They are like the demeanted colonel in Appoclypse Now who is willing to destroy the village to save their own hide, rather than asking themselves serious questions like what do I do to create this situation, and can I honesty claim to be patriotic, when what I am doing is tearing the country apart.

In my view those who support the progressive agenda are either traitors or useful idiots, because it calls for government control over our lives, and a post constitutional order by elites who have proven themselves to be nothing more than an avaricious, incompetent ship of fools.

The real question is whether this will be a “v” shaped recovery or a “u” shaped recovery. That is the question I was dealing with, in my response to jb. Every stock broker and every gold broker I know is saying this is a great buying opportunity. It is in their financial interest to say that.

That is not to say that certain companies that produce goods and services will not prosper in this environment if their business model is responsive to the current situation. The trick is to find those companies and go from there. That was my strategy last week when gold was trading at about 1700, I decided to sell it and buy very selective stocks. Then the gold price dropped, and so I am holding waiting for the next opportunity to get out of it

  33. Feel better Gonz. Still panic buying here in Boca-Delray. Could not get toilet paper but have enough for a week or so. Bought some rice, beans , canned vegs from Walmart just now and like you upset how the dems and media have made this virus a political weapon. Godspeed to all !!!!

  34. Admin: I commend this speech to your attention highly. He is a first rate intellectual with deep insights and a wicked sense of humor, who is a strong Trump supporter. It is the most entertaining hour I have spent since God knows when;

  35. Agree wbboei..my advisor mentioned a V shape comeback but I suspect that it may bottom out into a U because of the panic and shut down off everything for a few weeks. I always have kept 2 yrs emergency in cash so I will use that and just ride it out.
    ——————————

Today a neighbor of mine and big Trump supporter (and a very ,very bright doctor) felt that for the first time Trump might lose to Biden whom he felt was in the early stages of senility. I was not happy as he is always rational and up beat. He is so smart he has stock piles of everything from food to guns as he is always “ready” for the unexpected.

That is an excellent strategy you have adopted/

Since I am 70 and have an underlying condition with my lungs, I am trying to be circumspect, and hoping to dodge the bullet.

Your neighbor’s concerns are not unfounded. Trump’s spectacular success with the economy, the unemployment rates, trade deals, judges, cutting regulations etc will not matter nearly as much as how well he is perceived as handling the corona virus. The other factor is Biden’s demise which could harbinger switching horse at the convention. Fortunately, their bench is not deep. Maybe they could run Romney against him, as the democrat he always was. Then of course there’s always Hill.

  37. I have 6 months of cash unfortunately but I did sell a beautiful lake property and when that money comes in I will be ok for a few years, God willing…
I remember when a million dollars was everything
    Now, not so much…

  38. Thanks JB

I really presented it to show you we don’t have the testing available pretty much at all. That will be Trumps downfall if it’s not addressed like yesterday. Not his fault, but it will be made his fault. It’s one time talking off the cuff didn’t work for him.

I know I have allergies, get it nearly every year secondary to trees and molds, which are super high, but the symptoms are very much like coronavirus and I do have comorbid issues and being an active nurse did absolutely nothing for me…

  39. And no, I didn’t sell the lake property for a million, but it definitely has a million dollar view

I had wanted to build on it but life got in the way.

  40. Yesterday a parade of Lexus’ , range rovers, beemers and Mercedes made their way out to the Hamptons. Local plumbers were pressed to get everyone’s water turned on. City people with 2nd homes came out to sit out the virus here which I totally understand. But I do think it’s likely our virus risk just got a whole lot worse.

  41. I still say this whole virus thing is about the implementation of 5G. Our government is letting China do the dirty work and will follow suit with whatever they can get away with. I guess Trump is doing the best he can, but what we really need is some public opposition.

Today Italy is showing 350 cases per million people and the curve has not yet broken. This is to compare with China at 56 to give you an idea of how much they were lying. Many people believed from the get-go that they were under-reporting 10X.

The best explanation I can find for the 5G factor is that Covid-19 is a virus that mimics the symptoms of Chinese 5G illness and death, that was released to cover up that illness and death. The accelerated rates in the Chinese 5G areas is caused by the compounded effects of the 5G and virus.

What we mostly have here in the US is the Long Wave 5G, that is done through densification of the base stations and raising the frequency several GHz. These substantially increase public radiation exposures. However, there are also licenses that have been sold, yes the FCC sells these licenses, for the mm waves (Chinese 5G).

Then there are the countries like Germany and Japan, who are radio-protective. While the Chinese are trying to sell their technology to the government and there are probably trials in places, the culture is basically radio-protective. Japan may also be influenced by their nuclear radioactivity issues.

Our government is never going to admit to their part in creating the virus or selling it to the Chinese. Fauci & Co. are in full cover-up mode. But what we need to watch is the advance of the 5G.

My guess is that Trump wants the country on broadband. But that is a reversal of 15 years of misappropriations into wireless with the plans to shut down wired system. So the country needs to function and get him re-elected to do that. It is so important you look at your exposures and mitigate them. Do not believe any of these wireless systems are safe or secure. This is going to be rough.

I had a problem with one of my websites and was on the phone with a techie who was working from his home office. While in a wait period we chatted and I raised the issue of 5G and the Gateway home wi-frys and he told me his was in his office. He said, “You know, that is very interesting, because I have been having problems with my back and the doctor told me I have lesions that are generally associated with radiation.” And I knew where his Gateway was located.

  42. yes.
    Katie Hopkins
    @KTHopkins
    If you feel panicked today

    1) put your phone away for 60 mins
    2) make a deal with yourself not to touch it
    3) spend the hour doing one excellent thing. Tidy a drawer. Wash a dog (yours preferably) Eat a banana with a spoon. Whatever

Step away from the noise #corona

  43. Our government is never going to admit to their part in creating the virus or selling it to the Chinese. Fauci & Co. are in full cover-up mode. But what we need to watch is the advance of the 5G.
    ————
Could that be Chinese propaganda? As you know the Chinese press is fearful that they will be blamed by the world for creating the pandemic, therefore they are promoting the false story that we are the ones who created it and they are the victims. In other words they have watched the left in the democratic party and adopted the same framework, i.e. blame america first. Beyond that, while I do realize that our universities have abandoned their core mission to educate students, adopted the new manta of social engineering for their globalist corporate donors, have grown large parasitic bureaucracies that require major influxes of cash, it does not seem likely to me at all that they would create a virus such as this for any purpose, least of all to unleash it on the world. In my wildest fantasies, I could see Soros doing something like that, knowing as much as I do about how he operates, but I still think it is a bridge too far, unless I see some direct proof.

Fauci is discussed in the Alex Jones video “Dr. Francis Boyle Full Interview: Coronavirus Is An Offensive Bioweapon” That information is up on the Infowars website. If you watch the video, he cites a published medical study/report. I did not check it.

Boyle says they are all dirty and cannot be trusted. I am afraid that is true of just about every one of our government agencies. How can they patently ignore the 5G factor? Ignore the health effects of microwave radiation? It is my experience and belief that it is a major factor in surviving Covid-19.

  45. I am wondering just how many lives will be lost in this Covid-19 pandemic because people do not know that Internet Service Providers have been distributing Gateways to people with wi-fi that broadcasts two bands at 4 watts each and so so for some time after you turn them off. That is the kind of power level small cells have.

People are putting these in close proximity to themselves and are harming themselves and their families. This was the 4G program and it has been going on for years. I did not know. People would not think that their government or major industry would do this to them but they are.

That was a young man working in the IT field that I spoke to yesterday and he has lesions in his back. My brothers wife is 63 years old and has resigned herself to dementia. One of my neighbors is sick and does not sleep and another had a major personality change. And on and on I could go. All of them have these units in close proximity. I have been stoned freaked out by it all, even before Covid-19.

Can’t wait for the flu response when instead of 40 deaths we have 20,000

They are seeing what is happening elsewhere and being preemptive. Italy has 409 cases per million people and have not peaked yet. That shows how much China was lying. You can look at our graph and see we need to do more to reduce our slope. I think they need to address the issue of the public’s exposure to 4G/5G radiation to do that but they are deaf and dumb.

    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/

  49. Watched the press conference and seems like they are trying to rapidly get the testing done. The rate cut as of now has not impacted futures as they are way down. Pres. can’t really win as I see CNN criticizing him for saying “it shall pass” while the doctor said the worst is yet to come. They play politics with everything and Trump really has no ability to change how this plays. The perception, unfortunately, is somehow this is Trump’s fault.

    **************************************************
imo, that is because of what Fauci is saying, earlier today he said he would not go to a restaurant…(this guy is going to cause people to go bankrupt)

I am suspect of him, he is all over TV on all the shows, is he telling us he has not gone to one restaurant? he sure is moving around a lot & interacting with many people for someone who is all doom & gloom

just got thru watching the presser with PDT, Pence, Fauci & the Admiral, etc…everyone reporting good news in terms of progress, The Fed & rates, organization, testing, mobilization, strategy, equipment, FEMA, FDA, federal, State & Local Coordination, more private partnerships that will have all their stores stocked…

and then comes Fauci, it is going to get worse, bla, bla, bla…what if he is wrong, what if all these tests don’t show a big spike in the curve going upward…almost everything that is going on with closures etc is based on his recommendations

if it were up to Fauci all those stores that are promising PDT will be stocked so people can go to buy their groceries, etc…would be closed & everything under total lock up if it were up to Fauci

that’s my opinion…for our sake I hope he is way off base…at the very least the work of all these other people confines any spikes to the least amount of damage

    ********************************************

turned to CNN for their reaction to all that positive news in terms of organization & first thing they said is Fauci contradicted everything PDT said & then the bashing began

Does anyone know Fauci’s political registration…I couldn’t find anything online

  51. JB, the perception is not that it is Trump’s fault…the perception by the usual Trump critics is to create the NARRATIVE that it is Trump’s fault

the professionals that are working on this problem have nothing but praise for PDT

notice how after all that info is given at the Presser, the vulchers, the media, start right in on the gotcha questions…if Barak Obama was up there saying the same thing PDT is saying the media would be praising him to the heavens…

most fair minded people are not buying the press & their BS

  52. Update: The wacko theories about Coronavirus continue to be used by those who want to push their pet lunacies. We’ve been there before so we know liars when we see them. Anyone notice the resemblance between today’s “flatten the curve” on Coronavirus and the ObamaCare liars who yammered about “bend the cost curve“?

“As Congress voted on the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, in 2010, one of the bill’s architects, MIT economist Jonathan Gruber, told a college audience that those pushing the legislation pitched it as a bill that would control spiraling health care costs even though most of the bill was focused on something else and there was no guarantee the bill would actually bend the cost curve.”

“He is not some crank on Twitter. He is not some paranoid….” So ridiculous is Nolte that some commenters think he is being sarcastic in his exaggerations.

    ——————————————–

  53. I agree admin…imo Fauci is going to be responsible for many businesses going bankrupt
Fauci has actually said he would be for a national shutdown…can you imagine? we are already at the point of being ridiculous

Right now on his doom & gloom worst case scenario some state govt are actually closing all restaurants & bars…many of those restaurants will not reopen…they will go under unless the federal govt steps in to save them (SBA)
Something very strange about Fauci, the left news outlets love him, that alone makes me question him…he seems too gleeful for such dire comments…that female Dr…Dr Burris?? seems much more practical & based in reality

  54. btw…why can’t you go to a restaurant if you can go to target, whole foods or cosco?
target & cosco, whole foods, etc all have makeshift restaurants or dining areas in them…
    doesn’t even make sense

No admin, this is not bending the curve, it is extrapolating and modeling the data to predict where we are headed. The graph is the graph. It is a prediction, not engraved in stone, but it does predict that we will overload the healthcare system. This is not data that should be marginalized.

Flattening the curve is about not overloading the healthcare system. More people will actually die if we do that. And maybe not from Covid-19, but just lack of access to care. So what are you saying, they are lying about the point the healthcare system gets overloaded and creating a crisis? I do not see that. This is Trumps Administration, not Obama’s (I hope). I think they would move the curve by protecting citizens from polarized high power density fields of microwaves, and that could be a lie of omission, but otherwise, what is the lie? And why would Trump allow it?

  56. Dr Fauci needs to be pushed aside somehow

He is definitely undermining the Country and constantly declaring

“The sky is falling, the sky is falling”

Somehow Sonald needs to have someone else front and center who is calm and reassuring

The sky is not falling but people are losing their collective asses because of him

He has to be a never Trumper

And Italy has clearly a horrible medical system and 500,000 Chinese, probably more as illegals and an old population
Italy let those Chinese travel back and forth to China and now they are unfortunately reaping the rewards

Last I heard the average age of death for the Italians was 81.

  57. Every time Fauci speaks he seemingly creates panic. I’m sure he has admirable intentions but he seems to be playing out worst case scenarios.
Meanwhile, Biden and Sanders talking about corvid-19 and off course Trumps fault, Biden nit screwing up as badly with no audience and easy questions. He does say “look” a lot.

Fauci is discussed in the Alex Jones video “Dr. Francis Boyle Full Interview: Coronavirus Is An Offensive Bioweapon” Boyle says they are all dirty and cannot be trusted. He calls them Nazi. He says Fauci is complicit in selling the coronavirus to China and will be working to cover up their dirty business instead of serving their country.

Trump seems to be relying on him heavily.

  59. People are very stressed out and I get calls and texts nearly 3 times a day to pick up a shift for critical pay but being sick I can’t take advantage of it, and I badly need to.
Businesses are closing, kids having extended vacation but no where to go and now Fauci wants the family to stay home and cook all meals
    Restaurants work on hairline budgets

What a creep, get rid of him… really

    Gee just like 1960

  60. Lu4PUMA, it is lies using statistics. To “extrapolate” using your definition means that the extrapolations on global warming from decades ago were correct and we are all under boiling water right now. “Extrapolating and modeling the data to predict” is bullshit. These are simply lies. Millions of Chinese have not died in a country with a population of over 1 billion and we are willing to bet millions will not die. We don’t believe for a moment that over a million Americans will die no matter what due to CoronaVirus. These extrapolations and cheesy guesses are not “data”. They should indeed be marginalized.

Common sense is what is needed not “expert” nonsense. If you are old or have respiratory diseases you should stay home and keep away from people. If you are twenty and smoke you should stop smoking but otherwise go on with your usual life and at most take common sense precautions such as don’t French kiss a homeless person who is coughing.

And as far as we know, and we have investigated, Iran does not have any, at all, 5G and most countries only have it in cities not in the countryside. Oh, and the American military did not start CoronaVirus.

  61. OMG

Ohio Governor announces that at 9 pm they are closing all restaurants and bars in Ohio

People have lost their freaking minds

Dr Fauci talks and America crumbles

Trump, get him off the air!!!!

  62. Illinois also closing

I’m pretty sure that crime rate in Chicago is going to set new records

60 dead in a weekend never a problem for Chicago and America doesn’t apparently see it as a problem but that Fauci speaks and boy is he powerful, everything crashes and closes

Trump, get rid of this clown!

  63. It is becoming increasingly clear Dr. Fauci has entered a psychological phase where he’s become addicted to his own sense of importance. His need to appear on all media everywhere, is now a detriment to the administration effort.

When he was interviewed during obama Administration he was always at his desk and low keyed, like reading from a script

He’s getting orders from someplace and it ain’t the WH

    He has got to go.

Trump needs to put in his assistant, if they are reasonable and factual and not this clown…

  64. We’re destroying the economy, financial markets and people’s jobs and sending the country into a complete panic over something most people will recover from all to get President Trump

I would believe that most people would be able to see this but I see a lot of stupid people everyday, everyday.

All the kids who worked so hard for March Maddness opportunities, XFL struggling but was actually showing growth in some areas, I don’t think they can survive this, small businesses, which that package from the House does not address, Trump got schooled on that, he wanted something quick and Nazinan gave it to him good

SK today the new cases were 76 that’s opposed to 900+ they were reporting and most of the 76 were in their hot zone… so big drop

If a Democrat was in office we probably would not be hearing about this virus at all

And no, millions are NOT going to die

  65. We’re more disappointed in Fauci than hating him. The person we would like to kick down the stairs is Susan Collins who rejects leadership by President Trump and prefers a bureaucrat to run things:

    https://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/487541-susan-collins-trump-should-step-back-from-coronavirus-messaging

Susan Collins: Trump should ‘step back’ from coronavirus messaging

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) said public health officials, not President Trump, should lead the administration’s messaging on the coronavirus.

Collins, speaking to reporters in Maine, said the president should “step back” from the administration’s public coronavirus messaging, which she characterized as “inconsistent” so far.

“I would like the president to step back and appoint one of our public health officials to be the spokesman as we go through dealing with this novel virus,” Collins told reporters, according to the Portland Press Herald.

She added that “it is very important that health professionals be out front and that there be a consistent message.”

Collins suggested that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, be appointed to lead the administration’s messaging. Fauci has testified publicly and met with lawmakers privately, and is widely respected on both sides of the aisle.

Idiots like Collins want to put bureaucrats in charge. Bureaucrats only care about their fiefdom. Fauci’s abilities are limited to his area of expertise. President Trump’s area of expertise is leadership – among many others. Because idiots like Collins don’t understand leadership they think the best thing is to hand over authority to “an authority figure”. Dumb.

  66. I got 16 rolls of TP at Whole Foods this evening so it wasn’t a total waste . I am cringing looking at the stock futures . They should be way up after the fed news but the halt switch pulled again. Another 100k loss tomorrow. I work my ass of to accumulate wealth but too stupid to manage it. Never should have all my $$$ in the market. Should have bought real estate ???? or annuities.

  67. We have to start pushing back on people like Collins and Fauci…and the Trump critics and the narrative they are trying to make part of the national consciousness…

it is like we are all walking zombies just accepting unrealistic & dangerous orders & no one is questioning anything…& our everyday freedoms & liberties are being taken from us…and every time PDT uses some common sense & tells people to stay calm & relax & this will pass Fauci is there to counter with the worst is yet to come

Gonzo…I think that female Doctor Burks is reassuring, articulate, gets to the point & states the facts…

I do not hate Fauci I just think he has gotten very carried away & what he is advising has many unintending consequences that are or could be much worse than the extreme precautions & worst case scenario he might be trying to prevent

peoples lives & livelihoods are at stake in more ways than one…and more ways than possible or even remotely getting this virus…

    ******************************

JB what are you going to do or be saying when this stock market turns around & skyrockets…get a grip

  68. my two cents on twitter to Nashville’s free spirit…

Rock on America, We are free people not Zombies that are afraid of every move we make Sometimes we have to question decide, for ourselves & live our lives! PDT is telling us to stay calm & we will get thru this; Dr Fauci is telling us the worst is yet to come; We can’t live in fear

  69. Fauci is a power honey imp with a napoleon complex

He is personally responsible for a lot of this hysteria in the Country with his horrible predictions and unfounded comments.

  70. This is definitely GETTING OUT OF HAND

There is going to be looting, riots and more deaths from these idiots decisions

  71. S, maybe buy the new S560 or a Tesla sedan ..or downsize and buy one of those hybrids in the 50-60k range.

  72. Finally a push back in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tn. (WKRN) – Several restaurant and bar owners have responded to Mayor John Cooper’s mandate to close amid COVID-19 precautions, calling it unconstitutional and vowing to remain open.

Robert’s Western World and Layla’s tell News 2 they will comply, but they are also wondering why they wouldn’t be able to operate their restaurants.

“We have a lot of wonderful staff that have families and homes to take care of and bills to pay, this is how they make their money, and we don’t have a choice, if the city says to close, we will comply, but that doesn’t mean we’re happy about it,” said General Manager of Robert’s Western World Emily Cousins.

“Roberts is very well known for our grill, in fact, at night, we are fact because people will only come in looking for food, so that’s something we could fight it because we pay taxes as a restaurant,” Cousins said.
An official statement from Steve Smith, owner of Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Rippy’s, Honky Tonk Central, Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Steakhouse and the Diner reads in part:

“We appreciate the efforts of Mayor Cooper to combat the COVID-19 virus, but unless there’s a statewide mandate that directs all bars and restaurants to be closed, the request made by mayor cooper is unconstitutional as he is targeting a select group of businesses.”
The Downtown Merchant Association also weighed in releasing their own statement which reads in part:

“We have not been presented with any type of city or state financial assistance that would allow us freedom from having to pay property taxes and liquor taxes owed on products sold last month. Perhaps some operators will choose to close but the vast majority have said “the show will go on”.
The statement went on to say: “We are compassionate with those who have contracted the COVID-19 coronavirus and all who are helping manage the crisis as the entire world addresses the outbreak. However, a Tootsie’s patron as immediate as last night, mentioned having lived through the polio epidemic and didn’t recall such extreme measures being handed down in history.
Barrett Hobbs, operating partner of several bars and Chairman of the Merchants Association, said in an email: “In talking with fellow operators the consensus seems to be that Broadway will not be closing. This is not in defiance of Mayor Cooper but in the protection of our musicians and employees.

Butch Spyridon, CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation, reacted to Mayor Cooper’s call for action: “We are in full support of the decision of the Mayor and Metro Nashville Board of Health regarding bars and restaurants. Any short-term mitigation to slow the spread of this virus is invaluable to our long-term recovery and more importantly the health and safety of our community. We understand the hardship this may cause the thousands of frontline employees and hundreds of businesses, and we are working with local, state and federal officials in an effort to provide direct relief as soon as possible.”

Nashville is one of America’s greatest cities and we will survive and thrive after this passes.”

Mayor Cooper said in a release Sunday afternoon he would be asking the following:
    (1) Bars on Lower Broadway and throughout Davidson County to close their businesses until further notice;
    (2) Restaurants (public facilitiesowed.
    (3) Bar service at restaurants should be limited to 50 percent of capacity with no standing allowed.

Cooper called the measures short term and added, “We also are asking restaurants to take social distancing precautions, including the spacing out of tables for customers. We are encouraging restaurants to remain open as both a measure of social well-being and because of their important role in helping to feed our community. We appreciate the businesses, churches, schools, sporting event organizers, and all other organizations that have closed or taken actions on social distancing. These actions are consistent with other best practices being rolled out in Chicago, Washington, DC, New Orleans, and other major cities nationwide. Nashville is a leading destination in both global tourism and healthcare, and it is our responsibility to set an example in keeping our community safe.”

Most patients with COVID-19 have a mild respiratory illness including fever, cough and shortness of breath. The Tennessee Department of Health strongly encourages Tennesseans to wash your hands often with soap and water and to not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

The Health Department asks the community to consider carefully the implications of holding meetings or events involving large numbers of people, especially if the group is likely to include high-risk individuals. All medically fragile citizens should avoid crowds and take other actions to protect their health.

High-risk individuals are defined as adults over 60 years old or people of any age with serious chronic medical conditions such as: Heart disease, diabetes, or lung disease.

The Tennessee Department of Health offers a COVID-19 Public Information Line at 877-857-2945, with information available daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Central Time.

  73. I will never buy a hybrid again, when those extremely expensive batteries go, your screwed.
    I had two Prius’s , I know…

  74. Yes Gonz..for the 4 door premium Tesla , which is not a hybrid, the battery is 10k!!!!
I have a root canal tomorrow and have been on pain meds…I am going but not thrilled . Also, a doctors appt as he only gives me RX if I come in. I am going to call and see if he will make an exception. I use to have MDVIP but it was getting very expensive on top of my already 40k premium for family of 5, but I did get excellent treatment and emailed whatever I wanted. Unfortunately, some of the meds are controlled and you now must have a written RX and they can’t be called in. I take Ultram for pain for years and now it’s a big deal….

If you are saying the data is a lie, your conclusions would be correct. The public health actions are justified by the data on https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

Are you saying the Epoch Times is telling such lies?

Iran does likely have 5G. Implementation was scheduled for March. They certainly were planning to have it and likely do have some pilot areas.

Furthermore, once you have those base stations up you can do all kinds of stuff and you do not the mm 5G to do it. There are frequencies that cause pervasive anxiety that they are using on us in Palm Beach County. I know because I have learned to feel it and it mostly goes away when I ground myself. There are actually frequencies that are being investigated as beneficial and therapeutic, too. It is so important for people to get control of their home wi-fry.

I will be on the line, as part of the emergency response so I will get a near first hand view.

I would have to know a lot more about this witness, Dr. Boyle, before I would accept what he is alleging at face value. Things like what did he do, why is he no longer working for them, and what has he got against Dr Faucci to make such claims. And while I do believe that the ruling class is out to get Trump and the middle class of this country, for the reasons discussed by Tucker Carlson which to me seem unrebuttable because he does in fact know all of these people, grew up with them, travels in their circles and has no axe to grind with them save to say what they have done to destroy the republic for the sake of power, and to rebuild an Orwellian system in its stead and place, I do not know anything like that about Boyle, and if it were true hundreds, arguable thousands would have to be in on it. When it comes to conspiracies, the more people involved, the less likely it can be hidden and when it is exposed the game ends. That said, you have convinced me that everything else you have said has merit and is an emerging crisis.

  77. the last thing (for now) that I will say about Dr Fauci is…

President Trump’s slogan has become “the Best is Yet To Come”

does anyone else see the irony in the word choice of Dr Fauci in saying (& sometimes on the same stage as PDT) the “the Worst is Yet to Come”

is this a set up & a tip to the left news media to do just what they are doing & so that no matter all the great news that comes from Pence’s Pressers with all the collection of people that PDT is pulling together & all the impressive progress they are making…with all of that…

the headline that comes out of every presser Fauci speaks at or TV appearance is
Fauci just contradicted everything the President just said & Fauci said “the Worst is Yet to Come”

Why does Fauci set it up that with those words?

Why do I feel this hysteria is being created to destabilize the country, and destroy the unparalleled and historic economic successes of President @realDonaldTrump
    ?

    Worldwide Deaths… Jan-Feb 2020
    2,360: Coronavirus
    69,602: Common Cold/Flu
    240,950: HIV

  79. I survived the media onslaught with regards to the Coronavirus. It was a tough go, but I made it.????

  80. Anyone who is trying to blame president Trump for the corona virus must overcome three fact which lay waste to that claim:

First, he shut the border to China and now Europe to slow the spread of the disease in this country, and it worked. Fauci agrees with this statement.

Second, the seriousness of the disease was covered up by the Chinese, which is where it started. If they had been transparent we could have initiated mitigation efforts sooner. Big media knew about this but failed to blame China, even to the point that they adopted the Chinese talking point that calling it the Wuhan virus was racist.

Third, the failure to provide test kits initially stemmed from two things: one: the fact that congress was more interested in impeaching Trump than worrying about this; two the CDC was not equipped to deal with a crisis such as this, which Trump has rectified. Faucci agrees and that too exonerates
    Trump.

Fourth, Trump has assembled a first class team of doctors to meet this challenge, and has created a public private partnership with the pharmasetical companies and big tech to manage the issue, including the development of a vaccine and shortening the FDA approval process.

In sum, those who blame Trump are talking out of their ass.
