Shorttermer,

I would be very suspicious of Hill Pac since it is trying to help Obama. Even after November he will still be around and still have some hold on Hillary, so I will never be able to trust HIll Pac.

If anyone wants some new women's organizations that are trustworthy, see

newwomensparty@yahoogroups.com

or

http://thenewagenda.net/

A group of Hillary Clinton supporters condemned the National Organization for Women's endorsement of Sens. Barack Obama and Joe Biden earlier this week.
....
The New Agenda represents the coming together of more than 30 prominent Clinton supporters, many deeply involved in the bitter Democratic primary battle, into a new post-primary initiative to fight media sexism. The group, explained Siskind in an interview, evolved from the Together for Us group of Clinton supporters founded by, among others, Lady Lynn Forester de Rothschild, who endorsed Obama rival Sen. John McCain this week. The group also has drawn members from some of the other pro-Clinton efforts, such as Cynthia Ruccia, who during the primaries was a leader of the Ohio-based group Clinton Supporters Count Too, and, later, Women for Fair Politics. [ Lynette Long is involved too. ]

neetabug Says: I just can’t believe how some people think. They would rather listen to a debate about foreign affairs, instead of getting the economy on track. They can still have the debate, just have it at another time.
=============

The debate will be more valuable and informative later, after some action has been taken on the crisis -- which will affect foreign affairs in many ways. Whatever positions the candidates take Friday, would be obsolete in a few days.

Maybe Obama doesn't want to get caught with out of date memorized lines? Or doesn't want to show his ignorance in Washington? Or hopes to say that McCain didn't show up so he's not doing any more debates at all, so there!

I hope he's really going to look silly. "At least one presidential candidate"? That's an invitation for Barracuda to show up in her official duty of substituting for McCain!

gretawire.foxnews.com/
Why do you think Sen. McCain is suggesting that the debate be postponed?
It is a political stunt 11% (3330 votes)
He is putting country first 89% (26010 votes)

My guess it obama sent a signal to his bots in congress to do what durbin is was doing yesterday which is to say why rush while obama hides and allows the situation to get worse. Meanwhile the centrist democrats like Rendell et al see this fot the crisis it is. They are not partywreckera they are patriotic. So are many republicans and surely John McCain. The answer was to drag Obama from the shadows and into the spotlight and put the arm arould him to forget politics and do what is right for the country. When he is forced to do that or let things slide into oblivon his bots will have to follow and a deal will be forthcoming. Obama would sink the entire country to save his own ass and mccain will not let him do that. But if Obama becomes president god help us/

Greta reporting that a yahoo poll shows absolutely no movement of Hillary supporters over to Obama in the last few months. 42% still won't support him.

NEW ARTICLE IS UP.

We were going to postpone publication due to all the other news but it does not appear there will be a slow news day anytime soon.

The new article is a good jumping point as to what comes next.
