President Trump Hump Day High Energy: #Dow20K, Border Wall, Immigration, Voter Fraud

The Revolution is still here. It’s not chaotic nor disorderly. It is planned and well executed.

President Trump plans to Make America Great Again. To do that President Trump understands that the economy is job 1. Job 2 is jobs, jobs, jobs. So that is what President Trump is targeting. President Trump gets rid of chains (unnecessary regulations) on the economy and does what he can to make America independent of Muslim states on energy (oil). Then get rid of ObamaCare which also shackles the economy and serves only to give citizens’ money to insurance companies at the point of the Federal government gun and strangles business. To raise wages and create jobs for Americans, take control of the border and legal and illegal immigration.

Today, “Hump Day” a.k.a. Wednesday, and President Trump is still high energy. The day began with Tweets. The first presidential Tweet was a promise to protect mostly African-American citizens led to the slaughter in Obama’s Chicago.

That’s how the day started. After that presidential Tweet, President Trump bit Big Media. Yesterday, President Trump played with his food. His “food” is Big Media. Big Media attacked President Trump and continues to attack President Trump every day over Trump’s claim that there was a lot of voter fraud in the past election. So President Trump played with Big Media on his plate and today he stuck the fork in Big Media and Democrat Party corruption – all with the excuse that he is giving them what they demanded. It’s the art of the deal negotiation tactics brought to the White House.

Because Obama Dimocrats and Big Media demanded an investigation, today “don’t throw me in the briar patch” President Trump declared he wants an investigation into voter fraud and the entire elections system including dead voters still on the voter rolls. Recall: New York Elections Commissioner who in a secretly recorded tape said he was in favor of voter IDs because in New York many people voted repeatedly and many of them here illegally. Recall: North Carolina and the voters registered in several states that voted in each state. Recall: the election recount that could not recount votes in Detroit because of the many votes voted in 37% of precincts that could not be accounted for. Guess where the President Trump voter fraud investigations will take place? If you guess a voter fraud investigation in Democrat controlled cities to root out corruption, you guessed Trumpily.

But today there has been so much more than President Trump playing with his food. Today President Trump struck at Barack Obama’s Israel-hating policies with a review of the $221 million Obama gifted to his pals so they can terrorize Israel. That was not all.

On Immigration President Trump humped:

U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to sign executive orders starting on Wednesday that include a temporary ban on most refugees and a suspension of visas for citizens of Syria and six other Middle Eastern and African countries, say congressional aides and immigration experts briefed on the matter. [snip]

Another order will block visas being issued to anyone from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen, said the aides and experts, who asked not to be identified.

That’s not all on the menu for high energy President Trump on hump day. President Trump will “Build that Wall”:

In his tweet late on Tuesday, Trump said: “Big day planned on NATIONAL SECURITY tomorrow. Among many other things, we will build the wall!”

The border security measures probably include directing the construction of a border wall with Mexico and other actions to cut the number of illegal immigrants living in the United States.

President Trump’s meeting next week with with Mexican President at the White House will be interesting. President Trump also announced other executive actions to bolster border patrol agents and ended the Obama catch-and-release system which dissolved the American border. Little wonder then that border patrol agents are doing a happy dance because President Trump is letting them do their jobs.

Sanctuary cities? Good riddance:

A pair of executive orders call for cutting off federal funding for those cities that willingly become havens for migrants in the country illegally, as well as expansion of detention space for migrants who have been caught and being shipped back to their home countries, White House spokesman Sean Spicer said.

The signing ceremony will come during Trump’s visit to the Department of Homeland Security headquarters in Washington.

On sanctuary cities President Trump will have the assistance of border state, Texas Governor Abbott:

Echoing a pledge by President Trump, Republican Governor Greg Abbott has vowed to slash funding for Austin’s new sheriff over immigration

Texas Governor Greg Abbott vowed to cut funding to Austin’s new sheriff after she announced her county would scale back cooperation with federal immigration officials over deportations, marking a showdown over so-called sanctuary cities that may resonate beyond the Lone Star state.

The no borders left Left will go bonkers over the border-line.

It’s not just the southern border President Trump will protect. His proposals include a “biometric identification system” to control who enters and exits this country. President Trump will also block that weird Australia deal Obama would provide no details on:

The U.S. agreed to resettle an unspecified number of refugees being held in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and the tiny South Pacific island nation of Nauru on Australia’s behalf, under a deal to be administered by the U.N. refugee agency. [snip]

Australia’s tough border security laws mandate that asylum seekers intercepted trying to reach the country by boat go for processing to detention camps on PNG’s Manus island and Nauru.

Australia does not provide information on the nationalities of those held, but around a third of the 1,161 detainees were from countries covered by the executive orders, lawyers and refugee workers for the asylum seekers told Reuters.

“We already didn’t have much hope the U.S. would accept us,” Behrouz Boochani, an Iranian refugee who has spent more than three years on Manus island, told Reuters.

“If they do not take us, Australia will have to.”

Australia can have them and Obama’s sneaky ways are a thing of the past.

It’s all happening today. High energy President Trump is on the job.

Oh, and the Dow blasted through the 20,000 mark today too. It’s calling “winning”.

  1. Admin: the three factions who are most loyal to party of Obama are:

    1. first, big media celebrities who pretend to be journalists.

    2. second, dead people (but I repeat myself)

    3. third, criminals, illegals, and welfare dependents. (which includes federal bureaucrats.)

This is why Trump lost Virgina, California, New York/New Jersey, and DC/Maryland.

  2. I’m watching the signings, speeches and press conferences every day. This is too much fun!
I can’t wait to see how Trump will deal with the little twerp in Chicago….

  3. Trump’s Incredible Beginning
By Dick Morris on January 25, 2017

Rather than wait for his administration to have been in office one hundred days, set as the benchmark of a successful launch since FDR’s New Deal, Donald Trump has amassed a record in his first six days that is truly impressive. One hundred days, at this pace, would be staggering.
    Here’s what he has done:
    • Started process for approving Keystone and Dakota Access Pipeline
    • Revoked US support for the TPP
    • Ordered a hiring freeze in the executive branch
    • Demanded that all politically appointed US Ambassadors resign at once.
    • Signed an Executive Order making federal agencies interpret Obamacare regulations in the most flexible, consumer-friendly, and broad way possible, setting the stage for repeal
    • Ordered a moratorium on new federal regulation
    • Decided to meet British PM Theresa May to deepen trade bonds with the U.K. in the wake of Brexit.
    • Ordered the Commerce Department to formulate “made in America” rules for all steel used on pipeline construction.
    • Ordered a streamlined and expedited process for approval of infrastructure projects
    • Reappointed James Comey, perhaps signaling a continuation of the Hillary investigation.
    • Ordered an end to US aid to any international agency that promotes or provides abortion services,
    • Freeze grant-giving by the federal EPA.
Wow. What a record for six days (including weekends). Any doubts that we have had about Trump’s focus, concentration, management skill, or knowledge of the federal government should now have been set to rest.
And any doubt that he has meant what he said when he told us he was a solid conservative with deep red stripes running through his personal world view should erased as well. To sustain the pace he has set — without serious embarrassment or legal overreach — is truly stunning and most encouraging.
The news media won’t cover the avalanche of executive actions except in a negative context. For them, the Trump Administration has been all about his claim that he lost the popular vote because illegals voted and about his comparisons of his inaugural crowds with Obama’s. But these side shows have nothing to do with the real Trump Agenda that just keeps ploughing up Obama’s misdeeds by the dozen.

He knows how to bait the hook and send those Harvard trained “journalists” bolting down the wrong ally telling themselves this time we have really got him, and muttering some nonsense about speaking truth to power which they honored more in the breach than in the observance when the big media beloved messiah. Isn’t it about time they looped back to Obama, with a set of talking points about how awful this is?

It is like the roadrunner cartoon.

  5. I do not think big media realizes how ridiculous they look to the American People.

They are right out of looney tunes.

    See 045 et seq. below:

  6. Obama Dimocrats are kicking themselves in the head because they got rid of the filibuster in order to pass Obama’s corrupt appointees on the court and cabinet.

In addition Obama Dimocrats must really be kicking themselves because Obama sued Arizona. Remember this:

On June 25, 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a ruling in the case Arizona v. United States. The court determined by a 5–3 majority, with Justice Anthony Kennedy writing the opinion, that Sections 3, 5(C), and 6 of SB 1070 are preempted by federal law.

Recall what happened. Arizona passed certain laws to try to block Obama ignoring American law and not stopping the flood of illegals. Obama then ordered DOJ to go to court to block Arizona. Obama won the court battle and the Supreme Court ruled that federal law preempts the state laws.

Now, consider that Supreme Court ruling and look at who is in the White House now. Thanks to Barack Obama the efforts of President Trump on illegal immigration and sanctuary cities will be upheld in the courts. Thanks Obama you dumbass.

  7. Will Trump let this stand????

The Obama Administration Bails Out Private Equity Landlords at the Expense of the Middle Class: Government Guarantees for Rental Securitization
Posted on January 25, 2017 by Yves Smith

So how much did Blackstone promise to give to the Obama library for this huge grift, um, parting gift?

So in its waning hours, the Obama Administration gave a completely unjustified bailout to private equity landlords, that Fannie Mae is guaranteeing the income of all but the bottom tranches of Blackstone’s latest rental securitization.
Even though this guarantee clearly had to have been worked out during the Obama Administration, Blackstone did not make it public until it updated its filing with the SEC this week. It looks an awful lot like the timing was designed to make sure that the disclosure came after the new Trump team was in charge, meaning Obama would be unlikely to face the criticism he deserves, and the Trump Administration would be certain to let the deal stand.

  8. One year ago on the dime, Teresa May deplored Donald Trump as divisive, petty, and just no good.

Tomorrow she will meet with President Trump, proclaim him a great leader, and tell the world that Britain and America are old friend and together they will lead the world.

In a courtroom, this is known as a prior inconsistent statement.

As such, it is grounds for impeachment.

Ah but in the wally world of politics, it is simply an adjustment to a change in prevailing winds.

The repudiation of the globalist agenda, though the heroic efforts of Nigel Farge, and Donald Trump.

And that is true up to a point.

But the truth goes deeper than that.

We look at politicians as leaders.

But all they really do is trundle along behind the great social movements

Like the sweepers following the trained circus elements.

But this is also where Trump and Farage are unique.

They are leaders and geniuses, although they have the good sense to never admit the latter.

This is what my friend a former federal judge calls the art of concealing the art.

Even my heroine Andrea Mitchell is impressed.

And I would be impressed if she would cast off the old liverspot she is married to for me.

  9. I must tell you Trump as the roadrunner and big media as the constantly outwitted coyote is apt. In three days he has changed the world. Yet all they can talk about is whether his inauguration crowd was as large on a rainy day as the crowd that turned out for their light of love and worthless asshole Obama/

  10. EPIC: Tulsi Gabbard Calls Adam Kinzinger, John McCain and Evan McMullin Terrorist Enablers…
    Posted by sundance
This is beyond epic. Representative Tulsi Gabbard visited Syria and delivers big and bold truth to CNN upon her return interview.

Gabbard deconstructs the false narrative sold by the Muslim Brotherhood, Obama administration, John McCain, Adam Kinzinger and Evan McMullin -all of whom supported the various terrorist factions within Syria- and sets the record straight:

The “Rebels” in Syria are extremist terrorists.

CNN host Jake Tapper just didn’t know what to do with himself as Gabbard deconstructed his ideological, and brutally wrong, talking points. Tapper left staring at the camera with that doofy expression, puzzled and wrinkled brow: “huh”? Watch:

To further support what Tulsi Gabbard is explaining, previously we shared:

Were it not for an fortuitous, albeit innocuous, picture spotted today – a connection would never have been possible. As such please consider this outline an important addendum to The Benghazi Brief…. and bear with me as we attempt to outline something quite remarkable as it relates to the 2016 campaign against Donald Trump.

isis-brotherhood-1-kinzinger-mccain-mcmullinRepresentative Adam Kinzinger, Senator John McCain, candidate Evan McMullin

What you are about to read is specifically how the Muslim Brotherhood, and ISIS, connect to those outlined above – and how their individual behaviors within the 2016 election begin to make sense. Perhaps, like us, you will have an ah-ha moment.

The “Never Trump” coalition has always consisted of a few noisy and indecent politicians within Washington DC. Senator Ben Sasse, Senator Jeff Flake and Representative Adam Kinzinger the most noteworthy and vitriolic.

Whenever CNN, or for that matter any media, want a republican voice to argue against Donald Trump, in the “current days’ outrage du jour”, they call upon Kinzinger first and foremost. He seemingly loves the spotlight as much as he enjoys promoting himself on social media. In essence, he’s a proud #NeverTrumper.

We’ll come back to Kinzinger and McMullin in a moment. But first we must place the second set of puzzle pieces on the table.

When we did all the exhaustive research into the Benghazi Brief three years ago, one of the pictures that continued to draw our interest was this one:

The picture above was taken during a time when Senator John McCain visited Syria, and the Western media were proclaiming there were “moderates” in the opposition to Bashir Assad. Senator McCain proclaimed this 2012 visit to be meeting with the “Free Syrian Army”. [Coincidentally, this was on the same trip where he met Ambassador Chris Stevens at the Benghazi courthouse in Libya for the last time].

However, at the same time McCain was trying to convince the world of moderate Syrian resistance, multiple voices within non-traditional journalism, and a large number of people doing independent research, reached the conclusion that al-qaeda and al-Nusra extremists had completely infiltrated the Syrian resistance groups, and a new militant Islamic network was forming.

“2012 NO ISLAM WITHOUT JIHAD” – members of the Free Syrian Army. Abu Khuder and his men fight for al-Qaida. They call themselves the ghuraba’a, or “strangers”, after a famous jihadi poem celebrating Osama bin Laden’s time with his followers in the Afghan mountains, and they are one of a number of jihadi organisations establishing a foothold in the east of the country now that the conflict in Syria has stretched well into its second bloody year.
They try to hide their presence. “Some people are worried about carrying the [black] flags,” said Abu Khuder. “They fear America will come and fight us. So we fight in secret. Why give Bashar and the west a pretext?” But their existence is common knowledge in Mohassen. Even passers-by joke with the men about car bombs and IEDs.

That network ultimately evidenced and defined itself as the Islamic State, or ISIS.
In 2013 and 2014, even though ISIS initially did not have a name, as the hardline extremists in Syria became more openly visible, eventually the western media accepted Raqqa and Aleppo had become the de-facto center of Syrian ISIS operations. In August of 2014 President Obama finally admitted the problem and stated his administration was caught off guard and did not have a strategy to combat them.

Back To The Photograph – The importance of the McCain photograph became increasingly interesting because ISIS as an extremist force became increasingly visible. As a direct consequence we were able to identify the ideology of the people in the picture:

There has been some skepticism as to #2 being al-Baghdadi himself, and Senator John McCain has strongly refuted this claim. However, there is more evidence to prove it is Baghdadi than to refute it’s not Baghdadi. Person #2 looks just like him:

In addition, one of the important bits of evidence to prove #2 is indeed Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, is actually found in #1 Abu Mosa (ISIS Press Officer).

There is absolutely no doubt that #1 is the (now dead) Islamic State Press Officer Abu Mosa.

    abu-mosa-2abu mosa dead

Abu Mosa was killed in August 2014. In 2012, during organization, Baghdadi would have a man with this level of importance to the Islamic State around him at the time this picture was taken.

However, lets look at #5 – “Mouaz Moustafa”, because he is the current person that should be of interest to everyone in the 2016 presidential discussion. Moustafa is the connective tissue per se’. In the photograph, he’s also Senator McCain’s intermediary:

Fast forward two intense years later and look where #5, Mouaz Moustafa shows up in 2014. And more specifically the two faces that show up with him:

Well lookie there. During a trip to Turkey in 2014 to discuss arming Syrian rebel groups, under the auspices of fighting ISIS, you see Representative Adam Kinzinger appear. Oh yeah, and who’s that other fellow circled in the meeting? ….why that’s our anti-Trump candidate Evan McMullin.

    Huh, fancy that.

Spotting Evan McMullin conspicuously standing there in the picture made us want to go back to the CNN file footage from the time and see if he was actually visible in the report they filed from Turkey. Yup, he’s there alright.

Watch and spot him in the background during quite a bit of the footage:

Long before anyone heard about Evan McMullin running for President, there he is paling around with #NeverTrump Adam Kinzinger in Turkey chatting with the Muslim Brotherhood affiliates (guise SETF) who are essentially the political arm of ISIS under a differing name.

The declared purpose of the meeting was to discuss who and how to arm the entities within Syria. However, just like in 2012/2013 these same Brotherhood voices in 2014 are simply trying to present themselves as one thing, only to gain the goal of another. That’s ultimately the story behind the arms deals within The Benghazi Brief. That’s the lesson that should have been learned if the truth contained within the brief were ever to have larger public interest.

Additionally, all that said – it’s connections like these that make other things, like the opposition to Donald Trump, make much more sense.

Yup, “things that help make other things make much more sense”….

  11. This should do it, Tapper didn’t know what to do when the obama narrative didn’t fit the reality. Amazing that he wasn’t yelling at her or telling her she had alt truths, but then she’s a Democrat, and seems like a smart one at that.

  12. The unraveling of the immigration extortion racket is breathtaking. Mexico is reeling. They are desperately trying to figure out a way to hang on to remittances. Money sent to Mexico from the US is 20 to 25% of GDP. The progressives, media and immigration racketeers portray remittances as dollars earned by hardworking Mexican citizens in the US. Some of that is true. But the amount of money illegally obtained through fraudulent tax refunds, drug sales, various other forms of crime like prostitution, burglary, armed robbery, etc and the institutionalized farming of public welfare benefits is not calculated. Mexico is a tapeworm. The US is borrowing money to support another country that hates us and disrespects us. US politicians who support this get a cut and enhanced power. That too will end.

  13. The real, hideous, legacy of Barack Hussein Obama, is spelled out here by Stefan Monlyxux in excruciating detail.

  14. Diane Feinstein, Corruptocrat-CA, put a hold on the nomination of Jeff Sessions in the Senate. Her reason: Sessions is advising the Trump Administration on immigration. Who hit you with the clue-bat you dumb bunny? Trump ran, AND WON, on Sessions research and plans which you and your fellow idiots in the Senate studiously ignored for 20 years. He doesn’t need him sitting in the DOJ building when Trump had him writing memos and executive orders and laying out strategy which you, DiFi the stupid, were planning a Hillary orgy of federal grants to California upon her coronation. You have known this was coming since November 9th, or should have, but you are caught flatfooted at how fast it is flying out of the White House aren’t you? How you gonna pay for all those illegals, social workers, agitators, flunkies, bureaucrats and their pensions, and sanctuary cities if you can’t shift the unspeakable cost of it all to the rest of the country? You can’t and it is all unraveling. Enjoy cost cutting to the bone and/or bankruptcy.

  15. The Trump White House is assuring all of the squeamish that the deportations will only be criminals. READ THE FINE PRINT. Oh yes. It targets convicted violent felons. And indicted violent felons. AND non-violent felons. And misdemeanors. Including minors. It also includes illegals taking federal, state and local “benefits”, freebies, etc that they were not entitled to receive according to federal law even if the idiot state or locality decided to give to them wink-wink, nod-nod. It includes identity theft, tax fraud, DWI and jay walking, unpaid parking tickets, driving without a license and no auto insurance, and beating on their wife or kids and getting drunk and exposing themselves. It includes not reporting a change of address if you are in the US on a visa. Or using multiple identities.

The Dreamers are going to be re-vetted then purged. Any and all public benefits they have gotten make them ineligible and deportable. Getting federal student aid or loans is illegal and disqualifying. Getting Sec 8 housing vouchers is also. Media interviews with Dreamers show they know this (immigration lawyers and activists told them? Maybe the Mexican consulates?) and they show signs of being physically ill. They and their parents/guardians came for the gravy train which has had a collision with reality and the budget/legal process.

95 to 99% of illegal aliens have violated some federal rule or law. Or state or municipal one for that matter. Many legal aliens have also. As have “refugees”. They thought they could get away with it. They were invited and encouraged to do it and besides there were no consequences right? That is why many came. Now it is too late and they cannot undo what they have done. And their patrons, the Dems and GOPe, are not patrons anymore because the executive branch was given all the power to decide this by the legislative and judicial branches. The voting public who decides who is the executive branch leader put a stop to it. Cause and effect. “If something cannot go on forever, it will stop.” Herbert Stein’s Law. No shit.

  16. Tulsi Gabbard is incredibly impressive–engaging, committed, unflappable, high moral character.

    And a democrat? Go figure.

She has proof that the CIA is providing money, military aid etc. to ISIS.

You and I know who she is talking about: John Brennan, the Saudi double agent.

That is something Mike Pompeo will be digging into with a vengeance.

And I rather suspect that John Brennan, once a member of CPUSA is more than a little nervous.

Here she speaks on veterans day.

Unless I miss my bet, I believe this woman is destined for greatness.

Not just another pretty face, like Andrea, but the real deal.

  17. Trump sent out an order to ALL federal agencies for an complete enumeration for all expenditures made by the federal budget in the past 5 years on and to Mexico. Training, grants, foreign aid, military assistance, economic and business development, health initiatives, graft (just fooling), global warming, hurricane or disaster aid, weather forecasting, you get the drift. He wants it in 30 days. LOL. For the “negotiations” I’m sure. And then he will tweet it. And suggest that Mexico is a giant tick on the ass of the US taxpayer. Or something like that. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

    Brilliant analysis Mormaer.

Texiara told them they were feted.

Demographics would guarantee them a permanent lease on power.

So they ceded absolute power to the president.

They had it all set up where Jeb would be the candidate and the fall guy.

They never dreamed that Trump would become president

And used the very powers they arrogated to themselves

    Against them and their cronies

For once the joke is on them

Adam Kinzinger went all outrage and virtue signalling (this is not who we are!, look at this child Mohammed!, how could you! do you love Putin? Do you want him to be your boyfriend? and other idiocies, etc) on Gabbard via his twitter last night. She hit a nerve. He is also very sensitive about how short he is per DC gossip sites. I had to look his nobody self up. This is about the proposed pipeline thru Syria and the globalists (Kinzinger is a hireling) are still trying to hang on to it somehow.

  20. He is also very sensitive about how short he is per DC gossip sites.
Then I take it he is not only a mental midget, but a physical one as well, this neocon never Trumper.

And used the very powers they arrogated to themselves

    Against them and their cronies

For once the joke is on them

They are incapable of gaming anything out. Cause and effect eludes them at every turn. If we do this, this or this could happen. If we don’t do this, this or this will happen. I don’t understand if they are simply stupid or lazy or coddled or bribed or what. I think they play stupid when things blow up and they just brazen it out. And they never pay any consequences until now. Who could have known or guessed or understood…
Well about half of the country saw it coming you morons. People who pay high prices for their mistakes and learn from them. Like Trump. They chose poorly and now must pay. It is new experience and they don’t like it. It should have happened to them when they were twelve which is their problem not ours. Get out of the way if you can’t keep up is the not too subtle message out of the White House.

  22. Congressman Kinzinger could have been one of the little people in this scene chanting follow the yellow brick road. The theme song of globalists. And then he could do the scarecrow patter song if I only had a brain.

  23. Special Agent in Charge, Secret Service Denver REGION, Kerry O’Grady was kicked out of The Association of Former Agents U.S. Secret Service of which she was an associate member. “In an emailed notice to all of its members on Wednesday, the organization said its Board of Directors had decided to expel O’Grady from its membership. The Board of Directors vote to expel her was unanimous, the email said.”
“The board’s action came after O’Grady attempted to enter the organization’s website but was denied based on “the nature of concern and comments by members and after personal examination.”
She appears to be a nut. She can’t stay off the internet. Or stop digging the hole.

Watch the video of the Wash Examiner journalist if you want. A complaint against O’Grady was filed with the Secret Service and apparently nothing happened in 2016. She was writing anti-Trump Facebook screeds starting in July or so 2016. Then a complaint was file with the Inspector General of Homeland Security. Again nothing. This is a severe indictment against all of her superiors.

  25. He will not… beep… beep… di..vide us… He will not… whirl… whirl… di..vide us… he will not clunk.. clunk. us….

  26. Big words from eunuchs. Watch them quickly change their tune when their budgets dry up and their cities go bankrupt from lack of federal dollars.

  27. Foxy…

I really like Charles Payne…an honest, smart gentleman…with a great sense of humor…and evidently a good singing voice…

I have enjoyed watching him for years…however he is a special and welcomed respite now in his nightly timeslot opposing all the loonies and fanatics on the competing cable channels…in particular, CNN and MSNBC…

Charles Payne and Lou Dobbs…thank you guys for being there…voices of reason…and fun…at the same time

  28. I see where the senior staff of the state department is resigning.

The never let a little thing like the truth stand in the way of the left wing narrative shouts this is a statement of dissent against Trump.

The only thing you can be sure of is if WashPo says it, then it is 100% a like. No nuance. Just a lie.

So we can rule that out entirely.

But that still leaves us with the original question, i.e. why did they resign.

Could it have anything to do with the fact that a few months back over twenty of those senior staffers at the state department

Signed a memo advocating essentially a war with Russia.

This, from the same jamokes who once praised Obama for resetting relations with Russia thereby reversing the bellicosity of the prior administration.

If I were to take a wild guess, the reason these foggy bottom idiots resigned is so they would not be fired.

For they want war with Russia, and Trump wants piece.

The other reason is some of them are up to their necks in the Benghazi thing.

Therefore, they are running for their lives.

Those who are inclined to ponder the WashPo explanation, i.e. this was merely a protest vote

Need to ponder the fact that no senior bureacrat resigned and gives up that lucrative pension in protest.

If they do not agree, they ride the thing out the retirement.

I am about 99% sure they are running from something.

So lets not repeat the lie proffered by WashPo.

Okay, they say some are saying.

But they do not say others are saying the opposite.

This is a clever rhetorical technique with plants the wrong message in the mind of the reader.

  29. I am all for hauling O’Grady before a Congressional Committee and allowing Trey Gowdy to conduct a searching examination of her. Let Adam Schiff and Kwalija Cummings defend her, since she is parroting their party line. There are compelling reasons to do this, as the real threat of being hauled before a congressional committee will tend to deter like minded bureaucrats who are digging in to obstruct Trump.

It’s a poker game, and Mexico is going to lose.

It is also a tractor pull and they are going to get dragged down to the mud pit. Nieto, the Frito, is between a rock and a hard place. Trump is going to have a wall, Border Patrol that shoots back, and illegal alien holding cells a block from the border that look like mule stalls. The hard place is drug cartels who are furious that moving drugs El Norte is going to be slowed down, their human trafficking will go down to nothing because who is going to pay to sit in a mule stall for six months only to walk home, and their bribes to Nieto the Frito have gotten them nothing. Neito is playing for time to figure something out. Good luck. Hope you don’t get murdered. Cartel revenues are remittances too! What a pickle they have gotten themselves into.

I see where the senior staff of the state department is resigning.

Older than dirt failures told to clear out. Why didn’t they clear out by last week. Did their enormous egos think Trump wanted to stay around stinking up the place? I’m sure there are some 50 year olds with 25 years experience, juniors staffers you see, chomping at the bit for the chance to fill the slots. The old, the deadwood, and the failures get swept out with a hostile takeover like dead roaches after a good extermination. The WaPo tries to make it sound like Tillerson has never run anything as complex as a Dairy Queen and will be bereft and bemused by the sophisticated Ivy Leaguers in the swamp. LOL. Oil Shark arriving at Foggy Bottom! Duck and roll kids.

  33. Did their enormous egos think Trump wanted to stay around stinking up the place?
An obvious symptom of Potomac fever. Hey, I went to Princeton, worked for the state department for 25 years, know all the journalists I can leak information to, habituate the best watering holes and the finest restaurants in the four county area, married a hate filled debutante, know how to pretend to be working when I am really fucking off, have kids that need jobs in the federal government, etc. It therefore follows as day follows night that I am indispensable. Oh sure, I have a skeleton or two in the closet, who doesn’t. But I am not sure my failing heart and liver could withstand the proctological examination Trump will give me, so I will just resign and tell the world that I could not work for Trump, and people will never know the truth that I know he would never have me. And so goes the life story of the Bill Welds of the world!!!!

  35. In this video, Morris catches up with where I have been for over a year–the idea that the CIA is engaged in a soft coup against Donald Trump. The concept is known as comprismat, and its aim is to manufacture as much dirt as possible on Donald, as they have done with others, for the objective of controlling him and thwarting his goal to end their program of endless war. They are doing the same thing with members of his cabinet, none of whom are safe. This is old hat for the right going back to the Kennedy assassination and Iran Contra. But it is a new development for the left, and the architects of this campaign are mainly Obama appointees. This is why I have said repeatedly the entire top echelon of the CIA and NSA must be fired. This is not the campaign any longer. As Morris says, this is TREASON. Brennan was shocked that he would be fired. I really believe he is indictable, and if that is the case, then it must be done with all deliberate speed. How else can we hope to deter his co conspirators who remain within the agency? The right incentives must be introduced immediately. If you want to call what I am demanding a witch hunt, then be my guest. When there is real evil in our midst, you have to go after the witches and warlocks. Yes?

  36. Four of the six people running for DNC Chair are not white. This passage is from one of the white ones. She is seriously ill. And she must have been in a cave for the last 50 years, apparently unaware of all that has been done for minorities – and that most poor people in the U.S. are white.

If the Democratic Party is planning to move away from identity politics in the wake of its presidential election defeat, that memo didn’t reach some of the candidates running for Democratic National Committee chair.

One candidate declared at a forum Monday that white people need to “shut our mouths” and that her job is to “shut other white people down.”

“I’m a white woman, I don’t get it,” Sally Boynton Brown, Idaho Democratic Party executive director, told an applauding crowd at the Democracy in Color forum in Washington, D.C.

“I’m from Idaho, we are so white, so white, right? ….

“I need schoolin’ … And I depend on you … to do that so I can go school the other white people.”

  37. Prior to WWII, the Department of Defense used Howard Hughes airline, TWA, to monitor Japanese expansion in east Asia and the Pacific. This was sensible because TWA was in the area every day, and was therefore in a position to pick up relevant intelligence information.

Today, the CIA uses CNN the very same way. CNN is present throughout the world, and can relay back to Langley relevant information. If that were all, it would be fine. But the truth is, thanks to the Patriot Act, the CIA/NSA are monitoring the communications of innocent Americans, and refusing FOIA requests for their files, which they are legally entitled to.

CNN has long claimed to be the most trusted name in news. But when they act on behalf of the CIA to undermine Trump, they have crossed the rubicon from journalism, to fake news, to treason, which is not protected under the first amendment.

We do not kneed Jessica Yellin to tell us how CNN can restore credibility. Frankly, the prescription she offers is just theater. In the final analysis there is only one way to do it: they must cut all ties to the CIA, and refuse to carry their water on the soft coup they are launching against Trump, his cabinet and the American People.

Since they will never do that there is only one answer. They must be shunned.

Trump sets dizzying WH pace in first days

In his first days in office, President Trump is taking on a dizzying schedule that is decidedly different from those of his immediate predecessors.

Trump is in the Oval Office to take meetings earlier than President Obama, and he’s worked through dinner to stay in the West Wing later than President George W. Bush, who would generally return to his residence at 6 p.m. sharp. [snip]

One Trump ally familiar with the president’s routines said his White House schedule is similar to the one he’s held for years, and described him as “a late-night guy and early morning riser.”

“His body clock is one that is very conducive to running on little sleep,” the ally said, adding that Trump is known to get up before 6 a.m.

The White House has to adapt to each new occupant, including their management styles and lifestyles.

Obama sent a clear message to aides early on that he intended to be home for dinner with his family. But after dinner, the self-dubbed “night guy” would make his way into his personal office in the Treaty Room and resume work, tweaking his speeches and sending emails to staff.

Bush, also an early riser, started his day by getting his wife, former first lady Laura Bush, her coffee and reading the morning papers.

He told his advisers he wanted to be in the Oval Office at 7 a.m. on the dot. But he indicated he wanted downtime in the evenings to exercise and liked to be in bed no later than 10 p.m. and often earlier, Bush’s aides recalled.

Trump’s pace is a bit more frantic, and many of his daily events are being captured by television cameras in his first week in office.

The 70-year-old is living as a weekday bachelor in the 132-room mansion, as the first lady, Melania Trump, is set to be in New York through the school year with the couple’s son, 10-year-old Barron. Melania will be back for weekends and may come to live in Washington, after the school year.

“It’s a robust schedule,” one White House aide said. “He isn’t wasting any time. He said he was going to go to work for the American people, and that’s what he’s doing.”

This week, Trump has packed his days with meetings with business leaders and auto industry executives and calls to world leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India.

He has also invited Senate leadership to the White House and had individual meetings, including one with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

But former White House aides have noticed one thing largely missing from his schedule: the presidential daily briefing. Trump has only received the briefing, set up as a meeting with advisers, once this week — on Monday morning.

Both Bush and Obama typically received the briefing in person. But White House officials say even though Trump hasn’t chosen to receive the briefing in person, he has received a hard copy of it each day.

Bradley Blakeman, who served as the deputy assistant to Bush for appointments and scheduling, said the lack of the daily briefing on Trump’s calendar isn’t unusual.

“Every person has their own style,” Blakeman said, adding that Bush preferred to receive his in person at the start of his day.

“The goal of the president is his time,” he continued, adding that he would build in an hour and a half for Bush’s lunch each day and 45 of minutes of administrative time in the morning and again in the afternoon.

“I wanted the president to have the schedule more in his head than in his pocket,” he said.

In some ways, Trump’s transition to office has been more seamless than those of his predecessors.

After all, he knows what it’s like to live above the store. After working late as president of the Trump Organization, he would routinely take the elevator upstairs to his Trump Tower penthouse.

But without his immediate family regularly around for now, Trump especially “wants to keep himself busy,” Blakeman predicted.

“Because when you go up [to the residence] at 6 p.m., what are you going to do?” he said. “Without your wife and your kid, you’re pretty lonely. And being president is a lonely job.”

  40. Paid to clutch pearls and whine:

Environmental Protection Agency employees have not accepted Donald Trump’s victory and are still “coming to work in tears” more than two months after the election.

“At EPA headquarters, the mood remains dark,” ProPublica reported Wednesday. “A longtime career communications employee said in a phone interview Tuesday that more than a few friends were ‘coming to work in tears’ each morning as they grappled with balancing the practical need to keep their jobs with their concerns for the issues they work on.”

Trump’s victory has been tough for bureaucrats. The State Department held stress workshops after the election so they would not “become paralyzed by fear.” EPA employees were caught crying before, just after the election, as were White House aides. Energy Department employees were granted counseling. Sobbing staffers greeted Hillary Clinton on Capitol Hill a month after her loss.

EPA employees are upset that the new president will take a different approach than the Obama administration. ProPublica called Trump’s nomination of Scott Pruitt, the Oklahoma attorney general who has sued the EPA over its climate change regulations, to lead the agency “dramatic.”

The Trump administration froze all EPA grants and contracts to make sure new grants are in line with the new administration’s objectives. They also asked for the schedule of all planned meetings and presentations by the agency through mid-February.

Doug Ericksen, the EPA’s communications director for the transition, told National Public Radio that “we’ll take a look at what’s happening so that the voice coming from the EPA is one that’s going to reflect the new administration.”

Employees are also scared that the climate change part of the EPA’s website will be removed.

  41. The Mexican President committed to meet with Trump and then he cancelled. Why? I believe it is because he does not have control over his own side. The likely progression will be we will not meet, to we will meet instead with China, to we will meet will meet buy only to listen, to we will meet and discuss subject to certain non negotiable like dumping our peasants on the backs of your middle class, and non descrimination against our drug gangs who are vital to the Mexican economy, to oh my god our economy is tanking, to anything you want.

  42. President Trump on Hannity tonight for the full hour. Last night President Trump dumped on clueless David Muir:

In his first major interview as president, with David Muir from ABC News, President Trump explained his view of the state of world politics.

“I don’t want terror in this country,” the president said, listing several terrorist attacks.

The host asks Trump if he is worried his policies could cause “more anger” in the Muslim world.

“More anger?” Trump responds. “There’s a lot of anger right now. How can you have more?”

“David,” Trump continued. “I know you’re a sophisticated guy, the world is a mess. The world is as angry as it gets. What, do you think this is gonna cause a little more anger?”

“The world is an angry place. All of this has happened. We went into Iraq, we shouldn’t have gone into Iraq. We shouldn’t have gotten out the way we got out. The world is a total mess.”

“The world is a mess, David,” the president quipped.

WINNING! Miami-Dade Mayor Orders Jails to Comply with Trump Crackdown on Sanctuary Cities

On Wednesday President Trump signed an executive order that threatened to cut federal grants for any counties or cities that don’t cooperate fully with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Since 2013, Miami-Dade has refused to indefinitely detain inmates who are in the country illegally and wanted by ICE.

Today Miami Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez ordered his jails to comply with federal immigration law and work with ICE officials.

Tonight President Trump congratulated Miami Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez on his decision to comply with federal law.

Steve Bannon Torches New York Times: ‘You Have No Power’

by Breitbart News 26 Jan 2017

Stephen K. Bannon (or, for those who wish to maximize their SEO, Steve Bannon) — former Executive Chairman to Breitbart News — tells the New York Times’ Michael Grynbaum that the “elite media” has “no authority” to report on what the American people want out of newly-inaugurated President Donald Trump.

    From the New York Times:

Stephen K. Bannon, President Trump’s chief White House strategist, laced into the American press during an interview on Wednesday evening, arguing that news organizations had been “humiliated” by an election outcome few anticipated, and repeatedly describing the media as “the opposition party” of the current administration.

“The media should be embarrassed and humiliated and keep its mouth shut and just listen for awhile,” Mr. Bannon said during a telephone call.

“I want you to quote this,” Mr. Bannon added. “The media here is the opposition party. They don’t understand this country. They still do not understand why Donald Trump is the president of the United States.”

“The elite media got it dead wrong, 100 percent dead wrong,” Mr. Bannon said of the election, calling it “a humiliating defeat that they will never wash away, that will always be there.”

“The mainstream media has not fired or terminated anyone associated with following our campaign,” Mr. Bannon said. “Look at the Twitter feeds of those people: they were outright activists of the Clinton campaign.” (He did not name specific reporters or editors.)

“That’s why you have no power,” Mr. Bannon added. “You were humiliated.”

  45. The Obamination erasing has begun:

Ben’s Chili Bowl has removed a mural that features alleged sexual predator Bill Cosby from the side of its U Street restaurant. White paint now covers a series of portraits that also included Barack Obama, Donnie Simpson, and Chuck Brown.

Co-owner Nizam Ali says backlash against Cosby—perhaps Ben’s most famous customer until Obama visited in 2009—had absolutely nothing to do with the mural’s removal.

“The mural went up in 2012. It’s 2017. New mural, new year,” Ali says. “It’s time to put something new up. It’s time to spring forth a good message of peace and unity.”

W.Ellington Felton, an artist in residence at Ben’s, tells Washingtonian he helped lead the removal effort, which took place over Wednesday night and early Thursday morning. Asked why Ben’s removed it now, he said, “Obama’s not in office. It’s the end of an era.”

    Federal money talks.

“Sanctuary” cities, towns, counties and states come in different flavors and got there via different routes. Some just call themselves that. Some had “proclamations” with no legal or statutory authority. Some passed “laws” with no teeth to virtue signal, other have laws with spelled out regulations. How and why they did this also varies wildly. Some were threatened by the ALCU with endless litigation costing millions of dollars with the promise that the Obama DOJ (and they told municipalities and states this) would get no help fending them off. Some have drug cartel connected members of city councils or in state government. Others have far left loonies who virtue signal for minority votes, media time and grandstanding since it had no penalty from their governors, voters who didn’t know what it means or what the outcomes are, others are simply stupid. Drawing big populations of illegals is also a good way to beef up dying cities populations for the census to harvest tax dollars and a disproportionate share of grants, ways to cost shift and pump up the number of Congressional representative and state legislators allocated to these areas through the US Census. Loss of population is a real problem so they import them to keep the clout and money rolling in.

The entire climate has changed with an incoming DOJ which is not going to put up with the selective enforcement and giving illegal aliens more rights than US citizens. This is Sessions base conclusion: Cut off the money because that is what the goal is. Without federal and state tax dollars the scheme implodes. Follow the money. Then cut it off.

  48. And I left out that many of these “sanctuary” city pols have drug cartel connections and which need free reign (and not to be deported after getting set up) in many of these cities which are hell holes of drug distribution, selling and using. Baltimore is a good example since it is one of the “major” industries there. Criminals lobby pols too for their own interests.

Democrats have to erase him or they can’t go forward. Painting over his ugly mug so the professional Dems don’t have to be reminded of him while they are trying to eat is not a surprise. The shop owner understands that a new crop of customers is coming and keeping that ugly thing on the wall is no way to welcome them. So all Repubs and say 50% of Dems are ready to see his image disappears. That’s like 75%? He left no goodwill in his wake.

Nieto is a cartel stooge. They can’t even try cartel godfathers so dump them on the US to jail. When he can’t do the impossible which is keep the border open and their markets for drugs and human trafficking open the cartels will get rid of Nieto. These people are not sane or rational. They paid for open borders and money laundering and that is all they will accept. They have to be wiped out like ISIS and Nieto who is their creature is not going to do jack squat and Trump knows it. It has to get a lot worse in Mexico before it starts to turn around. The Mexican 1% got them into this mess and they will have to get them out. Rich Mexicans should not be allowed to run to the US to avoid the mess they have made. The “remittances” they are worried about is drug money. They need it to stay afloat. Cancun now has running drug shootouts in the streets so even tourist money is in danger of ending.
