@DrJillStein PA MI #WIRecount Help #PresidentElect @RealDonaldTrump And GOP, Kill #Hillary2016

Update: Our fourth point at the end comes to fruition. Trump wins again and the GOP can giggle in glee: Nancy Pelousy is again voted by Dimocrats to be the top Dimocrat. Dimocrats never learn:

Pelosi got 134 votes to Ryan’s 63. The victory sends a message that while there’s a growing appetite for major changes in the party’s leadership structure and messaging tactics, it’s not strong enough to loosen Pelosi’s grip on a liberal-heavy group that’s rarely challenged her authority.

Ryan and his supporters had argued that the Democrats’ grim performance in this year’s elections — the latest in a string of cycles planting Republicans firmly in the majority — was a clear signal that Pelosi’s leadership strategy has failed to attract the broad coalition of voters required to return the Speaker’s gavel to the Democrats’ hands.

The critics pointed, in particular, to the party’s alienation of the middle-class Rust Belt workers, who flocked to Trump and secured victories for a long list of vulnerable Republicans down the ballot.

As our article explains, this is great news for President-Elect Donald J. Trump and the GOP. This means the Dimocrats will take longer than ever to turn to the center and sanity. It’s bad news for the nation but in the rivalry between parties the last thing the GOP wanted was for the Obama Dimocrat Party to become once again the Democratic Party of FDR/Kennedy/Clinton. The Dims remain the party of the loons and President-Elect Donald J. Trump can continue to rack up big victories such as the Carrier deal which saves American jobs.

President-Elect Donald J. Trump can only giggle at the prospect of our fifth and sixth points coming to fruition. Good times. America Great Again – coming soon – after January 20, 2017.

President-Elect Donald J. Trump is in a win/win/win position; Jill Stein is playing a very smart game; Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 are once again, as we have previously written, proving Hillary2016 is the dumbest campaign ever. Let’s look at the recount follies.

Green Party candidate Jill Stein’s call for a recount in three states Donald J. Trump won is a flim-flam scam worthy of flim-flam master Barack Obama. Stein’s game is all about the future of the Green Party and the 2020 beatdown of the Obama Party. This is something Republicans and Democrats don’t see as they mock or revile Jill Stein. Played correctly by President-Elect Donald J. Trump this could be yet another nail in the party of Barack Obama.

Look at how brilliantly Jill Stein has played the game. Jill Stein lost massively (1.04% of the vote, up from 0.36% of the vote in 2012) and in certain states (Michigan, Wisconsin) won enough of the vote to deny Hillary Clinton victory in those states. Jill Stein during the campaign attacked Hillary Clinton more than she attacked Donald J. Trump. Now, for the dimwits who hate Donald J. Trump, Jill Stein is a heroine. In one brilliant move Jill Stein went from hated in some quarters of the left, to respected, and perhaps even financed. Well played, girlfriend, well played.

Jill Stein helped Donald J. Trump and hurt Hillary Clinton during the campaign. Immediately after the campaign, Jill Stein gets money from Hillary Clinton supporters (and presumably some other nefarious sources such as the Soros family). Jill Stein attacked Hillary Clinton and she is rewarded with millions of dollars for her scam recounts from Hillary supporters! Jill Stein, also with this brilliant recount scam, has garnered more Big Media attention (12x the coverage), than she received during the entire presidential campaign.

But the millions of dollars scammed from the dimwits and the Big Media limelight are not what Jill Stein is up to. Jill Stein has bigger aims than filthy lucre and spotlights of Big Media and leftist love. Jill Stein has much bigger aims which the Republican Party, and President-Elect Donald J. Trump should be very happy about. Jill Stein’s smart moves, of course, completely elude the dumb-ass Hillary2016 campaign.

Jill Stein is up to something very very smart. Jill Stein if successful will destroy whatever remains of the entity that Barack Obama has trashed. Jill Stein doesn’t need to win the recounts. Jill Stein doesn’t even need to win. All Jill Stein wants is to leverage this election cycle for half a percent or perhaps a full percent (or 2 or 3 or 4 or more) of additional voter support for the Green Party in future elections. The results if that strategy succeeds is that the party of Barack Obama will never recover enough strength to win another presidential election unless it bows down to the Green Party. Repeat: Jill Stein and the Green Party strategy is to get enough support that the Obama Party cannot win without capitulating to the Greens. Well played, girlfriend, well played.

Jill Stein played her low cards with an experienced gambler’s dexterity. Having hurt Hillary Clinton during the election, Jill Stein became the Joan of Arc for Hillary Clinton supporters. Stein’s calls for money to finance her proposed recounts got her more money than her campaign ever received. But that was just the beginning. Jill Stein set herself up as the Joan of Arc fighting for the discouraged saps that voted for Hillary Clinton. This led to Hillary2016 once again proving itself, yet again, to be the dumbest campaign we have ever seen.

Perhaps it was fear of Jill Stein’s audacious move to fit into the armor of Joan of Arc that led Hillary2016 into further stupidity. But it is hard to tell. Hillary2016 was always doing the wrong thing at the wrong time so that perhaps it was just a force of habit that best explains the latest stupidity. Whatever the reason, Hillary2016 decided to join the Jill Stein recount follies.

How dumb was the Hillary2016 alliance with Jill Stein? First, Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 marked themselves as following the leader, Jill Stein. Second, Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 convicted themselves of fetid hypocrisy with the calls for a recount because of their earlier condemnations of Donald J. Trump and his wise declaration that he would wait and see if the elections were fair before he would commit to a blanket acceptance of the results. Add to that the fact Hillary Clinton conceded the election and asked Americans to unite behind President-Elect Donald J. Trump and the foolishness of the enterprise becomes transparent.

It’s bad enough that Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 come off so hypocritical in this recount foolishness. But the greater stupidity is that this endorsement of the Jill Stein scam helps Jill Stein and does not help Hillary Clinton nor Hillary2016 at all. How does this recount nonsense help Jill Stein politically? Look at what Jill Stein is up to. In Pennsylvania, Jill Stein is using the recount to get three voters to sign up for her in every election district to pursue the recount that will likely never happen. That’s a potentially powerful organization in Pennsylvania in 2020 even if not all of those that sign up support the Green Party in future elections. Why Hillary2016 enables this threat to the Obama Dim Party is a mystery that can only be answered by “stupidity”.

But wait, the stupidity of Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 is even greater than all that. To experience in full the stupidity of Hillary2016 look no further than the statement issued by Marc Elias, the Hillary Clinton attorney:

Listening and Responding To Calls for an Audit and Recount

Over the last few days, officials in the Clinton campaign have received hundreds of messages, emails, and calls urging us to do something, anything, to investigate claims that the election results were hacked and altered in a way to disadvantage Secretary Clinton. [snip]

It should go without saying that we take these concerns extremely seriously. We certainly understand the heartbreak felt by so many who worked so hard to elect Hillary Clinton, and it is a fundamental principle of our democracy to ensure that every vote is properly counted. [snip]

First, since the day after the election we have had lawyers and data scientists and analysts combing over the results to spot anomalies that would suggest a hacked result. These have included analysts both from within the campaign and outside, with backgrounds in politics, technology and academia.

Second, we have had numerous meetings and calls with various outside experts to hear their concerns and to discuss and review their data and findings. As a part of this, we have also shared out data and findings with them. Most of those discussions have remained private, while at least one has unfortunately been the subject of leaks.

Third, we have attempted to systematically catalogue and investigate every theory that has been presented to us within our ability to do so.

Fourth, we have examined the laws and practices as they pertain to recounts, contests and audits.

Fifth, and most importantly, we have monitored and staffed the post-election canvasses — where voting machine tapes are compared to poll-books, provisional ballots are resolved, and all of the math is double checked from election night. [snip]

Because we had not uncovered any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology, we had not planned to exercise this option ourselves, but now that a recount has been initiated in Wisconsin, we intend to participate in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides. If Jill Stein follows through as she has promised and pursues recounts in Pennsylvania and Michigan, we will take the same approach in those states as well. We do so fully aware that the number of votes separating Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton in the closest of these states — Michigan — well exceeds the largest margin ever overcome in a recount. But regardless of the potential to change the outcome in any of the states, we feel it is important, on principle, to ensure our campaign is legally represented in any court proceedings and represented on the ground in order to monitor the recount process itself.

The campaign is grateful to all those who have expended time and effort to investigate various claims of abnormalities and irregularities. While that effort has not, in our view, resulted in evidence of manipulation of results, now that a recount is underway, we believe we have an obligation to the more than 64 million Americans who cast ballots for Hillary Clinton to participate in ongoing proceedings to ensure that an accurate vote count will be reported.

Absorb the full stupidity of that statement. In short it says “It was an honest election our investigations reveal, but we will follow the leader, Jill Stein, and participate in the recount, which is sure to change absolutely nothing, because so many of you are feeling bad.”

We’re all for recounts if the aim is to determine whether or not the will of the voters was determinative. In 2008 when Barack Obama challenged the Hillary Clinton victory in New Hampshire we applauded because we wanted to see Barack Obama humiliated yet again as we relived the glorious victory. If these Jill Stein/Hillary2016 recounts were about determining the will of the voters we would be in support of them. But these recounts are an attempt to delegitimatize the amazing victory by Donald J. Trump in this year’s elections.

Frankly we are enjoying these recount follies. For the next few weeks we can enjoy reruns of the Donald J. Trump victories and this time have sufficient opportunity to savor them. Some will say that we are selfish voluptuaries engaged in sensuous pleasures by reliving election night 2016. Guilty. We also enjoy the spectacle of Jill Stein as she takes money from those she previously robbed and they donate the funds willingly.

We should not be alone in this bliss. The Republican Party and it’s leader, President-Elect Donald J. Trump should cherish this moment too.

President-Elect Donald J. Trump and his GOP rightfully denounce the recount effort as an attempt to delegitimatize President Donald J. Trump. All the same, the GOP and Trump functionaries have to see that the rise of Jill Stein and the Green Party mostly helps the GOP and President Donald J. Trump. The GOP and President-Elect Donald J. Trump get to have their cake, eat it too, and have Hillary2016 pay for it. Marvelous!

There’s an unresolved senate election in Louisiana but the Obama Party is too busy with recounts to do anything to win the race. Even the dim see the light somewhat:

It’s a waste of time and money. It is not going to change anything,” said Democratic strategist Joe Trippi, who served as campaign manager for former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean’s 2004 presidential campaign.

I think it probably was the Stein people looking for a way to stay relevant, raise some money and take the stink off of them. Instead of everybody screaming, ‘You made Trump happen,’ she is counting the votes to change that whole narrative.”

In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. King Trippi knows Hillary2016 is deaf, dumb, and blind. Hank Sheinkopf can see the future, “It will create further depression among the extreme Hillaryites.”

So who wins this battle on a strategic level? Obviously Trump. The attempts to delegitimatize President-Elect Donald J. Trump lead to the delegitimatizing of Trump’s opponents instead. Big Media tried to hurt President-Elect Donald J. Trump with this recount story but instead Big Media is forced to show the recount as a clown car of ridiculousness:

As Stein points out herself in a video posted on Sunday, initiating a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s vote is “especially complicated.” [snip]

Stein’s lawsuit would have to present evidence that election fraud was probable in Pennsylvania. Democratic Secretary of State Pedro Cortes says there’s no evidence of voting irregularities during the Nov. 8 election

“Absolutely not,” Cortes told reporters. “There is no evidence whatsoever that points to any type of irregularity in any way, shape or form.

While Stein is essentially alleging that errors, tampering or hacking had occurred to affect outcomes in the three states, even computer scientists who recommended a recount to rule out tampering have gone to great lengths to make it clear there is no proof of hacking or fraud in the election results. [snip]

So instead, Stein is promoting an “especially complicated” voter-initiated recount effort that involves three voters in every precinct or election district in Pennsylvania submitting a notarized affidavit to the clerk in their individual election districts. [snip]

According to the Department of State, there were 9,163 voting precincts in Pennsylvania during the 2016 election. So Stein would need over 27,000 voters to file notarized affidavits, but it’s unclear if that avenue is even still available.

According to Wanda Murren, spokeswoman for the Pennsylvania Department of State, the deadline under the law for a voter-initiated recount at the county level had been Monday, Nov. 21. [snip]

Complicating any recount effort is the fact that Pennsylvania is one of 15 states that use electronic voting machines that don’t have a paper-backed audit. [snip]

Even if Stein were able to overcome the odds and initiate a statewide recount, it’s doubtful Clinton would be able to overcome Trump’s 70,638 lead in Pennsylvania.

There is no way to overturn President-Elect Donald J. Trump’s lead in Pennsylvania. Even if there was, which there isn’t, the election would go to the House of Representatives wherein the Republican congress would vote Trump.

Pennsylvania is the toughest nut to crack and is a must crack. Pennsylvania alone provides Donald J. Trump with enough electoral votes to make him president. As Pennsylvania is solid Trump, there are problems in Wisconsin too:

The Wisconsin Elections Commission agreed Monday to begin a recount of the presidential election on Thursday but was sued by Green Party candidate Jill Stein after the agency declined to require county officials to recount the votes by hand.

It will be a race to finish the recount in time to meet a daunting federal deadline, and the lawsuit could delay the process. Under state law, the recount must begin this week as long as Stein or another candidate pays the $3.5 million estimated cost of the recount by Tuesday, election officials said. [snip]

Citing the results of a 2011 statewide recount that changed only 300 votes of 1.5 million, Elections Commission chairman Mark Thomsen, a Democrat, said this presidential recount is very unlikely to change Republican Donald Trump’s win in the state.

If these cases ever make it into court the testimony by Democrat officials that Trump won fair and square will carry great weight. The New Yorker is reduced to bitter tears of reality:

The Recount Road to Nowhere

A candidate needs two hundred and seventy Electoral College votes to win the Presidency. Trump has three hundred and six, and Clinton has two hundred and thirty-two. [snip]

A recount would have to reverse the results in all three states to get Clinton to two hundred and seventy. And, as fivethirtyeight.com noted, this has never happened in cases where the margins are as large as those in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania; even Michigan would be at the edge of past experience. (It is worth noting that Jill Stein won enough votes in Michigan and Wisconsin to account for Clinton’s losses there.) Stein’s Wisconsin application lists a number of reasons for a recount, most of which are paraphrases of a single thought: the Russians might, just might, have fixed the election—after all, they hacked John Podesta’s e-mail.

Into this futility came the Charge of the Dim Brigade. Hillary2016 is truly the dumbest campaign ever and in this post campaign period proves itself to be the dumbest post campaign campaign ever! As M. Joseph Sheppard notes, this level of stupidity can easily lead to long term GOP dominance.

Other writers have noted the high level of foolishness in this recount business in almost graphic detail.

So what does this all mean?

First, President-Elect Donald J. Trump should secretly be happy with Jill Stein’s strategy to build up the Green Party and Naderize future elections against the Dims.

Second, the GOP should be ecstatic that Jill Stein will Naderize the Obama Dimocrat Party further into oblivion.

Third, this recount nonsense helps the GOP win the Louisiana Senate race and 53 GOP seats in the U.S. Senate while the Obama Dimocrats are busy chasing their tails and ratcheting up their level of stupidity.

Fourth, the GOP and soon to be President Donald J. Trump can only giggle with glee at the prospect of a Nancy Pelosi win to be the top House Dimocrat.

Fifth, President-Elect Donald J. Trump and the GOP should restrain their public giggles and laughter as Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren drag the Dim Party of Obama further and further left, if that’s possible.

Sixth, President-Elect Donald J. Trump and the GOP should take tranquilizers to further restrain their public giggles and laughter at the prospect of the new DNC Chair – the black, Muslim, leftist loon, Keith Ellison who will no doubt drive away whatever white working class support the Dims have and flee to the GOP.

Seventh, President-Elect Donald J. Trump should continue to be the smart tactician and appoint the best persons to his cabinet and be ready to roll out the erasure of the Obama horror soon after January 20, 2017.

Lastly, we should all brace ourselves for more winning!

  1. The winning doesn’t stop:

GOP Eyes Lightning Strike on Obamacare to Kick Off Trump Era

The Republican plan would take advantage of reconciliation, a budget-related mechanism to circumvent the 60-vote threshold in the Senate and prevent Democrats from being able to block legislation on their own. By striking early, the GOP could set itself up to invoke the same procedure again later in the year on a broader range of targets, including tax cuts.

  2. Chris Christie has scheduled a press announcement for today. Elaine Chao will be named Transportation Secretary. Rumors abound that General Mattis will be named Defense Secretary. Tom Price to head Health and Human Services. Ben Carson to head Housing and Urban Development.

All supposed to be announced today.

  3. Here’s some more winning:

If confirmed as Trump’s attorney general, the Alabama senator would instantly become one of the most powerful people overseeing the nation’s immigration policy, with wide latitude over the kinds of immigration violations to prosecute and who would be deported.

As the nation’s top cop, Sessions would be able to direct limited department resources to pursuing immigration cases. He could launch federal investigations into what he perceives as discrimination against U.S. citizens caused by immigration. He would be in charge of drafting legal rationales for immigration policies under the Trump administration.

And Sessions, as attorney general, could find ways to choke off funding for “sanctuary cities,” where local officials decline to help federal officials identify undocumented immigrants so they can be deported.

  4. Boggles the mind!
I went to a few Hillary sites, Just to see what they are saying.
They are saying the recount could over turn the Election, And the Elector’s could vote for her too.
So they are still hoping for a Clinton Presidency!!

  5. Admin.: a truly superb analysis.

Especially, the transformation of image of Stein from spoiler to Joan of Arc.

From grimy little revolutionary to champion of the left.

Politics is about image and money.

This strategy scores big on both points.

    It sure beats oblivion.

It removes any remaining veneer of respectability Hillary has left.

Condemned this time, not by others, but by her own words.

Perhaps it will lead to something constructive

Like another beat down of Podesta and Mooks.

They tell me Mooks is walking around right now with a catchers mask and chest pad.

Whereas Podesta has assumed the position and said thank you may I please have another.

    Oh Hillaryland quo vadis?

    To the hoosegow?

  6. I have not been a fan, much less a devotee of Morning Joe, now Mourning Joe.

But lately I have tuned out Joe and focused the antics of daddy’s little girl Mika.

Primarily the way she emotes on camera, rolls her eyes and carries on when Joe says something.

Joe has Downs syndrome, so there is only so much of him you can take.

So if only by default you start focusing on her.

A rare combination of comedy tragedy then more comedy.

    They are reportedly an item.

Not Bogey and Bacall, not Gable and Lombard, not Burton and Taylor.

The closest thing I can compare them to is Laurel and Hardy.

Mika is Laurel and Joe is Hardy.

This is hardly surprising, given the fact that the head of MSNBC Zuckerman is a Hollywood remittance man.

  8. Wbboei, Hillary Clinton could have told Jill Stein “you miserable bitch you Naderized me and you are one big reason why I lost so many states. I wouldn’t spit on you if you were thirsty. You miserable FrankenSTEIN now you want money to verify election results but what you really want is for my voters to forget what you did. We will never forget what you and the Green Party did in 2000 and 2016. If you pursue these phony recounts to distract from your own perfidy – I will join Donald Trump in opposition to you. Go to hell you skank.”

Hillary at least would have retained some honor and most importantly pulled the rug out from under Jill Stein. But as usual, Hillary Clinton and Hillary2016 did what was stupid.

imo…Barron should be left alone…Donald is not even officially President yet and people, from their own perspective and motives, are “outing” the young and innocent 10 year old son of Donald…all doing armchair evaluations having never met or spoken to the boy…

IMO-There’s NOTHING physically or mentally wrong with Barron. He is a sweet and intelligent boy.

Imagine yourself at 10 yrs old standing next to your mother and father ( who dearly LOVE you ) on election night announcing Hillary had conceded the election and Trump had won?

Barron knowing full well of the death threats and the well publicized and recorded assassination attempts on his father’s life? Waiting and wondering. Will it happen now?
Are they going to shoot him and kill him?

To me. He looked frightened and nervous biting his lower lip during the announcement. And the slime bucket media seized on it to hurt Trump. Donald should put a STOP to those rumors asap. The boy knows that what they are saying…

It’s a big worry for any 10 year old boy never mind one of privileged.

Barron is probably thinking, I don’t want my Dad to know I am so worried about him- I am sure he has already confided his fears to Melania..

Perhaps, Melania was aware of his fears a long time ago- and the reason she is championing “Bullying”- School yard bullying, Social media bulling and the like..

If it were me- ( being a protective mother)..after raising 4 sons who are now adults with their own families, I would have him tutored/home schooled for the time being- until if /when the environmental climate settles and is amicable to the Trump Presidency. God forbid someone kidnaps the boy at school. Don’t wait too long, Melania. Barron feels safe in Trump Tower.. Stay there with him indefinitely until things are under control.

  11. Mrs. Smith, you’re back! ‘Happy to see you.

I love Admin and I love this group. Between the Admin and the commenters, old and new, it’s one hell of a Scooby Gang. I’m glad you are still here.

  12. admin..I hope you don’t mind running this developing story
along with your post topic. As a (young, ha!) Grandma, following and posting this story speaks to my heart..

Apparently, Rosie has dove-in head first into a fight she can’t win. By doing so, she has earned herself perhaps some $$$ for her stagnted career? I hear Hillary pays her activists very well. Rosie may need the money.. but-

Guess what Rosie, hurting children is an irredeemable act.. especially( WHEN YOU DO OR SAY ANYTHING TO falsely denigrate a child to get at another target ) Even if leaving an indelible footprint battering a young child’s mind by playing fast and loose with/out documented facts, is not only dirty pool and irresponsible, but lower than whale shit as an indicator plumbing your depth of conscience of how LOW you are willing to go to smear a child with LIEs to WIN?

And I mean, both Hillary AND BILL! Standing by and allowing (Hillary supporter)Rosie to continue berating the child to denigrate the Trump family. SHAME ON YOU BOTH. Resorting to picking on children when we all protected Chelsea when YOU were in the WH and the GOP owned media unmercifully criticized your daughter Chelsea.. KARMA is a Bitch) ) If there is a shred of decency/integrity in your battered characters. Speak up and denounce Rosie O’Donnell’s video.

After all, you had no trouble sending Chelsea to beg Ivanka to speak to her father about any immediate plans for prosecution against Hillary be put on hold and requesting as family friends, allowing time for her to HEAL. After her surprise loss of the election. Hmmm..

NICE! You repay Trumps magnanimity with this BS? What kind of people are you? Sociopaths- Psychopaths.. Take your pick?

If anything, Bill needs to put Hillary on suicide watch because as of today, it is apparrent with Michigan certifying to Trump, this recount scheme is a ‘nothing-burger’ going no-where fast.. except for noting there in no change in the election results and certifying then to be correct.

Couching of words has some merit… BUT it always boils down to INTENT!

Melania Trump Threatens Suit Over Barron Autism Video That Rosie O’Donnell Promoted

Melania Trump’s lawyer is threatening a lawsuit over a video that claimed to provide evidence that her son Barron is autistic. Melania wants the maker of the video to delete the video and apologize.

    Read more w/video at link:

The letter, obtained by TMZ, also calls Rosie O’Donnell a bully for giving publicity to the video and claiming herself that Barron is autistic. TMZ says sources close to Trump’s family say that Barron absolutely does not have autism.

TY, Felix.. My appearances here will be sporadic. Kids have always been my passion… However, I have been dealing with serious health issues for some months now and stress is not the best thing benefiting your well being. WBB and I have been friends and post mates for 10+ yrs. He has always been kind enough to fill me in on His44 when I haven’t had the energy to read. (I thank you for noticing I was absent..) 😉

  15. I tell you, I have a brother with a 178 IQ who is on the Aspergers “spectrum”. I grew up with him and know what that looks like. Baron Trump is not autistic. Rosie is crazy and should take that nasty U-tube down and apologize.

  16. Looks like President-Elect Donald J. Trump has made his cabinet decisions. Now he will build up support with rallies:

Trump’s ‘Thank You Tour’ Brings Him Through States That Won Him White House

President-elect Donald Trump will embark on a “thank you” tour of states that helped sweep him to victory, his transition team announced Tuesday.

Mr. Trump’s first stop will be at a sports arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Thursday. He’ll be joined at the rally by Vice President-elect Mike Pence, who also is scheduled to hold an event in New Orleans on Saturday.

Senator Grassley said today that confirmation hearings on Jeff Sessions will begin before President-Elect Donald J. Trump is sworn into office. The vote for Jeff Sessions will take place as soon as possible so that Sessions can be at work on the first day. Make America Great Again is already happening.

  17. Only thing we know about Barron Trump is that after eight years in the White House he will be a stunning looking 18 year old. The boy will be a star. A boy band? An acting job? Athlete? The boy has his mother’s looks and his father’s height. Heart-breaker. We wish him the best.

  18. Admin,
Great post today. I just wish this would go away. Something about this whole recount fiasco has me on pins and needles (enter Xanax stage right). We’ve been cheated for so long I just don’t trust this whole process.

  19. I agree…I think Barron will become the tweens ‘heartthrob’…hate to repeat myself but i think he is adorable…he looks like a young model and definitely a very young Donald…if I were XXXX years younger I’d probably have a crush on him…

…he hasn’t even started puberty yet…let the boy do his thing…in his own time…

  20. oh my goodness…Happy Days are here again…Our Donald did it…check number one

Trump to Announce Carrier Plant Will Keep Jobs in U.S.

From the earliest days of his campaign, Donald J. Trump made keeping manufacturing jobs in the United States his signature economic issue, and the decision by Carrier, the big air-conditioner company, to move 2,000 of them from Indiana to Mexico was a tailor-made talking point for him on the stump.

On Thursday, Mr. Trump and Mike Pence, Indiana’s governor and the vice-president elect, plan to appear at Carrier’s Indianapolis plant to announce they’ve struck a deal with the company to keep a majority of the jobs in the state, according to officials with the transition team as well as Carrier.

Mr. Trump will be hard-pressed to alter the economic forces that have hammered the Rust Belt for decades, but forcing Carrier and its parent company, United Technologies, to reverse course is a powerful tactical strike that will rally his base even before he takes office.

In exchange for keeping the factory running in Indianapolis, Mr. Trump and Mr. Pence are expected to reiterate their campaign pledges to be friendlier to business by easing regulations and overhauling the corporate tax code. In addition, Mr. Trump is expected to tone down his rhetoric threatening 35 percent tariffs on companies like Carrier that shift production south of the border.

Roughly 10 percent of United Technologies’ $56 billion in revenues comes from the federal government, with the Pentagon its single largest customer. Its Pratt & Whitney division, for example, supplies the engines for the Air Force’s most advanced fighters and host of other planes.

While Carrier is best known for its air-conditioners, it also sells a variety of other heating and cooling equipment for homes and small businesses, like the furnaces and fan coils made at the Indianapolis factory.

    #Russia emulating #Chinese control of the #internet

Russia recently passed laws which will give the Kremlin much more legal control over the internet and what Russians will be able to see online. To further this agenda of censoring available, cyberspace information, Russia is turning to the leader in the area, China, for off-the-shelf technology to do the job effectively.

The “great firewall” of Russia began being built with the Kremlin’s recent decision to block LinkedIn. “China remains our only serious ‘ally,’ including in the IT sector,” a source in the Russian information technology industry told The Guardian, adding, “we are in fact actively switching to Chinese,” reports UPI.

The basic law that enabled this information crackdown is called Yarovaya’s Law and forces Russia telecommunications providers to hold information about its customer’s online history for a period of time, effectively giving the Russian government the ability to see anything a person has looked at on the internet. The infrastructure of the Russian internet is now controlled by the Kremlin as well. Chinese President Xi and Russian President Vladimir Putin have vowed to increase cooperation in many areas, including internet censorship and the economy.

A judge has ruled the Wisconsin recount does not have to be done by hand.

Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn said counties can determine the method used.

Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein’s attorney said he respects the decision, but would have liked to see a hand recount to make sure “who voted for whom.”

Earlier, the judge allowed Hillary Clinton to join Stein’s lawsuit seeking a hand recount in Wisconsin.

Bailey-Rihn granted a request from Clinton’s attorneys to join the lawsuit without comment during a hearing Tuesday afternoon. Clinton’s team had argued she has a stake in the recount and manual counting is the most transparent method for the public.

Stein fears the state’s voting systems may have been hacked but has presented no evidence. She has sued to force county clerks to conduct the recount manually.

Go to https://twitter.com/BBAnimaIVids, it’s down maybe 10 vids (which seem to have nothing to do with baby animals videos??), it says it was 10 hrs ago. You’ll know it – it’s a man with a little fuzz ball on his lower leg lol

  34. All the recount supporters should just admit that they know their request has no merit but Sorfeld is putting out so much money for them to do stupid things, that they just have to take it and do them. Too bad it also wastes the taxpayers money.

  36. The recount activities really demonstrate how Sorfeld pumps money into campaigns. The Jill Stein thing should really produce some interesting FEC reports in terms of what contributions are “unitemized”. Before Obama exploited this loophole in the campaign finance, unitemized contributions were normally 10% or so. The is a function of a normal data distribution (number of contributions versus contribution amount). When it is significantly over that, there is probably manipulation. We saw that with Bernie and even Hillary’s 2016 campaign.

But I think Trumps campaign may have also shown a larger percentage, but one would actually have to look at the data distribution to say what has happened. I know I started as under the reporting limit and ended up over it. Since he actually did not seek contributions until later in his campaign and did self financing, that analysis might be more complicated.

Why Trump is courting Romney for the State Department
    By Thomas Lifson

All the brouhaha over the alleged rifts within the Trump transition over Mitt Romney misses the point. I think it is theatre, a distraction by the same man who was able to direct media attention where he wanted it all throughout the campaign.

Donald Trump has a plan that eludes his critics, who can’t help thinking about politics the way it has always been played and still do not grasp his thinking nor the range of new tools he brings to the presidency.

The Department of State is badly broken and desperately needs to be fixed. State requires fundamental restructuring as well as the departure of many entrenched figures whose goals and beliefs are antagonistic to realistic confrontation with Islamic jihad and the generations-long efforts of Muslim states to “wipe Israel off the map.” The State Department is full of people called “Arabists,” who instinctively blame Israel when it is attacked and defends itself and who presume that the U.S. should attend to the prejudices of hundreds of millions of Arab Muslims because they are so populous, and because they have oil and have funded an amazing number of sinecures for retired bureaucrats with generous compensation and few demands (other than reflexive support whenever an issue arises).

This is just a start on enumerating the problems, for the Middle East is not the only problem ahead, merely the oldest. There are serious issues with Russia, China, North Korea, and Venezuela, among major problems for U.S. diplomacy.

Arnold Cusmariu today makes the case that John Bolton is the man to reform the State Department while implementing President-Elect Trump’s policies. I am a great admirer of Bolton and would be happy if he were to get the job. But even though I am much closer to Bolton’s politics than Mitt Romney’s, the former governor’s skill set seems ideal for the job ahead.

First of all, my assumption is that when he assumes the presidency, Donald Trump will largely make foreign policy from the White House, a move with much precedent. He would do this by using the National Security Council staff, who do not require Senate confirmation, and who can operate quicker and more flexibly than the barnacle-encrusted State Department protocols allow.

Mitt Romney as secretary of state would focus not on policy, but on doing to the State Department what he has done to poorly performing companies: close down entire segments of the organization and reorganize what the survivors do around re-thought goals and procedures. This is a formidable art, and one that Romney is an acknowledged master of, thanks to his many years at Bain Capital, buying companies and turning them around. He has deep experience in refocusing on what matters most and the most effective ways to accomplish the redefined priorities.

It helps a lot to be a total stranger if you are making ruthless cuts. Bolton’s experience at the State Department could be a plus in many ways, but also his human relationships could be an obstacle for sweeping change. He would be only a phone call away from Romney, were the latter to need his advice. The portrait of Romney painted by the Obama campaign in 2012 could be turned to advantage if State Department employees started sending out their résumés in anticipation of Mitt the Knife forcing them out.

Donald Trump has endured a certain amount of mockery for saying that Romney “looks like” a secretary of state, but I take the remark as an indication that he intends to make unprecedented use of the media in his foreign policy (and everywhere else in his administration). Remember that he understands reality television’s appeal better than anyone else in politics. And for better or worse, a sizable chunk – probably a majority – of the public apprehends politics at the level of TV drama, with heroes and villains, and especially with victims.

Donald Trump is spending a lot of time with Mitt Romney, and the two are to dine together. I think this suggests that the president-elect is using his formidable persuasion powers to explain to Mitt what the job he has in mind will look like and solicit Romney’s formidable intelligence and experience in the task ahead.

The master showman is also a master persuader (hat tip: Scott Adams). I think he has big plans for big changes at State, and he thinks Romney is the guy to do it.

Good times. America Great Again – coming soon – after January 20, 2017.

the left really are loons…no doubt about it…they are the epitome of “cutting off your nose to spite your face” and fighting against their own interests

Swedish rape victim called racist for accurately describing her attacker.

If there is someone out there who has seen a dark young man around central Torsby tonight, let me know,” she wrote on Facebook. “The only description I have in addition to that is that he was young, about 18-19 (? ) and dark-skinned, and he was wearing some kind of football shirt / T-shirt and was, in general, scantily clad.

With his thinly-veiled interrogation, the social media user insinuated that Emilson is racist because she described her attacker as “dark-skinned.” After being set upon by a multitude of angry readers, he backed up his comments by claiming that Emilson could’ve used other details to describe the rapist rather than his ethnicity.

    me: This crap infuriates me.

First, the *point* isn’t his ethnicity, the point is a *description* so that he can be caught!

Second – I always say, if it’s racist to describe the skin color, then it must be sexist to describe the gender, classist if he was described as poorly dressed, ageist if the age was guessed, etc.

  55. Nigel Farage Spoke at a Media Conference and Journalists Lost Their Minds

  56. Chuck Todd gets it.

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “MTP Daily,” host Chuck Todd stated that it “”Doesn’t get much lower than this” for the Democratic Party, which has discovered it “can’t win” and having House leadership elections where instead of picking up the pieces, they arranged them “in the exact same order.”

Todd said, “The party that was predicting a permanent lock on the Electoral College, has suddenly discovered, they can’t win anything.”

He added, “Doesn’t get much lower than this for Democrats. A few weeks ago, Democrats were measuring the drapes, not just in the White House, they thought that was in the bag. They were talking about the Senate, that was in reach. Even the House, at one point. They at least thought they would narrow it in a big way, or shall we see, bigly. But now, Democrats are facing a unified Republican government after arguably misjudging the electorate and bungling the delivery of their own message, or frankly, coming up with one. After years of trumpeting their party’s strength with young voters and minorities, Democrats now find themselves out of touch with working-class white voters in the Midwest.”

After discussing the House Democrats’ leadership elections, Todd concluded, “Democrats were supposed to begin picking up the pieces from this month’s election, and it looks like they are arranging them in the exact same order.”

  57. these freaking democrats that the taxpayers pay their salary are out of control…

Is this the kind of mentality and leaders they put forth?? no wonder everything has been going to hell and the last 8 years have been nothing but identity politics and accusations of racism on innocent people

Duncan Lloyd, an assistant city solicitor, was identified in surveillance footage that captured Lloyd and a second man walking along Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill on Nov 25. In the footage, Lloyd is seen wearing a blue blazer and holding a glass of wine, filming or taking photos, while a second man spray paints “F— Trump,” on the wall of a newly opened Fresh Grocer.

As of Thursday morning, police said no arrests have been made in the incident and Kenney said Lloyd remains employed with the city.

“It’s still working out. It’s certainly hateful and inappropriate and unacceptable…but people are human beings and they make mistakes and it’s a dumb mistake,” Kenney said. “It’s hateful graffiti, hateful graffiti is never acceptable whether it’s a city employee or not.”

Lloyd has not returned calls for comment.

First Deputy City Solicitor Craig Straw confirmed on Wednesday that Lloyd, who has worked for the Law Department since 2011, is one of two men in the video.

Lloyd, 32, attended Germantown Friends School and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, according to his LinkedIn page. He makes $63,207 a year, working in the Labor and Employment unit, representing the city mostly in federal and state discrimination lawsuits.

On his LinkedIn page he wrote of the job, “As a result of these responsibilities, I hear the craziest stories – ones regularly driven by the unreasonable mores of lust, anger, passion, and envy.”

The story he’s wrapped up in now occurred around midnight Friday at the Fresh Market at 8200 Germantown Ave.

Police released a video which shows Lloyd, wine glass in hand, holding up his cellphone as the second man, described as 20 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall, medium build, and wearing a blue hooded jacket, spray-paints the wall.

Police have estimated the damage at between $3,000 and $10,000.

  58. http://www.philly.com/philly/news/politics/20161201_City_attorney_identified_in_anti-Trump_vandalism.html

a bit more from the article above…

Since Election Day, pro- and anti-Trump graffiti have been reported throughout the city. In early November, spray-painted swastikas, racist graffiti, and references to President-elect Donald Trump and Nazi Germany appeared in South Philadelphia. Anti-Trump graffiti have been reported on bus shelters and on the exterior wall of City Hall, where “Not My President” was spray-painted and removed Nov. 12.

Mayor Kenney has denounced the destruction of property, which mirrors incidents nationwide.

The city’s Republican Party wasted no time in calling for Lloyd’s dismissal.

“If the image of an upper-middle-class city attorney clad in a blazer and sipping wine while vandalizing an upscale grocery store with an anti-Trump message strikes you as perhaps the most bourgeois sight imaginable, that’s because it is,” said Joe DeFelice, chairman of the Philadelphia Republican Party.

“Did the extra glass of Shiraz give him some sort of delusional confidence that there are no cameras on Germantown Avenue? The taxpayers should be entrusting exactly none of our faith into this man. He should be fired from our city’s Law Department immediately.”

  59. http://townhall.com/columnists/edklein/2016/11/30/the-real-reason-hillary-asked-for-a-recount-n2252841

Part of the answer is that people close to Hillary—Huma Abedin, Chelsea Clinton, and Sidney Blumenthal—encouraged her to ask for a recount as a way of lifting her spirits.

“She is weepy, looks ten years older and is very whiny,” said one of Hillary’s closest friends. “She has been drinking wine pretty heavily, much more than usual. She mopes around all day, swimming in a sea of recriminations and complaining that her campaign managers were ‘incompetent,’ Bill and Chelsea ‘didn’t work hard enough,’ FBI Director Comey was ‘in league with Trump.’”

In addition, President Obama convinced Hillary that it was in the best interest of the Democratic Party if the Clinton legal team got involved with the recount and didn’t leave it to Jill Stein.

“The president felt that the progressives were acting stunned and helpless and had to rise out of their stupor and show that they weren’t going to take their defeat lying down,” said the source. “Contesting the results of the election was the best and fastest way to stir the morale and fighting spirit of the demoralized party.

“Obama felt that a recount would plant a seed with the base that the election was somehow dishonest,” the source continued. “He wanted to raise serious questions about the legitimacy of the Trump presidency.”

And what did Bill Clinton—the man Charlie Rose called “the best political animal that’s ever been in American politics”—think of all this?

Said a close Clinton adviser: “Bill thinks the recount is going to backfire as a strategy because there are probably no more than a handful of questionable ballots and they could actually wind up adding to Trump’s numbers and validate rather than invalidate his election.”

  60. I always kind of liked Cenk…don’t really listen to him anymore but back in the day he usually seemed to be a straight shooter…

    Now this…

At least one Democrat was honest about the good news. ‘The Young Turks’ host Cenk Uygur praised Trump for the deal – adding that Obama “never would have done this.”
    Transcript via Real Clear Politics:

Let’s talk about one of the things he did that was actually really positive.

He said, look, your parent company United Technologies has a lot of government contracts. IF you want to get United States government contracts, you’re going to have to keep some of your jobs in the United States.

Now, this is exactly what I’ve been saying to Democrats and President Obama. That you could do this stuff. If you really want to apply pressure, there are a thousand ways to apply pressure.

But they would never do it. I’m sorry, if you’re a Democrat, and you like Obama, I hate to break your heart and you want to hate me for it and that’s okay, but Obama wouldn’t have done that.

That’s not who he is, he is not that guy. And in this case, it is an absolutely fact. Because he is president right now. If he wanted, he could have pressured Carrier. But he didn’t pressure Carrier. He didn’t pressure United Technologies, and he didn’t threaten to take away their contracts. Because he’s not that strong. And he always thinks, his default mode is there’s nothing we can do. You guys don’t understand. There are consequences.
