A Preet Bharara Happy Thanksgiving: Make Thanksgiving Great Again

For the first time in the 21st century, Americans (starting in January 20) will have a leader worthy of the people. After 16 years of horror America is not only back from the precipice of death but on to a wonderful, dare we say “great”, future. Rejoice, rejoice, there’s much for everyone to be thankful for this Thanksgiving 2016.

First of all, if you are reading this, you’re alive. Give thanks for the joys of life. Whatever “challenges” or difficulties you face, you’re alive. Be really thankful.

Because we mostly talk politics here, let’s talk politics and be thankful. For those that voted for President-Elect Donald J. Trump the joys of the season have an extra sprinkle of tidings of great joy. Think back to how the country would have gone down the drain under an Obama Third Term and all the disasters averted, and rejoice, rejoice, rejoice.

Of course, President-Elect Donald J. Trump has much to be thankful for throughout his blessed life and we are grateful he has taken on the burdens of office. President-Elect Donald J. Trump has much to be thankful for being himself.

For those that voted for Hillary Clinton you can be thankful for all the votes she received and that she now can enjoy her family in retirement. As the Clinton Global Initiative falters, because without political power the donations will dry up, lots of people will be able to find new avenues to explore and new jobs to find.

For Barack Obama and his cult you may find solace in knowing that now Barack Obama can golf and finesse his flim-flams and corruptions without having to pretend he cares for anyone other than himself. Moose and squirrel are free to enrich themselves, unless they are indicted.

Those that detest political corruption, have a great deal to rejoice about this wonderful Thanksgiving. Not only are the corrupt flung out into the streets to ply their whoring out of political office, some still in politics are facing justice. Remember the guy we wrote about several times by the name of Preet Bharara? Well, this Thanksgiving Preet Bharara lived up to what we wrote about him. Read what we wrote back in June, then enjoy this big meal cooked just in time for Thanksgiving:

The feds’ Albany corruption probe inched closer to Gov. Cuomo Thursday with the unsealing of charges against two of his most trusted former aides — who imitated “Sopranos” mobsters by using “ziti” as a code word for alleged cash payoffs tied to the governor’s pet upstate projects.

Longtime Cuomo family loyalist Joseph Percoco — whom the governor once called a “third son” to his late father, Mario — was accused of pocketing more than $315,000 in bribes by shaking down a Maryland-based energy company and a Syracuse development firm in pay-to-play schemes.

Disgraced lobbyist Todd Howe, who hired Percoco as an intern for then-Gov. Mario Cuomo, was also revealed to have secretly pleaded guilty Tuesday to a slew of graft and tax charges in a deal to cooperate with authorities.

Howe’s admitted crimes involve pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars from developers to rig bids on multimillion-dollar state contracts linked to the upstate Buffalo Billion economic-revitalization plan — at the same time he was working as a consultant to the taxpayer-funded program. [snip]

When asked if he was willing to give Cuomo, who was not charged, a “clean bill of health,” Bharara did no such thing.

“There is no allegation of wrongdoing or misconduct by the governor anywhere in this complaint. That’s all I’m going to say,” Bharara said.

Bharara — who already has won corruption convictions against former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and former Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos since Cuomo disbanded the Moreland Commission on corruption at the state Capitol — also declined to say if investigators had interviewed the governor as part of the continuing probe.

“I will tell you, I really do hope there’s a trial in this case so all New Yorkers can see in gory detail what their state government has been up to,” Bharara said.

Cuomo’s name does crop up repeatedly in the complaint.

Root out the corruption Preet! This story at some point will get the attention it deserves. Preet Bharara imprisoned the top Democrat and the top Republican in New York State. Preet Bharara is currently busy with his investigation of Huma Abedin’s husband, Anthony Weiner. Rumors abound that Preet Bharara will continue to root out corruption at the highest levels:

The FBI has multiple investigations on the books involving the Clinton Foundation, according to The Daily Caller.

The one in New York City, where the charity is based, is reportedly headed by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, a prosecutor who made a name for himself in the midst of the the financial crisis by acting on fraud and public corruption cases.

That the United States Attorney’s office in the Southern District of New York is chasing the case could spell trouble for the Clintons.

An official who spoke to The Daily Caller said an investigation by Bharara’s office ‘would be seen by agents as a positive development as prosecutors there are generally thought to be more aggressive than the career lawyers within the DOJ.’

The public can give thanks that the corrupt will soon be imprisoned. The corrupt can be thankful that they will live for years knowing they will have three good meals a day and free housing courtesy of the Department of Prisons. Give thanks you corrupt bastards. Give thanks. Everyone wins. Sometimes you get what you want and what you need.

Let it bleed. While investigators investigate, corruption is rooted out, we find President-Elect Donald J. Trump is busy uniting the country this Thanksgiving, being gracious, while still knowing the corruption will be removed:

What a joyous Thanksgiving. Lift a glass to the hardworking people who voted for Donald J. Trump!!! They truly are the salt of the earth who have saved the country.

Sometimes you really do get what you want. “Thanks.” Give Thanks.

Happy Happy Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. New National Security Adviser Making Left Crazy

    (AP Photo/ Evan Vucci)
President-elect Trump’s pick for national security adviser is already making leftist heads explode:

If you thought the hand-wringing among the cast of Hamilton over the impending Trump presidency was bad, it apparently does not compare to the growing despair among the Obama White House team. What has them most upset? The elevation of Steve Bannon or Jeff Sessions? No, it turns out that the most “devastating blow” was the selection of a fellow Democrat – Lt. Gen. Michael Fynn – as National Security Adviser. The Associated Press reports:

As Obama hopped from capital to capital, news of the emerging Trump administration followed him, dominating news conferences and private meetings with leaders…. Each time Air Force One landed in another foreign capital, cellphones buzzed and White House officials’ faces fell as the latest news came in about Trump’s team-in-waiting … The selections deflated the hopes in the White House that Trump, faced with the awesome duty of running the nation, might tone it down after the campaign.

Of all the Trump’s choices, White House officials said it was the selection of Flynn that felt like the most devastating blow, given the immense authority the national security adviser has over matters of war and peace.

By the time Obama arrived in Peru, the creeping sense of despair among his aides was palpable.

So why are Obama aides so upset about Flynn, who Foreign Policy magazine reports “as a boy … would help arrange bus rides for Democratic voters on election days in his hometown.” Simple. Because he warned them about the danger of Obama’s Iraq withdrawal and predicted rise of ISIS – and then, after leaving office, called Obama out for failing to heed that advice.

I had the pleasure of hearing Gen. Flynn speak at the recent Restoration Weekend conference in Palm Beach earlier this month. He’s as advertised — tough, abrasive and feisty. So what’s not to like?

It was under Flynn’s leadership that DIA issued a classified report in 2012 predicting everything that has come to pass in Iraq since Obama’s withdrawal of American troops – warning that the chaos in Syria was creating conditions that could allow al-Qaeda in Iraq (now ISIS) to make a comeback and declare an Islamic caliphate.

The DIA — Defense Intelligence Agency — is something of a red-headed stepchild in the intelligence community, often at odds with the establishment luvvies of the CIA and, increasingly (alas) with the NSA. Flynn will never win any popularity contests with this crew, which is perhaps all to the good.

Everything Flynn’s DIA predicted came true – and he was pushed out because people in the White House didn’t want to hear it. As Flynn told the New York Times, “it didn’t meet the narrative.”

He was right and they were wrong. Now he’s in and they are out. Hence the “creeping sense of despair” on the Obama team.

  3. No agony can compare with the agony Obama must feel in seeing his ghost of Christmases past elevated to a position where he can prove to the world just how wrong the big media beloved messiah and ALLLLLL . . . . his big media self beloved vermin accomplices aka jurnolisters were in the collapse of the middle east and spreading the infection to Europe. That goes for the faculty of Harvard who were in this thing up to their necks, and are best personified by those two mutts Power and Rice, two portraits in failure.

  4. Happy Thanksgiving to All…

    I always liked Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore: Good Bye, Reagan GOP; Hello, Trump Populist Party

President-elect Donald Trump’s economic adviser reportedly shocked House GOP leaders at a recent closed-door meeting, telling the lawmakers they no longer belonged to the conservative party of Ronald Reagan.

Stephen Moore was invited to the Majority Whip meeting last week and advised them they were now all part of Trump’s populist working-class party, The Hill reported.

“For God’s sake, it’s Stephen Moore!” one unnamed source told The Hill about lawmakers’ reactions. “He’s the guy who started Club for Growth. He’s Mr. Supply Side economics.”

“I think it’s going to take them a little time to process what does this all mean,” the source added. “The vast majority of them were on the wrong side. They didn’t think this was going to happen.”

But Moore told The Hill he was only giving the lawmakers a reality check.

“Just as Reagan converted the GOP into a conservative party, Trump has converted the GOP into a populist working-class party,” Moore told The Hill on Wednesday.

“In some ways this will be good for conservatives and in other ways possibly frustrating.”

He added traveling in the Rust Belt states that supported Trump changed his view, too.

“It turned me more into a populist,” he said. “Having spent the last three or four months on the campaign trail, it opens your eyes to the everyday anxieties and financial stress people are facing.”

“I used to be unilateral free trader,” he added. “If somebody wants to sell something to us at less cost than we can produce here, then do it.

“But the political reality is there’s a backlash against trade. Whether we like it or not, we better adapt the rules in ways that benefit American workers more, or free trade is not going to flourish.

“We can scream and whine all we want, but that’s reality.”

    America…Americans…First…Make America Great Again…

imo…how long can the critics argue against that logic? (remember what your parents told you…”don’t cut off your nose to spite your face”!)

    Happy Days…

  5. Give thanks you corrupt bastards.

    I love it! lol

Give thanks. Everyone wins. Sometimes you get what you want and what you need.

That’s a lot to be thankful for!

Admin and this blog are definitely two of the important things to be thankful for.

  6. Gen Michael Flynn is orginally from little ole Rhodie…as in Rhode Island…smart, common sense people…

    …and just think…he is replacing Susan Rice…

we have so much to be thankful for…Loretta Lynch (and Holder) and Susan Rice…gone…

    now that’s a reality check!

  7. now…maybe with all the corrupt, stealing politicians routed out…there really might start to be enough for all to go around…even for the people who work hard and are forgotten so the elites can enjoy themselves without any limits or boundaries…

isn’t that a novel idea…shine a light on the working, struggling middle class…and care about them…too!

instead of just draining them dry, stealing their taxes and using them for every global gimmick the thieves can come up with…

  8. admin must have written privately to Trump about this, because this would have been exactly his/her advice to Trump lol

(and it serves Obama right, as he was always raining on Hillary’s state wins by announcing the theft of more superdonors that had been on her side!)

Harry Reid eliminated the filibuster (nuclear option – 51 votes) for judicial appointments other than Supreme Court. 60 votes are still needed for other legislation to close debate and bring to a vote, unless McConnell changes the rules. Then, unpredictable Trump haters (like McCain, Sasse, and Flake) could potentially be peeled off in a final vote. Trump will have to deal with congress to implement his agenda, even with a majority. But who’s better than Trump for that job?

  13. Happy Thanksgiving to all! We have so much to be thankful for this year… the Cubs won the World Series, Donald J Trump won the election, and the worst President in my lifetime if not ever actually, will be exiting the White House very very soon!!!!

My daughter, away at college, declined to come home for the weekend because she has a rocket scientist group meeting on Saturday, that she does not want to miss. I am so grateful she has finally found her passion. She has gone vegan, anyway. My other relatives in the area have been behaving badly and I am grateful for the peace and quite with my cat.

But most of all this holiday season, I will be thanking God for this intervention in the horrifying, predatory globalization that threatens the life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of all free peoples. God Bless America. Thank you, Donald Trump.

    They spout cultural marxism

They feed at the government trough–one way or another

Many of them went to Harvard, and others to reform school

Whose name will die before the man

(Note: in 6 months, his two achievements, i.e. Obamacare and the Iran deal will be dust. And on the foreign relations front, the distinction between a weak foreign policy and a robust one will be evident. He will go on living for another 20 years, playing golf, sitting on boards, and pontificating. But the name Obama will die before the man. I must admit, this fills me with a deep sense of schadenfreude. But that is just me. As you will see in the above clip, Axelrod Von Strolheim got sheared)

  27. I believe the point of that cut-off sentence was that animal refuse and the methane as well causes a lot of pollution, plus – an incredible amount of food is raised solely to feed animals. I don’t remember the numbers gonzo, but it’s a huge amount of food – that could feed a LOT of people for a week – go into one pound of meat to be eaten by one human.

but … how are vegans hypocrites? (and I’m not sure who the militants are 🙂 )

  30. lorac @ 2:13pm

No problem. It’s intentionally difficult to get big-change legislation passed in the Senate, as sort of a check on the House. But Trump will have Priebus as his go-between with Congress. I had reservations about Priebus during the campaign, as he was stuck with the difficult job of pacifying both the establishment R’s and the Trump team and, at times, it didn’t seem like the RNC wasn’t giving Trump the resources he needed. During Trump’s victory speech, however, he (Trump) stated that he had never had any problems at all with Priebus during the campaign. That, and the fact that Priebus and the RNC clearly came through with the ground game in the key states, has gone a long way to change my opinion and now I think he will be a great asset to Trump as Chief of Staff.

Happy Thanksgiving to all; it’s been a year of miracles (Trump, Brexit, Cubs, Cavaliers) and still another month to go.

  31. A joyous Thanksgiving to all here!
    How sweet the sound!

I swear even the anchors employed by #AltLeft Media sound happier today.
With nary a snide remark about Twitter, ABC7NY Sandra Bookman has reported Donald’s progress with Carrier today.

Oh what a beautiful day. Thank you admin for carrying us through.

  32. Hillary’s popular vote margin passed 2 million, but that is due to the California vote where she had a margin of 3.7 million. No photo voter ID laws there, you just have to be able to say your name.

Without the electoral college, voter fraud in that one state could determine the election.

  33. Lorac,
Because Vegans often present themselves as better people than meat eaters. Not all obviously, but I have been around enough of them to know the vibe.
If we don’t eat meat, how will we keep the numbers of animals down, are we going to just let them roam like in India?
Who will feed them, will they starve to death?
Will they populate at will and thusly cause chaos.
Yeah, unfettered animal control would be as big of a disaster as human population that is out of control.
I’ve seen enough animal abuse to last a lifetime And yes, one would say killing an animal is the ultimate abuse, but we have been meat eaters since the beginning of time, I don’t have an answer, but I don’t think we will feed the world on plants alone.

  34. gonzo – just a brief answer, because this is the big meat holiday (I put that politely lol) and I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade.

But we breed those animals in captivity. We have that many because we breed that many. I think the big takeaway of what I said earlier is that it takes a LOT of food going into an animal to eventually make one meal for one human. And we didn’t start eating meat until we discovered fire and learned to make weapons, so not since the beginning of time. Historically, most cultures around the world have been vegetarian.

I quit meat in 1985 because I realized I don’t believe we have the right to cause pain to something who can feel pain.

Anyway, enough of that, I just wanted to provide that resource to Lu’s daughter because it’s pretty cool.

  35. But I thought Jill Stein was going around saying Hillary is no good – but now she wants recounts and even raised money for it?

States decide these things themselves, but I really wish Trump could do something to get voter ID required everywhere. I get so sick of the excuses that oh the poor people don’t have time or money to get ID – when it’s totally clear when elections are coming, you know years ahead of time, and all states have special programs – some even providing transportation – to help low income and elderly get ID.

    1. As noted by Lu at 6:42 above, the Green Party candidate, Jill Stein, has filed objections to the election results in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Michigan claiming that the elections in those states were rigged in favor of Trump. Her “professed” motive is to ensure the integrity of the process.

    2. In support of that position Stein has collected $2 million (from unreported sources), and is proffering studies conducted by two computer experts, from the ivory tower of academia. Those experts contend the election was rigged, and that Hillary won those states. They make two (2) claims in that regard, i.e. first, that voting machines were tampered with; and second, that there are provisional ballots in those states which should be accepted.

    3. If this matter went to a formal hearing, Stein claim would be denied. Trump ran a clean campaign. The voting results were clearly confirmed by the exit polls. And these experts would be impeached. Unfortunately, there isn’t time for such a hearing because the electoral college meets on December 20. (Note: in addition, six electors from states Trump won are changing their votes to Hillary.)

    4. That said, the goal here is not what it appears to be. It is not to elect Hillary. The real goal is to force the Senate (Senate Majority Leader McConnell) to confirm the globalist judge Obama appointed to fill the Scalia seat on the Supreme Court, rather than allowing Trump to fill that position with a judge who adheres to the Constitution. This is serious.

    5. Currently, the Supreme Court has four (4) judges who support the Constitution (Kennedy, Alito, Thomas, and Roberts (?)) and four (4) judges (Breyer, Ginsberg, Sotomeyer, and Kagen) who support the globalist agenda, at the expense of the Constitution and the American People. This bias is no mystery. On the contrary, it can be readily deduced from their decisions, legal writings and commentary.

    6. Thus, the globalist Obama appoints would tip the scales in favor of the globalist faction. The new Supreme Court majority would move aggressively to: i) salvage the Obama legacy, ii) thwart the nationalistic reform efforts of Trump, and iii) promote a globalist agenda. Political questions would be converted into legal ones, presented to the court, and the court would substitute its subjective judgments for the will of the people, and their duly elected representatives.

    7. The question is what can be done to thwart this evil plan? Three ideas come readily to mind, but they may not be enough:

    a. Dissuade Stein: from pursuing this repugnant course of action, by showing it was not rigged, and by proving to her that if she pursues this matter it will tear up the country and she will be responsible. And, they could remind her of her statement that a vote for Hillary is a vote for World War III. A letter campaign so stating is indicated.

    b. Bolster McConnell: Mitch lacks intestinal fortitude, but he does respond to pressure. Tea party organizations in Kentucky should send him letters and phone calls telling him that he will be a pariah to the people of his state if he caves on this issue. A letter campaign and calls to the Congressional switchboard are indicted.

    c. Scalia Autopsy: the Podesta email two days before Scalia’s death mentioning a wet works operation, meaning an assassination, raises an inference that this was a murder. The strategy Obama is pursuing at this time, suggests that could well have been the case. The counter intuitive refusal to conduct an autopsy when Scalia died, adds circumstantial fuel to the fire. The only way to resolve that issue once and for all is to seek an order of exhumation. If an autopsy reveals that his was not death by natural causes, then reasonable people will see this stratagem by Obama and his globalists puppet masters for what it is.

    8. A Call To Arms: the goal of patriotic Americans is to end the Obama legacy of open borders, war on cops, foreign policy debacle, racial division, foreign policy failure, Obamacare, failing schools, stagnant job growth, shipping our jobs abroad, and a press corps beneath contempt that makes a market in lies not truth. That is what we worked end with finality in this election. Consequently, this strategy to convert the court into a weapon against the American People, after they lost congress and the executive branch threatens everything we worked for. Therefore, we have got to come up with ways to prevent this. We are open for suggestions. Time is of the essence.

  37. I read a week ago that True the Vote had found 3 million votes so far from illegals – I don’t know the details and haven’t heard anything more – but it did say they were considering going to court.

  38. Well the human population survived and grew because we did invent fire and breed animals to supply meat…there’s that..

Otherwise we would still be swinging in trees.

  39. Happy Thanksgiving yet again. Tired of winning yet? On Thanksgiving Day it is official:

The numbers are in: Trump wins Michigan by 10,704

In the closest race for president in Michigan’s history, Republican Donald Trump is hanging on to a 10,704 vote win over Democrat Hillary Clinton.

The Michigan Secretary of State posted results Wednesday that were submitted by the state’s 83 county clerks on Tuesday after the votes were reviewed and certified by each county.

Before that compiled count, Trump held a 13,107 lead over Clinton. But after each county certified its results, the lead shrunk to 10,704, with the biggest chunk coming from Wayne County, which showed that Clinton had gotten 565 more votes than originally tallied by the county. [snip]

Across the nation, Trump won 306 electoral votes — including Michigan’s 16 — to 232 for Clinton. In the popular vote, Clinton holds a lead of more than 2 million votes.

Trump is the first Republican presidential candidate since 1988 to win Michigan.

The vote totals that will be submitted to the state Canvassers Board on Nov. 28 are:

    Donald J. Trump, Republican: 2,279,543
    Hillary Clinton, Democratic: 2,268,839
    Gary Johnson, Libertarian: 172,136
    Jill Stein, Green: 51,463
    Darrell L. Castle, U.S. Taxpayers: 16,139
    Evan McMullin, write-in: 8,177
Emidio Mimi Soltysik, Natural Law: 2,209
    Michael Maturen, write-in: 517
    Tom Hoefling, write-in: 95
    Laurence Kotlikoff, write-in: 87
    Ben Hartnell, write-in: 39
    Monica Moorehead, write-in: 30
    Cherunda Fox, write-in: 10

306 electoral votes. The last Trump rally of the campaign, in Michigan, might have done the trick.

OXFORD STUDY: These Immigrants Commit More Crime In The UK And Britons Want Their Numbers Reduced

That same YouGov survey also asked British adults which nations they would like to see immigration reduced from. The three highest were Turkey, Romania and Nigeria, and the immigrants Britons were least opposed to were from Australia, Ireland, and Canada.

    Honestly, I’m okay with #Recount2016.

Please expose fraudulent voters and how many non-citizens voted. Please!

    ADMIN: and fellow bloggers

    1. As you undoubtedly know, the loopy Green Party candidate, Jill Stein, has notified the Wisconsin Board of Elections she will officially file for a vote recount on Friday, the State’s deadline. Early Thursday afternoon her campaign had reached the required two million dollar goal. By early evening on Thursday, her campaign had doubled it’s fundraising efforts, raising 4 million dollars and putting it on track to file for vote recounts in Michigan and Pennsylvania early next week. A recount wouldn’t change the outcome for Stein. She came in fourth, behind Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson, Democrat Hillary Clinton and Trump, taking a little less than 1.4 million votes overall. But there’s a very small chance that a vote recount in those states could Boost Clinton. This is the least damage such a maneuver will cause.

However, Stein boldly claims she’s simply wants to assure Americans the election process had integrity. She claims anomalies in voting machine results in targeted states indicate Trump’s claim the election could be rigged, might indeed be true. However, she says, the machines were likely hacked by Russians or other nefarious individuals but in Trump’s favor, rather than in Clinton’s favor.

Last week, two experts advocating for a recount, voting-rights attorney John Bonifaz and J. Alex Halderman, the director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society, made a phone call to Clinton campaign officials. The voting experts urged the campaign to file for a recount in key states, but their efforts were reportedly rebuffed.

“While many of us were hoping Clinton’s campaign would pursue this, it seems clear they won’t, because they said there’s no clear proof of fraud” at the ballot box, which candidates typically cite in calling for a recount these experts reported.

“After a divisive and painful presidential race, reported hacks into voter and party databases and individual email accounts are causing many American to wonder if our election results are reliable. These concerns need to be investigated before the 2016 presidential election is certified. We deserve elections we can trust.” – Dr. Jill Stein.

This is about more than the results of this one election. This is about protecting our democracy and ensuring that “We the People” can have confidence in reported results. While Stein’s words literally drip with concern for her fellow Americans, reason demands a closer look at her motives.

Neither Stein nor these experts have verifiable proofs of their claims—at least not to the degree needed to make a difference in the election outcome. They fail to admit this in their inflammatory remarks and pleas to donors to what in reality is little more than a fishing expedition. And while Stein may capitalize on vulnerable fellow Americans, it seems she cares little if anything for the havoc her efforts could create. She is well on the road to producing another constitutional crisis reminiscent of 2000, only with three states in play it could well become the constitutional crisis of 2000 on steroids. And the aftermath of destruction such a fool’s errand will leave in its wake could reach tsunami proportions.

And what would Stein gain from all this? A better look at Stein herself is in order. First, Stein’s roots harken back to Chicago. And she is a graduate of Harvard Medical School. She considers herself to be a “true liberal.” In the election she cast herself as a paragon of political virtue. She stood outside the doors of the debates between Clinton and Trump to protest being excluded but was virtually ignored by MSM and everyone else. Having her grandiose ambitions so soundly thwarted may have turned Stein into a walking vineyard of sour grapes. After all goofy bordering on creeping Gary Johnson, was able to beat her.

Stein may be many things, but stupid is not one of them. For all her “ concerns” for “ We the People,” she is coldly willing to capitalize on the angst of Hillary voters taking their money to pursue what the Clinton campaign won’t…a full blown constitutional crisis that could tear this country apart… once and for all. What is that saying? Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

This may be an unfortunate truth about a woman with judgement too poor to be President, and to blinded by her own fury, to see how easily she can be manipulated to further the ambitions of more nefarious characters.

Enter one Barack Obama who cannot get past the idea most of his legacy will be tanked by the one man he so forcibly declared was unfit for the Presidency. What is the one thing, that could be a part of a Obama legacy that could not be undone? A Supreme Court pick, of course. The one Obama declared in Germany, and Peru, he was entitled to make, but was so unfairly denied by the bad Republicans. Those same Republicans who let him have everything else he wanted. What the hell got into them.

Now, police are being executed on a daily basis. Illegal immigrants are pouring over our borders in record numbers. Young people are being encouraged to walk out of class to protest things that have not happened. Sanctuary cities have reaffirmed their resolve to defy federal laws. And now, colleges are pledging to do the same. And colleges are also refusing to fly the American flag because they do not want to inflame their students. All of this chaos and lunacy has been produced the perception these concerns are real because of the false narrative of the Clinton campaign and the MSM.

With all this chaos and angst, what will the constitutional crisis of a vote recount bring? Nothing good.

If the pattern of 2000 follows, it will be forced into a court that most consider to be locked in a conservative vs liberal crisis. A President must be declared. A tie vote is unacceptable. To solve the crisis all Obama has to do is demand he be allowed his Supreme Court pick be brought before Congress. How can the Republicans refuse?

Of course all the Trump supporters will now be up in arms and ready to take to the streets. And the MSM will be howling with delight at the prospect they were not wrong, the polls were not wrong, and the pundits were not wrong. They will be salivating with the prospect the true and rightful winner will now be declared…by the Supreme Court. And how sweet the victory…a Democrat will be declared over a Republican. The perfect revenge for 2000. And that demon Trump will be defeated once and for all.

There’s only one problem. Trump will not be defeated on a bogus count. Not now, not ever. And the truth will be on his side.

Well…not a problem for Obama or Soros. After all, Clinton really is too sick to be President. And Caine’s murderous background in the CIA will be sure to be exposed. And of course, the Clinton’s really do have serious legal problems. That’s the downside. The upside is Obama will have his dastardly Supreme Court pick. That’s the real gift of this mess…at least for the globalist. And it is a gift that will keep on giving, and giving, and giving.

So to solve the immediate Clinton problem, all the new Court has to do is find for Trump, which the truth will support anyway. This will keep the Hillary supporter’s stirred up, angry and unwilling to come together with anyone except themselves. It will make every issue Trump ran on, almost impossible to achieve. And the Democrats will begin salivating for the mid-term elections being able to insist the country should return to their policies and lack of values. And Praise the Lord, cheating can return to the order of the day. And most of America can once again be relegated to those who deserve to be ignored.

There is one hope to stop this outcome. Stand up for the election results and call out Stein for the pathetic, person she is.

  47. Kellyanne’s tweet about the deluge of opposition they are receiving to Romney for SOS says to me that this is all strategery, a rooting out of any semblance of support for the establishment.

How does a vote recount become a Constitutional crisis?

The Supreme Court doesn’t “declare” a Presidential winner under any circumstances. In 2000, they decided on the validity of Florida’s recount process, which indirectly led to a winner. If anybody can “declare” a winner, it would be the House and only if no candidate winds up with 270 EV.

“How can the Republicans refuse” (to give Obama’s nominee a vote)? The same way they’ve refused all year – by saying “no, we’re not going to do it.” Obama has no more leverage now than he’s had all year.

Your argument is not logical. Anyway, at the very least, Stein would have to provide evidence of massive voter fraud to a court in order to generate a statewide recount in Pennsylvania, since the margin exceeded 0.5%. Then they would have to change 70,000 votes, a number that has never been remotely approached in Pennsylvania’s recount history.
Not sure what is required in Michigan and Wisconsin.

  49. -PETITION-

    Dear Ms Stein:

For the good of this nation, we strongly urge you to reconsider your improvident decision to challenge the results of the presidential election. We do so for the following reasons:

    1. No Legal Merit: there is no hard evidence of fraud. All you have is academic theory. And that is why, by your own admission, the Clinton campaign has shown no interest in pursuing this challenge.

    2. Internal Inconsistency: during the campaign, you urged voters to reject Hillary because she would start World War III. But if this challenge were to succeed it would produce the very result you claimed to oppose.

    3. No Benefit: even if the challenge was upheld, it would not bestow the presidency on you. You received only 2% of the vote. The money and notoriety you are getting now from those who cannot accept the election result is mercenary and lacking in principle.

    4. Irreparable Harm: the nation is on the brink of civil war*. We need to accept the election results, unite the country, and address the nation’s problems with all deliberate speed. Your election challenge prevents us from doing so, and thereby inflicts irreparable harm on the nation.

Therefore, for the good of the country, we urge you to withdraw this election challenge. No possible good can come from it.

*(Note: today, police are being executed on a daily basis. Illegal immigrants are pouring over our borders in record numbers. Recounts could be filed in states other than the ones targeted by Stein for the progs. Namely states which allowed thousands of illegal aliens to vote which is of course grossly illegal. Illinois, New York, California, etc which would all meet the legal standard of proof more easily than the “anomalies” dreamed up by some academics. Here in Texas the state Sec of State strategically leaked very recently an ongoing state investigation in Tarrant County (Fort Worth home of loons such as the humiliated fool and gold-digger Wendy Davis) over voter registrar scams to pad out the absentee and early voting numbers. There are obviously moles in that office ratting them out and this serves as a deterrent and warning for all of the rest of the registrars to stop the funny business unless they want a jail term. And it is odd that Stein who so vehemently claimed that Hillary would start WWIII now seems to want to decertify an election to benefit the alleged war-monger she opposed. Stein is not even an asterisk in history books for her horrible showing in this election and obviously has been approached to pursue a little lawfare for continued relevance. Money and attention are her goal. Between virtue signaling dopey and faithless electors and bizarre “theories” of vote counting the resistance to a electoral landslide for Trump is pretty sad. They lost and most people don’t like them. Al Gore had a better case to make in 2000 and he still lost. The desiccated and shrunken skull of the Obama party is going to have to deal with it. After the deportations and reverse migration shows up in the 2020 census is going to shrink the party of warm bodies and cost shifting federal dollars even more. The sources of their power are being directly attacked. It sucks to be them.

  51. And on the census in 2020 some interesting changes will be made. The outreach to record every single illegal will not happen. Also those remaining will not be eager to tell a Trump administration census taker where they live. Look what the idiot Dreamers did. They handed all f their information to a non-friendly new administration to deport them. If they are still in country they are not going to want to be identified and counted which means the count for redistricting to up their number of representatives in the House and state legislatures representing their interests will go DOWN and with it their political pull. And of course the money from the fed tax payers across the country subsidizing them and their political hacks will decrease. Cause and effect will bite you in the ass every time if you are stupid. This is what progs fear but they can’t talk about it without giving up their scam.

It does not sound like the data has any statistical significance. Where is the dataset for all the states, %electronic and %scanned? Were there states where Trump got a lower percentage of one versus the other and by how much?

Another interpretation is that the scanners were rigged to favor Clinton.

  53. Always remember and never forget #OPP: Obama’s Personal PAC.
This WaPo report was published July 2015 and I think of it often when hearing of #BLM and #DrJill:

If the Obama presidency is winding down, why is his group Organizing for Action ramping up?
… OFA’s ability to mobilize Obama’s supporters on behalf of policies has been one important reason that the president has been able to avoid lame duck status, and has instead continued to work on advancing substantive projects. OFA has helped to promote Obama’s policies, such as immigration reform, LGBT rights, and climate change policy through administrative action.
Taking up what the national parties can no longer do

If these tasks of mobilizing political support and advocating for policy sound like the DNC’s job, that’s because it is…or used to be…

  55. mormaer @ 5:53am:

Thanks for the info. I agree that it would be easier to make a case for a recount based on proof of ballots submitted by ineligible voters than what Stein is alleging about voting machines.

In Pennsylvania, Stein must provide proof in court of massive voter fraud in order to get a statewide recount. Also, since it is a court proceeding, it seems likely that she would have to show that she would be irreparably harmed by not having a recount, which would be hard for her to show. It seems unlikely that Pennsylvania will order a recount based solely on the whim of a candidate who was never anywhere near being in contention, just to satisfy the “public’s confidence in the election process.”

  56. feel bad for Italy…notice mostly male immigrants

African Migrants Riot Against ‘Racist’ Italians: ‘Allah Will Guide Us in Revenge’

Locals were terrified as African migrants rioted, throwing projectiles and screaming threats at passers-by in a protest against “racist” Italians on Wednesday and Thursday in Turin.

The Bataclan massacre was a “revenge of the excluded”, warned one of the hundreds of migrants, most of them illegal, who took to the streets to protest against not being given a “decent life” by Italian taxpayers.

“We have nothing in this city”, a man from Cameroon said, angry that people in Italy “do not understand that we are also boys and would like a decent life”.

The rioters are among 1,500 Africans illegally squatting in Turin’s abandoned Olympic village. Most of the men are in their twenties and while there are some who work on the black market, many complain about having nothing to do.

“You Italians — tell your children that we are not dogs. Keep them quiet because our patience will end sooner or later,” one warned. Another cheered the Bataclan massacre in which 89 people were murdered, many of whom were reportedly tortured, hailing it as a “revenge of the excluded”. “One dead of ours [Africans], one death of yours,” he cried.

The trouble started on Wednesday evening when around 300 residents of the former Olympics site took to the streets. They blocked traffic, uprooted signposts, overturned garbage bins, and hurled stones and bottles while screaming “racist” and “bastards” at passers-by. “The Italians are racist and the police control us,” the migrants railed. (does this sound familiar???)

The riot calmed down after midnight when police arrived, but shops were forced to close the following day as violence erupted once again when migrants continued to riot. (sound familiar??)

The man who first notified police of the trouble recalled: “We were already in bed when there was this outbreak. They shook our shutters and the windows then a group of people ran out screaming. We were afraid, not for we adults, but for our children.”

A local called Umberto said he’s now considering moving away from the area after the scenes this week. “Until yesterday we were just fed up with this situation of lawlessness that is in the area. Now we’re really fearful,” he told La Stampa.

Northern League MEP Mario Borghezio said his anti-mass migration party has for years sounded the alarm on the situation at Turin’s former Olympics site, and warned that the danger it poses has become too acute to ignore.

He said: “It’s evident that measures taken so far have been insufficient to prevent the continuing acts of violence which are generating great fear and concern in citizens.”

“The government must now root out the gangrenous [criminality] of the site by taking the urgent and necessary step of relocating the migrants and expelling all criminals,” Borghezio added.

The Northern League politician called for zero tolerance of migrants at the former Olympic village last year when it emerged that three African men from the site had kidnapped, held for 30 hours, and repeatedly raped a girl with mental disabilities.

Thank goodness we now have Donald to put a stop to this before the Dims, Hillary & O would have let it happen here…

…because as they say they could not leave them out and they would welcome them here for US taxpayers to take care of “because that’s who we are” (funny, they don’t have the same urgency for American veterans)

Let’s take care of our precious country before we take in unvetted young, hormonal men who demand that we give them jobs and US taxpayer money otherwise they will threaten to attack and rape us in our own country…

we dodged a big, big bullet with Donald’s win…

You are making the wrong assumption.

You are assuming that the object is to reverse the election.

    That is not it.

The best argument is the other contender has conceded the election.

Stein does not expect that she will be awarded the presidency.

As a Harvard graduate, she knows that the 1.4% she garnered will not win the election.

The real object is for the tail to wag the dog.

Her real purpose is for the tail to wag the dog.

By claiming that there was election fraud, based on limited data extrapolation by two academicians.

And exploiting the resentment of crybabies who wanted Obama III, of whom there are plenty.

I was told this morning that CNN is promoting this story, whereas FOX is not.

If this thing catches fire, we need to be prepared, not blindsided.

We do not want it to be turned to Obama’s advantage.

  58. It’s a fundraising scam. Nothing to get bothered about.

Before you donate to Green Party candidate Jill Stein‘s effort to demand a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, you may want to read the fine print on her website. So far, she has raised $4.8 million, but take a look at this little clause at the end of donation form:

We cannot guarantee a recount will happen in any of these states we are targeting. We can only pledge we will demand recounts in those states.

If we raise more than what’s needed, the surplus will also go toward election integrity efforts and to promote voting system reform.

And interestingly, as more donations started pouring in over the holiday, Stein moved her total fundraising goal to $7 million. She originally had a goal of $2.5 million. She also upped the amount she will need for lawyer’s fees.

What’s even stranger is that she seems to be tinkering with some of the language on her website about the likelihood of a recount. On November 23, 2016, according to a screen capture by Tim Young, a political comedian, the website stated “[i]f we do not raise enough for any recount (which is highly unlikely) we pledge to use the money for election integrity efforts and to promote systematic voting system reform.”

We hope this scam continues. Benefits: (1) the kooks will lose their money to FrankenSTEIN Kook; (2) Donald J. Trump will win again and we love winning over and over and over in the same election! We’re not tired of winning.

  60. …I am thinking about what has happened to Italy, Germany, France, England, Sweden, Austria…and the United States…with all these migrants that have essentially invaded and been forced upon the citizens of these countries…countries that are struggling on their own…communities that did not ask for them and cannot afford to sustain them…

mostly young, hormonal, unemployable male migrants…many given to crime, violence, some murders, rapes and now rioting against the host countries demanding jobs, money and a “better life” at the expense of the struggling people that live in all of these countries (see Italy and riots above)…threatening to destroy these countries and their citizens in the name of Allah…with the intention of “an eye for an eye”…and they will not be shy at taking the first set of eyes during one of their riotious whims…

the actions of the “leaders” of these countries have consequences that are diluting the specialness of each of these countries with their own traditions and customs…so beautiful for other countries to appreciate…the differences and uniqueness…for young people to study and wonder about…and then travel to and see for themselves…

…for the most part, the citizens had no say…their “leaders” welcomed in or allowed in these unvetted migrants…

…seems their “leaders” care not for the uniqueness and historical personas of their own countries…or worse, the safety of their own citizens…particularly the women and children…

one can only conclude that the Globalists are trying to engineer that Europe, as we know it, and the United States will become third world countries offering service work as jobs and cheap labor to multi national corporations…

once intelligent and reasonable Hillary supporters seem blinded by what the current far left Dim party wanted to do and would still attempt if not for the divine intervention that gave Donald Trump the WIN and the Presidency to put a stop to this insanity…

my father used to have a saying that seems applicable now…

    “the party’s over”

…with Donald “their party will be over, and order restored…

and as Donald has already alerted our House and Senate…get ready for FIVE DAY WORK WEEKS…because he is going to get down to business and get things done…and right these freaking wrongs…
…and protect Americans…the Congress is forwarned…”their party is over too!”

    “the party’s over”…

  61. just an FYI to media geeks…

CNN is the station of ‘everything is racist and racism all the time’….’you say the sky is blue…someone there will respond…how dare you…you racist’ that is the reactive stupidity, mentality and hysteria going on at CNN…morning, noon and night…

personally i cannot understand how they are not embarrassed by their behavior and slant…they are so out of touch…

I have said it before but I cannot help saying it again…CNN is unwatchable…it isn’t even worth checking in to anymore…CNN is really, really awful…and utterly dishonest and pushing racism and division in our country…they are sick over there…

  62. here is CNN at the break of dawn morning show with Cuomo TELLING the audience they are going to go after the new President…they are idiots
