Nothing New Happened: #Charlottesville, #Barcelona, #Bannon, #Breitbart

Yawn. Nothing new happened this past week. Once again the once again once again repeated and repeated. Nothing new.

Big Media headlines of the past week continue to vomit the headlines of wish-casting. “It’s over for Trump!” “Trump in Turmoil!” “Trump voters abandon Trump!” “Trump did something outrageous!”

So what “happened” this past week? Race-baiters in Charlottesville race-baited. President Donald J. Trump told the truth and was attacked by the totalitarian Left. President Donald J. Trump told the truth and Big Media attacked him. President Donald J. Trump told the truth and the Republican establishment attacked President Trump. Muslim terrorists attacked innocents in Barcelona but the “Muslim” component of the headline is removed by Big Media. President Donald J. Trump beat the sh*t out of North Korea. Steve Bannon was fired from the White House and all the news headlines merged into one.

Let’s start with Steve Bannon. We knew it was over for Steve Bannon the moment we read an article Roger Stone published on Thursday:

Steven K. Bannon, the swashbuckling former Goldman Sachs banker and press baron of Breitbart news who calls himself “Chief Strategist” of Trump’s historic campaign, is in deep trouble within the Trump White House.

To be clear, I am no fan of National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster whose globalist views and hires are negating the foreign policy the President ran on.

I am one who had publicly defended Bannon from false charges of racism and anti-Semitism yet I have concluded he is a spent force, never being willing to spend his political capital to help his friends and in some cases helping empower the very Globalists he claims to oppose. [snip]

It is more in sadness than in anger that I conclude that Steve Bannon has failed to look out for the Trump constituency, while establishment “never Trumpers ” line up for cushy jobs and prestigious ambassadorships. Not understanding that “personnel is policy”, Bannon refused to fight for any of his allies or those who helped get Trump elected. It’s as if Steve felt the grubby business of patronage was below him.

Self-promotion and ham-handed leaking have hurt Steve badly in the Trump orbit. There is no Karl Rove in Trump-World. Trump is his own man. He is not handled or managed and hates it when subordinates try to do so. He is his own strategist and correctly resents when others take credit for the historic strategy and win, that is really his alone. [snip]

In all fairness, all of the key elements of the message that elected Trump had been chosen and defined by Trump himself long before Mr. Bannon arrived at the Trump campaign for the final weeks of the campaign.

The able Sam Nunberg worked diligently with candidate Trump to help him package his views during the earliest stages of the campaign and Trump road-tested these themes and honed them. He never deviated from these core messages; the dangers of our immigration system and the Wall; the inequities at NATO; our flawed international trade deals that he saw destroying the American job market; the abuses of America by the Chinese, fixing our broken Veteran’s healthcare system; opposition to costly foreign wars where the national interest is not absolutely clear. These were all planks in the Trump platform before Steve showed up. [snip]

It was always Trump’s campaign. [snip]

The Trump State Department has failed to excise the Soros control of a number of U.S. embassies and is currently leaning on the Hungarian government not to impede Soros toppling of that democratically elected government. Bannon delivered the Trump State Department into the hands of the Globalists.

While Bannon chafed with the influence of Presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner, he would never oppose him frontally and he never even lifted a finger against the appointment of quislings like Dina Habib Powell and Goldman Sachs’ Gary Cohn.

Bannon failed to push the President to use his most potent rhetorical and political weapon-Term Limits -in his current fight with the Congress. Bannon did nothing to dissuade the President from endorsing Mitch McConnell’s candidate in the Alabama Special Election primary which sent the clear signal to Republicans in Congress that you can thwart the President and there are no consequences.

Bannon has also failed to tell the President about the single most potent weapon he has; FISA Court certification that Obama’s NSA actively, illegally and unconstitutionally spied at least on 30,000 Americans for purposes of political espionage. These indictable offenses and their prosecution is the key to derailing the Deep State coup unfolding before our eyes, yet Bannon never mentioned the FISA ruling to the President.

When Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio who was a strong and articulate supporter of the President and his criticism of our current Immigration policies, was indicted for civil rights violations of prisoners in his custody the Obama Justice Department made certain he was tried under the wrong statue to deny him a jury trial. The Justice Department illegally monitored the Sheriffs communication with his lawyer as well as improperly communicating directly with the judge during his trial Arpaio’s prosecution is a political hit job and the government’s misconduct in his prosecution are certainly grounds for dismissal by the Trump Justice Department. Steve Bannon never mentioned the case to President who was shocked to learn about Arpaio’s conviction when he didn’t know about his trial. All of Arpaio’s phone calls to Bannon to protest his treatment by the Trump Justice Department went unanswered. [snip]

There is no reason for conservatives to be upset about the coming purge of Steve Bannon. He did a lot to help himself but not much to help us.

We don’t think Steve Bannon is the demon loser Roger Stone paints him out to be. But for us Steve Bannon had to go the moment he gave an interview to The American Prospect:

Contrary to Trump’s threat of fire and fury, Bannon said: “There’s no military solution [to North Korea’s nuclear threats], forget it. Until somebody solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don’t die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don’t know what you’re talking about, there’s no military solution here, they got us.”

At that point Bannon lost us. Steve Bannon mocked President Donald J. Trump and his latest steps to euthanize North Korea and mocked President Trump’s efforts. Good-bye Steve Bannon. As Roger Stone said of President Trump, “He makes his own decisions. He also will make wholesale changes if he thinks things aren’t going well.” Corey Lewandowski, Paul Manafort, countless others have learned this lesson before.

The bottom line for us is that as an advisor Steve Bannon contributed very little other than the gloss of support from outlets such as Breitbart. We also did not like the obvious leaks from Bannon. President Trump should fire all the leakers at the White House even if they happen to be family. The only leaks that should happen are leaks the President authorizes.

The best thing for President Trump and Steve Bannon is for Steve Bannon to go back to Breitbart and fight the war he never fought inside the White House. All of which he has done or promises to do:

Bannon Says He’s `Going to War for Trump’ After White House Exit

Ousted White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon returned to the conservative Breitbart News website on Friday and said he’ll be “going to war” for President Donald Trump, vowing to intensify from the outside the fight he has waged against opponents of his brand of populist conservatism.

“If there’s any confusion out there, let me clear it up: I’m leaving the White House and going to war for Trump against his opponents — on Capitol Hill, in the media, and in corporate America,” Bannon said Friday in an interview with Bloomberg News hours after his departure was announced.

Bannon led the evening editorial meeting at Breitbart, where he resumed his role as executive chairman, the website said in a statement.

Steve Bannon was a wasted resource at the White House. Now Bannon can attack the GOP establishment and not look like an agent of the President. We want Bannon to agitate. Bannon now is free and therefore more powerful. Bannon should now focus his fire on McConnell and Ryan, the treacherous two.

Steve Bannon resigned on August 7. This resignation came before the Charlottesville race-baiting.

President Donald J. Trump is not blameless. President Trump must take the full blame for his actions. President Donald J. Trump is to blame for telling the truth. Every time President Donald J. Trump tells the truth he gets in trouble. Keep on telling the truth Mr. President.

On Charlottesville President Trump blamed the violence on both sides in the prelude to the coming civil war that increasingly is not only likely, but necessary. President Trump is entirely correct. The right wing demonstrators who legally rallied were a small minority. The totalitarian leftists that started the violence and attacked the demonstrators did what they always do. Nothing new here.

Leftist organizations and publications have recently begun to debate the question of leftist violence. For these leftists the question is whether leftist violence has the effect of helping the right wing.

Leftist violence hurts the left and any dolt who does not understand that simple equation we refer to some of our previous articles on Chicago 1968 as well as the debates between Martin Luther King and leftist hero Malcolm X who advocated violence. Dr. King chided Malcontent X that the guys with the guns were on the other side. End of story.

The totalitarian left does have a strategy. It’s one we have referenced before ad nauseum. The strategy of the totalitarian left is to separate President Donald J. Trump from his supporters:

The Democratic party, for now a politically powerless bystander, is using its media allies to fight its future battles. The ultimate aim is to disillusion the 2016 Trump voters in the erstwhile “Democratic blue wall” in upcoming elections. The real world political fight as far as the presidency is concerned is in the Electoral College battleground states. The stark truth is that the vast majority of states will nearly always vote the same way in the next election. Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and of course Florida will decide the presidency in 2020.

The leftist strategy will fail, as we predicted earlier this year.

Add to the many Obama Dimocrats already about to lose their reelection runs to the Senate the potential loss now of Senator Menendez who will soon face trial and will be replaced by a Chris Christie appointment. Add the growing scandals the Obama Dimocrats face regarding the three Muslim brothers protected by House Dimocrats.

Trump voters? Even the L.A. Times in their polls see the evidence that Trump supporters remain Trump supporters. The “polls” will show a dip in Trump support as some Trump supporters “go underground” for safety with their Trump support as the totalitarian leftist hate boils and bubbles. But as in 2016 Trump supporters will be Trump voters in 2018 and 2020.

There is also Barcelona. Another Muslim terror attack on the West. This will drive the vote in 2016 and 2020. The Obama Dimocrats will run on anti-Trump hate and no agenda other than leftist lunacy on social issues. President Trump will run on Make America Great Again in 2020. His greatest ally will be reality and history. Everything old is new again.

  1. President Trump ad for 2020 and 2018:

Two people are dead and six others are injured after a suspect stabbed them with a weapon in the Finnish city of Turku, according to police in Finland.

Police fired a single shot that hit the suspect in the thigh, police said. The suspect is in police custody and is being treated at the hospital.

Finland’s interior minister said security is being stepped up across the country.

Finnish police said it’s “now safe to be in the city.”

Finnish police said in a press release that the suspect is a “younger male” with a “foreign background.”

Authorities are continuing to investigate the case, including the suspect’s identity and motive.

Big Media and the police are baffled as to motive.

  2. Associated Press worried the totalitarian left will lose:

Dems risk culture war fight in Charlottesville response

ATLANTA (AP) — President Donald Trump’s widely criticized response to white supremacist violence in Virginia has left Democrats in a quandary: how to seize the moral high ground without getting sucked into a politically perilous culture war.

Democrats have denounced Trump for blaming “both sides” for deadly protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, and, more recently, for defending Confederate monuments.

But the party faces a complex task: While addressing race and history in ways that reflect the party’s values, Democrats risk getting sidetracked from issues like jobs and the economy that resonate with voters ahead of the 2018 midterm election.

The party has been looking to answer Trump’s populism by crafting its own middle-class brand, yet Democratic leaders across multiple states now are pushing to take down Old South monuments like the one that ostensibly sparked the events in Charlottesville, and a trio of rank-and-file House Democrats wants to pursue a congressional censure of the president.

In interviews this week before his resignation was announced Friday, White House strategist Steve Bannon gleefully suggested Democrats are falling into a trap.

“I want them to talk about racism every day,” Bannon told The American Prospect, a liberal magazine. “If the left is focused on race and identity, and we go with economic nationalism, we can crush the Democrats.”

Trump himself has called Confederate memorials, most of them actually erected decades after the Civil War, “beautiful statues” that reflect “our nation’s history and culture.”

Polls taken after last weekend’s violence offer some evidence backing Bannon’s and Trump’s view. While polls found widespread disgust with white supremacists, a Marist Poll for NPR and PBS found that just 27 percent of adults queried believe Confederate monuments “should be removed because they are offensive.” About two out of three white and Latino respondents said they should remain, as did 44 percent of black respondents.

Andrew Young, a Democrat, civil rights leader and former U.N. ambassador, warned this week that the monuments are “a distraction.” He told reporters in Atlanta it is “too costly to refight the Civil War.”

Boyd Brown of South Carolina, a former state lawmaker and onetime member of the Democratic National Committee, says Democrats are right to oppose Confederate monuments and criticize Trump’s remarks. “He tweets something crazy, we react — and we’re not wrong,” Brown said. But “we have to talk about a lack of jobs and education in poor districts, voter suppression laws. Ask why Medicaid funding is always the target. And then explain how all those things hurt more than just African-Americans.”

Trump upset Democrat Hillary Clinton on the strength of his support from white voters, particularly working-class whites who possessed a combination of economic frustration and racial resentments salved by Trump’s promises of immigration controls, law-and-order and a booming economy.

Clinton, meanwhile, concentrated so much on Trump’s deficiencies and outlandish statements that her own policy proposals received less attention. That’s a problem that has beset Trump rivals since he first declared his candidacy: All the attention focused on Trump — even unflattering stories — prevent them from getting out their own messages.

Brian Fallon, who was spokesman for Clinton’s campaign, said Democrats shouldn’t let that happen after Charlottesville.

“As horrifying as what the president has said is, you have to have an affirmative agenda,” he said.

Still, Fallon praised Democratic efforts to keep Trump and Republicans on the defensive over the president’s response — even if it doesn’t help them politically.

“Sometimes it’s important to take a stand regardless of the electoral impacts,” he said, noting that Clinton delivered a speech last year warning of white nationalists’ rise alongside Trump’s campaign.

Democrats have tried various tactics to press the Charlottesville issue. Besides the push to censure Trump and remove monuments, they are planning voter organization drives across the United States.

Andrew Gillum, the mayor of Tallahassee, Florida, and candidate for governor, is among the Democrats calling for monuments to be moved to museums or cemeteries.

Gillum, who is black, says Democrats must argue “these monuments have been weaponized. We can’t pretend that didn’t happen.”

The issue is reminiscent of South Carolina’s decision to remove the Confederate battle flag from statehouse grounds in 2015 after a white gunman killed nine people at a historic black church in Charleston. Then-Gov. Nikki Haley, a Republican who is now Trump’s United Nations ambassador, declared the flag untenably divisive after the wide distribution of photos showing the killer clutching it.

“She was focused on leading the state through a grieving process so it could begin healing,” recalls Rob Godfrey, one of her top aides at the time.

But Godfrey notes Haley never considered jettisoning other Old South relics.

“That was going to drive people apart,” Godfrey says.

This race-baiting article from AP at least recognizes who the winner in all this is. Trump, President Donald J. Trump. Steve Bannon is right: “I want them to talk about racism every day.” “If the left is focused on race and identity, and we go with economic nationalism, we can crush the Democrats.”

Hard to believe anyone still falls for the nonsense Big Media and Obama Dimocrats continue to declare as the
    “end of Trump”.

  3. It’s probable and increasingly needed:

Rush Limbaugh: ‘We Are on the Cusp of a Second Civil War’

America is under attack from within. Our culture, our history, our founding are under the most direct assault I have seen in my life. And I’m sure it’s the same with you. We haven’t seen anything like this. You might even get away with saying that we are on the cusp of a second civil war. Some of you might say that we are already into it, that it has already begun. However you characterize it, though, we are under attack from within. And it’s being bought and paid for by people from outside America, in addition to inside.

I’m thinking of people like George Soros and any other number of international financiers whose objective it is to take the United States out and down as a superpower, to literally erase the United States as a powerful or super powerful nation.

Now, folks, in order to defend America, which I believe is incumbent upon all of us, in order to defend America, you have to begin knowing our history. If you’re gonna defend the United States of America, you have to know our history. You have to know the purpose of the United States of America. You have to know unequivocally and proudly the United States’ place in history. And that is why erasing and distorting our history is crucial for the left to succeed.

None of this that is happening on the left is random. None of the riots, none of the protests. They are not the result of the left being offended by individual acts. Antifa didn’t show up in Charlottesville because they found out something was going to happen that offended them. They showed up in Charlottesville to create mayhem and cause hell. They showed up in Ferguson, Missouri, to do the same thing.

They showed up in Baltimore to do the same thing — and wherever they show up today and tomorrow and next week, it’s by design, on purpose, has an objective and an agenda. And that agenda is to erase American history. That agenda is to distort, erase, and impugn our history. It is crucial if they are to succeed. Because, you see, if enough Americans can be persuaded that America, as founded, is unjust — if enough Americans can be persuaded that America as founded is inherently racist and immoral and illegitimate — then it will be all that much easier to erase America as founded.

The two go hand in hand, which is the objective of all of these groups on the left. Whatever they’re called and wherever they go and however they organize and whatever their day-to-day purpose, their objective is to erase the history of America. It’s to restate it, to recharacterize it in such a way as to convince a majority of Americans that their country is illegitimate and has been from the get-go — is unjust and racist and bigoted and has been from the get-go.

If enough Americans can be persuaded of all of that — that America is inherently racist, that America is and has been a lie — then it’s over. That is the objective, and we are in the midst of it. Sometimes you’re so close to the forest you don’t see the trees. That’s what we are in the midst of here: An ongoing effort to erase America by discrediting the entire premise of our culture, our history, our founding. The objective is to create in as many American minds as possible that America as founded is not worth defending. Serious times.

This is a very, very serious effort that is underway. Sadly, it has a lot of allies. It has a lot of people helping it that ought to be opposing it, but they are choosing what they think is the path of least resistance, which is defined by the media. You’ve got several Republicans who I believe are unwittingly participating in the effort to cast America as indefensible, particularly with Donald Trump as president. Trump as president is, in their view…

The attacks on Trump, the characterization of his presidency, is designed to show how really flawed America is. That somebody like this could be elected, that means it’s time to get rid of the Constitution. That means it’s time to get… Whatever made Trump possible, it’s time to change it and get rid of it. This is very, very serious stuff happening here, and it has the aid and support of the media, which means it has the aid and support of the worldwide left and the Democrat Party.

America’s profound morality, kindness, widespread prosperity, and design for equal opportunity should be self-evident. But that assumes that factual, historically accurate reporting in education is taking place, and we know that it isn’t. It is a shame and a near crime that the profound morality and greatness and kindness and widespread prosperity and equal opportunity that is America isn’t known. It is a crime that those characteristics of our country are in the process being recast and erased. We are getting hysterically inaccurate reporting.

We have been in the midst of hysterically inaccurate education for generations. America is unique. America copied no other country. Every other country was a copycat of others, with governments that denied individual freedom, denied opportunity, denied sovereignty. That’s what was copied. Tyranny was copied, nation to nation, people to people. That is the history of humanity: Living in tyranny, living under authoritarianism, living in poverty, living in sickness — until the United States came along, which copied nothing.

The United States and its founders rejected all of that tyranny, oppression, poverty. In America, the individual was the supreme power. That is being erased under the premise that the individual is corrupt. The individual is likely a racist or a transphobe or a homophobe or some other ill-prepared sack of humanity, and so we need to overcome the corruption that is the individual, that incomparable embrace of humanity that is the United States of America.

There’s no place on this planet that human beings would rather be than the United States of America. And yet people born and raised in this country have been persuaded that America is a sinkhole, a hellhole, a sewer, a garbage dump, or a dungeon, and they’re in the process of actually creating all of that — under the guise that civil rights, equality, and liberty. The incomparable embrace of humanity that is the United States is under attack. Leftists, Democrats seek control over 100% of the population. They accomplish this with lies, such as the Affordable Health Care Act.

They accomplish it with one lie after another. The lies being told today are the lies designed to convince people their country is not worth maintaining as it is, their country is not worth maintaining as founded because it was founded as racist, sexist, bigoted, homophobic (you know the drill), immoral and illegitimate. Ignorant people will not remain free for very long. The media is working on a path parallel with school systems to actively and passively distort information to wipe out from the vestiges of our history and our memory any collection of stories that testify to the greatness of America and her people.

In the wake of his departure from the White House, former chief strategist Steve Bannon is reportedly preparing for war — and is starting by meeting with the billionaire Mercer family. [snip]

It is unclear what Bannon’s next move will be, but Axios reported it “will be all about the billionaire Mercer family.”

The outlet reported that Bannon visited New York this week for a five-hour meeting with Bob Mercer as he “prepares for war.” The two are planning to be a “well-funded force on the outside.”

Friends of Bannon said that he “felt liberated since it became clear he was being pushed out” and could even return to Breitbart News, where he was once executive chairman, to operate what he reportedly calls a “killing machine.”

Bannon submitted his resignation on August 7. He met with the Mercers early this week.

  5. Roger & others who are wondering what was up with Trump’s endorsement of Strange in AL, I’ll tell you:

Think of that race as a test case and it starts to make sense. Hannity & Breitbart were able to push Moore Into a tie with establishment Strange. McConnell and Rove’s money didn’t help Strange and in reality hurt him. Strange was on the ropes until Trump’s endorsement. If Trump would have endorsed Moore Strange would have lost. What did the whole thing show to establishment? It showed three things. First money can’t save you from the base when you are tied to establishment and the base’s big guns are trained on you. It showed that Breitbart, Hannity, twitter, new media can give you a primary challenger at any time that can harm you.
Think about it for a sec. McConnell and Rove’s spent 8 million and Strange lost ground. Pres Trump sent 2 tweets and saved him. Now take that event and overlay Bannon going back to Breitbart. A “pissed off” Bannon. Strange showed money can’t save you from the base once you are tied to establishment. Who is the only person that can save you? Pres Trump. So Trump can now give primary challengers to the establishment with clean hands via Bannon on the outside but he is the only one that can save them from that challenger. That is win-win and also called massive leverage in the coming congressional showdown.

  6. While addressing race and history in ways that reflect the party’s (Democratic) values,

From slavery to Pres. Jackson’s Trail of Tears to FDR’s interment cams it’s no wonder they are so hysterical about hiding their ‘history’

  7. Venus:

Your theory about Strange and Moore makes sense, but I don’t understand why Trump couldn’t just as easily have demonstrated his leverage by directly endorsing Moore or Brooks. Why would it be necessary for Trump to keep his hands clean in next year’s Senate races? It’s no secret that he needs more of his supporters in the Senate and less of the establishment. So why endorse Strange and not one of his supporters? He’s certainly not going to fool McConnell and Rove about his intentions, is he? What am I missing?

  8. There is a massive national realignment underway in the electorate. The Democrats and GOPe both thought it was basically over and settled in 2016 at the election inflection point and that changes were “mushy” and likely to go back to the old normal especially with a full frontal assault on President Trump and his voters.

It is long established that people do not change affiliations radically nor in one “jump” as the norm. Some do of course but the shift is usually more subtle or takes a crooked course. Dems do not just jump to Repubs nor vice-versa. There is almost always a period of “Independent” or non-committed.
Even with notoriously whacked or crooked polls everything indicates that Independent is a growing demographic.

The poll I’m looking at shows indies have grown. Repubs went up only 1 point with (27 to 28) and Dems shrunk 4! (31 to 27). This is not good for the established Repub party who holds Congress, most states leg and governorships, and the White House. The bandwagon effect growth should be larger than that.

The Democrats are looking at Armageddon. Their donations, primarily small donations which are very important both in money but are an indicator of member commitment, has nose-dived. This is the party who brags about donations from handicapped people on fixed incomes because of their “commitment”. Where’s the money? Also known for accepting foreign money, that has also fallen to zip with a new sheriff and enforcer not to mention the “foreign” not wanting to be slapped silly if caught breaking US political funding statutes.

Well it’s only 4 points. No. It isn’t four points. It is 4 out of 31 which is THIRTEEN percent drop in their party self-identifiers. In less than a year. Chasing race politics, maumauing the flak catchers over old commemorative monuments of the dead (even Lincoln got burned and some old dead guy in Philly), and rationalizing and glamorizing the mentally ill and deficient problem children of Anti-fa is not going to get those 4 points (13% of party identifiers) back.

Now to the gutless and weird of the GOP. Conditioned to virtue signal mindlessly by decades of race politics, the creeps of the GOP rushed out to agree to the removal of their own constituent’s ancestors gravestones even if they aren’t their own personal ancestors. I’m looking at you Ted you dumb bastard. It is a wonder that holding all the levers of government all you and your ninny fellow Goldman Sachs bag men can only raise party identifiers by 1 stinking point? Get a grip. The smart money this past week kept their mouth shut and evaluated the situation rather than hogging cameras. This applies also to the rest of them also (Little Marco really means Little Brain).

Indies and non-committed are now the largest political group in the US. The not pure enough conservative president can appeal to a growing plurality who don’t like either side because they are idiots. The hated and despised “middle” is growing. If you want to belong to a political party in the US you have to be “pure” or criminal. What a choice. Lucky Trump.

  9. a few observations…

Yes, hopefully Bannon going back to Bretibart (with the support of Mercer) will put the heart & soul…& Guts…back into that site…because lately it mostly regitates anti – Trump stories ( has been reported tbey were doing it for sponsor/advert/ $$$…whatever

I will also welcome “the fight” back at Breitbart

Admin mentioned that the Dims risk “politically, perilous cultur I war”

So true…as in also exposing the relatively ubknown “racist” history of the Democratic Party…their opposition to civil.rights, Jim C, Byrd, etc
Many would be surprised to know…
The ‘ monuments’ fight is stupid

It represents more ‘reactionary behavior’ of the irrational, rebellious teenagers that have become to represent the current Democratic party

…and that is not even beginning to talk about and expose the underbelly of totalitarianism that is consuming the current Democratic party & the corporate media

Btw…while the Dims are worrying about statues, police are being ambushed & slaughtered & Democratic politicians are calling for PDT to be assassinated

Who would an independent. ..or any rational person…vote for?!

  10. Bannon is a big mouth who drinks too much. Trump may have felt he owed him a chance to be a part of, but it is plain he is not. So best he go on his way being who he is.

That is how a well run business works.

  11. Mike Marks
Why would it be necessary for Trump to keep his hands clean in next year’s Senate races?

IMO because not every GOPer is up for election in 2018. Trump has to leverage himself with them too & he can’t give them any ‘excuse’ (i.e., he’s not going to support us, we can keep stalling his agends’ — no, support my agenda, I’ll support you). It’s not about ‘fooling’ McConnel and Ryan, it’s about pressuring them.

WikiLeaks: Clinton Bribed 6 Republicans To ‘Destroy Trump’

WikiLeaks has released information that shows Hillary Clinton campaign staffers bribing 6 Republicans to “destroy Trump

    these people are all disgusting….

all of them…somehow…someway…the American people prevailed and PDT won…

now the President and First Lady have withdrawn from attednign the Kennedy Awards because some entertainers said they will not attend…

what a f’ing disgrace…what kind of ignorant imbeciles are these people…has one of them spoken out against their fellow Democrat calling for the President of the USA to be assassinated?

in my lifetime will never vote Dimocrat again…

they want to drive the First Family from the WH & into jail…

    so fed up with them

and look at the bias of cnbc
BOSTON — Thousands of counter-protesters flooded the streets of Boston on Saturday to confront right-wing “free speech” demonstrators in a display of solidarity after the deadly white nationalist rally in Virginia last weekend.

The counter-protesters gathered near Boston’s Malcolm X Boulevard, chanting “Whose streets? Our streets!” and “No Trump, No KKK, No Fascist USA.” They also held signs that read: “Resist,” “Black Lives Matter,” and “Get the hell off my lawn, you bigots.”

The group of diverse demonstrators marched to meet the hundreds expected at a “Boston Free Speech Rally” in Boston Common, a downtown city park….

  17. Antifa Rioters Attack Police At Boston Free Speech Rally
Boston, MA – An estimated over 20,000 people showed up to Boston to protest the Free Speech Rally after it was reported that the free speech group was made up of white supremacists. Antifa among the counter-protesters began attacking police Saturday afternoon.
Around 50 people showed up to attend the Free Speech Rally, none of them are known white supremacists and no white supremacist symbols were being displayed.
After the 50 people at the free speech rally gave speeches, police tried to transport them out and Antifa members began to mob them and throw objects at police officers. Those officers were in their patrol uniform with no protective gear.

  19. The article (via C-NBC) HoldThemAccountable linked to which repeats some of the points made here at Big Pink:–again-commentary.html

Rumors of Trump’s demise are, once again, greatly exaggerated

•The “experts” are once again prematurely declaring President Trump’s political demise.
•By now, they should respect his resilience more and the polls a lot less.
•Trump is safe as long as his political opponents remain even weaker.

Welcome to the Donald Trump status reality check for dummies, part 276.

It seems like the established political and punditry world needs many frequent reminders about President Trump’s resilience every time he goes through a wounding incident like he is now with the beating he’s taking over his response to the violent protests in Charlottesville last weekend.

So here are the several reasons why President Trump is simply down, but not out in any permanent sense. There are four key things to remember:

(Note: None of the points below are excuses for President Trump. They simply explain why he’s not as vulnerable as many people think he is.)

    1) Trump wins when he loses

It may seem like all Americans are at least frustrated that President Trump often shoots himself in the foot with unnecessary comments and tweets. But this also exemplifies Trump’s fighting nature that so many voters clearly like. Many conservatives feel like they tried “nice” before with people like Presidents George H.W. and George W. Bush, and GOP presidential nominees John McCain and Mitt Romney, but that still resulted in no real reduction in condemnation and bile from the left.

For better or for worse, and to the repeated horror of the Bushes, McCains, and Romneys, Trump isn’t playing nice. And for every moderate or casual Trump-leaner he may lose by fighting, he could easily be gaining the more fervent support from his base.

One major Trump donor even told CNBC Friday that the president is “being bullied” over this Charlottesville controversy. That response should tell you something about how President Trump’s supporters are responding to events playing out this week.

    2) The stock selloff fake out

Trump’s voter base is hardly represented by Wall Street or major corporate interests. Much more important to the voters Trump needs to at least tacitly back him are the broader economic numbers. And, thanks to President Trump or not, those numbers are stellar. Unemployment is at a 16-year low, and the consumer sentiment levels are at near record highs. With fewer and fewer Americans even owning stocks, the fate of the stock market is hardly a top priority in politics for someone like President Trump who already proved he doesn’t need Wall Street’s support to win the White House.

    3) Poll position

It seems crazy to have remind anyone of how we shouldn’t rely on the accuracy of polls after they just about all got the 2016 election so wrong.

But in case anyone is really convinced by all those record low approval numbers for President Trump, take them with this added grain of salt: His supporters may be skewing the numbers by avoiding polls right now. It may sound crazy, but even Psychology Today noted the work of Professor Raymond La Raja who argues that people holding perceived unique political views are more likely to withdraw from political discussions and public declarations for candidates even in anonymous polls in order to avoid the personal costs of being exposed.

In other words, just about every poll on President Trump is probably under counting his support.

    4) The “other teams” are even weaker

Another key fact too many pro-Trump and anti-Trump Americans also don’t get is that none of this means Trump is bulletproof. But American politics is almost always about a two team game. And until someone from the other team, (the Democrats), really emerges as a true electoral challenge to President Trump, a lot of this won’t stick. The same goes for the establishment Republicans, who are still electorally dead in the water after two bruising defeats in the 2008 and 2012 general election to Barack Obama and an even more embarrassing and clear loss to Trump in the 2016 primaries. When people like Senators McCain, Lindsey Graham, Bob Corker, et al criticize him, it means very little.

And the Democrats, without control of Congress or a national leader with any wide appeal beyond progressive fringes, aren’t potent critics of the administration right now.

Both party establishments still need a vote-getting leader and President Trump already has the White House leadership role they covet. He has enormous executive power at his fingertips and the ability to win over some doubters with even the smallest backtracking like his recent ousting of Chief White House Strategist Steve Bannon, or just the passage of time.

The U.S. is not a parliamentary democracy where individual leaders can be ousted with previously unscheduled votes of no confidence or by coalitions of once opposing parties that come together to form a new ruling majority.

That leaves his die-hard opponents praying for long shot outcomes like impeachment or resignation. And those two possibilities aren’t demonstrably closer to reality today than they were during the last, second-to-last, or third-to-last times Donald Trump was incorrectly deemed by the pundits to be politically finished.

Every time we see violent demonstrations against President Trump, every time Big Media and the political/cultural/social establishment unites to attack President Trump, we smile. This all helps President Trump win at the ballot box – they might as well send President Trump’s reelection committee a billion dollar contribution.

  20. For better or for worse, and to the repeated horror of the Bushes, McCains, and Romneys, Trump isn’t playing nice. And for every moderate or casual Trump-leaner he may lose by fighting, he could easily be gaining the more fervent support from his base.
    1. Nobody likes a bully.
    2. To submit to a bully, as Bush McCain Romney etc. may be rational in terms of protecting their gravy train, but it is perceived a sickening cowardice by the electorates. That McCain was recently labeled a traitor by Morris was bad enough. But to be seen as a coward as well, is worse. He is today what he was when he was in the Hanoi Hilton , when he was used as a propaganda tool of his captors, and his Admiral father apologized for him–a traitor and a coward whose service is to the deep state, and to hell with the people. To claim that he is a war hero is revisionist history.

  21. Holdem…

sad to say it wasn’t just rocks the totalitarians were throwing at Boston’s finest, also bottles of urine…these people are nasty & sick

  22. The Antifa and the Greatest Generation are not the same because the GG went after the Nazis when they had Tiger tanks, ME-262s and V2s. Today the Nazis can only boast of GoDaddy websites and tiki torches. It’s the Islamists that have the Scuds, poison gas, AK-47s and suicide bombs.

Richard’s statement is true, but it needs to go further, i.e.:

The goal of the left is to bring down western civilization, and its support for radical Islam, as evidenced by Obama’s embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood, and downplaying of terrorist incidents is simply a means to that end. Their war on the statutes is merely a diversion from their central goal. Besides which Confederate statues do not shoot back.

Today ISIS claimed responsibility for a van attack on a pedestrian mall in Barcelona that left 13 dead and a hundred injured. Suddenly the War on Statues was thrown off the front pages by the War on Terror. Events can overwhelm the Narrative through a process called burn-through. When the signal from events exceeds the power of a jammer it is said to “burn through”.

Narratives are powerful but not omnipotent. The Lone Wolf Narrative can be sold to the public only while attacks fall below a certain frequency. Once the attacks happen too frequently the script fails and the public begins to wonder if the Lone Wolves aren’t really a pack. Even the immense media resources at the disposal of progressives can be overcome by a strong signal from events.

The presence of jamming can sometimes be inferred from an excessive number of “sudden” or “unexpected” events that appear in full blown form without the slightest warning. Their sudden onset is explained by the pop out when they pass the filter. When things appear suddenly and very close at hand it might be because they’re past the blinders. The presence of too many sudden and unexpected events of the same type could be a sign that a filter is in operation.

A little processing can help clarify the picture. The frequency of events is an important indicator of their true proportion. The low frequency of past white supremacist marches could be because there really aren’t that many Nazis around. If there were so many Nazis around why are they so few and why was their flagship website on GoDaddy? If they are on the rise then why are “white supremacist” statues so old instead of so recent?

On the other hand, if Islamic extremism were so rare why are attack frequency counts rising instead of falling? Skewed assessments are not necessarily caused by malice. The relative weakness of the Nazis vis a vis Radical Islamism can explain the emphasis on “right wing extremists”. The well-known Drunkard’s Search effect describes the “tendency for people to search in the easiest places, rather than the ones that are the most likely to yield results. The name comes from the idea of a drunkard seeking his car keys under a street lamp because the light is better instead of where he most likely lost them.”

Since it’s relatively easy to go after Nazis or dead Confederates compared to radical Islamists backed by oil money and guns it is human nature to go after the low-risk bad guys. Our unwillingness to go up against a hard target explains why the last half dozen presidents were so chummy with Saudi Arabia. It also explains why Antifa feels more comfortable opposing the “alt-right”.

Therefore it is the latter, not the former who are avoided like the plague.

Modern Nazism is to all intents and purposes, a dead movement. Their only real value today is to serve as decoy jammer; a minor or spurious target whose goal is to draw attention away from a real threat. One famous example of a decoy operation was the D-Day Glimmer operation that used chaff and radar reflectors to make the Germans think the landings would be in the Pas de Calais. Political disinformation still works the same way. If you want to keep the public from locking in on the actual target give them another.

Robert Shibley is puzzled by the apparent decision of the local and campus leaders to let violence start in Charlottesville. “State, local, and even college campus leadership appear to be telling police to stand by while some degree of unlawful violence takes place right before their eyes. Yet when that violence predictably spirals out of control, the authorities profess their inability to have done anything to stop it. Meanwhile, those inclined to violence are emboldened, secure in the knowledge that the publicity payoff is high and the odds of punishment low.”

But Shibley needn’t be baffled. Violence works like a radar reflector that returns a big fat target the media can’t help but lock on to. Consequently a few hundred neo-Nazis temporarily become the center of the media world while everyone was locked on the offending statues — until something burned through.

  23. Well today the alt-left demonstrated they can effectively shut down free speech. Throwing their piss.

I cannot wait until the next election.

RNC raises millions more than DNC in July
he Republican National Committee (RNC) expanded its massive fundraising lead over the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in July as the Democrats posted their worst July haul in a decade.
The DNC raised just $3.8 million in July, compared to the $10.2 million raised by the RNC in the same month. While the GOP has no debt, the DNC added slightly to its debt in July, which now sits at $3.4 million.
The Democrats haven’t raised that little money in a July since 2007, when the party raised $3.4 million. ….

  27. holdem, thanks for posting updated information…

Your posts re: Obama/Holder’s inflammatory language stirring up racial division since 2014 seems to have bypassed this do-do, diluted senator from Trump’s own party.

Where are Senator Sasse’s comments castigating the Democrats when the two of the most notorious racists, Holder and Sharpton were sent on official business to Ferguson, MO.? Sent to investigate-

Unfortunately, helping another community cope with a violent tragedy was used as an OPPORTUNITY for retrofitting their hate filled bias in tune with their ‘never letting a crisis go to waste’- agenda…

Sasse’s comments criticizing Trump are at the link.
This erstwhile fellow paid with taxpayer money, (to do nothing, say nothing and hear nothing,) needs to be replaced at reelection time.

Republican Senator Warns “Violence Is Coming” If ‘Identity Politics’ Continues

Republican Senator Ben Sasse from Nebraska feels like there’s most likely more violence coming in the near future.

Following last weekend’s deadly clash between neo-Nazi groups, and left-wing counter-protesters in Charlottesville, VA, Sasse posted a long comment on Facebook that’s prophetic, and disconcerting.

“It feels like violence is coming,” Sasse wrote at the end of a long Facebook post on Friday evening, titled “The next Charlottesville.”

“I’m not sure if this moment is like the summer of ’67 or not. But it might be. Before that violence strikes again, it’s up to us to reaffirm that exceptional American Creed again today, with our neighbors, and in our kids’ hearts.”

*Please note: Sasse did not condone any violence, he merely states in his post that he believes it to be inevitable.

But “when the next rounds of violence come, I’ll bet you most of it will come from the left. And then some folks I know will respond in kind. It’s gonna be a powder-keg.”

Sasse repeatedly wrote of the importance of the “American Idea.” The idea “that all people are endowed by their Creator with inalienable rights” and urged Americans to embrace open debate versus “identity politics,” racism, and violence.

The post by Sasse came off as a quite condemning to President Donald Trump as well, with the lawmaker saying he doubts Trump’s ability to quiet the violence brewing in the United States right now. Even with his critique of the president aside, Sasse could be right about one thing: violence is inevitable. We may have reached the point of no return.

  28. From a friend:
Dear God, if you want us to arrest and imprison Hillary, please give us a sign. Like blotting out the sun. Anytime in the next couple of days. Thanks, Americans

  29. Like dirty cops, they are:

    McCain, Graham, Ryan, et al

    All on the pad

    Received money from Hillary pac

    During the general election

First payment coincided with Ryan refusal to campaign with Trump in Wisconsin.

    Assange revealed this yesterday.

  30. I really do hate Ryan and McConnell, McCain is just evil, maybe it was the torture, not going to judge on that, but, real evil…
The other two and their followers such as Flake, Sasse etc, probably had or have their hand in the till too.

Money is the root of all evil

So Ryan is running for election but those idiots in his district keep voting for him by large percentages. It will take Mose than this to take him down. Sure Dems cross over to vote for him, why wouldn’t they, he is one.

That being said, how does Trump get the pressure to force Ryan and McConnel to play ball?

Canada’s Trudeau warns against entering country ‘irregularly’
    Allison Lampert
Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, accompanied by British Columbia’s Premier John Horgan (R), addresses the media after touring areas affected by wildfires in Williams Lake, British Columbia, Canada July 31, 2017.
    Dennis Owen
MONTREAL (Reuters) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who once took to Twitter to welcome Syrian refugees into the country, said on Sunday that there would be “no advantage” to entering “irregularly.”

“Canada is an opening and welcoming society,” he told reporters in Montreal following talks with Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar. “But let me be clear. We are also a country of laws. Entering Canada irregularly is not an advantage. There are rigorous immigration and customs rules that will be followed. Make no mistake.”

Earlier this week, government statistics showed the number of migrants illegally crossing the border into Canada from the United States more than tripled in July.

More than 3,100 people walked across the border illegally in July to file refugee claims and were arrested, up from 884 in June, the federal government said.

Almost all went to the French-speaking province of Quebec, where the influx of primarily Haitian asylum-seekers leaving in fear of U.S. President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown is sparking a broader backlash from opposition politicians and anti-immigrant groups.

A far-right group and pro-refugee protesters are holding demonstrations in Quebec City on Sunday over the influx of asylum seekers.

In late January, Trudeau welcomed those fleeing war and persecution a day after U.S. President Donald Trump said he would put a four-month hold on allowing refugees into the United States and temporarily barred travelers from seven countries.

“To those fleeing persecution, terror & war, Canadians will welcome you, regardless of your faith,” Trudeau said on Twitter. “Diversity is our strength #WelcomeToCanada.”

BREAKING: Rosa Parks’ Daughter Praises Trump’s Response to Charlottesville:
Trump, who stood side by side with Rosa Parks while she was still alive and received praise for his work improving the community for black youths, recently condemned the violence on “many sides” – both the ironically named “antifa” who showed up to create problems at the “Unite the Right” rally and those who overreacted to the violent Communists attacking them.
For some, this isn’t good enough but Muriel Parks-Rosenberg stepped in on Friday to drop a truth bomb on liberals.
“President Trump’s reaction has been criticized by the Left, but I don’t see what he did wrong,” she said in a speech at the Kennedy Center. “He strongly spoke out against hate both from those who make racial animus their primary cause and anarchists who showed up hoping to watch the world burn.”
“My mother would have been proud of the President’s words,” she told the crowd of about 500 people. “Liberals who seek to use this rally to further their cause and attack President Trump need to go away and never come back.”
“To me, Donald Trump is a modern civil rights icon,” she says.
Nothing makes liberals more angry than a black woman standing up for a strong conservative, so we can expect them to attack Mrs. Parks-Rosenberg as they pretend that they hold a monopoly on “tolerance” (a word liberals use but will never understand).

Trump received word that many of the award recipients would not attend the ceremony if he is in attendance. The president gracefully bowed out saying he would not attend.

Muriel Park’s statement must have sent shockwaves throughout the liberal elitist’s community.

I wonder how long they will accept her statement as true and correct before they start attacking her?

  38. Alas, Muriel Parks-Rosenberg is hard to find. Just the one article plus many protesting it’s fakeness. Confirmation that I was badly schlonged appears in that site’s About tab:

“ makes no guarantee that anything you find here will be based at all in reality. All posts should be considered satirical and all images photoshopped to look like something they’re not. It’s not you, it’s me.”

Sorry. We so wanted it to be true.

  39. Kind of funny. It’s the USS John McCain.
    As in the (Mc)Cain Mutiny.?

    Somehow it is fitting.

It can tie up in the slip right next to the USS Benedict Arnold.

  40. Morris calls McCain a traitor.

I think he is a textbook definition of the term.

Always helps to have two Admirals in the family.

Both of whom went to Annapolis.

Where he was despised by classmates, finished last in his class, turned the fact of treason into the perception of heroism, married a rich broad with seven houses, survived the Keating 5 scandal, took money under the table from the Hillary campaign, advocated nuclear war with Iran like some kind of dr. stangelove, and died of a brain toumer. . With a career such as that he rates a navy ship in his honor. Ya sure youbectcha.

  41. This young singer has her head on straight. She’s been speaking on both Twitter and TV in support of President Trump.

There’s so much unity in @realDonaldTrump supporters, Black, White, other. Life doesn’t have 2 B such a mundane struggle of racist rhetoric.

  42. Just called the Iniversity of Texas President who agreed to remove the Confederate statues from the Mall.

Told him what a coward he is, well to his secretary. Actually was surprised how easy it was to contact him after what he decided, very sad. Thought it would be hard to get through, not so much…

  43. Very disappointed that Trump will be sending 4000 troops into Afghanistan… tell me I’m wrong military people

He did say he wouldn’t be sending our very best to fight wars that can not be won.
What , we’ve been there like 15 years and seems for nothing and those poor heros who gave their lives and limbs for what?

  44. They’re kowtowing like cowards to things that never happened and to made up narratives. They’re running away because they can’t stand to be called racist. They’re watching as history is being rewritten, and they’re allowing their base to be tarred as racists, bigots, and Nazis. Trust me, that will not go well.

It’s never been this bad, because the GOP has never been this bad. And we now know because Trump inadvertently shined the light of truth on who they really are. The election of Trump revealed the party of frauds. It was never his intention, but that’s what has happened. They have been undressed before the whole world. They have no clothes.

What is a nation who has been lied to by both parties supposed to do? What is the base of the GOP going to do?

I don’t know, but I do know I’ve never seen the center right base so disgusted and angry at its own. GOP: Trust me, the base hasn’t left Trump, but it has left you. It’s not official yet, but the avalanche is about to begin. The anger is going to boil over. Upon you. GOP: you’re not going to like it, but you have no one to blame but yourselves.

NOT TO MENTION – – I am still waiting on AG Sessions to limit Robert Mueller’s authority to investigate the president to only matters as they relate to the documentation related to the FBI’s reasoning for investigating the Trump campaign in the first place; the russia-blackmail-dossier-on-trump… And that would be it!!!

Why is it that Sessions couldn’t wait to recuse himself to appease SENATE Democrats but hasn’t yet looked into a single member of the previous administration and their abuse of power… Democrats get everything they want and I feel President Trump is just a tad bit tired of that and will be pushing and prodding his secretaries to get the results he wants…

We in America better see some movement toward justice and parity or there could be large marches in Washington with loaded rifles… We are not playing around.. I’ve been watching Tucker. FoxNews is carrying PDT’s address.

  50. Well a Trumps done more in 6 months to fight ISIS than obama in 8 years so, hopefully this is not a neo con insane mistake in which Americans will pay the price with their lives

  51. 16 years in Afghanistan and 2/3 of our casualties happened under Obama. Pulling out in Iraq the way Obama did showed us what will happen if we do same now in Afghanistan — rise of ISIS, etc. We have to crush them, get our ‘allies’ there to pay & then leave when Afghanis are ready to take control. tbh it’s going to take more than 2 weeks to un-FUBAR what we FUBAR’d there over 16 years. That’s my two cents — not perfect but pragmatic.

  52. Trump basically shared his grand strategy (something that previous administrations were vague about) that we are not going to repeat the mistakes of Johnson and Nixon in Vietnam and Obama in Iraq by cutting and running from those wars and simply abandoning those countries to the enemy, but neither are we going to keep hamstringing our troops with rules of engagements that keep our troops from winning on the field. In addition, he essentially called out Pakistan as a sanctuary state for the Taliban and Al Qaeda (something that the Bush and Obama administrations were afraid to do) and plans to enlist the help of India to keep the Pakistanis in line as well as call for more support from NATO in the war effort there. And finally, he made the mission clear: no more nation building but simply destroying the enemy completely and utterly will all the resources at our disposal. I’m sure it will sorely disappoint the Breitbart/Rand Paul crowd, but I always thought of them as being very short sighted and interested more in ideological purity rather than getting tangible results.

  53. I don’t know if you remember but I visited D.C. this past spring and was somewhat appalled that everywhere you went slavery was part of the narrative, it was shoved down your throats everywhere, Arlington cemetery, monuments, now it’s going to be unbearable

“The past was erased, the erasure was forgotten, the lie became the truth.”

Please God, help President Trump stop this somehow.

  54. [you do really well w that phone gonzotx]
I know Big Pink has considered the American Thinker post mentioned later in this one. I’m just saying – it’s got legs!
An Idaho state representative who argued it’s “plausible” that the deadly violence in Charlottesville, Virginia, was a setup said Monday that he’s doubling down on the controversial claim after donors promised to support him through the backlash.
“At first, I felt genuinely bad that maybe I had offended somebody,” state Rep. Bryan Zollinger, a Republican, told the Post Register in an interview Monday. “Since then, the amazing amount of hate and the despicable things that have been said about myself, my wife, my kids, I’ve doubled down.”
Mr. Zollinger on Friday shared an article on Facebook by American Thinker, titled, “Charlottesville and Its Aftermath: What if It Was a Setup?,” which suggested that the violence in Charlottesville was orchestrated to make President Trump look like a racist.

  55. I am also suspicious of what is going on with 4…4…of our ships having big problems on the sea…

supposedly we have very sensitive equipment that should be monitoring everything, besides the humans on board… so you wonder how if that is going on how can they hit another ship that is larger than the one they are on…

…that would assume that all our sailors & crew are ‘asleep at the wheel’ on at least 4 of our major ships in one of the hottest, most dangerous areas in the world…
I think there is more to this story than that…China, NK…their terrority, our ships…something is going on…
this is scary, in the event of an outbreak with NK, we depend on those ships…are we in control of them?

  56. Mark Styne is on Rush yelling about Trumps decision on Afghanistan saying it has been “reported” that he changed his mind about Afghanistan when Mcliar showed him pictures of young women in a record store listening to rock and roll in the 70’s

  57. You know that doesn’t sound like Styne, I think he’s going bonkers like the rest of us.

By the way, that was young women in Afghanistan…

That’s not going to happen again for a very long long time

  58. Listening to Hannity? What’s wrong with that man? He played a$$hole Ryan’s CBS townhall, well that will tell you something right there, and Ryan was lecturing Trump on how his original statement regarding Charlottesville was not adequate and Hannity didn’t seem to think anything was wrong with that.
Clearly playing both sides for some reason.
