JanH Says:
I bet that Teddy has been filling her head with Clinton hate for quite a while and pushing her to do what ever it takes to keep the “Kennedy dynasty” going….by crushing the Clintons to smithereens.

==================

According to a puffy wiki, "Caroline Bouvier Kennedy
born November 27, 1957 (age 51)"

Anyway, Bill Clinton was inaugurated President in 1993, when CK was around 40. Kind of old to start indoctrinating with specific Clinton Hate. However Ted K ran against President Carter in the 70s iirc, so he might have begun teaching Carter Hate when she was around 20.

More likely effects of a common cause, though. Elites (including both TK and CK) born hating low class may have caused TK to run against Pres Carter in the first place, and the Clintons may have just come in for it automatically.

If TK has long wanted her to carry on the family political machine, he should have long ago taught her how to drive it. However I do agree that TK was probably behind the recent things, starting with support for the Pelosi/Brazile faction and then accelerating with the Senate appointment attempt.

jbstonesfan,

I agree but I think it was more. I bet that Teddy has been filling her head with Clinton hate for quite a while and pushing her to do what ever it takes to keep the “Kennedy dynasty” going….by crushing the Clintons to smithereens.

I wonder how that’s working out for teddy now.
------------------------------------
As I see it, this is all about the survival of the Kennedy machine and the guilt Teddy feels toward his family. He thought Obama would take over the machine but he was wrong. Obama care only about Obama and who can serve his purposes at the present time. I wonder if Teddy has figured that out yet. Certainly his failure to deliver the New York Senate seat was a wake up call if Teddy is comitose. There are alot of mouths to feed. Notice how the press refuses to examine Teddy and his motives. Yet another failure on their part.

And it all started allegedly cause fat Teddy took humbrage at Bill's/Hillary's remarks that LBJ played a significant role in enacting the Civil Rights Act??? The reality is, as much as we loved JFK, he moved towards civil rights out of political expediency and was not nearly the advocate of Civil Rights as Bill and Hillary have been their entire adult lives. Off course, we can't fully judge JFK b/c of horrible events of Dallas, but truth be told, he was an average President at the time he was assassinated. The "Camelot" myth was created well before he took office and certainly embellished by a fawning media after his death.
Unlike Teddy, Bill was very loyal to Ted and helped him against a guy named Romney in 94. Likewise, Bill used our nations military to recover the bodies of JFK Jr. and his wife and should great emphtaty for said loss. This is the thanks the Clinton's get from the Kennedy's???

If Blagojevich was asked to produce information on contacts with Axelrod, Emanual, and Jarrett, does that mean those three Obama aides also received subpoenas? That is what this guy seems to be claiming (h/t Cannonfire)
--------------------------------
I would expect they have all been subpoenaed. That would be standard practice if they are believed to have relevant information on Gov. That does not imply guilt on their part. The question is where will that information and that of others ultimately lead. At some point, will any of them become targets? Stay tuned. Fitzgerald moves methodically--like a mongoose stalking a cobra.

The New Yorker article made me dislike her (Kennedy) even more. She chose Obama, imo, to hop on the band wagon rather than stick by Hillary. The fact that Al Sharpton holds her in high esteem is enough for any well reasoned individual to realize she would have been a disaster.

From The Confluence: the question is not whether Axelrod and Jarrett are dirty, but how thoroughly have they covered their tracks. Time will tell. I think SHV made reference to this above and wondered how long Fitzgerald will last. A very sticky wicket for Obama I would say. But life is never easy when you are a virgin in a whorehouse.

Is there a media blackout, or is this this really no big deal?

Sweeping federal subpoenas of Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s administration include requests for records involving David Axelrod and Valerie Jarrett, senior advisers to President Barack Obama.

Among 43 subpoenas released by the Blagojevich administration Friday, one from Dec. 8 seeks notes, calendars, correspondence and any other data that relate to Axelrod, Jarrett and 32 other people and organizations.

That was the day before the FBI arrested Blagojevich, a two-term Democrat, on charges that he tried to trade his appointment to replace Obama in the Senate for campaign contributions. Wiretapped conversations show Blagojevich thought Jarrett was interested in the seat and he wanted campaign money or a high-paying job in return, according to a sworn statement.

Obama’s staff released a report in December that said his staff had no inappropriate contact with the governor’s office about the Senate seat, nor was anyone aware of any dealmaking. Axelrod, a Chicago political strategist now in the White House, was not mentioned in the report.

I don’t watch much TV, but googling produces no stories about this at CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News and very few stories anywhere else.

And does it mean anything that the story I linked to above in the Quad City (Il) times has now apparently been deleted? WTF is going on here?

If Blagojevich was asked to produce information on contacts with Axelrod, Emanual, and Jarrett, does that mean those three Obama aides also received subpoenas? That is what this guy seems to be claiming (h/t Cannonfire)

The story says that Blagojevich’s appointment calendar was also subpoenaed. Does that mean that Fitzgerald now knows that Obama was lying when he claimed he never met with Blagojevich to discuss filling Obama’s vacant Senate seat (meeting reported in another scrubbed story)?
